Gwen Stefani Divorces Gavin Rossdale Celebs in long-term relationships are just splitting up left and right these past few weeks! Looks like it’s spilling over into the music world, as two rock stars are calling it quits after almost 15 years together. Via TMZ : Gwen Stefani has filed for divorce from her husband Gavin Rossdale, TMZ has learned. Gwen cites irreconcilable differences in her divorce petition, which seeks to end their 13-year-marriage. Sources tell TMZ there is no prenup, so the 50/50 California community property laws kick in. 45-year-old Gwen is worth a reported $80 million, and 49-year-old Gavin’s worth an estimated $35 million. Given the length of the marriage, that will probably all go into one pot before it’s divided. Gwen Stefani pulled the plug on her 13-year marriage to Gavin Rossdale because she believed he was cheating on her. We’re told Gwen and Gavin have not gotten along for some time. As one source put it, the split was “a long time coming.” We’re told Gwen complained about Gavin being away from home too much, touring with his band Bush from December 2014 through March 2015. One source says Gwen put pressure on him to stop touring and stay home. For his part, he felt it she was hypocritical because she was on the road too. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale: It’s Over!

Moments ago, TMZ reported that Gwen Stefani has filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years, Gavin Rossdale. Sources say Stefani cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking joint custody of the couple’s three children. There is reportedly no prenup, so the split will be subject to California’s 50/50 community property law. Given the length of the marriage and the fact that Stefani’s net worth is reportedly twice that of her husband’s Rossdale will likely come out on top. According to the documents she filed today, Gwen is already seeking to deny Gavin spousal support. Rumors of Rossdale cheating on Stefani have been circulating for years, but Gwen made no mention of infidelity in her divorce petition. The split comes as something of a shock, as Stefani welcomed the couple’s third child  just last year. Shortly thereafter, Stefani and Rossdale celebrated their 12th anniversary  by posting a throwback photo celebrating their time together. The couple has issued a joint statement that reads: “While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment.” Story developing. These sisters exposed a woman they caught texting another man while sitting in front of them next to her HUSBAND! Via Daily Mail reports : Two sisters attending an Atlanta Braves game claim they helped expose that a man’s wife, who was seated in front of them, was cheating on him. Delana and Brynn Hinson said they were at the Braves game on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Dodgers when they caught the man’s spouse allegedly sexting a man saved as ‘Nancy’ in her phone. They took pictures and posted photos to Twitter of the seemingly adulterous text messages they claim she sent to ‘Mark Allen’, as well as the note, which have since gone viral, Uproxx reported. Delana wrote the note to the man during the game at Turner Field that read: ‘Your wife is cheating on you. Look at the messages under Nancy! Its really a man named Mark Allen. There is pictures on my phone.’ She then continued saying if his wife deleted the messages he could contact her and she left her phone number. She ended the message saying: ‘Sorry, just thought you should know!’ Brynn then posted the pictures on Twitter with a message that read: ‘When there’s a married couple in front of you but….hoes ain’t loyal so me & @lanabaybee8 expose em! #Nancy #ormark.’ Crazy right? Khloe Kardashian And Lamar Odom Finally Sign Divorce Papers Hope you weren’t holding your breath… According to TMZ reports : Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have taken the final step in getting divorced … TMZ has learned. Khloe and Lamar both signed legal docs that will officially end their marriage. Court records show the documents were filed with the court Friday. All that’s left is a judge’s signature, and they’re officially single. It’s been a long time coming. Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013 and sat on it for more than a year. There was no activity in the file, to the point the judge threatened to dismiss the case. As we reported, Khloe and Lamar both waffled on the divorce, and at times they talked reconciliation. Khloe has clearly moved on. She’s dating NBA superstar James Harden. As for Lamar, it seems he grudgingly went along with the divorce. He recently called Khloe “my girl.” We’ve learned Khloe and Lamar have reached a property settlement and the divorce could be official within days. Cemetery Worker Steals Granite Headstones To Make Tile Flooring SMH. A Rhode Island cemetery worker was discovered swiping granite headstones from the graves of war veterans to make fancy tile flooring for his garage. Via MailOnline : A cemetery worker in Rhode Island is expected to admit that he stole granite headstones from the graves of U.S. veterans and used them as flooring. Kevin Maynard, a 59-year-old who worked at a veterans’ burial ground in Exeter, reportedly admitted taking at least 150 of the granite slabs and using them for projects including a shed and two garages. Photos taken by federal investigators show some of the flagstones face-up inside a garage, with the details of a Second World War veteran clearly visible. Other stones had been turned over, leaving the details of the soldier they were meant to honor pounded down into the dirt. A federal investigator said he saw other stones spattered with trash and motor oil. According to local news station WPRI, which revealed the investigation, Maynard bragged to his colleagues about taking the stones, which had been taken from the ground because they were due to be replaced. According to federal rules on veterans’ cemeteries, all granite headstones due to be replaced must be ground up to protect the dignity of the buried soldiers. Man, he couldn’t even turn all the tiles over? So everytime he pulls into his driveway he has to read “here lies John?” SMH!

