Eminem "Berzerk" Single Released: First Listen!

Eminem has released “Berzerk,” the first single from his upcoming album, and promises to “take it back to straight hip-hop / and start it from scratch.” Fittingly, the track is something of an old-school anthem. With a simple beat and gnashing, classic samples (Beastie Boys and Billy Squier’s “The Stroke”), Eminem delivers his lyrics with a familiar flow. The hook? “Life’s too short to not go for broke.” Indeed. “Berzerk” is from Eminem’s upcoming eighth album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2 , which drops November 5. Marshall Mathers LP 2: Coming in November!

Eminem may not have been present during last night’s MTV Video Music Awards. But that doesn’t mean the rapper didn’t make his presence felt on the music scene. While viewers were watching Miley Cyrus embarrass herself and Lady Gaga receive wigged-out Applause , Eminem was headlining the Leeds Festival in England and then taking to Twitter to tease his upcoming album: “Guess who’s REALLY back? #VMAs,” he wrote to followers. Indeed, The Marshall Mathers LP 2 will be released on November 5, with the first single  (“Berzerk”) available to download next week. Watch a teaser for the album now: Eminem Album Trailer

Benicio Del Toro is Pablo Escobar. Let that sink in. It’s not a stretch for a man who has made a career being involved in one drug related movie after another, but this time he’s the man in charge. The big cheese. The big enchilada. The big kahuna. The dude with all the cocaine. See what we mean in the following image, courtesy of the upcoming drama Paradise Lost : A movie about Pablo Escobar seems rather straightforward, right? Well… Paradise Lost is actually a romantic thriller starring Josh Hutcherson as a starry eyed surfer who falls head over heels for a pretty girl. That pretty girl just happens to be Pablo Escobar’s niece. A nice twist if they can pull it off.   Paradise Lost is at the tail end of filming, so hopefully info will be more plentiful in coming months. For now, let’s entertain ourselves with even more Hutcherson in this Catching Fire  trailer !

The Maid of Honor as her older sister’s wedding Saturday, Gabrielli has gone viral due to her original toast at the reception, as she donned a hoodie and broke out a rap based on Eminem’s “Without Me.” This is an absolute must-watch.
