The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Recap: Teddi Mellencamp (Finally!) Confesses Involvement in PuppyGate

On Tuesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the PuppyGate drama intensified, and it made one housewife look super sketchy.  The explosive installment picked up with Teddi Mellencamp making her way over to Erika Girardi’s house to unveil her involvement in the storyline that is ruling the current season of the show.  Teddi confirmed that she was not in good standing with Dorit and that Lisa Vanderpump used that to her advantage.  “Lisa knew there was tension between Dorit and I,” Teddi dished, adding: “So I get the call from Vanderpump Dogs. They said, ‘This thing happened with Dorit and the dog. Can you believe it? It’s crazy. Lisa wanted you to know.’ And I had a very dramatic response.” “I was kind of in it, texting with them, being catty back. Like, ‘Alright, gimme more deets. Show me the tea!’ Not being the most above-board human being.” “She fed me information, and I bit,” Teddi continued. “Then Kyle and I get invited by Lisa Vanderpump to go to Vanderpump Dogs.” “They wanted me to say it. I already know this going into Vanderpump Dogs, and I couldn’t go through with it.” Erika wanted to know what Teddi was urged to say.  “Telling everybody what Dorit did,” she confirmed.  “Lisa is now in a full tizzy, ‘Don’t say anything! Don’t say anything!'” Teddi said about the whole mess, going on to say about LVP’s reaction to the whole mess being shot on camera. “That is when I realized, ‘I am set up. Something’s going on, and I don’t feel good about it anymore.’ If I wanted to lie, I wouldn’t have said I was petty at the beginning and I was involved.” “I have the proof, but somehow, she’s gonna try to flip it. I know it. In my heart of hearts, I think that’s what she’s doing right now.” Meanwhile, Dorit wondered whether she could find a way to trust Lisa again, and turned to her husband, PK.  “I love her, but LVP is a genius at manipulation and control,” he told his wife. “She’s the best in the world at it, and I respect her for it, but it gets a bit different and a bit difficult for me when it’s my wife.” Dorit wanted Lisa to be honest with her. She was convinced Lisa orchestrated the whole thing and wanted an apology.  As for Lisa, she was still trying to find a way to prove her innocence. John Blizzard, whose name keeps popping up in this whole mess, stopped by and Lisa asked for the truth.  “I know I don’t know you very well,” Lisa said to Blizzard. “I mean, I don’t. I know you’ve worked at the center. And really, before we even start anything, I really appreciate everything.” “However, you have kind of complicated my life. Our relationship is not that close, but clearly, you seem to be a lot closer to Teddi.” “Yeah, I am,” confirmed John. “Somehow, things got misconstrued,” LVP continued, adding that Blizzard is mistaken.  “Okay, so you told her. But then you implicate me,” said a stunned Lisa who felt like she had been implicated in something she had no part of.  “I put words in your mouth that were not true,” he replied. “And I will own that, and I’m sorry for that … and that’s what everyone at the center is so frustrated about is how this is all being flipped onto you.” “She’s not gonna be happy that you showed me the texts,” Lisa said. “Yeah, but at the same time, she shouldn’t have brought up my texts,” John replied. Lisa wasted no time in inviting Dorit and Kyle over to her house to show them the proof, and Kyle was not impressed. “I can see what you’re saying,” she said, adding: “There’s no doubt that [Teddi’s] hands aren’t clean in this, but I think that it’s not fair to put that on her when she wasn’t alone in the situation.”  Lisa was not about to let her vindication be marred by such drama. Lisa said she had “never spoken to John Blizzard.” Kyle took aim at Lisa, wondering how she knew that Teddi knew about the dog.  Lisa said that she texted Dorit saying, “You need to get in front of this. You need to clear this up.” Lisa ten provided what she said to Teddi about the matter: “Well, I just knew that if Teddi knows, or I know, you know, we all know, we start talking about it, so I said, ‘You should go and talk to John.'” Dorit was blindsided by the texts, but Kyle was not sure Lisa was telling the truth.  “Lisa’s saying she never spoke with John Blizzard, but someone told her something because she quickly let Dorit know,” Kyle said to the cameras. “So who told you? Where’d you get the information? Obviously, Lisa and John Blizzard had a whole conversation going on about that.” Yeah, PuppyGate is here to stay! Some WASPy Massachusetts broad called the POLICE on a Black man because his dog was humping her dog during a walk at the park. Let her tell it, her dog was a being “assaulted” and the Black man “threatened” her according to NBCNews . “Your dog keeps humping my dog and assaults him,” a woman on a phone told the man, Franklin Baxley, who posted several videos on Facebook Wednesday of the incident at Attleboro Dog Park. “My dog’s assaulting your dog, do you listen to