It’s wedding season, y’all! This particular time of year, people seem to like to get married, celebrities and normal folk alike. And it seems like Dancing with the Stars power couple Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are those kind of people. Yesterday, Maksim and Peta got married in an absolutely gorgeous ceremony at an actual castle in Long Island. And, unlike most celebrities, they allowed their guests to take photos throughout the ceremony and reception, and to share those photos on social media. That’s how we have that beautiful photo of Maksim and Peta dancing during their wedding reception, and photos of … well, you’ll see! Since both the bride and groom are professional dancers on Dancing with the Stars, it makes sense that many, many stars of the show were there — both in attendance and in the wedding party. Not all of them though, because Julianne Hough also got married yesterday . See what we mean about it being wedding season? Val Chmerkovskiy, Maksim’s brother and another dancing pro, was the best man, and Tony Dovolani was one of his groomsmen. Meanwhile, Peta chose Sharna Burgess and one-time celebrity contestant Rumer Willis as two of her bridesmaids. Nyle DiMarco and Candace Cameron Bure were guests to the couple’s big day — Candace and Maks even shared a dance during the reception! Peta was walked down the aisle by her father, and her dress was an ivory ball gown fit for a princess. Maksim chose a stylish white jacket for his wedding ensemble — doesn’t he look so handsome? After the wedding, the couple spent some time outside with their guests before moving indoors for the reception. For their first dance, they didn’t show off like you might think a couple of people famous for their dancing skills would. Instead, they kept things simple. Simple and adorable. Speaking of adorable, Maks actually sang to Peta at one point. Can you even handle how precious this whole thing sounds? At one point during the reception, Peta left to change into her second gown of the night: a feathered dress that looked to be a bit easier to move around in. It’s also worth noting that both Peta and Maks looked painfully happy in each and every photo from their wedding. Sounds like a lovely day for lovely people, right? It’s also pretty special since the wedding comes six months, nearly to the day, after they gave birth to their first child, a boy named Shai Aleksander Chmerkovskiy. It was nearly a year before Shai was born that his parents got engaged, too — Maksim proposed to Peta in December of 2015. There’s no word on if little Shai had a role in the wedding, nor are there any photos of him, but still, it all sounds very cute. Congrats to the happy couple! Future performs at his album release party July 16 Jayden Smith, DJ Clue And Uncle Murda Among Celeb Guests At Hennessy-Hosted Bash Future put his baby mama drama behind him to celebrate the release of his new album, “Dirty Sprite 2.” The father of four was the guest of honor at the Epic Records bash, hosted by Hennessy at the Three Sixty Degrees event space in Lower Manhattan July 16. The “Trap Ni**a” artist was on the defensive last week, criticizing his son’s mother Ciara for letting her new boo Russell Wilson spend time with their little boy. But Future’s issues with ex Ciara seemed like the last thing on his mind Thursday night. Future, real name Nayvadius Wilburn, looked like new money in a white t-shirt, white jeans, his trademark wide-brimmed hat and at least six diamond necklaces. He performed an energetic set of new tracks from “Dirty Sprite 2,” before bopping around the party, where guests tucked into cheeseburger sliders, lobster mac and cheese, crab cakes and grilled shrimp. Future thanked supporters in attendance at the private event, and after he performed, mingled and danced with his guests. Jaden Smith popped into the party, holding hands with a young, slim blonde who stayed by his side the entire time. Rapper Slowbucks held court at his own table, and after his set DJ Clue spent time with a mystery gal pal in a tight blue dress that clung to every curve.
