Cops arrested 22-year old Christopher Precopia while he was working at a lumberyard in Williamson County, TX, and accused him of burglary with intent to commit other crimes. Christopher had no idea what he was being taken to jail for, then later found out that his ex-girlfriend from high school had fabricated a story to the cops. The KVUE reports: The accuser said Precopia broke into her home in Temple and sliced an X into her chest with a box cutter. Her identity is not being made public because she is not being charged with a crime. She would later admit to Temple police that she reported Precopia because she had a rocky relationship with him several years earlier. On the night of the alleged attack, Precopia was actually 65 miles away at a hotel in Austin with his mom, Erin Precopia. Luckily, he decided to take a selfie of himself with his family that evening, which he posted on social media. Police have finally dropped the charges against Precopia nine months after his arrest. Thank God for selfies.
Earlier this week, David Eason basically threatened the life of Chelsea Houska’s dad , Randy. That’s a sentence we never thought we’d write, but here we are. The anger-filled former Teen Mom 2 star went after his former colleague’s father because Randy dragged Eason on Twitter for seemingly breaking his wife’s jaw. There’s another sentence we never thought we’d write. But, again, here we are because it seems highly probable that Eason assaulted Jenelle Evans a few weeks ago. We’re basing this accusations on Jenelle’s own call to 911 , in which she identified herself and her husband and said that Eason broke her collar bone in a drunken rage. She also told an operator that David “pinned” her “down on the ground.” Evans later told social media followers that she was “realigning her jaw” with a retainer, a comment that prompted Randy to imply on Twitter that she was doing so because of Eason’s assault: In response to this remark, Eason went after Randy in a series of since-deleted Instagram videos, asking why he was “talking sh-t” and threatening to use his guns and his “vicious” dogs on Chelsea’s dad. “Mr. Randy, I’m going to ask you a question, punk,” Eason said in one of these clips, adding: “When was the last time you had your jaw realigned? Hey, punk, huh? You need to get straightened up? I’ll do it for ya, free of charge. Come on down to my dentist’s office, bud. I can even pull teeth. “I can realign your jaw.” Coming from someone with Eason’s history, such a comment might frighten the subject. But Randy reportedly could not care less about David and his so-called threats, insiders tell Us Weekly and Radar Online. “Randy is not afraid of David at all,” an Us source says of the dentist. “Randy knows that David is all talk and isn’t scared of him at all.” And another source echoes the same sentiment to Radar, saying of Randy: “He is not worried about that asshole. [Eason] is only brave on the Internet.” Has Randy added extra security at his home or at the office out of fear of what Eason might do? Nope, Radar writes, it’s “business as usual” there. Elsewhere in his menacing rant, Eason addresses Randy as follows: “I got guns. Don’t f-ck with me… I got vicious dogs. Very very vicious… she will f-cking get ’em.” Eason, who MTV fired in February due to his onslaught of homophobic comments, does talk a good/violent game. But Jenelle swears he has never laid a hand on her. Late last month, the veteran Teen Mom star posed a YouTube video titled “Confessional: Domestic Violence” in which she defended her husband and told critics to calm the heck down. “I know everyone’s concerned about me, and I know everyone wants to know, ‘Is she okay? How are the kids? Blah blah blah,’” she said, adding: “Everything’s fine. “You know, I’ve been in so many domestic violence situations in the past that I would not put up with it now. BROWN/AFP/Getty Images Her Family Releases A Statement Detailing The Incident On Monday night, a University of Utah student was shot and killed allegedly by an ex who lied about his criminal past. Lauren McCluskey , an accomplished track-and-field athlete, was found dead in a parked car near a campus residential hall, according to ESPN . Mark Harlan, the University of Utah director of athletics, released a statement on Twitter about McCluskey’s death. “This news has shaken not only myself but our entire University of Utah athletics family to its core,” he said. “We have university counselors and psychologists on standby to support Lauren’s teammates, coaches and friends. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and all of those dear to her.” McCluskey’s killer was suspected to be Melvin Rowland, who was found dead in a church in Salt Lake City on Tuesday from a self-inflicted gun wound, according to a KUTV reporter . According to KUTV , McCluskey’s parents released a statement sharing the details around their daughter’s death. According to them, Rowland was an ex-boyfriend who harassed McCluskey after she found out about his criminal past: “He lied to her about his name, his age and his criminal history,” the family statement read. “Lauren was informed by a friend about his criminal history, and she ended the relationship with her killer on Oct. 9, 2018. He had borrowed her car, and she requested for the University of Utah police accompany her on Oct. 10, 2018 to get the car back. She blocked his and his friends’ phone numbers and complained to University of Utah police that she was being harassed. Last night a little before 9 p.m., she was returning to her university apartment from her night class and talking to me on the phone. Suddenly, I heard her yell, “No, no, no!” I thought she might have been in a car accident. That was the last I heard from her. My husband called 911. I kept the line open and in a few minutes, a young woman picked up the phone and said all of Lauren’s things were on the ground.” According to ESPN , Rowland was a registered sex offender, who was convicted of forcible sexual abuse and enticing a minor. The school decided to honor McCluskey by canceling morning and evening classes on Tuesday. A vigil is also scheduled for Wednesday planned by The Associated Students of the University of Utah and the Athletics Department.
