Demi Lovato in Rehab: What Do We Know?

Thanks to her first official statement since nearly dying from a drug overdose, fans now know what Demi Lovato is thinking. But these same fans do not know where Demi Lovato actually is at the moment. And that may not change any time soon. According to multiple outlets, the troubled artist has left Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles and is on her way to a treatment center. Not even the sleuths at TMZ have figured out Demi’s exact location, however, except to confirm that she will be in rehab someplace located a distance from California. Aside from getting the star all the professional helps she needs, part of the basis for this move is to also get Lovato far away from some of the bad influences that had overtaken her life in the weeks leading up to her overdose. As previously reported, these toxic friends were never really friends at all. They didn’t push Lovato to overcome her dark side and her dangerous impulses; they encouraged these sides and impulses to come out. As a result, Lovato spent most of the night partying to weeks ago, only to be found hours later in a state of unconsciousness. An assistant called 911 and paramedics arrived just in time to save the singer’s life. TMZ writes that Lovato flew via private plans to a rehab center that an insider describes as “one of the nation’s leading facilities for addiction.” By our estimation, this will be Lovato’s third time receiving professional treatment in such a manner — and we just pray, as cliche as it sounds, that this third time in the charm. Per Radar Online, meanwhile, Demi will remain at her rehab center for a minimum of three months. She is reportedly set to take this treatment seriously, despite having previously scoffed at suggestions from those close to her over the past several weeks that she needs help. It took the star being rushed to the hospital in order for her to see their point. “She is scheduled to stay for 90 days,” a source tells Radar simply. This same source says that Lovato is not being held against her will. This is not a case of an involuntary psychiatric hold, known as a Sectio 5150, which means that Demi will be free to check herself out of rehab at any time. “Demi left the hospital over the weekend. She will get continued care at an in-patient rehab facility,” reports People Magazine, adding: “At the hospital, she was surrounded by family and friends that support her sobriety. They all want Demi to be the best she can. Demi is surrounded by a lot of love. She has people in her life that really care. “She has a long journey ahead, but with all the love, her journey could absolutely be a positive one.” Lovato was sober for six years prior to this relapse. She talked openly during that time about her previous hardcore drug use, her self-esteem issues, her eating disorder and even the suicidal thoughts she had at seven years old . We’ve always admired the singer for her honesty and for her mission to help other teens and/or young women experiencing anything close to what she experienced. The superstar posted an emotional note on Instagram yesterday, which marked the first words to come directly from Lovato since her hospitalization. This message included the following: I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction. What I’ve learned is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time. It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet. I want to thank God for keeping me alive and well. To my fans, I am forever grateful for all of your love and support throughout this past week and beyond. Your positive thoughts and prayers have helped me navigate through this difficult time. I want to thank my family, my team, and the staff at Cedars-Sinai who have been by my side this entire time. Without them I wouldn’t be here writing this letter to all of you. Wooow: George Zimmerman Allegedly Killer-Stalks An Investigator Working On Trayvon Martin Doc

Source: Pool / Getty George Zimmerman continues to be out here acting reckless, and now the man acquitted of killing a 17-year-old Trayvon Martin  is allegedly letting his rage out on a private investigator. I warn you…the story is wild. It all started when Dennis Warren was hired by the producers of a Trayvon Martin documentary back in September. He was hired to do some investigative research on Trayvon’s death, and one of his main orders of business was contacting Zimmerman back in September 2017, according to an affidavit. Warren left a message for Zimmerman saying the producers of the doc wanted to include him in the film. But after that, there was no reply from Zimmerman. Fast forward to December and a producer for the documentary reaches out to Warren, saying Zimmerman has been making threats against the producer and against Warren. According to authorities, Zimmerman was mad that the producer and Warren were trying to get Zimmerman’s family involved in the film. “Dennis is a (expletive) who bothered my uncle in his home,” Zimmerman texted the producer, according to the report. “Local or former law officer, he’s well on his way to the inside of a gator as well. 10-4?” Pause. A gator? …so I guess Zimmerman is the gator whisperer now…   It gets more nuts. Authorities say that a few days later, Warren started getting direct messages from Zimmerman himself, and within a two-hour period, Warren received 21 phone calls, 38 text messages and seven voicemails.   Messages included “Answer your phone (expletive)” and “I’ll see you before you realize it,” according to the affidavit. When Warren sent Zimmerman a message telling him to stop, Zimmerman reportedly replied, “No!” followed by, “Text me again. I’ll show up at your home you (expletive).”   Zimmerman also allegedly sent Warren an interview he did with TheBlast.com where he’s quoted as saying, “I know how to handle people who (expletive) with me, I have since February of 2012…anyone who (expletives) with my parents will be fed to an alligator.” Again with these alligators.   It gets even more bizarre. According to the report, Zimmerman left so many voicemails that Warren’s inbox filled up. These voicemails included ticking sounds and tones that would slowly increase in speed and frequency.     When a sergeant, who’s interacted with Zimmerman in the past, called him in January about the allegations, deputies said Zimmerman belittle the sergeant, calling her a “whore” and other foul names.   Wow. This man really does think he’s above the law. The Siminole County Sheriff’s Office submitted a report on the whole situation to the state attorney’s office and Zimmerman is scheduled to appear in court on stalking charges May 30. Meanwhile, the six-part documentary Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story (produced by Jay-Z ) is set to premiere this summer….with or without Zimmerman.

