Does Vanessa get inducted into the ex-wife Hall of Fame for divorce settlements?? Not quite, but she still scored BIG! According to TMZ reports : Kobe Bryant’s wife Vanessa is the big winner in their divorce property settlement … TMZ has learned. Sources connected to the couple and with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ … the property settlement agreement is signed, sealed and delivered — a done deal. Vanessa is walking away with $75 million, which we’re told represents close to half of their total assets, estimated at around $150 million. TMZ previously reported several transfers of property earlier this year between Kobe and Vanessa. It turns out, based on the property settlement, Vanessa scored a clean sweep, snagging ALL THREE of the former couple’s mansions in the Newport Beach area. Vanessa gets the estate the couple was living in, the estate her mom is living in, and she gets the new estate that had been under construction for 2 years and was just completed. We were told Kobe was moving into the new estate, but that’s not true. It’s Vanessa’s crib, lock stock and barrel. Vanessa just scored 3 … where it counts. Epitome Of A Bad Mother: Woman Offers Herself And 9-Year-Old Daughter For Sex To Pay Off $25 Laptop Debt At Pawn Shop

Two words: Trifling beyotch. A mother offered up herself and her daughter this week for sex to pay off a debt at a Southgate pawnshop, the owner of the shop said Wednesday. Al Hassan, a co-owner of DaSilva’s Pawn and Exchange on Eureka, said the mother, believed to be in her mid-30s, came into the shop Monday night and offered him sex with her and her daughter, who he estimated to be 9-11 years old, if he agreed not to sell a laptop she pawned a few weeks ago for $120. A $25 payment was due to keep the laptop from being sold, Hassan said. Hassan said he quickly notified police and reported the incident to Children’s Protective Services. Southgate police confirmed they are looking into the allegations. “It’s still under investigation,” Lt. Kasper Ohannasian said. David Akerly, spokesman for the state Department of Human Services, said confidentiality laws prevent the state from commenting on individual cases, and he couldn’t confirm that the state is investigating. Local TV station WDIV said it interviewed the mother at her home in Monroe, Mich., and she said the offer was meant as a joke. “I wasn’t serious,” the mother said. “I don’t want to be considered a bad mother just because I needed some money for gas and groceries.” Hassan said he believes the woman may have a drug habit that drove her to desperation. “I felt disgusted,” Hassan said of his reaction to her offer. “I was sick.” Yeah right, this heffa knows good and damn well she wasn’t joking. Now that’s a bad bad beyotch… More props are in order for the ever so banging Zoe Saldana : Zoe Saldana rushed to the aid of a women injured in a car accident yesterday. As the “Avatar” star was driving through Los Angeles, she witnessed a traffic accident involving an older woman, reports the Daily Mail. Saldana rushed out of her car to help the woman, whose face has been bloodied in the impact. Saldana helped the woman out of her car and seated her on the curb, with the help of another bystander. Saldana then whipped out her cell phone and called 911. She stayed with the woman until an ambulance arrived. Not to take anything away from Zoe — what she did was really nice — but it’s sad that acting like a decent human being is what we now consider heroism from celebrities. All the same, good job Zoe. Heather Locklear Hospitalized for Suspected Mix of Drugs, Alcohol

Heather Locklear was rushed to the hospital around 2 p.m. local time today, after authorities responded to a call from her sister in Los Angeles, who feared the actress was in danger. Law enforcement officials tell TMZ they believe Locklear took a mixture of prescription drugs and alcohol, as paramedics on the scene decided she needed medical attention. “Emergency response personnel responded to a medical emergency call at Ms. Locklear’s residence,” confirmed Ventura County Sheriff’s Capt. Mike Aranda to People . “Once they arrived, it was determined that Ms. Locklear needed to be transported to the hospital for further medical attention.” Locklear, who called off her engagement to Jack Wagner late last year, was just spotted Tuesday night with a friend at the Lakers game. Wow. Britney Spears showed off her engagement ring in a new Facebook photo today, but it’s not the rock we’re impressed by. The bride-to-be herself looks cute as ever! Oh yeah, and that diamond ring’s alright too. “I can’t stop looking at it!!” she wrote along with a photo of herself displaying the bauble inside either a nail salon … or her house, for all we know. She can afford it! Here’s the beaming future Mrs. Jason Trawick: Jason definitely did Brit proud when he popped the question with the nearly four-carat round Neil Lane diamond and pave band ring on his 40th birthday last month. No wedding date has yet been set, and the lovebirds aren’t rushing things. Nor are they planning a decadent affair, opting instead for a low-key wedding . Sadie Bomar confirmed the news to Gossip Cop , saying, “He called me on Christmas Day and told me he’s engaged.” She added that her superstar grandson gave her strict orders to keep quiet “until after the holidays.” Bomar added that she’s “so happy” for the couple and that Biel has her thumbs-up. “The family loves Jessie,” she said. “She’s a very sweet girl.” Despite earlier reports that the two had gotten engaged in Wyoming, Bomar said they were actually in Montana at the time. Sources told People magazine that the twosome were in Big Sky Country vacationing when he asked her to marry him with a “custom-designed” ring. Bomar has been making the media rounds since the news broke Wednesday. She also confirmed the engagement to “The Wendy Williams Show,” saying “she’s very excited for them.” Timberlake and Biel began dating in 2007 and broke up briefly in 2011 before getting back together later that year. In 2011, Timberlake opened up a bit about his feelings for Biel to Vanity Fair. “She is the single-handedly most significant person in my life. In my 30 years, she is the most special person, OK?” he said. “I don’t want to say much more, because I have to protect things that are dear to me — for instance, her.” When asked about having to deal with all the attention the pair have received over the years, Biel told Vogue, “I don’t want to talk about it. I don’t feel the need to clear anything up. It’s the most precious thing that I have in my life, and I care about it so much that I don’t care about what anyone says or thinks. I have just not addressed it in any real way, and I’m not going to. It’s mine. Move over, Kate Middleton . While the Duchess of Cambridge wore Alexander McQueen to her Royal Wedding in April, Gossip Girl ‘s own “people’s princess” chose an NYC-based designer for her big day. The CW has released new photos of Leighton Meester as Blair Waldorf on the hit series, donning a Vera Wang gown as she prepares to wed the Prince of Monaco. See below: Vera, who appears on the Jan. 16 winter premiere of Gossip Girl , did a fabulous job. No argument there. But whether Blair actually goes through with the wedding is unclear. Having had problems with Louis this season, and with Chuck Bass, and perhaps Dan Humphrey, waiting in the wings, Queen B’s romantic future is still unwritten.
