Briana DeJesus Protests Jenelle Evans’ Firing: It’s SO Unfair!!

Just a couple of months ago, Jenelle Evans confided in Briana DeJesus that she feared being fired from Teen Mom 2 . Well, after the brutal murder of Jenelle’s dog by her monstrous husband, David Eason, that fear has been realized. But Briana isn’t just mourning her friend’s firing — she’s defending Jenelle On Wednesday, Briana Dejesus spoke to Us Weekly and about MTV’s decision to finally, finally fire Jenelle. “I am sad for her,” Briana expressed for some reason. Ah yes, because the real victim right now is Jenelle, who is trying to save her horrible marriage instead of leaving David and pressing charges. Briana added: “I wish there was some kind of compromise for all of this.” “She worked her ass off for so long,” she laments. “To just be thrown to the wolves.” Despite Jenelle’s apparent lack of a moral compass or common sense concern for the safety of herself, her dogs, or her kids, Briana wishes her well. “I hope she gets everything she ever wanted,” Briana said. Unfortunately, what Jenelle wants has, historically and recently, been dangerous for her, for her kids, and for her pets. That’s as true with baby daddies as it was with drugs. “And,” Briana adds. “I just want her to flourish!” “She will be OK,” she predicts with zero evidence to back up her claim. “As far as David,” Briana continued. “It sucks that his actions caused all of this,” she grossly understated. “But,” Briana said. “This is what it is and there’s no going back.” That is such a weird, meaningless statement. We don’t expect for her to be calling for him to be guillotined (though she wouldn’t be alone if she were), but she’s so noncommittal. As we mentioned, MTV has decided to let go of Jenelle, presumably before the next murder in the family is committed on camera. “MTV ended its relationship with David Eason over a year ago in February 2018,” the network’s statement began. “And,” they continued. “Has not filmed any new episodes of Teen Mom 2 with him since.” “Additionally,” MTV added. “We have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019.” “And,” the statement concluded. “Have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season.” We all see awful things in the news every single day. Those of us who write about these stories read everything that there is to know about shocking events in order to cover the topic. Sometimes, after deep diving through enough people’s harrowing trauma, people get numb. But the thought of Nugget’s last moments of life, full of pain and fear, has kept people (myself included) up at night. We understand that Briana is trying to be supportive of her friend, but to speak so cavalierly about a violent man is shocking. If Briana were really Jenelle’s friend, she would be urging her to get out and to seek justice for Nugget before another horror takes place. Incidentally, a long-disputed election in Jenelle’s home county in NC was finally resolved just days ago. That’s what happens when a race for county sheriff was decided by a difference of fewer than 40 votes. However, even the current sheriff acknowledged that David Eason was the “most dangerous man in three counties.” Hyperbole or not, that’s 3% of the counties in the 10th most populous state in the country. But even if the new sheriff has a tougher approach to crime, her hands may be just as tied as the current sheriff. Jenelle will either work up the resolve to do the right thing for herself, for her kids, and for Nugget … or she’ll help David get away with murder. We can’t help but wonder how Briana will feel the next time that David inevitably does something sickening and vile. Wishing that you’d encouraged your friend to leave her beast of a husband doesn’t do much good if it comes too late. Jenelle is isolated from so many people, in part becaue of David but also from her own behavior. Briana may be one of the few people who can reach out and push Jenelle to make a smart choice for the first time in a long time. David Eason: Off the Hook For Killing Dog Because Jenelle Evans Won’t Press Charges!