yourself?” Baxley answered, adding that after he separated the dogs, the woman asked him to leave the park. The woman on the phone then accused Baxley of “verbally assaulting” her. At this time, another bogus Becky stuck her nose into grown folks business and began to vouch for her partner-in-whiteness saying that Baxley had broken the community rules. “I know the rules,” Baxley said. “I’ve seen every single dog hump another dog here.” “You heard of Barbecue Becky cause this is the newest one, right here,” Baxley added. “I bet if I was white you wouldn’t have called the cops.” Franklin posted the interaction on Facebook. After having canceled fan favorite shows Luke Cage and Daredevil  last year, Netflix started off 2019 by putting The Punisher to sleep and giving Jessica Jones her walking papers. Though the second season of The Punisher left much to be desired, fans still had hope that it would get a chance at redemption in a third season. It will not and everyone is tight. Amongst those upset that Frank Castle won’t be swiss cheesing up anymore bad guys for the foreseeable future was Slim Shady himself and he took to Twitter to voice his displeasure with Netflix’s decision. That is exactly what fans have been waiting for since the two crossed paths in the second season of Daredevil . But Netflix said “Nah.” Though there’s a real good possibility that the canceled shows will find new life in Disney’s upcoming streaming service Disney+, there is a clause in Marvel’s agreement with Netflix that shows canceled by the company can’t be taken anywhere else for a few years . So there’s that. Luckily The Punisher doesn’t fall under that umbrella but would Disney invest in a show where blood and violence is its calling card? According to the couple, she was yelling things like, “You’re trampling the grass, that we pay for, you need to leave,’ even though we were on the walkway talking the picture.” She continued to complain they were on private property. “(She was) very aggressive, in our face. It was escalating to the point where my wife suggested I start recording.” Apparently there were other photographers taking photos in the area. “It was pretty quiet. There were some other photographers taking pictures, people walking their dogs, couples, so it was pretty peaceful, pretty quiet,” Allen said. “A lot of people said, ‘Cute baby.’ They were smiling, that sort of thing.” What was supposed to be a joyous occasion turned terrible, but we have a feeling this family can expect a big pay day soon thanks to Neely. Sam Lloyd, Beloved Scrubs Star, Diagnosed with Cancer

Sam Lloyd, a veteran actor best known for playing the character of Ted throughout the entire run of Scrubs, has received devastating news. He’s been diagnosed with a severe type of cancer. Lloyd most recently appeared on an episode of Happy Together. His small screen resume also includes stints on Shameless, Cougar Town, The Middle and Desperate Housewives. According to a newly-created GoFundMe campaign page, doctors diagnosed the 55-year old with inoperable cancer in January after discovering a brain tumor that had metastasized from his lungs. The news came mere weeks after Lloyd and his wife, Vanessa, welcomed their first child. Lloyd reportedly went to see a physician just under a month ago after having experienced weight loss and headaches. Upon their examination, doctors discovered the tumor, which has spread to Lloyd’s liver, spine and jaw. The aforementioned GoFundMe campaign was launched by Scrubs producer Tom Hobert and his wife. Other members of the Scrubs cast and crew – including creator Bill Lawrence and stars Zach Braff and Kate Micucci – have used social media to promote the traguc cause, to their support for Lloyd and to encourage others to donate. “This is Sam. He was Ted on SCRUBS. He’s a pal. Just had his first baby. Get involved if you can. I am,” wrote Lawrence as a caption to his Tweet, which included a link to the GoFundMe page. You can donate HERE if you wish. By all accounts, 2019 was off to a roaring start for our dear friend, Sam Lloyd,” reads the opening of the message on this GoFundMe account. It continues: “He and his wife, Vanessa, had recently welcomed their first child, a beautiful baby boy named Weston to the world. “The musical that Sam had been working on for over a decade had just been accepted into a prestigious theatre accelerator program. There was so much to be grateful for…” The page then shared the following precious photo of Lloyd, his wife and his son — prior to going into detail about the awful development. This is how the page concludes: In the face of this devastating news, Sam and Vanessa have been incredibly strong and positive. Humor and laughter, which have been a huge part of Sam’s life, will undoubtedly help him with what lies ahead. Just hours after being diagnosed, Sam was cheering on his beloved New England Patriots in his hospital room. When the nurse asked him to “cheer quieter,” Sam politely nodded. When the nurse left the room, Sam turned to Vanessa and his friends and said, “What are they gonna do? Kill me?” Sam is, simply put, a sweet, kind, and generous soul. Through his music and acting, and most of all his friendship, he has blessed all of our lives immeasurably. Throughout his wonderful life, including his more than 30 years in Los Angeles, Sam has perfected the fine art of friendship. So many of those friends have reached out, wanting to know how they can help support him and his family during this difficult time. As Sam and Vanessa face the challenges ahead, they will both have to put working on hold. There will be a range of medical, childcare, and other expenses. Alaskan Bush People: Matt Brown Reconnects with Family Post-Rehab

