NFL star Pacman Jones, the poster child for pro athletes behaving badly, must pay $11.6 MILLION in damages to the victims of a Las Vegas strip club shooting. Pacman (real name Adam) had been sued by Aaron Cudworth and Thomas Urbanski, two security guards who were shot outside Minxx strip club in February 2007. The now-famous incident began when Jones “made it rain” with THOUSANDS of $1 bills … then got pissed when a stripper began taking it without his permission. A fight ensued outside the club and three people were shot, including Cudworth and Urbanski. Pacman was sued, even though he was not the actual shooter. A Nevada jury found Pacman Jones responsible and awarded Cudworth $1.3 million in damages. Urbanski, who was paralyzed from the waist down, got $9.6 million. Urbanski’s wife sued for loss of marital relations and won $750,000. At the time Pacman pleaded no contest to conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct, receiving just a year’s probation and 200 hours of community service. He was suspended for the entire 2007 NFL season and part of 2008 as a result, and is currently a member of the Cincinnati Bengals … at least for now. [Photo: WENN.com]
Deena Cortese makes our celebrity mug shot hall of fame with this one. The pint-size Jersey Shore star, as you may have heard, got popped last week for being drunk and disorderly in the middle of the day, and it shows! Check out her booking photo, taken by the Seaside Heights P.D. after they saw Deena creating a ruckus and dragged her drunk a$$ back to the station … Deena was arrested on Sunday when she was dancing drunkenly in the street outside a Mexican restaurant … and drawing huge crowds of onlookers. She was then trying to swipe at passing cars for some reason, at which point officers were obliged to step in and end the charade before it got ugly. “It was nothing major, but we can’t put up with it,” Police Chief Tommy Boyd said. Deena’s parents picked her up at the jail later that day, though no bail was posted; she was issued a summons and cut loose pending a July 3 arraignment. As President Obama explained a major immigration policy switch Friday in a Rose Garden statement, he got into an unexpected tussle with a reporter. Obama seemed bewildered, then downright angry, at Neil Munro, a reporter for the conservative website Daily Caller who interrupted him more than once. The reporter shouted a question President Obama’s decision to halt deportations of some illegal immigrants while he was in mid-speech. Check it out: Reporter Interrupts Obama “Excuse me, sir,” Obama told Munro after Munro shouted a question in the middle of his speech on the Dream Act. “It’s not time for questions, sir.” “No, you have to take questions,” Munro responded, according to an official White House transcript. Obama shot back, “Not while I’m speaking.” Obama went on to complete his speech but not before jousting again with Munro, who he chastised for not letting him finish his statement. Munro again shouted questions at Obama before he was done. “I didn’t ask for an argument,” Obama said. “I’m answering your question.” In a statement on the Daily Caller website, Munro defended himself : “I always go to the White House prepared with questions for our president. I timed the question believing the president was closing his remarks, because naturally I have no intention of interrupting the President of the United States.” “I know he rarely takes questions before walking away from the podium. When I asked the question as he finished his speech, he turned his back on the many reporters, and walked away while I and at least one other reporter asked questions.” Tucker Carlson, his Editor-in-Chief, added: “I don’t remember Diane Sawyer scolding her colleague Sam Donaldson for heckling President Reagan. And she shouldn’t have.” “A reporter’s job is to ask questions and get answers. Our job is to find out what the federal government is up to. Politicians often don’t want to tell us. A good reporter gets the story. We’re proud of Neil Munro.” The exchange came as Obama announced a new policy at his Department of Homeland Security , which will immediately stop deportation procedures for some young illegal immigrants who entered the country as children. As long as they came in while they were under 16, are under 30 right now, have stayed out of trouble and have gone on to attend school or serve in the military, illegal immigrants will not be pursued and deported any longer. What do you think? Did the reporter cross the line?