Demi Lovato Celebrates 6 Years of Sobriety, Reveals Encounter With "B-tchy" Celebrity

At just 25, Demi Lovato has enjoyed higher highs and endured lower lows than most people will experience in a lifetime. The singer rose to fame while still in her teens, but the pressures of such sudden success quickly took a toll. Lovato’s struggles with addiction could have cost her career – and so much more. But at her lowest point, Demi was strong enough to seek help, and that has made all the difference. These days,  Lovato is sober , and her music is more popular than ever. More importantly, however, Demi is happy, healthy, and willing to publicly share the details of her painful struggle in hopes of helping others. Earlier this week, Demi marked another year of clean living, and she celebrated the occasion on social media: “Just officially turned 6 years sober,” Lovato tweeted. “So grateful for another year of joy, health and happiness. It IS possible.  While Lovato maintains that the decision to get sober was the most important one she’s ever made, she admits that she still struggles from time to time. In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight , Demi revealed that she came dangerously close to falling off the wagon at the 2016 Met Gala . “I had a terrible experience,” Lovato recalls. “This one celebrity was a complete b-tch and was miserable to be around. It was very cliquey. I remember being so uncomfortable that I wanted to drink.” Demi says the experience was an eye-opening one that caused her to realize she has more in common with fellow former addicts than she does with many of her fellow celebs: “I changed my clothes, but I still had my diamonds on — millions of dollars of diamonds on in an AA meeting,” she adds. “And I related more to the homeless people in that meeting who struggled with the same struggles that I deal with than the people at the Met Gala.” Lovato says it’s no exaggeration to say that her sobriety is quite literally a matter of life and death, “What keeps me on this path is there’s a drive that I have to stay sober because I know that my life depends on it,” she tells ET. “If I would have continued down that road, I don’t know if I’d be here today.” Well, her loved ones and her millions of fans are certainly glad she chose a different path before it was too late. Our sincere congrats go out to Demi on the achievement of a lifetime. View Slideshow: Demi Lovato: 19 Candid Confessions from Her Documentary

Wendy Williams Has A Long History Of Being Beyoncé’s Biggest Hater

Read more:

Source: Michael Loccisano / Getty Wendy Williams has made a whole career out of being shady, but every once in a while she takes bad mouthing celebrities a step too far—especially where Beyoncé is concerned. Just today, for example, she shared her opinion on Fergie ‘s All-Star Weekend “Star Spangled Banner” fail and somehow ended up shading Bey in the process. It’s starting to feel like Wendy will take any and every opportunity to needlessly come for Yoncé. The question is: why? Maybe ratings? Listed below is just SOME  of what the talk show host has had to say about Bey and her family in recent times. You’ll find that even when Wendy’s stanning for the queen, there’s no shortage of backhanded compliments. 1. 2012: That Time Wendy Mocked The Way Beyoncé Speaks… “I am a Beyoncé fan. I’m gonna be watching this documentary, even if she doesn’t introduce us to new stuff…fortunately one of the TVs in our kitchen has closed captioning so I’ll be able to understand what she says. You know Beyoncé can’t talk, you all. Beyoncé sounds like she has a fifth grade education. She can’t talk. Excuse me? I just said I’m a fan, but we have to call a spade a spade. I mean, honestly. We really do have the closed captioning just for times like that,” she said on The Wendy Williams Show. 2.  2014: These Were Her Hopeful Yet Cynical Comments About The Carters Potentially Divorcing… “They’re reportedly trying to figure out a way to split without divorcing—in other words, a hood divorce,” Wendy commented as her audience erupted with laughter. Later, she adds “I do think, though, that they are vain enough that when the love is over…that they will not divorce because they’re scared of what we’re gonna say.” 3. 2016: Wendy Needlessly Criticized Beyoncé’s Lemonade Timing… “I wish that Beyoncé held off on this whole album, ’til Prince… until this entire weekend blew over,” she said to her audience. She went on to speak about the “Becky With The Good Hair” drama involving Rachel Roy, accusing the Carters of having had Roy on their payroll. 4. Present Day Hateration: Wendy Says Beyoncé Needs Auto-tune “There are only a few people who can sing raw dog and Fergie is not one, she needs autotune,” Wendy commented. “Jen Lopez needs autotune, Janet needs autotune, Beyoncé needs autotune…” she added as her audience gasps in disbelief, as if to ask “She can’t be talking about the same Beyoncé we’re thinking about, right?” See below. Lemme guess, you’re just “keeping it real,” right Wendy?