As you’ve likely heard by now, David Eason shot and killed his wife’s pet dog on Monday. It’s important to note that this was no accident, and it was no Old Yeller-style reluctant mercy-killing. No, David allegedly ignored pleas for compassion from his wife and shot the small French bulldog named Nugget to death because of the dog’s behavior. David says the dog bit his 2-year-old daughter Ensley — yet even though he’s posted about the incident extensively, he has yet to furnish anything in the way of evidence that might support this claim. And as many fans have pointed out, if David and Jenelle are planning to proceed with turning their swampy morass into a “homestead,” they may want to teach their children how to properly interact with animals. And if one of their animals simply could not be trusted to not harm the children, they should have had him re-homed. (Are you telling us with Jenelle’s millions of social media followers, she couldn’t have found a suitable home for Nugget?) The point of all this is that unless the dog badly injured Ensley — which we know did not happen — then there was no reason for David to kill him. He did so because he’s a violent psychopath, and yet once again, it looks as though he’ll avoid legal prosecution — all because of Jenelle. Yes, according to TMZ, David has been tentatively cleared of all charges. Police say they cannot proceed with an investigation without a complaint from the dog’s owner or one of the other adults living in the household. Technically, Jenelle is considered an adult, which makes her the only person who fits those descriptions. When police performed a welfare check on Ensley Monday night, David informed them that Nugget was still alive — but he refused to let them see the dog. We now know that Nugget was already dead, and while police contacted Animal Control, they say their hands are tied unless Jenelle presses charges. TMZ requested a statement and a spokesperson for the Columbus County Sheriff’s Department told the outlet that they will not respond “sensationalized media reports or social media posts.” PETA says it hopes the authorities change their minds for the sake of Jenelle and her children. “People who abuse animals typically don’t stop there.,” the organization says. Meanwhile, calls for Jenelle to be fired from Teen Mom 2 have become louder than ever on social media. For years, viewers have accused Evans of protecting an abuser, and by continuing to employ her, they argue, MTV is guilty of the same. As the situation escalates online, many are now pointing out that there’s reason to believe gun-crazy Dave has killed other pets in the past: “My belief, this is not the first time he’s killed a dog,” wrote one Twitter user. “Three dogs went “missing” in their care–Pumpkin, the designer dog bought from breeder in Texas & the stray during hurricane. Jenelle is acting sad because they were reported. #RIPNugget #RipPumpkin #EasonAnimalAbuse” We hope David and Jenelle are ready to weather the worst storm of their careers. This criticism will not be going away anytime soon. View Slideshow: David Eason: Damn Right I Killed My Dog! And I’d Do It Again!

David Eason: Damn Right I Killed My Dog!!!

Yes,  David Eason really did murder his dog . This allegation first surfaced on Tuesday, April 30 and it has now been verified by a source who may be unstable, but he's also very reliable in this contest: Eason himself. What prompted the ill-tempered reality star to take such a heinous action? What possible reason could he have for SHOOTING HIS FAMILY PET? Eason has included a video down below as a way to explain himself. Check it out now and see what else he has to say on this controversial topic… 1. What… the… Heck… is… Going… On? This is often a fair question question when it comes to David and Jenelle Evans. But it’s been taken to a new level with this story. 2. Allow Us to Explain… On Tuesday afternoon, an unidentified male called 911 to report that Eason shot his family’s dog. That was all the information we had when Radar Online ran its initial story on the topic. 3. Which Dog? Why? Where Was Jenelle When It Happened? We were left with many questions in response to this allegations. The most important, of course, being: Did this really happen? 4. The Answer is Yes Says Eason himself on Instagram. 5. Why, David? Why Did You Kill This Dog? Eason says that the canine, Nugget, snapped at his daughter, Ensley. And this is simply unacceptable. 6. Eason Even Provided Video Evidence Check out the footage above, which Eason shared online. It DOES depict little Nugget snapping at Ensley and the little girl crying in response. View Slideshow

