The LP, led by the T-Pain-assisted single “Bag of Money,” features appearances from Nas, T.I., Wiz Khalifa, Kendrick Lamar and Bun B. The compilation sets up a very busy summer for Rozay and his boys. On July 31 Ross will drop his long-awaited God Forgives, I Don’t LP, and Meek Mill is prepping his debut, Dreams and Nightmares, for an August 28 release. French Montana’s Excuse My French is also scheduled to drop later this year. Back in May Ross held a press conference in New York City to announce his label’s release dates and the signing of R&B star and former B2K frontman Omarion. “I think it was a great day for hip-hop. It was a great energy for hip-hop,” Ross told MTV News of the MMG press conference. “When you reflect on hip-hop on a boss level, for the last 10 years, the business of hip-hop has been kinda shaky, it’s been in a decline. … I think this was a new energy that the hip-hop game needed, a momentum change.” The MMG crew members, though mostly known for music, occasionally make a few headlines outside of the studio as well. Most recently Meek Mill’s name came up in reports surrounding the fight between Drake and Chris Brown’s entourages at a New York club on June 14. See what Meek has to say about it all on Wednesday. Although I know he loves his wife because they been together for 20 plus years, he feels he is obligated to be with her. I can’t help but to feel like I have been dealt a bad hand. I had gotten pregnant by him but decided to abort it. There isn’t anything in the world that he won’t do for me. He doesn’t work, and his wife works not 1 but 2 full-time jobs and takes care of us. When I need something he calls me and say, “Don’t worry about it because “Mariah” gets paid today.” I love him like there is no tomorrow. I have met all of his family and even some of hers. Looks like the folks over at The Game aren’t wasting any time trying to fill the openings left by Tia Mowry and Pooch Hall’s departure. The “ATL” star, Lauren London will be joining the cast of the BET sitcom for its sixth season. The 27-year-old, whose previous TV credits include 90210 and Entourage, is penned to play the role of Keira, a 20-year-old former child star who is currently appearing on a Cosby Show-esque sitcom. According to TV Line, the show’s producers are also on the lookout for a male lead to play an educated, all-star running back to act opposite Lauren. The Game has just concluded it’s fifth season, with Pooch’s character deciding to get a fresh start by joining Tia’s character in Washington D.C. The show will return next year with regulars Wendy Raquel Robinson, Coby Bell, Hosea Chanchez, Brandy Norwood and Barry A. Floyd. A new set of characters may be just the thing the writers need to breathe new life into the stale show. It would have been nice for them to introduce the new characters before getting rid of Derwin and Melanie, but maybe they’ll do guest spots to help phase out their storyline. ‘I never seen Chris Brown or Drake throw a bottle, and I was there,’ MMG rapper tells XXL of last week’s club fight. By Nadeska Alexis Meek Mill Photo: Chris Brown’s and Drake’s reps have issued statements about the NYC brawl between their entourages last week, but so far, the only direct words from the artists themselves have been via Twitter. Brown and MMG rapper Meek Mill have both tweeted about the incident in the past few days, but now Meek is finally speaking up about what he saw in the club that night as he stood next to Drake. In an interview with XXL, Meek was asked if he threw a bottle during the melee, which left Chris Brown, his bodyguard and several club patrons wounded. “F— no,” the Philly rapper responded, adding that Drake and Brown didn’t either. “Chris and Drake, them two was there, but it’s other people that be around that take sh– to the next level,” he said. “Things just happen in the club. I seen girls in there throwing bottles, all types of sh–. All types of people. I never seen Chris Brown or Drake throw a bottle, and I was there.” In the hours following the brawl, Meek’s brief tweets didn’t add any clarity to the situation. He began with the coy line, “It wasn’t me…. (shaggy voice) lol,” and later responded to messages from Roscoe Dash, who blasted him along with Drake and Brown for fighting. Meek snapped back, “You gotta chill b4 you b tweeting my name in some sh– i wasn’t even really in! Stay in ya lane!” Later in the day, Brown — who had already deleted his initial tweets and the photo of his injury, which he posted right after the brawl — sent a follow up message, writing, “Me and @MeekMill ain’t on that bullsh–. Real respect Real….” Although the statement seemed odd, right after reports that Meek had played a role in instigating the fight, Meek confirmed to XXL that things were all good between him and Brown. “What [Brown] tweeted was just that me and Meek Mill ain’t got no problem,” he said. “I talked to him immediately after that, on the phone afterwards, like immediately. There’s nothing there, this-that-and-the-third. Chris Brown be in clubs. He be around situations like this. Things get out of hand. That don’t mean it’s out of hand with me and him or whoever, not even him and Drake.” Drake made his first public appearance since the brawl at his Club Paradise Tour stop in New York on Saturday night, bringing Meek along with him, but he made no real statement on what went down last week. Instead, he told fans that he’d had a rough couple of days but was in a much better mood by the time he hit the stage. Details from that night are still being revealed. San Antonio Spurs Player Tony Parker Injured During Drake-Chris Brown Brawl San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker says he suffered a scratched retina on one of his eyes during a New York City nightclub brawl involving singer Chris Brown and members of hip-hop star Drake’s entourage. Parker, wearing dark