Lily Rose Depp’s See Through Top and Bikini Bottoms of the Day

Lily Rose Depp is one of my favorite celebrity children, I just like her look more than anything, I don’t know anything about her as a human, you know I haven’t had much of an opportunity to spend one on one time with her filming my documentary on celebrity children, we haven’t interracted on social media, I haven’t been invited to her parties or birthdays….I am strictly basing it on the way she looks because if you look good, you can do no wrong in personality, as we will all forgive some cunt if she’s cute….it’s scientific fact… Well she wore some possibly see through shirt on social media and I liked it. That’s not all!!!! Here she is in a “black” shirt to show solidarity with all the whores pretending to show solidarity despite being all full off shit vapid and vain cunts that have no only sucked dick for jobs but also mocked other women for sucking dicks for jobs their entire existence…no matter how holier than thou they want to be…I see through the nonsense they don’t even believe..but are angling because people are responsive and it’s hard to go viral these days…so do whatever you can to get noticed….becuase they are by default attention seeking, follower seeking, assholes who want to get paid more….through more work…and this is their chance to be heros… NOT that Lily Rose Depp can relate…she’s Johnny Depp’s daughter and doesn’t need to suck dick to get jobs. Here is her ass in a bikini for some movie she’s filming because she’s Johnny Depp’s daughter and doesn’t need to suck dick to get jobs…. Christmas Carols Are Not Too Sacred For A Racism Examination

See more here:

C onservative media outlets and their angry followers are maligning a Boston University theater professor on social media because she published a history of “Jingle Bells” that said it has racist roots. But her research is part of a necessary examination into this county’s racist past that should not exempt Christmas traditions. RELATED: Morgan State Student Documentary Explores Racist National Anthem Lyrics “The legacy of ‘Jingle Bells’ is one where its blackface and racist origins have been subtly and systematically removed from its history,” Kyna Hamill wrote in her research  paper . She added that “attention to the circumstances of its performance history enables reflection on its problematic role in the construction of Blackness and Whiteness in the United States.”   CHRISTMAS CONTROVERSY: Boston University Professor claims ‘Jingle Bells’ is a racist song pic.twitter.com/ko4ULQz1Ys — FOX & friends (@foxandfriends) December 14, 2017 The first documented performance of the Christmas jingle, written by James Pierpont , was in blackface at a theater in Boston in 1857, Hamill told Fox News . Its origins emerged from the racial politics of pre-Civil War Boston and from a group of commercial blackface performers traveling between Boston and New York. Hamill, who’s White, is not calling for the death of “Jingle Bells.” What she’s doing should be seen in the same light as the movement to delve into the racist past at educational institutions. None of that changes the past, but a simple acknowledgement goes a long way toward healing. That’s the case at Georgetown University , when the administration publicly recognized the wrongdoing and debt it owed to a mass slave sale in the 19th century that kept the institution alive. Harvard University’s president also understood that moving forward from racial conflict on campus required acknowledging that it was complicit in the slave trade. Demi Lovato: 19 (VERY!) Candid Confessions from Her Documentary

Demi Lovato has always been an open book. The singer has never shied away over the years from discussing her battles with substance abuse and an eating disorder. In the YouTube documentary “Simply Complicated,” Lovato is an open… series of books? We're not sure how to phrase it, we just know the artist discusses absolutely everything, from her career to her drug use to her most famous relationship. Scroll down and then all around for a look at all we learned about Lovato in this revealing film: 1. When Did She First Do Cocaine? “I was 17 working on Disney Channel, and I was with a couple of friends and they introduced me to it. I was scared because my mom always told me that your heart could just burst if you do it. But I did it anyways and I loved it. I felt out of control with the coke the first time that I did it.” 2. Yes, She Once Punched a Backup Dancer in the Face After learning someone named Shorty outed her for using Adderall during a Camp Rock 2 tour, “I remember thinking, ‘I’m about to beat this bitch up.’ She had already boarded the plane, I just went up to her and it was like a blur.” 3. This Was a “Breaking Point” Lovato said she slept the whole day afterward, texted her mom an apology and realized she needed major help. 4. She Entered Rehab, Got Diagnosed as Bipolar… … and then fell off the wagon: “I wasn’t working my program, I wasn’t ready to get sober. I was sneaking it on planes, in bathrooms, nobody knew. I went on a bender of two months when I was using daily and there was one night where I used a bunch of coke, I popped a few Xanax bars and I started to choke a little bit and my heart started racing. I remember thinking, oh my god, I might be overdosing right now.” 5. This Was the Last Time She Drank: “I invited 2 random people and basically just drank with them. I got really really drunk until it was time to get on a flight and I was so drunk that I threw up in the back of the car service on the way to the airport to perform on American Idol. I felt like that was a moment in my career where I didn’t care. I just knew that I needed to be high to get through what I was going through at that point.” 6. It Was On to a Sober Living Facility She retired here every night after judging The X Factor. Said her manager in the documentary of this experience: “She’s having to do chores. She has no cell phone. She’s completely and totally submitted to the process of recovery.” View Slideshow