Caroline Bittencourt Dies; Beloved Model & Actress Was 37

Sad news out of the world of fashion today, as multiple outlets have now confirmed the death of model and actress Caroline Bittencourt. She was just 37 years old. According to press reports, Bittencourt drowned while sailing on a catamaran off the coast of Portugal. Accounts differ with regard to the specifics, but witnesses agree she fell from the deck and the crew was unable to rescue her in time. It was initially reported that Caroline died while attempting to rescue her two dogs who had fallen into the water. However, her father, Orley Bittencourt, disputes those claims and says that his daughter was simply a victim of rough seas and inclement weather. Though Orley was not on the boat, he offered an account from Caroline’s husband, Jorge Sestina, who reportedly jumped into the water in an effort to save her: “Jorge told me a wave hit the side of the boat and the strength of that and strong winds unbalanced Carol and she fell into the water,”Orley Bittencourt, explained in an interview. “He begged her to remain calm because he was coming to get her. “But he could see her disappearing under the water and he couldn’t reach her as the storm separated them. He searched for my daughter for more than three hours and lost sight of the boat.” In a statement issued to The Sun, Captain of São Sebastião Port Authority Wagner Goulart de Souza echoed that sentiment, stating: “We have been informed only two people were on the boat. “We were not given any indication that Caroline jumped off the boat to rescue one of her dogs after it allegedly fell into the water.” In addition to her work as a fashion model, Caroline was a popular actress and TV presenter in her native Brazil. She leaves behind her husband, as well as 17-year-old daughter Isabella, who issued the following statement on Instagram: “We are grateful for the support and affectionate messages we have received from Carol’s friends and fans.”  Our thoughts go out to the Sestini and Bittencourt families during this difficult time. Farrah Abraham Accused of Being a Prostitute, Showing Off Botched Butt Injections

Another day, another reminder that Farrah Abraham is one of the most ridiculous human beings on the planet. As you may have heard, Farrah appears to be broke these days. That hasn't stopped her from taking lavish vacations or spending all her time on social media, but it has led to some wild rumors about how she's paying the bills (and affording all her cosmetic procedures). Of course, this is Farrah we're talking about — which means no theory should be counted out as too bonkers to be true. Take a look at the latest: 1. Farrah Being Farrah Farrah has been a trainwreck from the time she first entered the spotlight. But to be fair, she usually keeps it fresh. 2. A True Artist There’s really no predicting what sort of batsh-t behavior she’ll engage in next. It’s almost impressive. Almost. 3. On Her Grind As usual, Farrah is doing all kinds of desperate things in her never-ending quest for money — but even fans who have been observing her behavior for years couldn’t have predicted that Farrah would get THIS hard-up. 4. The Master Is In For one thing, Farrah is offering online lessons in business management as part of the formerly-reputable Master Class series. 5. Child Management — Not the Best Idea She landed the gig despite the fact that at least three of businesses ventures have failed in the past 18 months, including the children’s boutique that was managed by Farrah’s daughter, Sophia. 6. Too Much Irony Hilariously, it looks as though several class “modules” were filmed at FroCo, Farrah’s now-defunct frozen yogurt chain. View Slideshow

Beyonce Details "Extremely Difficult" Pregnancy, Dangerous Delivery

It’s always a big deal when Beyonce talks about her family. And it’s an even bigger deal when Beyonce reveals photos of her family . So you can imagine the excitement that swept the Internet and the nation at large after Netflix released Homecoming today, the documentary that took viewers behind the scenes of Beyonce’s legendary Coachella performance in 2018 . While talking about the rehearsing and general lifestyle changes she needed to make in order to take the stage at that festival last spring, Beyonce also opened way up about her second pregnancy for the first time. She spoke in stark and very personal detail about growing Sir and Rumi in her womb. “My body went through more than I knew it could,” the beloved artist said, noting she grew to 218 pounds toward the end of her pregnancy and that she developed high blood pressure and toxemia along the way. (Toxemia, also known as preeclampsia, is a pregnancy condition that causes high blood pressure and can lead to serious complications.) When it came time to deliver, one of the baby’s heartbeat paused several times, Beyonce says in the film, spurring her to have an emergency C-section. Scary stuff. And also very real stuff to which numerous women around the world can relate. In another candid segment of her documentary, Beyonce says she was scheduled to perform at Coachella in 2017. What happened? Why was she forced to skip this concert at the time? “I got pregnant unexpectedly,” she says in Homecoming, as footage of her showing off her baby bump plays in the background. “And it ended up being twins which was even more of a surprise.” We think this is the first time Beyonce has confessed that she wasn’t planning on giving Blue Ivy any siblings — but that, hey, even global superstars make these sorts of “mistakes.” Following the birth of her twins, Beyonce’s Coachella performance marked her major return to the stage, but it did not come easily. “There were days that I thought I’d never be the same,” she explains, adding that she cut out carbs, sugar, alcohol, dairy, meat and fish in order to get back into shape. “My body was not connected. My mind was not there,” she goes on to say of preparing for last year’s Coachella performance. “My mind wanted to be with my children.” In the documentary, the celebrity notes she would breastfeed in her trailer in between rehearsing and bring the kids when she could. “What people don’t see is the sacrifice.” Beyonce also acknowledges that it takes a “village” to make a production such as her Coachella set come off as well as it does. She knows she’s lucky. She knows she’s rich and famous and as popular as nearly anyone on the planet. But she also has the same concerns as other parents and set out to perform at Coachella for one key reason: “I feel we made something that made my daughter proud, made my mother proud, my father proud, all of the people that are my brothers and sisters around the world and that’s why I live. “I’m so lucky and grateful that I’m able to take all these crazy ideas and actually make it into something that heals people and that may spark vision in people, that shows them to dream big, that shows them that they are limitless. “It’s possible. If my country ass can do it, they can do it.”