We’re all hyped for the newly revealed Alaskan Bush People premiere date , but we don’t have to wait that long for an update. Matt Brown is giving fans updates on social media. And a new report tells us even more about his journey back to sobriety. “Sometimes, all you need is the sea,” Matt Brown captioned a pair of images of himself at the beach. “So beautiful,” he remarked, adding a smiley-face emoticon. Matt Brown has gone through some troubles recently. But, with support from his family, he came out the other side of his 30-day stint in rehab feeling healthier. Now, he has the help of group therapy and a sober coach to keep him on the straight and narrow. Images like these, shared to Instagram, really help to reassure fans that he is doing so much better. Sometimes, however, fans would like more than just some happy photos and to take someone’s word for it. RadarOnline reports on the context of these pics and on how Matt is doing. “Matt went to LA last week because his mother, Ami, was getting her cancer check-up,” the insider shared. Ami overcame considerable odds to beat lung cancer, but regular cancer screenings are now part of her life. The source notes that these are screenings “which she now has to get every three months.” As fans may recall, the Browns own a Beverly Hills mansion where Ami resides when undergoing treatments at the hospital. Ami is not the only member of the Brown family whose health is in question. “Matt is in an outpatient rehab,” the insider says to RadarOnline . That means that he continues to attend therapy for his excessive drinking, but gets to sleep in his own bed. “And,” the source says, Matt is “working with a sober coach again.” It’s wonderful that his family has the resources to help him. Matt is doing his part to let fans know how he’s doing. “He is posting a lot of photos of himself online,” the insider points out. The beach pics are only one recent example. He also likes to photograph birds and insects. “And,” the source notes, Matt has “even started a youtube channel.” YouTube can be a monetization tool, but it can also work wonders for connecting with fans and creative expression. The insider explains that Matt is doing all of this “because he wants to keep his fans updated on his progress” This is great news for two big reasons. First of all, that means that less of a burden falls on Rain’s narrow shoulders. Rain just turned 16 last year, but has been her family’s de facto spokesperson on social media since she was 14. Second of all, regular posts that fans can see can help Matt remain accountable to them and ultimately to himself. Of course, as is sometimes the case, Matt’s decision to recover his sobriety came after some strong encouragement from his loved ones. He had unfortunately had a tense argument with his family and stormed off to live in the desert outside of Palm Springs last year. “Basically, Billy’s threats to cut him off woke him up,” the source says of what drove Matt to seek treatment. According to the insider: “Matt knows that if he messes up again, he will lose it all” “And he also knows that no one really trusts him anymore,” the source adds. Matt does not want to repeat past mistakes. “But he is trying to do things differently this time around,” the insider shares. He fell off the wagon once before. This time, he turned to drinking during the most frightening moments of his mother’s cancer battle. (As is almost always the case, abusing alcohol is a coping mechanism) “And” the source explains. “He wants to show his parents that he can stay clean on his own.” “Matt has reconnected with everyone,” the insider says. So after he emerged from rehab, he set about repairing any damaged or strained relationships brought on by his drinking. “And of course,” the source says. “His siblings are supportive.” The insider concludes: “they just cannot wait to see him back home again.” And neither can fans and viewers. There’s a reason that the “happily ever after” of so many fairy tales involves marrying into a royal family. From a distance, it’s like winning the lottery, if — in addition to money — the lottery also awarded international fame and sex with an attractive person. So in a sense, Meghan Markle is living the dream. But another, possibly more accurate sense, she’s stuck in a nightmare. Not a horrendous nightmare, where you’re being chased by an axe murderer or something. More like one of those weird dreams where you go from obscure basic cable actress