Miley Cyrus Exposes Her Easter Basket in Pantyless Upskirt [PICS]

It’s usually Santa Claus, not the Easter Bunny, who takes requests, but this year Peter Cottontail brought a special surprise for all the good little boys (and at least a couple of girls) out there: a pantyless upskirt from former child star Miley Cyrus . Miley flashed the goods getting into her car after leaving the gym this weekend, and the posse of photographers that follows her around was there, as always, to catch her in snatch-ion. Whether or not you can actually see her lady lips in the pic is debatable (it may also just be where her thigh meets her crotch), but it proves one thing for sure: this barely-legal bunny has no grass on her basket. See the Miley Cyrus upskirt pic after the jump!

Lou Ferrigno Fired on Celebrity Apprentice

Donald Trump may need to add “therapist” to his resume underneath “blowhard,” “fake presidential candidate” and “real estate mogul” after this Celebrity Apprentice . Aubrey O’Day had just gone MIA after clashing with Arsenio Hall, Lisa Lampanelli had a massive meltdown (again) and a whole lot of additional drama played out. In the end, Lou Ferrigno got the chop. Why? Arsenio and Lisa yelled about Aubrey and her ego. Then when Lou Ferrigno and Dayana Mendoza walked in the victory room, Lisa insulted them to their faces. Things didn’t improve much during the task, which required the teams to write, produce and direct a 60-second commercial for Entertainment (dot) com. Dayana Mendoza instantly jumped to claim the role of project manager for Team Unanimous, while Teresa Guidice boldly took the #1 spot for Team Forte. Team Forte went for a more risque storyline, while Team Unanimous played it safe, and got beat, leaving Lou Ferrigno to play Penn’s usual role of scapegoat. Miss Universe brought Lou and Lisa with her to the chopping block, where the Donald opined that Lou didn’t give his all AND threw his team under the bus. Strike two and three right there. Adios, Lou!

Time for a little shopping therapy with Cynthia. I’ll give her a Plus 5 for finally making a decision and moving on. But not so fast. NeNe’s lamenting that divorce means she and Gregg will have to cut off everything, even the sex. Yes, NeNe. For most people that’s what divorce means. NeNe’s looking to live the single life as a player and that means continuing to string sleazy John along. Minus 12 . If I never see this man again it will still be too soon. Unfortunately as long as he’s plying NeNe with fancy shoes and Rolex watches, she’ll keep taking his calls even if she looks wildly uncomfortable sitting next to him.

Tim Tebow Draws Thousands to Easter Sunday Church Service

Whatever you think of Tim Tebow, you can’t doubt his sincerity. On Easter Sunday, nearly 15,000 worshipers flocked to Celebration Church in Georgetown, Texas, to hear the newest New York Jet speak at that morning’s service. Churchgoers gathered in fields for a music-filled outdoor service, with people flocking from miles around to hear and see the deeply devout Christian football star. Tim Tebow Easter Church Service During the service, the former University of Florida star turned NFL sensation, who was recently traded , joined the pastor on stage for a 20-minute interview. “It’s OK to be outspoken about your faith,” said Tebow, the son of former Baptist missionaries who became known for wearing Bible verses on his eyeblack. Tebow good-naturedly talked about the craze known as “Tebowing,” noting that he’s done it for the past seven years now and doesn’t mind being parodied. It means prayer is being talked about, he says, which is what matters. Tebow recently reached out to the church’s pastor, Joe Champion, about visiting his congregation, and Easter Sunday happened to the best date for the football star. On a typical Easter, the church attracts about 10,000 people, Champion said. So Tebow proved a big lure for people who would otherwise not have come. “In Christianity, it’s the Pope and Tebow right now,” Champion told the congregation on Sunday morning. “We didn’t have enough room to handle the Pope.”

Daughtry Sued By Former Bandmates Over Royalties

Former Absent Element members claim Daughtry owes them royalties over four songs they wrote together. By Gil Kaufman Chris Daughtry Photo: Jeff Kravitz/ Getty Images Chris Daughtry is headed to court in Greensboro, North Carolina, where he will face off against three of his former bandmates in a royalties dispute. Ryan Andrews, Scott Crawford and Mark Perry, who were in the band Absent Element with Daughtry before the chrome-domed rocker went on to national fame on “American Idol” in 2006, filed suit against the singer in Guilford County Superior Court on Thursday, according to The Charlotte Observer . The men claim that Daughtry defrauded them out of royalties for four songs that they say feature music and lyrics they wrote together. The lawsuit accuses Daughtry of, “constructive fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, unfair trade practices, and other deceptive and wrongful conduct.” In the lawsuit, the three men claim, “All four members wrote music and lyrics for Absent Element’s songs, collaborated on the arrangement and recording of those songs, regularly consulted with each other on matters relating to the business of the band, and made partnership decisions based on majority votes.” The “Home” singer, who placed fourth on season five of “Idol” and has gone on to a platinum-selling career as the leader of the hard rock group bearing his last name, responded to the suit with a posting on the . “I am very hurt by these false accusations,” he wrote. “The songs listed in this lawsuit were written solely by me and no one else and at this time, I have no further comment.” Related Artists Daughtry

