He was set to be released from prison on October 15. An official for the Residential Reentry Management confirmed with The Blast that Apollo was transferred, but have decided to keep the specific location of the halfway house private As we previously reported, Apollo was sentenced to 96 months in prison in back in 2014. Source: Matt Dinerstein / Fox Welp that’s it for Jussie Smollett on Empire and that came from the boss Lee Daniels. via Theybf There were reports that the “Empire” writers were prepping for Jussie Smollett’s return to the show for its finale season, but co-creator Lee Daniels says NOPE! Not True. Daniels hopped on Twitter to clarify that Jussie’s character will NOT be returning for the 6th and final season. It was announced last month that the FOX series would be renewed for the final season that’s set to premiere this fall. Viewers haven’t seen much of Jussie on the show since he has been accused of staging a racist and homophobic attack back in January. He was cut from the final episodes of the fifth season.

After a report went out that the actor would possibly be returning to the series for its final season, Lee Daniels has shut down that plan via Twitter. Deadline reports : “Jussie will NOT be returning to Empire,” Daniels tweeted Tuesday afternoon following reports that the embattled actor’s character Jamal Lyon was being re-worked into scripts for the Fox series. A well-placed source told Deadline today that Smollett’s ongoing legal issues are partly to blame for him remaining on the sidelines. “There are still too many unknowns about what really occurred, why the charges were suddenly dropped and the effect it all has had on Empire for the network or the producers to feel Jussie can slip back into the show,” the individual said. Thus far, Smollett has kept a low profile since the shocking news that all charges were dropped. However, the actor’s ordeal is ongoing as the city is suing him for extending city resource s for the investigation into the alleged staged hate crime. @Variety @JoeOtterson This is not factual. Further, Guzman won’t be given access to the general population commissary out of fear items purchases can be turned into weapons. TMZ reports : The former Mexican cartel kingpin recently filed a motion requesting at least 2 hours of outdoors recreation time per week while he’s held in custody at a federal prison in New York, plus access to the general pop commissary so he can buy goodies. Chapo was also looking to get access to some earplugs so he could sleep easy at night and get rid of ear pain he says he’s been experiencing in the joint. Well, a judge didn’t bite on any of it, and his reasoning is pretty damning. First, the court says Chapo’s request for outdoors time is a nonstarter (he’s currently being held under strict restrictions) because the U.S. government’s worried he’ll try to escape again. On Tuesday, June 4 BMX bike brand Redline announced their collaboration with him on an exclusive limited-edition bike and original merch line. The Hood Pope detailed how special this initiative is to him and his historic community. “When you think BMX bike in Harlem, you think Redline,” says A$AP Ferg, “This collaboration is something I was really involved in and passionate about.” Ferg originally debuted his exclusive Redline bike during his performance the Something In The Water festival in Virginia Beach. The new bike’s design aspects include slack forks, plus-sized tires, 27.5 wheels and disc brakes. See, it all started when YouTuber Tasha K accused the 38-year-old of having an affair with “WAGS Atlanta” star Sincerely Ward . According to Page Six , the RHOA reality star and his rep claim he’s never met Ward and they plan to take legal action. “These false and slanderous allegations against me are made solely to damage my reputation, jeopardize my ongoing businesses, and negatively impact my family,” McKinley said. “My attempts to ignore this slander have only empowered Latasha Kebe (aka Tasha K.) to create more false accusations. I am currently taking legal action — and am currently being represented by Michael T. Sterling of Dreyer Sterling, LLC.” McKinley’s lawyer added, “I handle legal matters in the court of law, not the court of public opinion and I will take whatever appropriate measures I can to defend Dennis’ good name.” Ward also swears this rumor is a bold-faced lie and that she wouldn’t get involved with type of “trash.” “I literally have absolutely no clue [how this rumor started]. On the latest episode of Red Table Talk , the Smith-Pinkett ladies sat down with the queen of “leveling Up” herself to discuss transforming her “not so pleasant experiences” she went through that all led up to the pure bliss she’s in today. She revealed everything from her feelings of pain after ending her first engagement to the moment she realized that calmness meant that her now husband was the one. She even shared the highly anticipated “Ciara Prayer” that she prayed to bring a man like Russell into her life. Ciara’s positivity is admirable and after watching her open up to RTT ladies, we can’t help but to love her journey from emotional scars to “Beauty Marks” even more. So many gems were dropped during the ladies’ 25-minute chat at the red table, but here are a few key takeaways that we absolutely we love. Learn from All Your Mistakes and Experiences Although she never mentioned Future by name, Ciara opened up about the most painful aspect of her split from the rapper citing a combination of the breakup itself, the idea of being a single parent, the pressure from the public and the fact that none of it was an ideal situation for her or her son as the reasons why her break up was so hard. It was only after she began to learn from her experience that she was able to move forward and attain the happiness she desired. Her revelation that “time does not stop” and her fear of “wasting time” is what helped her start the healing process as she realized that it would be worse to stay in an unhealthy situation that wasn’t going to get any better. “Knowing what you don’t want is really important, because it creates clarity”, Ciara mentioned. From this experience, she was able to start making different decisions and learn the type of love she wanted for her and her son. Loving Yourself Is Huge Ciara recalled that the moment she realized it was time to end her relationship [with Future] and stand on her own was the same moment she made a commitment to love herself first. “I remember one time I was working out on the elliptical machine and I was just not sure about do I stay or what direction do I go? What’s the right thing to do? It’s easy to do this, but is the easy thing the right thing?” Ciara said. She explained how taking their son, Future, on vacation helped her gain confidence in herself to walk away from that situation. It was then that she committed to loving herself first because once she truly learned to love herself she was able to be loved the way she deserved and most importantly, she was able to give love the right way. “The Prayer” During the fishbowl question segment of the show, a fan got right to the point and asked Ciara, “what was the specific prayer you prayed to get Russell? Hook a sister up!” While blushing, Ciara revealed what she prayed for during that time, stating, “when you pray for things you should be very specific and very clear about what you want, to the point that you can taste it”. She continued, “you can feel it through your bones and body. It’s a very spiritual thing because you’re getting lost by praying and speaking and declaring what you want in your life”. Ciara went on to explain that she prayed that she would learn from the wisdom she gained, for discernment, for a God-fearing man and for someone that loved kids. Says Forbes : Famous first as a singer, Robyn Rihanna Fenty, age 31, has since evolved into a style icon and makeup entrepreneur—and soon she’ll be the first black woman in charge of a major luxury fashion house. All those efforts add up to a $600 million fortune, making her the wealthiest female musician in the world, ahead of the likes of Madonna ($570 million), Céline Dion ($450 million) and Beyoncé ($400 million). Most of that comes not from music but from her partnership with LVMH, the French luxury goods giant run by billionaire Bernard Arnault. Rihanna (pronounced Ri-Ann-ah, not Ri-Ah-nah as she recently clarified) and LVMH co-own the makeup brand Fenty Beauty. It launched in September 2017 at Sephora, another LVMH brand, and online at FentyBeauty.com, quickly becoming a viral success.
