Lil’ Mama’s gown shows true Diana Ross inspiration, from the design to the poses she struts for the camera. The dress was tied at her waist, making the flowing effect more present while showing off some melanin with the thigh-high split. She wore the dress with a pair of silver strapped heels. Her flowing, wavy tresses were parted down the middle and her melanin complexion showed off the natural tones and colors used to accentuate her features. Back in 2016, we learned that Jenelle Evans and David Eason had gotten engaged . Last month, Jenelle went wedding dress shopping in New York and documented the experience on social media. Over the weekend, she picked up her newly-tailored gown from and decided to make the return trip to the Big Apple a family affair. Jenelle posted the above photo of David’s daughter from a previous relationship and revealed that the wedding will have two flower girls: “We got another option for flower girl dress! But it’s downright messed up that the network continues to make money off this family after that sordid Josh Duggar molestation scandal. 13. Long Island Medium Psychics are fake. And psyches on TV are even more fake, if that’s possible. 12. My 600-lb. Life Could you argue that this series is exploiting the severely obese? Yes, of course. But nearly all reality shows exploit one type of person or another. In this case, the medical, emotional and physical obstacles that folks weighing over 600 pounds encounter on a daily basis really does take us inside a world we know little about. 11. Kate Plus 8 No, really! This show is still on! That douchebag Jon Gosselin may be gone, but often-angru and always-controlling Kate Gosselin is still irritating us on a weekly basis. 10. 90 Day Fiance We don’t expect dating shows to be realistic or anything. It’s wedding season, y’all! This particular time of year, people seem to like to get married, celebrities and normal folk alike. And it seems like Dancing with the Stars power couple Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are those kind of people. Yesterday, Maksim and Peta got married in an absolutely gorgeous ceremony at an actual castle in Long Island. And, unlike most celebrities, they allowed their guests to take photos throughout the ceremony and reception, and to share those photos on social media. That’s how we have that beautiful photo of Maksim and Peta dancing during their wedding reception, and photos of … well, you’ll see! Since both the bride and groom are professional dancers on Dancing with the Stars, it makes sense that many, many stars of the show were there — both in attendance and in the wedding party. Not all of them though, because Julianne Hough also got married yesterday . See what we mean about it being wedding season? Val Chmerkovskiy, Maksim’s brother and another dancing pro, was the best man, and Tony Dovolani was one of his groomsmen. Meanwhile, Peta chose Sharna Burgess and one-time celebrity contestant Rumer Willis as two of her bridesmaids. Nyle DiMarco and Candace Cameron Bure were guests to the couple’s big day — Candace and Maks even shared a dance during the reception! Peta was walked down the aisle by her father, and her dress was an ivory ball gown fit for a princess. Maksim chose a stylish white jacket for his wedding ensemble — doesn’t he look so handsome? After the wedding, the couple spent some time outside with their guests before moving indoors for the reception. For their first dance, they didn’t show off like you might think a couple of people famous for their dancing skills would. Instead, they kept things simple. Simple and adorable. Speaking of adorable, Maks actually sang to Peta at one point. Can you even handle how precious this whole thing sounds? At one point during the reception, Peta left to change into her second gown of the night: a feathered dress that looked to be a bit easier to move around in. It’s also worth noting that both Peta and Maks looked painfully happy in each and every photo from their wedding. Sounds like a lovely day for lovely people, right? It’s also pretty special since the wedding comes six months, nearly to the day, after they gave birth to their first child, a boy named Shai Aleksander Chmerkovskiy. It was nearly a year before Shai was born that his parents got engaged, too — Maksim proposed to Peta in December of 2015. There’s no word on if little Shai had a role in the wedding, nor are there any photos of him, but still, it all sounds very cute. Congrats to the happy couple! Joy-Anna Duggar married Austin Forsyth yesterday in, from what we’ve heard so far, was an absolutely lovely ceremony . So lovely, in fact, that her big brother Joseph was moved to propose to his girlfriend , Kendra Caldwell, right then and there. What a beautiful turn of events, right? As they explained in a new interview, “We are super excited. It’s great not to be courting anymore, now we’re engaged!” Kendra said that she is “so happy and so shocked. There’s so many words I want to say, but just shocked.” Joseph added that “I was definitely nervous going into it, but I wasn’t afraid that she wasn’t afraid she was going to say no, because she has said, ‘ I’m just waiting on you! ‘” And what better time to propose than at your little sister’s wedding?! Just think: your whole family is already there, everyone’s already dressed up. There are beautiful decorations just waiting to be taken advantage of, and love is undoubtedly in the air. But, if you can even believe it, there are some people who think it wasn’t right for Joseph to propose on Joy-Anna’s wedding day. There are actually many, many people who share that sentiment. When the Duggars shared the news of the engagement on their official Facebook page, comments flooded in about how rude and disrespectful it is to propose during a wedding.