Mom FLIPS OUT After Not Being Allowed to Pet Service Dogs [Video]

A ridiculous mom went ballistic in a mall after she was told that, no, her small child could not pet the service dogs. The woman's bizarre meltdown was caught on video. But she didn't stop with an angry lecture. She went crying — literally — to mall security. A woman named ML Leigh, who is decidedly not pictured here, shared a video to Facebook and provided context. “Had this crazy experience yesterday at the mall,” Leigh's post begins. She found herself in a situation “where some lady asked if she could pet the dogs.” “People ask us all the time,” she laments. “So I just said, 'no.'”  “All the dogs are working,” she explains. “So it’s my go to answer.” As it should be. Service dogs should never be distracted by other people because they have literal jobs to do — sometimes, these jobs are life-saving. “And they walked away,” Leigh narrates. “No big deal right?” Leigh reveals: “This lady went out of her way to come back with her child.” “And,” she writes, this woman proceeded to “yell at us for saying 'no.'” Apparently the woman chided her for her answer “and for not saying, 'nO iM sOrRy ThEy’Re TrAiNiNg.'” We love that she adopted a Spongebob meme to convey her tone of mockery. “And,” Leigh writes, the woman insisted that “we should 'have a sign or something.'” While that's an absurd request, Leigh makes it clear that she has already done so. “You mean the 20 patches on my dog that say don’t pet?” Leigh asks rhetorically. She then accuses: “Entitlement these days is real.” There we have to disagree with Leigh. This kind of weirdness has always been around. It's just that now we all have cameras an an internet with which to share our different tales of it. Leigh recorded the encounter, which also included another woman. “They even got mall security,” Leigh announces. She marvels at the fact that they contacted security “because we said they couldn’t pet the working dogs.” “Security said that the lady was crying,” Leigh reveals. We have to wonder if that woman is always like this, or if she was just at the end of a crazy day. Regardless of possible explanations, there is no excuse for her behavior. “So much harassment,” Leigh laments. “For just saying no.” “This video is public,” she writes. “And is shareable.” The video ended up going viral. “There was no common sense here,” she concludes. Despite a lot of whining about service animals, they serve a vital role. Some provide comfort for people with sensory issues or PTSD. (For example, a service dog can help someone distinguish between delusional experiences, unimportant background noises, and emergencies) Others monitor people for seizures or for blood sugar levels and begin barking if they detect a serious medical problem. They must never be distracted from doing their jobs. But even if these weren't service dogs, if someone says “no,” just go “okay” and keep moving like a normal person, you weirdo.

