He’s also a deadbeat father (surprise) and could be arrested, yet again, for failed child support payments. “The singer has missed his last 2 months of child support payments to his ex, Drea Kelly ,” sources tell TMZ . The site goes on to refresh our memories about his required $20,833/month payment to his ex. ICYMI, Kelly was thrown in jail in March, reportedly due to a $161,633 delinquency, but was released after paying the bill. At a later court date, he reportedly asked the judge to lower his monthly child support payment, stating he can’t afford it anymore. “The judge said he’d hear arguments but that won’t happen until May 8. Her criminal past was cited for her being denied entry into a mental health program, instead of a possible jail sentence. Reports TMZ : We broke the story … the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star submitted a petition in her child abuse case to allow her to get treatment for a serious mental illness, which she claimed she was diagnosed with around the same time she was charged with child abuse in Georgia. Tommie got her answer — no can do. According to a new legal doc obtained by TMZ … the Assistant District Attorney determined Lee’s criminal history and background — along with other evidence, facts and allegations — “make her an inappropriate candidate for an accountability court.” Back in January, Tommie was indicted on multiple child abuse charges and she’s facing up to 54 years in prison if she is convicted. Speaking with Wired , Sony revealed the system is well on its way plus what gamers can expect when it is finally unveiled. Assuming Sony sticks with tradition, its next-generation console will be called PlayStation 5 but, lead system architect Mark Cerny made sure to keep the forthcoming system’s name under wraps. But he did reveal the inner workings of PS5. Cerny revealed that the PlayStation 5 will be sporting a solid-state hard drive that will enable to it have faster load times, will still use physical discs despite rumors of consoles heading in the discless gaming direction, will be backward compatible allowing owners to play PS4 games as well. Under the hood, AMD will be supplying a new central processing unit and a graphics processing unit that will allow ray tracing which help produces improved visuals in computer graphics. Cerny also hinted that Sony is still making sure PS VR is a focal point for the company. Without confirming nor denying The PlayStation 5 will support PlayStation VR and there might be a possible updated version coming as well. As far as a release date is concerned, Cerny made sure to point out that the PlayStation 5 is not coming out this year. But it’s very close and is “deep” in development with development kits already being shipped to game developers to get the ball rolling. So we can expect some top tier titles ready to go when Sony’s new next-generation console launches. With Google , Apple , Nintendo , and Microsoft all hinting at next-generation gaming it was only a matter of time that Sony will show what is in the pipeline. According to the documents filed, Chyna owes just a hair over $48,000 for vacating the premises before her lease was up. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained The Blast, Michael Kremerman is suing Blac Chyna for breaching her lease. He claims that in 2017, Chyna signed a one-year lease for a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, $4.5 million Studio City home from Kremerman at $16,000 a month. He claims she extended the lease until March 31, 2019. The landlord claims that Chyna vacated the home in November 2018 and stopped paying, despite the lease running through March. Kremerman says he is owed $30,546 in unpaid rent, plus $18,006.06 in damages, for a grand total of $48,552.06. The landlord is also suing Chyna for attorney fees as well. — Photo: Getty

Real 92.3 announced on Monday that The Cruz Show –which is anchored by one of LA’s most popular on-air personalities J Cruz , is going to join its afternoon program lineup every Monday through Saturday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. starting on April 18. The host will be joined by Executive Producer Jeff Garcia , DJ Lechero and DJ Lezlee , who are also making the move. His departure was so significant for the station that power 106 fell from their top 5 spot among popular Los Angeles radio stations down to 14–3 spots below their competitor, Real 92.3. There’s no word on what caused the move for The Cruz Show from Power–where he took over for Big Boy–to Real 92.3, but it was probably a similar situation to Big Boy’s regarding a higher paying gig. Big Boy ended up being sued by Emmis communications following his departure, and though he came out victorious, that information probably lends itself to a pretty big reason J Cruz might now be too vocal about why the switch was made–at least not for a while. J Cruz and his crew stopped by their new home over at Big Boy’s Neighborhood to talk about their move and how it feels to be back together again. This week we sit down with the actors behind the film “The Curse of La Llorona” that claims to bring the iconic legend to life in a terrifying original horror film set in the world kicked off by The Conjuring. The movie takes place in Los Angeles, Calfornia in the 70s and follows Anna Tate-Garcia played by Linda Cardellini. She’s a social worker who is struggling to balance her job and raising her kids because she is still coping with the loss of her husband, a cop who was murdered on the job. Determined to keep up with the responsibilities of her job Anna gets called to the home of Patricia Alvarez played by Patricia Velasquez, and finds her two young sons locked in a closet, she interprets their terrified mother’s desperate efforts to keep them locked away as a dangerous sign of abuse, when in reality she is protecting them from La Llorona, but since Anna is a skeptic she doesn’t believe her and takes her kids away. This sparks a series of events that make a horror film that does its job. Scare the screams out of you. I sat down with Breaking Bad’s Raymond Cruz, Linda Cardellini, and Patricia Valesquez to break down their movie. We talked about balancing acting vs really being scared and Patricia explained that with a movie like this, there is no playing because you’re really scared. Patricia also told me that La Llorona is real, “It’s only La Llorona, she was the biggest one. We really believe in her. Your parents will keep you at home. When it gets dark come in or La Llorona will get you. Listen to your parents of La Llorona will get you!” Raymond chimed in saying Latin kids have a bigger monster to worry about saying, “Nowadays… There’s Trump.” It’s an obvious dig at Donald Trump immigration policy that’s ripping Mexican kids away from their parents and locking them in cages. After that, we kept the politics out of this interview and focused on the scariest movies of all time in which we talked about The Exorcist, Jaws and The Nightmare On Elm Street franchise. Judging from these three films I think that’s the reason why every movie in The Conjuring Universe holds weight because their actors know what it’s like to be scared by a movie. Go see The Curse Of La Llorona hitting theaters everywhere this Friday, it’s definitely worth your money.
