It is officially on between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. For real this time. Not long after Humphries’ lawyer questioned why Kim’s pregnancy should play any role in her divorce case against his client, Kardashian has gone on the offensive against the Nets power forward. In a declaration filed today, Kim says that Humphries isn’t simply irritating her by dragging his legal feet… he’s putting the “health and well-being of my unborn child” at risk. This assertion follows the claim that Kardashian has been experiencing severe pregnancy pains as a result of divorce-related stress. Kim says she simply wants to move on and that an official split “will help create a new, full life for me,” once again using her fetus as a figurative weapon against her ex-lover. Overall, Kardashian argues, Humphries “is in control of my misery” and she wants this mess to be over. And, finally, on that, THG has found something on which it can Kim Kardashian can agree. We hope you’re happy, Kris Humphries . Being a delusional, money-hungry moron isn’t just putting your reputation at risk… it’s also causing serious problems for Kim Kardashian’s fetus! Sources close to the reality star say she consulted with physicians last week because she was experiencing pregnancy pains. Following an examination, the doctor determined that Kim’s condition was mostly stress-related. And we all know there’s only one stress in this woman’s entire life? The Kris Humphries divorce case! Kardashian’s health issues, after all, returned – more extreme than ever – just hours before she met with her attorney yesterday. Kim is reportedly very worried about the “long-term effects” the divorce-related stress could have on her baby and is really hoping all is settled some time in the next few weeks. Durex and creative agency Buzzman are trying to make sure there’s no excuse to not to use protection by offering to deliver condoms right to your door — if you live in Dubai. The SOS Condom app and website uses location-based technology so users can request condoms from the comfort of their own home, hotel or whatever place they may be at. Delivery services are offered between 4 p.m. and 4 a.m. and costs $15 for a dozen condoms. Your request will be fulfilled within the hour and condoms will be hand-delivered by a “discreet and professional delivery team.” Right now, the service is only offered in Dubai, but SOS Condoms is allowing people to vote on their website for the next city the delivery feature will be offered. She was with him shooting in the gym … Vanessa Bryant Sells California Mansion Via RadarOnline reports: They’ve called off the split but not before Vanessa Bryant sold off the house she got as part of her divorce settlement with Kobe Bryant. The 6,000 mansion in a gated Newport Beach community was listed in September for $3.75 million. It closed mid-January for $3.22 million. It was one of three homes Vanessa and the Los Angeles Lakers superstar had jointly owned in the same upscale community. Just days after the sale, the pair announced they’d reconciled and the divorce petition was being dismissed. The mountain-view house was built in 1999 and purchased by the Bryants in 2003 for $2.65 million. It has five bedrooms, an office, five fireplaces and balconies. The quarter-acre property has a spa and outdoor kitchen. Kobe lived in a three-bedroom bungalow at the nearby Resort at Pelican Hill during his separation from Vanessa. Looks like Vanessa is getting to have her cake, sell it and eat it too…

The Bethenny Frankel divorce case is growing uglier by the day. After each side in this split made its divorce demands known – both Bethenny and ex-husband Jason Hoppy are seeking primary custody of daughter Bryn – a new issue has arisen over Frankel’s desire to take Brynn on a business trip to Australia. Because Hoppy is having none of it. “He doesn’t think it’s good for their little girl to travel half way around the world,” an insider tells Radar Online. “It’s causing nothing but more stress to the divorce proceedings, which have turned extremely hostile.” The source adds Bethenny’s attorneys may see if a judge will sign off on the trip, but it’s clear things are about to get even more contentious between the former couple. Our suggestion? The reality star should cook up her famous Bethenny Frankel granola recipe and use that as a bargaining chip.

Kris, 27, turned down a $10 million payoff from Kim, 32, because he’s adamant the 72-day marriage was a fraud and he wants it annulled. “Kris’ family finds the entire matter really annoying because they’re tired of the negative attention and don’t want to be tied to Kim at all anymore,” the insider revealed. “They just want it to be over.” According to the source, Kris’ sister, Kaela Humphries, is particularly frustrated because she feels her career with the Ford Models agency is suffering because of her brother’s reputation. “It’s not completely damaging her career, but she does get turned down more than usual because a lot of the agencies are pro-Kim,” the source told RadarOnline.com. How much is the Kristen Stewart cheating scandal to blame? Liberty, 34, has filed for divorce from her cheating husband, Rupert, 42, TMZ reports.The paperwork was filed in L.A Superior Court and Liberty is asking for joint custody of both their children, spousal support and attorney fees. Rupert is also looking for joint custody, but the successful director has passed on requesting spousal support. Meanwhile across the pond, Kristen’s bitter boo-thang Robert Pattinson has supposedly kicked her cheating cakes to the curb also…..for the time being. Kristen’s relationship with Robert Pattinson is in trouble, as well. While the English hunk, 26, is in Australia filming his new movie, The Rover, he’s requested a “trial separation” from his girlfriend, 22. A source revealed to HollywoodLife.com that Rob isn’t even taking Kristen’s calls, prompting her to consider an impromptu trip down under! “It seems like she’s going to fly out there, despite the fact that he has cut their communication down a lot,” our source said. “He’s barely picking up her calls [or] responding to her messages.”

Stop us if you’ve heard this before: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are at odds with each other. Insiders tell TMZ that Kim is fed up with Humphries’ dragging out their divorce case and now she’s demanding the Brooklyn Nets’ power forward foot her entire legal bill. Kardashian believes Humphries is delaying the former couple’s official split because he’s both greedy and attention-starved – and he’s costing her serious moolah in the process. The reality star’s attorney fees reportedly hover around $250,000. Fortunately, the case will go before a judge next month and may finally be settled at that time. In the meantime, Kim will need to get by with $65,000 gifts from her baby daddy. It’s a wonder she can survive.
