Source: Thaddaeus McAdams / Getty Amara La Negra and Shay seem like they’d be polar opposites but tonight’s episode of Love and Hip-Hop Miami proves that theory wrong. The opening scene finds them chilling on the beach because they’re cool now, but we all know they’re really here to gossip. Shay brings the messy by asking what’s up with Amara La Negra and Bobby Lytes. Amara blocked Bobby on social media because he’s negative. Bobby found out and was talking smack about her because he was mad. You know how he does! But then Shay starts trashing Jojo too and claims Jojo was talking behind Amara’s back. We all know that Shay is pissed at Jojo for dating Pleasure P. You know, girl code stuff. Amara doesn’t even trip. She said she’s still going to rock with Jojo—at least for now because if it wasn’t in her face then it didn’t happen. As a matter of fact, Amara gets the bright idea to try to get Jojo and Shay on the same page so they can all be friends. This will go swimmingly. Pleasure P meets up with Khaotic and Young Hollywood to wax poetic about…whatever. Khaotic asks Pleasure P about when will Pretty Ricky be performing again. Pleasure P reiterates the same tired story—he and Baby Blue can’t get right so that’s that. Khaotic says the people want Pretty Ricky. But we’re all like, where? Then Khaotic asks Young Hollywood how Amara is doing. At this point, Young Hollywood is tired of trolls in his mentions for all of his ignorant behavior toward Amara last season so he’s trying to make peace now. He says he wishes nothing but the best for her and that he wants to apologize for his behavior so, he plans to invite her to some party that’s coming up. Later on, we find out that Amara accepts his invite and that all seems to be forgiven. They’re all good…for now. But we still don’t like him. Tuh! Trina learns that her assistant has been making shady moves behind her back. Not only has he been going around telling people that he’s her creative director, but he also tried to create a t-shirt line with her business manager. Trina doesn’t have a problem with her team pursuing their dreams, but the shadiness is not tolerated, and he wasn’t even doing good work with her, and he doesn’t even really care. Trina seizes this moment to give us Diamond Princess drama. She goes off on him and fires him, rightfully so. He tries to act like he’s unbothered, and informs her that he’s going to make his business moves and head to the top without her. Mmmmkay. Good luck with being on that blacklist. Trina got the juice. Let’s fast forward a bit. The episode concludes with that Amara La Negra facilitated peace talk between Jojo and Shay. How you think it went? Shay is hostile out the gate, which is typical. Jojo says she could care less that Shay is mad, especially because she feels like Shay betrayed her first by sharing some private information that she once shared, thinking Shay would keep it confidential. We don’t know what that info is but we all know Jojo probably would have dated Pleasure P whether she and Shay were still cool or not. Anyway, Shay and Jojo go in on each other and act like they’re going to fight but that good Love and Hip-Hop Miami security came through and shut that down. Meanwhile, Blue is there watching this entire thing, looking like a messy troll. And then Pleasure P appears (meanwhile, Blue and Amara are talking to Jojo, getting her side of the story). Shay confronts him about dating Jojo so he starts laying it on thick. Pleasure P apologizes for how he treated her and says he should have handled the situation better but then he gets extra and unnecessary when he asks her if she still loves him. Let’s reconvene next week. Same ratchet time, same ratchet channel. Source: NBC / Getty 1999 was huge year for lots of people, for various reasons. Most Americans were losing their s***, figuratively and literally, over the idea that the world would end in the year 2000 . Either that or robots would take over and we would be their servants — which is kind of true when you think about our addictions to cell phones these days. It’s still hard to believe that ’99 was 20 years ago though. Source: The Washington Post / Getty Gender reveals are undoubtedly becoming more and more ridiculous by the day. While some people are getting into some seriously dangerous territories with their reveals–we’re looking at you, fireworks–others are just bordering on disgusting, and today, we’ve crossed that line. Today, a restaurant by the name of Villa Italian Kitchen launched gender reveal lasagnas. Yes, gender reveal lasagnas. And even though a lot of people love lasagnas, not a lot of people are sure about why this has been created or who would purchase such a thing. For the low-low price of $140, you and your family can reveal the perceived gender of your incoming fetus with a surprise announcement, revealed