His condition comes after a 3-day binge involving alcohol, cocaine and sex performance drugs. Anthony Anderson’s Wife Files For Divorce It’s lights out for Anthony Anderson’s two-decade-long marriage. Anthony’s wife Alvina just filed a divorce document citing irreconcilable differences, and asking for joint legal custody with primary physical custody of their minor child, with “reasonable visitation” rights for Anthony. The couple has two children, aged 15 and 19. She’s also seeking spousal support — though the amount isn’t disclosed at the moment. Also, the separation date is listed as April 1 of last year — before Black-ish hit television . So no word yet on if she’ll be entitled to his earnings from that show in particular. Giada De Laurentiis Has To Pay Ex Husband $9K A Month For Child Support Food Network star and chef Giada De Laurentiis has finalized her divorce but it’s going to cost her a lot! Via HuffPo : to divorce docs obtained by People, the 44-year-year-old Food Network star and ex-husband Todd Thompson will share joint custody of their 7-year-old daughter, with De Laurentiis paying her ex $9,000 a month in child support. The former couple — who split last summer after 11 years of marriage — reportedly did not sign a prenup. According to People, De Laurentiis will split profits 50/50 with Thompson from every cookbook she published during their marriage in addition to giving him 50 percent of the unpaid advances to various cookbooks she has in the works. (Those profits alone are worth more than $5 million, according to the mag). Thompson will keep their $3.2 million dollar home in Pacific Palisades. The exes will reportedly divvy up their various bank accounts worth more than $2 million. On the music drama, the 46-year-old Oscar nominee plays Lucious Lyon, the founder and CEO of Empire Entertainment. At the end of the show’s smash first season, Lucious was arrested for murder, but according to our source, it’s more than a storyline — it’s a calculated move to keep Howard on the sidelines. “What they are doing is two-fold,” said the source. “They have him locked up so you won’t be seeing him in as many scenes. But they are bringing in so many, and I mean so many, guest stars and cameos that the average viewer won’t realize it because there is so much going on.” Other changes are also in store for the musical drama: Taraji P. Henson’s role as Cookie Lyon will be pushed to the forefront, the insider adds. Howard’s off-screen drama has become hard to ignore. Howard — who’s trying to dismantle their settlement agreement because he claims Michelle Ghent extorted him — testified Friday they were in South Africa when he was filming “Winnie Mandela” and they got into a huge fight because she became jealous the script called for him to make out with Jennifer Hudson. He says Michelle flew into a rage, hurling food all over him. He also testified they were no longer sexually compatible once he tried becoming a Jehovah’s Witness and used “applied Bible principles” to his sex life. He explained he was trying to rein in his urges. As he put it, he was trying to go from “apple pie a la mode” to just plain “apple pie,” and she wasn’t biting. Howard also said things got so bad he faked a suicide attempt by telling her he swallowed a bottle of pills. He says he did not actually do it. Is it just us, or is this a little bit TMI?!? An Arizona judge has denied Brittney’s petition for annulment of ther 30-day marriage to Glory Johnson — even with the revelation that Glory was still getting it on with her ex-boyfriend during their holy union. Via TMZ : Brittney Griner’s attempt to annul her marriage was shot down in an Arizona court. WNBA superstar Griner had filed for the annulment back in June … right after fellow hoopster and wife, Glory Johnson, announced she was pregnant with twins. An AZ judge rejected the annulment case on Thursday. It’s unclear where that leaves the unhappy couple — presumably headed for divorce court. Welp…we bet that makes a certain pregnant and out of work someone very happy indeed… Glory Johnson’s reaction to Brittney Griner’s annulment filing getting shot down is … the judge did what’s right and fair — and she says Brittney can’t run from their marriage. The pregnant Tulsa Shock player tells TMZ Sports … “I am thankful the annulment was rejected because an act of marriage did occur.” As we reported … an Arizona judge just rejected Griner’s request to annul their marriage.