Parkland Community Grieves Again After Two Student Suicides

Tragedies often fade away over a certain period of time, until another disaster sadly takes their place. But for the survivors, the pain will never disappear.  On Saturday night, a sophomore at the Florida high school where 17 people were killed in a mass shooting last year took his own life, according to Coral Springs police.  It was the second suicide in a span of one week involving a student survivor at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.  A week prior, a former student who lost her best friend in the massacre took her own life and one day following her funeral, this male student, who is still unnamed, killed himself. “Now is the time for the Florida legislature to help,” said Jared Moskowitz, Florida’s emergency management director and a former state representative from Parkland.  “Mental health is a bipartisan issue,” he posted to Twitter.  Officers in the nearby area responded this past Saturday night to the suicide scene of a minor, Officer Tyler Reik confirmed the death on Sunday and said it is still under investigation.  Ryan Petty, who lost his daughter Alaina during the shooting on February 14, 2018, said the child who took his life was s a 17-year-old boy.  Mr. Petty acknowledged the death on Twitter saying “17 + 2” with an emoji of a broken heart.  “What we feared could happen is happening,” he later said in an interview.  In his late daughter’s memory, he created a foundation last May which raised awareness on suicide prevention, according to The New York Times.  A recent graduate named Sydney Aiello, 19, took her own life last weekend, as reported by her mother Cara Aiello.  Ms. Aeillo told the local CBS news station that her daughter had received a diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder and that she also suffered from survivor’s guilt after the shooting, in which one of her best friends, Meadow Pollack, had died.  News of Sydney’s death spread quickly and sparked grief once again in the Parkland community.  Her passing had drawn tens of thousands of dollars to a web page for donations for the young woman’s funeral and memorial service.  But more importantly, it started a discussion about preventing suicide by offering long-term resources to students and all young people who have had to deal with trauma and loss. March 23 marked the anniversary of the March For Our Lives rally against gun violence. I think we all remember the powerful march that many of Parkland’s passionate students organized following the aftermath of the shooting to speak out about gun violence.  Public officials met on Sunday to discuss a plan to assist children and families following the suicides.  In the meantime, the community has identified several locations to offer therapeutic services. “It’s important that the community knows right now how to triage this – to make sure they’re checking in with their kids, checking in with their family members,” said Mayor Christine Hunschofosky. “It’s important, if people have firearms at home, that they’re locked up and secured, so no one who shouldn’t have access to them is able to gain access to them.”  Dr. Kelly Posner Gerstenhaber, a psychiatry professor at Columbia University has developed a list of questions that anyone can ask to identify people who may be at risk of suicide.  She explains that suicide is preventable but it requires ending the stigma surrounding depression and other mental illness, not waiting for people who are hurt to speak out on their own.  “They don’t necessarily have the will to come and ask for help,” Dr. Posner said. “We should be asking these questions the way we monitor blood pressure.”  The high school brought in counselors and therapy dogs for Stoneman Douglas students immediately after the shooting last year.  At the start of the 2018-2019 school year last fall, the school district also opened a “resiliency center” at a park, with counselors and support groups for suffering families.  That center is open this week, even though the school is now on spring break.  The community has come together, as we all have seen from TV broadcasts, political rallies and documentaries, however, it is still facing an extremely turbulent time.  Public officials are being held accountable for missing the signals displayed by the gunman prior to the attack, who is still awaiting a trial for capital murder. Just last week, the school district placed the principal of the school under investigation, as well as school board members and even the school’s superintendent, Robert W. Runcie, had to fight to keep his job.  “There’s a lot of good going on in our community. But we cannot ignore what else is happening,” said Mayor Hunschofsky.  The emotional trauma these students and family members have faced will last for decades.  Columbine High and Newton’s Sandy Hook massacre are all, unfortunately, lead examples of how survivors fight to overcome their attacks.  Newton also set up a resiliency center shortly after the shooting as a place for therapy and for people to gather to talk.  “There’s mixed feelings throughout the town,” Stephanie Clinque, the center’s executive director, said.  “Grief is complicated. It’s very sad for the family, the children, the entire community. We’re letting people know it’s ok to have those feelings.”  A Columbine High massacre survivor Heather Martin was not physically injured but said it took several years to overcome the shooting.  She helped with the Rebels Project which was named after Columbine’s mascot, which assisted mass trauma survivors.  “Resilience is connecting with other people and gaining strength from other people,” Martin said.  “You don’t always have to be the strongest person.” *If you are having thoughts of suicide, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255*

I wanted to incorporate animals that needed both: love and a home. We had a booth set up at the wedding and reception that had a log of adoptable dogs. I’ve been told many adoption applications have been submitted.” But what is it about the baby canines that just makes an humans heart melt?