Getty Images Man Gets 12 Years In Prison For Biting Off Part Of His Ex’s Lip A 23-year-old man was sentenced to 12 years in prison for biting off a part of his ex-girlfriend’s lip. Seth Aaron Fleury from South Carolina pleaded guilty on Thursday to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. He is going to serve at least 85% of the 12 year sentence before he becomes eligible for parole, according to a release from state solicitor W. Walter Wilkins. The incident happened when Fleury met up with his former girlfriend Kayla Hayes on October 21, 2017, to discuss the status of their relationship. Fleury got angry when Hayes was clear that she didn’t want to continue dating him. When he tried to lean in for a kiss, Hayes pulled away, which is when Fleury chomped down on her bottom lip with so much force that part of her lip was amputated. Following the incident, he left the scene, according to the release. Hayes underwent an unsuccessful procedure in an attempt to have her lip reattached, and now has permanent, serious, scarring and a limited range of motion in her mouth as a result. Fleury’s attorney said that he intentionally bit Hayes, according to a Facebook post that she wrote. “I had to listen to his attorney say that when he attacked me, it was intentional. Saying that he claimed ‘he was going to leave his mark for me next boyfriend,’” Hayes wrote. She also recalled the attack — which took place almost a year ago. “This was the day that a piece of me died…Sitting in a puddle of my own blood with the majority of my lip laying on my leg, my whole mouth on fire, confused and terrified, I didn’t know how I could ever show my face again. At that point, honestly wishing that those very seconds would just be my last- I wanted to give up for good.” She continued, saying she struggled with the fact of her new reality post surgery: “What I just woke up from was no joke. Never a day in my life will I ever wake up living my ‘normal’ life again,” she said. Wilkins hopes that her attacker’s sentence sends a serious message about domestic violence. “This case demonstrates the unique circumstances under which domestic violence occurs, and how quickly these situations can escalate into violence,” he said. “Hopefully this prison sentence will make it clear to both this defendant and other abusers that domestic violence in any fashion will not be tolerated.”

The whole thing started when Jenelle shared some photos after what she said was an emergency sinus surgery , but a lot of people didn’t buy it. A popular theory was that David actually hit her after an old friend of hers went public with claims that he’d slept with her before she married David . It wasn’t terribly hard to believe, considering that David’s long criminal record includes domestic violence charges. One of his exes claimed in court documents that he’d pushed her while she was heavily pregnant with their child, which, you know, isn’t great. A judge also saw it fit to issue a restraining order against David for his own son, so … He’s clearly not the most stable guy. A few days after that, the story got even more believable when a report came out claiming that someone had called 911 from Jenelle’s home last weekend to report an assault . According to that report, Jenelle had been injured, and although an ambulance was called, it was cancelled Instead, someone drove her to the hospital. She refused to press charges, which is sad but unsurprising. It was a scary story to begin with, but when Jenelle’s 911 call was released … It’s really so, so awful. “My husband, he just assaulted me,” she tells the operator through sobs. It’s worth pointing out that she wore a shirt that completely covered her chest and any possible injuries she has in that area. And today, wouldn’t you know it, everything is still great! David shared this photo on Instagram of the happy couple with their precious daughter: “We have never been happier, thanks for asking!” he captioned the picture. He also disabled the comments, because he’s sensitive like that. Oh, and Jenelle is all covered up again, as you can see. Look, we’d love to believe that everyone is blowing this whole thing out of proportion. Maybe they just got into an argument and it really was a misunderstanding, maybe everything really is fine. According to TMZ , last week a New Jersey grand jury indicted the rapper for one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury against longtime partner Emily B , two counts of threatening to kill and one count of possession of a weapon. As we previously reported , back in March of this year, a video emerged of Fab threatening Emily’s father and brother at their Engelwood, New Jersey home because they were allegedly retrieving guns from the property so they could not be used against her. Swearing, Fab threatened Emily’s father, saying “I got a bullet for you.” He also aggressively moved toward Emily on two occasions, sending her running back in fear. In the video, you can see a weapon in his hands, which was later revealed as a pair of scissors. Weeks prior to this March incident, Fab was arrested for domestic violence where according to the affidavit , the rapper threatened, via text, to hit the victim in the head with a baseball bat and revealed that he would kill her, but “did not want to go out like that.” In addition, Fabolous allegedly punched her in the face seven times “causing severe damage to her two front teeth.” He was arrested after turning himself and was arrested on two felony charges. Now here’s where it gets interesting. Rumors are now swirling that despite this disturbing history of alleged abuse, the couple may have recently gotten married. Hot New Hip Hop wrote that the rapper attended the BET Hip Hop Awards rocking a diamond band on his ring finger with Emily doing the same on social media. Hmmmm…. Naturally, Black Twitter had some thoughts about this one: So Fabolous finally married Emily B ironically before charges were picked up on him for domestic assault .