‘Hunger Games’ Passes $300 Million At Box Office

Film manages to fend off challenges from ‘American Reunion’ and ‘Titanic 3D.’ By Ryan J. Downey Lenny Kravitz, Woody Harrelson and Josh Hutcherson in “The Hunger Games” Photo: Lionsgate “The Hunger Games” won the box office for a third consecutive weekend, fending off challenges from tried-and-true romance and raunchy humor alike. Neither “American Reunion,” the latest installment of the “American Pie” franchise, nor the 3-D re-release of “Titanic” were able to knock Jennifer Lawrence and company from atop the box-office perch as “Games” collected another $33.5 million and passed the $300 million mark. “American Reunion” debuted at #2 with $21.5 million while “Titanic 3D” earned $17.3 million. “Wrath of the Titans” was #4 during its second weekend in theaters with $15 million for a $58.8 million total. “Mirror Mirror” rounded out the top five with $11 million for a $36.4 million total. “The Hunger Games” ranked right behind “Avatar” in the all-time list of non-sequels to cross the $300 million mark in the shortest amount of time. Its estimated $302.8 million in North American receipts is more than the final totals of most of the “Harry Potter” movies and all of the entries in the “Twilight” series. Box-office prognosticators have estimated that “Games,” based on the popular young adult novel, will eventually earn at least $350 million. The fourth theatrically released “American Pie” movie, which followed 2003’s “American Wedding” and a string of direct-to-DVD “American Pie Presents” spinoffs, did poorly relative to other entries. The $21.5 million earned by “American Reunion” was much lower than the opening weekends for “American Pie 2” ($45.1 million) and “Wedding” ($33.4 million). Only the original “Pie” earned a “fresh” rating on film-review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes; “Reunion” is the worst reviewed of the series. “There are almost no laughs, save what [Seann William] Scott valiantly squeezes out of Stifler’s antics,” wrote the Wrap’s Alonso Duralde. “The entire film is a mistake,” wrote the San Francisco Chronicle ‘s Amy Biancolli. “American Reunion” did manage to land the highest Easter weekend opening for an R-rated film in several years and also collected an impressive amount overseas, where it opened in 28 countries. The film’s $19.3 million abroad was more than “American Wedding” made nine years ago. “Titanic” is the second-highest-grossing film of all time, behind “Avatar.” Both, of course, were directed by James Cameron, who personally oversaw the 3-D conversion of the new theatrical re-release. The opening weekend for “Titanic 3D” was lower than that of other recent 3-D re-releases, including “Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace” as well as Disney’s “The Lion King” and “Beauty and the Beast.” The 10-day haul for “Wrath of the Titans” is less than the opening weekend of the film’s predecessor, “Clash of the Titans,” which was a remake of the early ’80s fantasy film. Speaking of the ’80s (this time, the late ’80s), “21 Jump Street” crossed the $100 million mark on Friday. The comedic take on the TV cop show has made an estimated $109.6 million. “Mirror Mirror,” which dropped 39 percent over the weekend, is the first of two Snow White films on the way this year. “Snow White and the Huntsman,” which is due this summer, has enjoyed more positive buzz. This weekend’s new releases include well-reviewed horror flick “The Cabin in the Woods,” a long-gestating project written by “Avengers” director Joss Whedon and his old pal from the “Buffy” days Drew Goddard (who also directed); futuristic prison thriller “Lockout”; “Blue Like Jazz,” based on the popular semi-autobiographical book by hipster Christian theologian Donald Miller; and a brand-new version of “The Three Stooges.” Check out everything we’ve got on “The Hunger Games,” “Titanic 3D” and “American Reunion.” For breaking news, celebrity columns, humor and more — updated around the clock — visit MTVMoviesBlog.com . Mike Wallace, CBS News Legend, Dies at 93

CBS News’ Mike Wallace, whose name was synonymous with the tough interview and who spanned multiple generations of journalistic excellence, has died. He was 93 and passed away peacefully last night in New Canaan, Conn. “All of us at CBS News and particularly at 60 Minutes owe so much to Mike. Without him and his iconic style, there probably wouldn’t be 60 Minutes ,” said Jeff Fager, chairman of CBS News and executive producer of 60 Minutes . The AP’s David Bauder noted that the journalist’s reputation as a relentless inquisitor was so fearsome that he once described the words “Mike Wallace is here to see you” were the most dreaded words in the English language. “Wallace didn’t just interview people,” wrote Bauder. “Mike interrogated them. Mike cross-examined them. Sometimes he eviscerated them. His weapons were many: thorough research, a cocked eyebrow, a skeptical “Come on” and a question so direct sometimes it took your breath away.” “He loved it,” Fager added. “He loved that part of Mike Wallace.” “He loved being Mike Wallace. He loved the fact that if he showed up for an interview, it made people nervous. … He knew, and he knew that everybody else knew.” “He knew he was going to get to the truth. That’s what motivated him.” A special program dedicated to Wallace will be broadcast on 60 Minutes , the show that featured him for decades, will air next Sunday, April 15. Wallace helped anchor 60 Minutes , TV’s first news magazine, making it appointment viewing on Sunday nights and still compulsively watchable. His last interview aired in January 2008. Slowed by a triple bypass later that month and by the overall ravages of time, he retired from public life. Wallace’s career highlights are too numerous to list. During the Iranian hostage crisis in 1979, he asked Iran’s Ayatollah Khomeini what he thought about being called “a lunatic” by Egyptian President Anwar Sadat. Khomeini answered by predicting Sadat’s assassination. Late in his career, he interviewed Russian President Vladimir Putin, and challenged him: “This isn’t a real democracy, come on!” Putin’s aides tried to halt the interview; Putin said he was the president, he’ll decide what to do. Wallace’s late 60 Minutes colleague Harry Reasoner once said, “There is one thing that Mike can do better than anybody else: With an angelic smile, he can ask a question that would get anyone else smashed in the face.” Farewell to one of the all-time greats.
