Source: Scott Dudelson / Getty It’s a real shame that Dallas Mavericks point guard Dennis Smith Jr. didn’t make it to the finals during the 2018 NBA All-Star Weekend’s Slam Dunk contest, because if he had, he had every intention to bring out J. Cole for the big event. According to The Score , the players’ plan first emerged on the latest episode of the Black Opinions Matter podcast, a detail that was revealed by EPSN’s Amin Elhassan . “If Dennis would have made it to the final round, [J. Cole] was going to throw him the alley-oop,” Elhassan said, “The plan was, Cole would throw the ‘oop, Dennis would dunk it, and Cole would catch the ball and then he’d dunk it too.” He later continued, “That was going to be the ill, craziest dunk, use of a prop or a person ever, but we never got to [see] because [Dennis] was holding out until the final round and didn’t want to bring it out in the first round.” This wouldn’t have been Cole’s first appearance at an All Star Slam Dunk contest, the rapper dunked at NBA All-Star Weekend in 2012 with Kevin Hart –but it still would have been dope to see him do a comeback this year. Both Cole and Dennis Smith Jr. are from Fayetteville, NC and according to Smith, Cole has been a fan since Smith’s college career and was “courtside at almost every home game at [NC State],” Sa fact he dished to an Associated Press reporter after a game in December. Sucks that fans never got to experience this epic alley oop, but there’s always next year.

Low riding offenders could face punishment ranging from a warning to a $100 fine, depending on the number of offenses. Now, South Carolina is on the same wave length. Republican and Democrat lawmakers alike co-sponsored a bill that would make it illegal for anyone to wear their pants “three inches below” the top of their hips, according to WLTX . Violation of the law could result in a $25 fine for the first offense or at the most extreme, a $75 fine plus six hours of community service for a third or more violation. “We have to lead by example,” Charleston County Representative Wendell Gilliard said . “The pants now are being worn below the knees.” Folks were not here for another lecture on pants-sagging. Considering the current fight for gun control in many states, a little underwear glimpse was the least of people’s problems. Just today, for example, she shared her opinion on Fergie ‘s All-Star Weekend “Star Spangled Banner” fail and somehow ended up shading Bey in the process. It’s starting to feel like Wendy will take any and every opportunity to needlessly come for Yoncé. The question is: why? Maybe ratings? A video of Chyna performing oral sex on a faceless guy was leaked online and according to TMZ , Chyna had nothing to do with the leak. She’s reportedly getting the cops involved to track down the leaker and Chyna’s attorney, Walter Mosley , assured folks that they’re looking at it as a “criminal matter.” This isn’t the first time private content of Chyna has made its way to the Internet. Most will remember how her ex, Rob Kardashian , posted nude pictures of her, resulting in Chyna taking legal action against him. Now, with Chyna’s new video leak, the Internet has plenty to say.