Bar Refaeli, like a good enterprising Jewish woman, decided to get into the Jewish dominated clothing business, by lending her name, and more importantly her body, to an underwear company, that probably gives her 20 percent of sales, under the assumption that she wants to make money from every fucking angle she can, cuz she can, so why not, but more importantly, cuz eventually she’ll be 40 and no one, not even her husband will want to see her naked, he’ll be too busy spending her money on hookers…. I POSTED THE PICS FROM THIS VIDEO BACK IN FEBRUARY …but now the video is finally here, I guess they had a lot of editing to do, or maybe the editor couldn’t get through a scene without masturbating, or maybe, her shipment is on a boat from China and they only wanted to release this shit when people could buy product….always thinking that Bar Refaeli….while guys around her are just thinking about her fat model titties….cuz that is the best part about women in business. Here’s a picture of her naked that she posted to facebook – and that should get her deleted off facebook – and that would if she wasn’t part of Zuckerberg’s tribe. Just when people thought we were living in a post-racial climate, “N***agate” happens. There’s no possible way you don’t remember a Rihanna taking to Twitter to beast on a Dutch magazine for calling her a “n***a b***h.” Once the magazine received hella backlash, the editor-in-chief, Eva Hoeke , issued and apology and resigned from her position. Well, the publisher of the magazine, Yves Gijrath , decided to release his own statement. What it comes down to is the publisher is saying they didn’t print anything offensive because the article was meant as a joke. “[T]here is nothing wrong in the magazine,” he said. “[Hoeke] presented [the offensive article] as a joke, but it most certainly was not a joke. It was an interpretation [of a fashion style] … She should have said: ‘we did not realize this interpretation is such a touchy subject. We never meant any harm and offer our sincere and upright apologies.’” *blank stare* For real?! Spotted at Black Voices . To many today, Christmas is just a holiday – a stressful one at that. It’s a time for buying gifts that didn’t need to be bought out of a budget that couldn’t afford them. It’s a time for squeezing par-ties and extra events into a schedule that was already too full. It’s a time in which many feel rushed and over-committed when what they really need is to slow down and enjoy the season. Read: Give The Gift Of Love Christmas should be a time of peace, not of fear and unrest. We fear we may overlook someone on our gift list, or maybe they won’t like what we bought them, or perhaps they will think our gift too cheap. For some, Christmas brings the added tension of bringing together fractured families. Instead of peace, they dread the inevitable conflicts. Yet, Christmas should be a time of peace. Read: What Is The Song “12 Days Of Christmas” About? Christmas should be a time of hope. Think about this, Christmas is poised at the end of one year and the beginning of the next – at the crossroads of the past and the future. A previous year, with its blessings and its trials, is gone. A new year looms ahead, full of uncertainty. Yet, here is Christmas – the celebration of a birth that took place 2000 years ago – a perennial bright spot on our calendars – because God has give us hope. Christmas should be a time of hope. Christmas should be a time of love centered around the greatest love story ever told – the story of God who so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son. Christmas is the story of God’s greatest gift given to meet our greatest need – because God is Love. Christmas should be a time of love. Read: The Greatest Story Ever Told The Christmas story – a tale retold year after year, yet it never loses its majesty; it never ceases to fill our hearts with wonder. I want you to see three facts – three certainties – that if you will let them find room in your heart today, they will fill this Christmas with peace, hope, and love. Let’s first think of the reality of this story, It contains scandalous behavior. She was found with child. Forget, for a moment, the part about “of the Holy Ghost.” You and I know that now because we have it written in the Word of God. But only Mary knew it then. For five, maybe six months she had been able to keep her condi-tion a secret. But the day arrived when her pregnancy could no longer be hidden. She was found with child. She was found out. Into the midst of this confusion, with all its conflicting thoughts and emotions, Joseph receives a word from God. And let me say, that is what we need when our lives spin out of control. A tiny baby came into a grim and dark world, shining light across the barren landscape – a light that still invites men to come into the warmth of God’s grace and find there peace, and hope, and love.