by some unsavory food-colored cheese in between some meat and sauce. Worried about the carbs? And for anyone counting their calories, the package also comes with a salad of your choice: garden, Caesar or Greek. But don’t let the pink or green cheese turn you off–this is still a completely authentic lasagna. The New Jersey eatery says that their creation is made-to-order and boasts pasta straight off the boat, authentic alfredo sauce, and heaping amounts of both ricotta and mozzarella cheese. This questionable dish serves 12 people, so if you’re looking for catering and decorations all-in-one, this lasagna could be a pretty good deal. It pretty much goes without saying that nobody knows how to feel about this. Yes, gender reveals are getting out of hand–but we should all at least be able to count on having some appetizing food while we suffer through our friends’ parties. Lasagna at a gender reveal party? Yes. Lasagna colored with bright pink or blue food coloring at a gender reveal party? No. Please….No. Listen….it’s still an authentic lasagna, and let’s be honest–a lot of us would still finish our piece. But sometimes you should just stick to cake when it comes to gender reveal foods. Cheese just shouldn’t be pastel and that’s that. Once Villa Italian Kitchen announced the addition of this new lasagna, members of the media began to post incessantly about the emails they received regarding the dish. Possibly the best subject line in an email ever: “Gender Reveal Lasagna?! – Villa Italian Kitchen Invites Guests to Celebrate their Bundles of Joy with Boatloads of Cheese!” — Ellie Holmes (@ellierosetx) January 22, 2019 It’s early, but this pitch for gender reveal lasagna is a clear frontrunner for best of 2019. Step it up, people pic.twitter.com/y58gv9T7tP — Allison Steele (@AESteele) January 22, 2019 Just got a PR pitch in my inbox for “Gender Reveal Lasagna?!” pic.twitter.com/ZL7tbMZzeU — Sara Gregory (@saragregory) January 22, 2019 *Gets email* “Villa Italian Kitchen is proud to announce the addition of an exciting new catering package: the world’s first-ever Gender Reveal Lasagna!” *Blocks sender* — big LA Rams fan (@JakeGallant14) January 22, 2019 While most of the media was unimpressed by the email they received, I think most of us can agree that a “sausage or no sausage” gender reveal lasagna is actually an incredible idea. For those asking… no, it would not be 'sausage or no sausage'. They are making the cheese filling pink or blue. — Lindsay Guentzel (@LindsayGuentzel) January 22, 2019 Let’s cancel the whole food coloring thing and stick to sausage–that’s a lasagna we can all get behind.

Source: Greg Doherty / Getty Soulja Boy’s road to video game greatness has hit another snag. King Draco made the claim that his next “console” will have the addictive game Fortnite on it. The game’s developer says that is not happening. During Soulja Boy’s epic press tour where we witness the classic Breakfast Club interview and the off the rails Everyday Struggle visit, DJ Akademiks asked Big Soulja about his sketchy consoles. The “Crank That” rapper has drawn a lot of criticism for selling marked up, poorly constructed Anbernic consoles that are loaded with pirated games. Soulja has denied the accusations and thinks its just case people hating on him and explained to Akademiks that “It’s not a scam,” and “every game on there is licensed.” Despite Nintendo approaching Soulja forcing him to “boss up” and stop selling the janky video game systems, he is now claiming Fortnite will somehow be on his next console. Epic Games, however, shut that claim down immediately and states that will never happen. In a statement issued to Dual Shockers , Epic’s Senior PR Manager, Nick Chester said: “No, you can’t play Fortnite on a rooted or jailbroken device due to anti-cheat measures.” Well there you have it, Soulja Boy has yet to respond, but we expect him to do so soon. As for Fortnite, the game has earned $3 billion in profits last year and is the subject of lawsuits from rapper 2 Milly, actor Alfonso Ribiero, and The Backpack Kid. — Photo: Greg Doherty / Getty
Source: New Line Cinema / New Line Cinema Just when it seemed like the DC Extended Universe was dead and buried thanks to the sh*t show that was The Justice League , James Wan’s critically acclaimed Aquaman breathed some new life into the film world of DC superheroes. But can SHAZAM! keep the life support going? Though we still have an issue with the over-the-top ridiculousness of the superhero suit and it’s short cape, the new trailer continues to make the film seem entertaining and fun with a few action sequences followed by comedic moments that reminds everyone that it’s the body of a man but the mind of a teen that’s inside Shazam. Check out the latest trailer below and let us know if you’ll be checking for SHAZAM! come April 5.