Sherri Shepherd Ordered To Pay $4,600 A Month In Child Support A judge has ruled that Sherri Shepherd will have to pay nearly $5k a month in child support to her ex Lamar Sally. This is the culmunation of a long legal battle where Sherri has tried to claim no parental ties to the child, born via surrogate and donated egg. Via RadarOnline : Sherri Shepherd was ordered by a Pennsylvania judge to pay ex Lamar Sally child support to the tune of $4,100 for the next 12 years, for their infant son born via surrogate. The View star will have to pony up the total until Lamar Sally Jr. turns 13, according to online reports, at which point she will have to dole out $4,600. The ruling brings closure to a fiery court battle in which the 48-year-old star distanced herself from the child, as she claimed that her ex-husband used the baby to cash in for a payday. (She might still pursue fraud charges against her ex, who she divorced in May 2014.) The 30 Rock star, who also has a son named Jeffrey, had previously said she “has no connection or responsibility” to the child, drawing angry criticism from both her ex and the woman who served as their surrogate, Jessica Bartholomew. “I just don’t understand how she can act like this baby is nonexistent,” Bartholomew told Inside Edition earlier this year. Sally in March said that the turn of events surrounding the child was “heartbreaking — actually, very heartbreaking.” Wow. Is this ruling fair or foul?

Oscar De La Renta Snubs His Adopted Son In Will Late fashion designer Oscar de la Renta held a grudge against his adopted son that went from 2005 until after his death, ultimately denying his only legal offspring his true stake in his father’s fortune. Via MailOnline : Late fashion designer Oscar de la Renta has snubbed his adopted son – a designer at his label – in his $26 million will after the pair fell out 10 years ago. Moises de la Renta was adopted by the couturier from an orphanage in the Dominican Republic following the death of his first wife Françoise de Langlade in 1983. Moises, 30, has now been left a relatively small bequest from his late father’s $26 million estate – and has been warned that if he ever tried to contest the will he would be cut out completely, court documents show. The pair fell out after Moises attempted to launch his own women’s fashion line in 2005. His father, who is considered one of the most iconic designers of all time and dressed everyone from Jackey Kennedy Onassis to Amal Clooney, never forgave him for the move, Page Six reports. Annette de la Renta was bequeathed the majority of her husband’s real estate portfolio, including a $13million Park Avenue apartment in New York, a $2.8million house in Kent, Connecticut and his estate in Dominica. Rather than Moises, de la Renta’s stepdaughter Eliza Bolen was named as an alternate executor of the will, Page Six reports. In 2005, The Post reported Moises was building his own fashion ’empire’ which aimed ‘to bring the de la Renta aura to a younger crowd’ but the line, MDLR Black, never took off. Oscar later publicly lashed out at his son and told New York magazine: ‘Moises did a little line, five or six pieces. But that doesn’t make a fashion designer.’ Yikes. That Oscar was REALLY salty about his son going off on his own to try and build his own legacy. SMH.

Bobby Flay Cheated On Wife With January Jones Bobby Flay and Stephanie March’s divorce is not what you’d call amicable. Via HuffPo : The couple split in early April after 10 years of marriage and March is challenging the prenup under which Flay is required to pay the actress $5,000 a month. In Touch reports that March is challenging the prenup on the grounds that Flay allegedly cheated on her with three women, including actress January Jones. A source familiar with the case told the magazine that the former “Law & Order: SVU” actress is claiming in court papers that the 50-year-old celebrity chef “committed adultery” with Jones several times in the in early 2010. The magazine also reports that March has accused Flay of cheating with a food stylist and his assistant. Page Six previously reported that it’s believed the couple’s prenup had no infidelity clause, and if true, March’s claims likely would not help her cause. However, TMZ reported that the actress also filed documents claiming that it’s her “amazing palate” that is responsible for his success. Reps for Flay and Jones have yet to respond to requests for comment. Put a fork in this relationship because Bobby Flay ain’t isht!
