She is finally taking the climactic steps toward the Iron Throne, following many years of being one of the biggest female bad asses on television. “Women have been great rulers,” she says of her role and the challenging world in which she’s acting these days. “And then for that to be a character that I’m known to play? Kendra Wilkinson takes pride in being a hands-off mother. Which is why the former Playmate says she’d have no problem at all with her daughter one day taking her clothes off for Playboy. The mother of a seven-year old boy named Hank and a four-year old girl named Alijah, Kendra was asked by Entertainment Tonight whether she’d be okay with the latter posing on the cover of the men’s magazine that made her famous. And here’s how Wilkinson replied : “I won’t sit here and say that I would like that, but if she made a healthy decision and a healthy choice with a healthy mind to want to pose for Playboy…. “We are a free home, we are a free spirit. “If that’s your way of wanting to express yourself and who you are, then go ahead and be exactly who you want to be.” Wilkinson went on to explain that she’s always going to support her kids at all, no matter what they choose to do with their lives. “I’m not a person to hold my kids back,” she told the outlet, elaborating as follows: “If they need to get whatever they need out of it, then go. I’m here to love them and support them and guide them as best as I can, but I’m not going to put any limits to their lives. “And if that’s the way they’re going to be happy and express who they are, then they can do whatever they want. “I’m not here to stop their lives or interfere.” Heck, Kendra doesn’t comprehend why parents EVER tell children what to do or how to act. “Why are we putting rules on everyone? This is one of those quotes that sounds great in theory, but is utter nonsense in practice. Why do we put rules on kids? Gee, we don’t know… for their health? Their safety? Their well-being? Because sometimes young people don’t know what’s best for them and it’s up to a more educated and experienced person to arrive at some important life decisions? We’d be more willing to take family advice from Kendra if she actually had a solid relationship with members of her own family. But the entire new season of Kendra on Top will focus on Wilkinson’s effed up relationship with her mother . And Kendra’s husband has admitted to getting a hand job from a transgender model back in the day. So it’s possible that she may not be the best authority for managing relationships between spouses or parents or children. This is not to say that someone who strips down for a magazine is automatically a bad person or doomed to fail in life or anything of that nature. To some extent, we agree with Kendra that it’s helpful to give kids a long rope and to support their choices. But there’s a middle ground between ensuring your kids are self-confident and self-assured… and just letting them run around all free and crazy and aimless. We do also agree with Kendra when it comes to trolls and haters. Many people out there judge her family a lot harsher than we just did above, and here’s what she told ET about those individuals: “That’s their problem. Honestly, we’re doing just fine. We’re a happy family. We don’t care about that stuff. “We’re doing what we’re doing. That gets into bullying and I’m not teaching my kids to give into bullying like that. If you stop what you’re doing because someone says something mean, then come on. “Then you’re the one who loses. You’ve gotta rise up and you’ve gotta stay in the game.”

For weeks now, we’ve been hearing rumors that Amber Portwood and Matt Baier have broken up . In the early stages, neither half of Mamber did much to deny the rumors, and at several points, Amber seemed to stop just short of confirming them. Amber fans have been arguing that Portwood should kick Baier’s ass to the curb for years now, and their case has grown much stronger in recent weeks. For one thing, we learned earlier this month that Baier was caught cheating on Portwood . To be fair, he wasn’t busted red-handed, but he did fail a lie detector test, which was clearly enough to give Amber some serious doubts. On top of that, Baier – who had claimed to be sober after years of substance abuse – revealed that he recently fell off the wagon and was high for many of his Teen Mom outbursts . It was brave of him to admit to his struggles in an interview, but the relapse doesn’t bode well for the future of his relationship. And that’s not all: Insiders tell Radar Online that Matt has bailed on filming the Teen Mom: OG reunion show in New York this weekend, even though he was scheduled to attend as recently as last week. “He could always change his mind, but as of now, he’s not expected to attend,” one source tells Radar. RIP, true love. In a shocking announcement made this evening, Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor revealed the news that their marriage is over after 17 years. It hardly seems right. Ben and Christine released a joint statement to Entertainment Tonight, explaining that “With tremendous love and respect for each other, and the 18 years we spent together as a couple, we have made the decision to separate.” “Our priority will continue to be raising our children as devoted parents and the closest of friends.” In closing, the (former, we guess) couple asked for privacy during this tough time. And man, what a surprisingly heartbreaking time it is. The two comedic actors met while filming a TV pilot called Heat Vision and Jack, and if you don’t remember it, it’s because the show was never picked up. But their relationship sure picked up — after a year of dating, they were married in a beach ceremony in Hawaii, exactly 17 years ago this month. Ben proposed after they’d been dating just seven months, and in an old interview, he compared the situation to one of his biggest movies, Meet the Parents. “I asked her father for permission before I did it,” he recalled at the time. “It was like Meet the Parents in real life, because Christine’s father is an intimidating guy who owns a security company.” In 2002, they welcomed their first child, a daughter they named Ella, and three years later they had a son named Quinlin. They’ve also worked together quite a bit, with Christine making appearances in Zoolander, both the original movie and the 2016 sequel, and Dodgeball. She also had a small part in 2008’s Tropic Thunder. There’s no word yet on what went wrong with their marriage, and we don’t imagine there will be. Ben and Christine have never really made it in the tabloids, and they’ve been exceedingly private in their relationship. After all, they were together before social media existed — scandals just weren’t as easy to come by in 2000. We imagine that they’ll stay true to their statement and keep things just as classy and private as ever, all while continuing to raise their children together.
