CEO Sued After Firing Assistant For Refusing Sex A CEO is in hot water after recordings have proven that he fired his assistant for refusing to give up “the draws.” Married energy exec Adam Victor was recorded saying that his assistant was just too pretty for him to look at every single day and never see her naked. Apparently his thirst was so strong that he said he just plain couldn’t function without getting a chance to touch it — so naturally he had to fire her. Via NY Post : A pretty brunette who’s suing her millionaire ex-boss for sex harassment says she has a smoking-hot piece of evidence — recordings on which the energy company CEO admits he couldn’t work with her unless she slept with him. “I just couldn’t do it,” married TransGas Energy founder Adam Victor says in one secretly recorded conversation. “I just needed to see her naked. I could not be with her without being sexual. It became too difficult.” The recordings were attached as new exhibits in a lawsuit filed against Victor by his former assistant, Eve Khatskevich. “If there was, if we basically were sleeping with each other, Eve would still be here, with the same f–king job, running the same hours. It was all about sex, OK? It was all about sex. If I had that or she was able to do it, she’d be happy, she’d be here with a job, she’d be on a career,” Victor says. The recordings were made by another female employee, Nazym Toktassynova, who is Khatskevich’s roommate. “But at the bottom line, Nazym, maybe I’m weak. I thought I could have a relationship with Eve where it was strictly professional where she worked, where it would not be sexual,” Victor tells her. “But she was too pretty for me, OK. She was just too pretty, and I never got over my desire to basically have sex with her.” He even added, “I was prepared to let her have a boyfriend if she had sex with me.” This guy is something else. In the past few weeks, a lot has changed in the lives of Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. First, Shelton and Miranda Lambert divorced after four years of marriage. Just a few weeks later, Stefani filed for divorce from Gavin Rossdale amidst rumors that she’d caught him cheating. Now, with the summer of splits coming to an end, the music superstars are back to the grind on the set of The Voice, and according to Radar Online, both Shelton and Stefani seem happier than ever . “This will be the best season yet!” says one insider. “Gwen is absolutely on fire right now and she is scoring some really huge talent because her energy is just off the charts. “She is using the show as a way to cope from with her divorce and everything going on around her because she said that she wants to become the ‘Gwen that she was’ prior to becoming a mother and housewife. “Gwen is very interactive with everyone on the staff of the show and they all love her. After nearly a year out of the hosts’ seat, Sherri Shepherd is returning to the daytime train wreck talk show to help hike the ratings back up. It’s also a good look for Sherri. Daily Mail Online has learned exclusively that the Emmy-winning TV talent has inked a deal with ABC, according to sources close to the show, to return to struggling daytime talk show on a part-time basis starting this fall. Shepherd is one of The View’s new rotating hosts that will sit in the fifth position on the show, a new concept ABC hopes brings fresh energy to the long-running panel series. According to an insider, the current plans are to have Shepherd co-host at least twice a week. The 48-year-old comedienne returned to The View for the first time since leaving in August 2014 on May 28 to rave reviews from ABC News executives. ‘Though the show was taped in advance and Whoopi Goldberg was out dealing with the death of her brother, everyone was blown away by how Sherri brought the energy of a live broadcast to the taped show. She had been so missed by the producers that many of them cried when she walked in the building,’ a network source told Daily Mail Online.