to global celebrity overnight, but the tabloid press and your own sh-tty family keep trying to destroy you. What doesn’t everyone have those? Anyway, you’ve probably heard about Meghan’s awful family by now, and at times, you’ve probably felt a little bad for her, After all, Meghan is pregnant with her first child , but her wicked half-sister, Samantha Markle, persists in spreading damaging lies to any tabloid still willing to listen to her seething nonsense. Fortunately, Meghan has some great friends in her corner — and they’re willing to say the things that she can’t about her horrendous dad and siblings. Meg’s pals spoke to People magazine recently so that they could, in their words , “stand up against the global bullying we are seeing and speak the truth about our friend.” “Meg has silently sat back and endured the lies and untruths,” says a woman identified only as “a former costar” of the magazine. “We worry about what this is doing to her and the baby,” adds the costar. “It’s wrong to put anyone under this level of emotional trauma, let alone when they’re pregnant.” Her friends say one of the most distressing parts of the current narrative surrounding Meg is that she’s being painted as some narcissistic diva, when nothing could be further from the truth. “We’ve all been to their cottage,” says someone identified as “a close confidante” “It’s small and she’s made it cozy, but the perception of their lifestyle and the reality are two different things. Meg cooks for herself and Harry every single day. The confidante goes on to say that Meg has friends visit her often, and she always makes them feel right at home. “We had a couple of days together recently. Her husband was out of town on work,” the friend reveals. “In the room she made up for me, there was a candle lit by the bed, slippers and a robe. We were the only two in the house. It was our time. She made the most lovely meals. She made tea every day. “It was raining and muddy outside, so the dogs got all dirty, and she’s wiping them off with towels. “How much she loves her animals, how much she loves her friends, how much she loves feeding you, taking care of you — none of that has changed.” Jeez, what a monster. Uum…Okay: Polar Vortex Video Challenges Have People Experimenting In Freezing Weather

Source: Wojtek Zagorski / Getty The polar vortex has been quite offensive these past couple of days. As of Thursday, it’s already taken over a number of states in the U.S. with the Midwest being hit the hardest. According to ABC 6 , some states in this area are experiencing temperatures in the negative 30s, and if you add wind chills to the mix, states like Illinois have experienced weather that feels like negative 57 degrees . According to The New York Times ,  eight weather-related deaths have already been recorded in the Midwest while the east coast isn’t that much safer with cities like New York experiencing single digit temperatures. But despite all this, folks will still find a way to capture the madness on camera. You can blame it on snowed-in boredom or you can blame it on plain curiosity. But whatever the reasoning, people are playing in the snow in the most bizarre and hilarious ways. First, a few people are putting their dogs on the line to test the weather. Some pet owners have been letting their canines out into the cold just to find out if they’d be thrilled for a walk. For many, the answer was a hard no. One Twitter user posted a video of herself soaking a T-shirt then sticking it outside in the cold. The results were a clothing item that could stand on its own after just a little over an hour outside. It’s no joke out here. One of the most viral videos, however, is a challenge that carried over from previous years. People have been boiling water and throwing it into the freezing air, creating a snow-making affect. Peep the slow motion spectacle below.   According to Wired , because the water is so hot, it has enough energy to transition from liquid to gas quickly. When the hot water is projected into the cold air, a few things happen. First, the hot water is making water vapor thanks to evaporation. Second, the water is breaking into smaller blobs of water as it moves through the air. Both the evaporation and smaller blobs cause the water to cool off quickly. In addition to this, the cold air can’t hold a lot of water vapor (which is why the air is much drier in the winter), so the water vapor doesn’t stay in the air, but it condenses out. Viola. Instant snow. People across social media have been trying their luck at the phenomenon whether it be -10 degrees temperatures or -20 degrees  outside. Whatever the case might be, make sure to stay warm and stay safe. The polar vortex will still disrespect you and your entire video.

The Academy is unveiled its 2019 list Tuesday morning at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater, with Kumail Nanjiani and Tracee Ellis Ross hosting. The 91st Annual Academy Awards will be held once again at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood. The show will air live on Sunday, February 24, on ABC.