sunglasses, described the incident Friday in Paris during a news conference posted on YouTube. He said he expects to be sidelined for about a week while the French team prepares for the Summer Olympics. Parker said he was wearing a “therapeutic” contact lens and had to go to an emergency room for treatment after arriving in Paris. Parker said: “I was with my friend Chris Brown and me and my friends took some punches, so I’ll be missing the start of the French team because I can’t do anything for a week except keep the lens in and then take drops.” Police said Brown, his girlfriend and his bodyguard were among several people injured during the bottle-hurling fight early Thursday at W.i.P in SoHo. Parker said “they started throwing bottles everywhere. I don’t know what happened. At first it was OK, but then it started getting worse and when the plane landed it was really hurting so I went straight to the ER.” Talk about wrong place, wrong time. But authorities are reportedly calling for extra security at the NY show following Drizzy’s nightclub brawl with Chris Brown. By Rob Markman Drake Photo: Despite numerous reports to the contrary, the NYPD confirmed to MTV News there are no plans to arrest Drake before his show in Long Island, New York, tonight and the investigation into the YMCMB star’s nightclub brawl with Chris Brown is still ongoing. But that doesn’t mean authorities are taking things lightly before tonight’s concert: TMZ is reporting that New York State Police are calling for extra security at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theatre following the Thursday morning scuffle between Brown’s and Drizzy’s entourages in a New York City club. Reps for Drake have maintained that the Toronto MC did nothing wrong . On Friday night, Cash Money CEO Birdman weighed in on the incident. “To me, Drizzy ain’t did nothin’ wrong, he ain’t done nothin’ wrong to nobody. He’s just doin’ great music,” he told MTV News exclusively. “He’s not a reckless guy out there just wildin’ out; he’s a humble kid makin’ great music.” There has been a ton of finger-pointing following the brawl, which reportedly involved members of both Drake’s and Breezy’s respective crews. Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos has been very vocal in implicating Drake as the main culprit in the incident. “I have turned over evidence that it was Drake who instigated this,” he told the New York Post. “The evidence makes it clear that Chris is the victim of all this. “I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs,” he continued. The police did confirm with MTV News that the case was ongoing but would not confirm that they were ready to arrest the Take Care MC or anyone in connection to the brawl. Coincidently, the manager of the W.I.P. nightclub (where the incident occurred) was arrested Friday due to existing warrants unrelated to the incident. Drake has big plans for tonight’s concert, which is a scheduled part of his critically acclaimed Club Paradise Tour. During an interview with DJ Scoob Doo’s BreadOverBed.com, Drizzy said he plans to outdo Hot 97’s Summer Jam concert. After a radio DJ insulted Nicki Minaj just hours before she was scheduled to perform at the June 3 concert in New Jersey, YMCMB boss Lil Wayne pulled the plug on his label’s all-star performance. “I’ve got everyone you would want to see, plus people that you wouldn’t expect to see,” Drake said. If Rihanna didn’t feel like she was the only girl in the world before this week, the violent nightclub altercation between Chris Brown and Drake – or at least their entourages – certainly could be seen as an ego boost … or just scary. She is, of course, Brown’s ex and Drake’s friend, collaborator, and rumored hookup. For her part, she was at a different club, with Brown, earlier in the week, but Rih was nowhere to be found at W.I.P. when things got ugly Wednesday. She heard about it, though, says a source who claims Rihanna “loves this! Men fighting over her? Are you kidding? Of course she loves the drama .” After a deluge of texts telling her what went down, “She just laughed. She’s spoken to both of them and just thinks it’s crazy. She’s glad she wasn’t there!” “She just wants to be friends with both of them.” Clearly they have different ideas. Brown tweeted a pic of a serious gash on his chin after a member of Drake’s posse allegedly hit him with a bottle. Drake has denied “any wrongdoing” through his rep, but Brown and his attorney have pointed the finger at the Canadian rapper and his entourage. A member of Brown’s posse may have been the primary aggressor, however, as reports suggest he was making gang signs and death threats at Drake. Neither star is considered a criminal suspect in the incident. Rihanna hasn’t taken a side … but you can!

Innocent Woman Get Her Head Spilt In Drake-Chris Brown Club Melee According to TMZ reports : An innocent female clubgoer was gushing blood last night … after she was struck by a flying bottle in the middle of the Chris Brown nightclub brawl … TMZ has learned. TMZ spoke with Hollie C. — a 24-year-old Australian tourist who went to club W.i.P. Wednesday night with some friends. Hollie tells us she was hanging out and having a good time when the brawl exploded between Brown’s entourage and Drake’s entourage. Hollie tells us, “Within a few moments of noticing glass being thrown around, I saw a glass bottle headed towards me; consequently hitting me in the head.” “I immediately started to bleed and proceeded to fall in and out of consciousness.” Hollie says … in the midst of the chaos, she was transported to a local hospital by herself where she received 16 stitches to close up the bloody gash. She also received a tetanus shot. Hollie was released from the hospital early this morning … and has since filed a police report … but tells us, “I had to take the subway home with no money or jacket. Nobody would even sit beside me.
