Dame Dash Loses Custody Of Daughters After months of back and forth on who’s the crappier parent , courts have finally sided with Rachel Roy in deeming Dame Dash not as fit a parental figure. The judge in their custody battle have revoked Dame’s custody, giving him nothing but supervised visits from here on out. Via TMZ : Damon Dash just lost custody of the daughters he shares with ex-wife Rachel Roy, and it’s probably all news to him … since he didn’t even show up for the hearing. Roy just got sole legal and physical custody of 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah. Dash also wanted full custody. The former couple each accused the other of being an unfit parent. He claimed she drove drunk with one of the girls, and threatened to cut him with a knife. She claimed he smokes weed around the kids. She said all the women and drugs were a bad influence on their daughters. The judge clearly sided with Rachel, ruling Dash only gets supervised visitation. Roy also got a three-year restraining order against Dash. Damn…maybe Dame should have been channeling more of his energy to the case for his kids than to his other ventures and talking points the past few weeks.

Derek Fisher Divorces Wife After 10 Years Derek Fisher just recently celebrated his 10 year anniversary wit his wife a month ago. The only problem? The couple just filed for divorce! Via TMZ reports: NY Knicks coach Derek Fisher has filed for divorce from his wife Candace … just one month after they celebrated their 10 year anniversary. Fisher filed the divorce docs in Los Angeles — citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The couple have two children together, twins … including a daughter who suffered from a rare form of eye cancer. Fisher was famously let out of his contract with the Utah Jazz back in 2007 so he could spend more time with her and help her with treatment. The divorce seems to be as amicable as these things get — with Fisher asking for joint legal and physical custody of the children. He also wants to split the legal costs. Fisher issued a statement saying, “This is a difficult time for me personally. For the sake of our children, I ask that everyone respects our privacy during this process.” Start your engines groupies!!!!!!!
Tamara Tunie Splits With Husband Of 23 Years After 23 years of marriage, Tamara Tunie and her husband are officially calling it quits . Although no documents have been filed yet, sources insist the Law & Order: SVU star and her husband have separated. Tamara, who plays Dr. Melinda Warner on the long-running TV cop drama series, will soon be a single lady according to TMZ. So what’s at stake if the Tony Award winning actress and the jazz musician do divorce? For starters, all of Tamara’s profits from her active TV career on shows such as As the World Turn and NYPD Blue. And, while we are sure Tamara’s head is turning about this huge change in her life, it’s fortunate that her and Gregory are reportedly not fighting as of now. Despite that there is no signs of a prenup between the couple, who never had children, Tamara and Gregory sound “pretty amicable,” reports TMZ. Chris Rock Divorces Wife Malaak After 19 Years Another one bites the dust …unfortunately. Via People: Chris Rock and his wife are divorcing after nearly 20 years together. “After much contemplation and 19 years of marriage, Chris and I have decided to go our separate ways,” Malaak Compton-Rock, a philanthropist and founder of the nonprofit styleWorks, said in a statement Sunday. “Being fortunate enough to lead a life of service by working with those most vulnerable makes me well aware of life’s blessings, even when faced with difficulties. “While recognizing that this is a significant change, my children remain at the center of my life and their well-being is my top priority. It is in this spirit that I sincerely ask that their privacy and the privacy of our family be respected during this transition in our lives.” Rock’s attorney, Robert S. Cohen, confirmed the couple has split. “Chris Rock has filed for divorce from his wife, Malaak,” Cohen said in a statement. “This is a personal matter and Chris requests privacy as he and Malaak work through this process and focus on their family.” The Top Five star, 49, wed Compton-Rock, 45, in 1996. Phaedra Parks Says She’s Divorcing Apollo Nida Even though he was seen on the last episode of “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta” trying his damnedest to kiss on and cuddled up to his wife Phaedra Parks, Apollo Nida will be a single man when he’s released from jail. US Magazine reports: Phaedra Parks is moving on. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star confirmed on Watch What Happens Live on Sunday, Dec. 21, that she and her estranged, incarcerated husband Apollo Nida are ending their marriage. Parks caught up with host Andy Cohen on WWHL following Sunday’s tense new episode of RHOA. In the latest installment of the Bravo reality show, Nida is shown canoodling his not-too-receptive wife and attempting to get back into her good graces after being convicted of fraud. The Atlanta-based attorney told Cohen that Nida’s efforts were in vain. He is currently serving an eight-year sentence at prison in Kentucky, and by the time he is released, he will likely be divorced. “Well, we’re amicably resolving this marriage,” she said as she nodded and pulled a knowing face. “We’re resolving this marriage… resolving to dissolve, yes.” Phaedra also denied reports that she’s keeping her two young sons away from their father. As Parks and Nida move toward parting ways, the outspoken star and her two young sons have been in contact with the jailed Nida. Before reporting to prison, he became a father for the second time when Parks gave birth to son Dylan, 19 months. The embattled couple also has an older son Ayden, 4. “I talk to him at least, if not five, six times a week, if not more,” Parks said of Nida, adding that the kids are “definitely in contact” with their father. I don’t even want to date right now, I just want to get my heart back together.” Rose filed for divorce from Khalifa on September 24, 2014, after just one year of marriage. Khloe Kardashian And Lamar Odom May Not Finalize Divorce Proceedings First it seemed to be all Lamar , but lately Khloe has really been dragging her feet with her divorce proceedings. Could it be that Bruce’s words of advice struck a chord? Via HollywoodLife : Khloe Kardashian, 30, may have changed her name on Twitter but she’s still Mrs. Khloe Kardashian Odom on paper. Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar Odom on Dec. 13, 2013 and almost one year later, neither of them have gone through with the rest of the divorce filings. Khloe could have reportedly filed a motion to restore her “single status” even if Lamar refused to sign the papers. Even though she has been dating French Montana, there is no indication that Khloe is moving forward with the divorce, according to Life & Style. The Superior Court of California County has even sent them a notice as recently of Oct. 9, “alerting both Lamar and Khloe that their divorce is not complete — and once again, she didn’t respond” the magazine states. If they don’t make a decision soon the court will ask them to show up for something called a status conference where they will then decide whether to call the whole thing off or get divorced. Khloe took to Instagram on Dec. 2 and this is what she wrote: Although she didn’t say it was about Lamar, it’s safe to assume that it is. We just don’t understand why they are both stalling so much and why they won’t just come out and say what on earth is going on! Looks like no one is really too hype to finish up that paperwork.