Source: Brian Stukes / Getty Tonight’s episode of Love and Hip-Hop New York finds Yandy on a high. She was granted an emergency hearing with regard to Infinity and the judge approved Infinity to stay with Yandy temporarily and they got the fostering process moving forward. Yaaaaay! Both Yandy and Infinity are thrilled, but Yandy is soon going to find out that she may have moved into this too quickly. Hold that thought. Joe Budden and Cyn still a mess, but they finally end up having respective chats with Dr. Jenn, Vh1’s resident psychotherapist. Joe talks about Cyn being moody and how his career has been accelerating, etc. Cyn finally does open up about what she believes is postpartum depression, Joe being busy with work and not having time for her, the pressures of motherhood, etc. The bombshell comes when Cyn reveals that she doesn’t want a nanny because she ended up being molested by a woman who was supposed to be looking after her when she was five. That’s a secret that only three people (including Joe) knew up until that revelation (not even her mom knew). Dr. Jenn says she doesn’t think Cyn is dealing with postpartum depression. What Cyn is dealing with, according to the doctor, is her unresolved issues surfacing in the form of depression, anxiety, and resentment toward Joe. Cyn agrees with Dr. Jenn’s assessment. Dr. Jenn eventually speaks to Joe on behalf of Cynthia and it seems like he receives the message better than when Cyn communicates, but these issues aren’t going away overnight. This becomes clear later on when they double date with Papoose and Remy Ma and Papoose gives then the genius advice to get married. Papoose’s logic is that if they get married they’ll be more likely to use their vows as guidelines to make it work. Mmmmkay. Mendeecees’ mother gets word of Yandy’s seemingly hasty foster mom moves and she’s rightfully concerned about Yandy bringing this girl around her grandchildren. Yandy thinks she has everything figured out, but then she meets with Infinity’s birth mother to get her blessing to adopt Infinity, only to discover that Infinity gave her a different story. Mama Infinity’s story is shady too though. Her version is that she’s a single mom with 6 kids and she wants to do what’s best for them, especially Infinity. She claims that Infinity was a sweet child but then once she became a teenager she started running away then next thing you know authorities picked her up, said that mom was abusive and took Infinity away. That sounds like a lot of details are missing, but in the end, Yandy finds out that Infinity actually never grew up in foster care despite telling her that. According to Infinity’s mom, her daughter has only been in foster care since last November. The conversation goes well. Mama Infinity gives Yandy her blessing to adopt and gives her a loaded, “Good luck.” Later on, Yandy has a moment where Infinity goes missing. Eventually, Infinity turns up again and Yandy is pissed. But Infinity says she ran away because she was pissed after discovering that Yandy spoke to her mother. Yandy calls Infinity out for lying about how long she has been in foster care. Infinity says her mom isn’t being truthful and doesn’t want to take responsibility for being a bad mom. In the end, Yandy still feels bad for Infinity and says she’s on her side no matter what, but she has to stop running away and learn to trust her. We’ll see how this goes. Sidney Starr and Nya Lee get into it again. Basically, Sidney shows up to some event wearing her own dress instead of something “fashion expert” Nya Lee picked out. This leads to Nya Lee going off on Sidney and calling her ungrateful. Sidney bucks at Nya like she’s going to hit her but it’s just a bluff. Jonathan is just standing there feigning like he’s lost, but really taking it all in because he’s messy. Nya decides to leave before she resorts to fighting. Jonathan sides with Nya Lee in thinking Sidney is ungrateful. This is going to be revisited next week. You know how petty beef never dies on this show. There’s supposed to be a trip coming up. We know how that’s going to go. The episode winds down with Rich Dollaz’s drama. Rich is distraught because his daughter’s mother, Miracle, shot her husband in a domestic violence incident. Rich’s daughter, Ashley, took the man to the hospital but doesn’t know much else about what’s happening. Miracle left Rich and Ashley in the dark but now, ish is real. Initially, Miracle was charged with attempted murder but the charges were dropped to aggravated assault and she has to go to court for a plea hearing. Plea hearings never go well. Anyway, Rich, who feels guilty for not staying in Memphis to protect them, convinces Miracle to tell Ashley (who is 19) what’s going on. They all come to tears over Miracle’s uncertain future. Next week we find out what happens at the hearing. Fingers crossed. Source: 2016 Billboard Music Awards Arrivals at T-Mobile Arena Las Vegas Featuring: Ciara, Russell Wilson Where: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States When: 23 May 2016 Credit: Apega/WENN.com Future just dropped a new album, The WIZRD , but a lot of the Internet chatter surrounding the Atlanta rapper is regarding his personal life. That was because he said when it comes to his baby mama Ciara, and Russell Wilson’s now wife, the NFL QB “do exactly what she tell him to do.” Now it seems that the Seattle Seahawks star took the high road and clapped back at the same damn time. Yesterday (Jan. 19), Wilson posted a photo Sienna, his daughter with Ciara, and Future Jr., his stepson and Future’s biological son, rubbing noses on the floor. The adorable pic was captioned, “All that matters. #Love.” Safe bet Future, who is in a custody battle with Ciara, wasn’t too happy when he saw that. So far nothing from Ciara, and don’t expect anything since she’s been letting the lawyers handle all the mess.
