Supernatural Season 10 Episode 1 Recap: A Man of His Word

We kicked off Supernatural Season 10 Episode 1 with Sam torturing a demon in order to learn the location of Crowley and Dean. Upon slicing her throat, Sam was told: “Whatever soul you had, whatever Boy Scout code you cuddled up to at night, it’s all gone.” So… yeah. It was a nice and bright opening few moments. Cut to four weeks later and Sam still has no idea where to find his brother. Neither does Castiel who admits to missing Dean and wonders: is the real Dean even still out there? Or has the demon taken over completely? We then do finally see Dean, as he’s enjoying some karaoke, not caring one bit that everyone’s booing him. He also hooks up with a waitress, casually dismisses her afterward and beats up her abusive boyfriend. Badly. Oh, and he kills a number of Abaddon’s groupies with the First Blade. However, as Sam later discovers, they were actually sent by Crowley, who’s attempting to keep Dean at the ready for their professional future. Sam vows to save Dean, but Crowley comes back at him by saying it’s not what Dean’s become that bothers him. “You can’t stand the fact that he’s mine,” he states. “Dean Winchester completes me.” Yup, move over, Jerry Maguire! Crowley’s mission? To “create the perfect Hell” with Demon Dean’s assistance, telling him they’re just “moving the party” and leaving Dean to contemplate this offer. Meanwhile, another hunter named Cole is after Dean, unaware of what’s he’s turned into. He kidnaps Sam in the process, as we lean that something went down between Cole and Dean many years ago and “now he’s prey, and I’m the monster,” according to Cole. He then phones Dean to demand a trade. However, he’s not about to to go save his sibling, instead just telling Cole that he’ll find him one day. And kill him very dead, of course. We cut back to Castiel for a minute as Hannah pays him a visit, seeking assistance with two rogue angels (Daniel and Adina) who murdered one of them own for trying to bring them home. Once this pair is found, Castiel kills Daniel to save Hannah’s life, while Adina escapes. Cas is left to wonder if he’s been on Earth for too long. “There’s seemingly nothing but chaos,” he says. And that applies to the Winchesters certainly, as Dean tells Cole after the latter threatens to kill Sam: “I told him to let me go, so any jam he’s in now, that is his problem… He knows damn sure that if I am one thing, I am a man of my word.” EEK! Bad Girls Club Season 13 Episode 1 Recap: Judi Needs More Than a Little Redemption

Bad Girls Club Season 13 Episode 1, the premiere of Bad Girls Club: Redemption, reassembled nine familiar faces from previous seasons of the hit show. You can only imagine how that turned out. Totally drama-free (not). No, Bad Girls Club Season 13 Episode 1 served as a fitting premiere to a season Oxygen has billed as “the best of the bad.” So bad, it can only be good. The cast members have been assembled to learn under the tutelage of Life Coach Laura, in a bid to control their tempers and reach their full potential. Watch Bad Girls Club Season 13 Episode 1 Online The BGC cast: Alyssa “Redd” Carswell, Camilla Poindexter, Danni Victor, Jada Looney, Judi Jackson, Julie Ofcharsky, Natalie Nunn, Sarah Oliver and Rocky Santiago. You can watch Bad Girls Club online to check out all their shenanigans, which we can’t really do justice to, but here’s a brief rundown on the premiere … Camilla wants to change for the better. Julie reflects how she was known on her season as the villain, but this time hopes to make lifelong friends. Judi just wants to get her DRANK on. Sarah regrets instigating so many fights during her season, while Redd also admits she was a bully during her season in Chicago, which also starred Jada. The two see that the other is there. No fists flying yet. Baby steps. Although they admit there may be drama down the line if one of them starts something with the other, so who knows. Here’s hoping it does not come to that. Also, Redd tells the girls she is gay, but will only look and not touch. So there’s that. Danni hopes to be more mature this time around, and Natalie? Well, Natalie is being all nice. It’s weird, but she looks ready to turn over the newest of new leaves as everyone goes outside and toasts to growing together and working on themselves. Perhaps headed to the club on a party bus wasn’t the smartest way to kick off the season, but that’s where we are, and the positive mood starts to unravel. Judi loses RIGHT on cue. Drunk Judi spills her drink on Danni, and finds living Natalie to be causing a lot of anxiety, which of course leads her to drink, and then she has beef with Julie. Back at the house, Judi continues to drink more, and says that everyone there is fake. Later, Redd confronts Judi about her psychological problems. Danni tells Judi that she’s acting like a “psycho three year old” and that “you and me are never going to be cool again,” as she kicks her out of the room. Redemption? Anything can happen in the morning, she notes. Here’s hoping, because things did not start off on the best foot for her here on day one.

19 Kids and Counting Season 14 Episode 10 Recap: Will Jessa and Ben Give in to Temptation?

Last night on 19 Kids and Counting, Jim Bob and Michelle celebrated their 30th anniversary, while Ben and Jessa decided to try their hand at parenting. In a manner of speaking, of course. Their motives weren’t what you think. If you watch 19 Kids and Counting online or on TV, or know anything about the Duggars at all, you know they have some VERY strict rules for dating. No touching between young couples except side hugs until marriage. It’s pretty tough for a couple of hotties like Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald. Watch 19 Kids and Counting Season 14 Episode 11 Online So what are they gonna do about it? Their approach is twofold … Get engaged ASAP and get married VERY soon after; In the meantime, surround themselves with rugrats! Never fails, and meets the family courtship standards too! On 19 Kids and Counting Season 14 Episode 11 , to help distract themselves from physical attraction, Jessa and Ben take the “little” Duggars to the arcade. There, we learned that since Jessa and Ben are engaged, they can upgrade to holding hands, but still no full frontal hug action until the big day. November 1, y’all. November freaking one. At this point, though, Ben had yet to even propose to his girlfriend, but we know he took care of that in short order. And in any case, they stayed strong. Jessa and Ben are very respectful of her parents and their religious beliefs, no matter how crazy the things banned by the Duggar family might seem. They’re committed to the rules, not finding ways around them, as evidenced by her older sister Jana Duggar tagging along as chaperone for the couple. Better safe than sorry? The arcade trip also made Ben realize that “this could be us” one day and that the “littles” are a blessing. Aww. They all had a derby race, and it was great. Watch 19 Kids and Counting Season 14 Episode 10 Online In the first part of the hour, 19 Kids and Counting Season 14 Episode 10 focused on Jim Bob and Michelle’s 30th wedding anniversary. Congrats!! Naturally, they set up a triple date with Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard, at this point just days away from marriage, and Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald. En route to their destination, Jim Bob gets pulled over – on purpose – as a cop handcuffs the duos together so they can learn how to work together. Scripted, yes. Cheesy, oh yes. But darned if it wasn’t fun seeing them try to complete things ranging from household tasks to a full-on obstacle course. Marriage. It’s a challenge, but well worth it. Jim Bob says it’s all about working together and communicating so that each partner looks after the other. Ridiculous as might be to make a simple point this way, well played, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar , and here’s to the next 30 years of your lives together. Meanwhile, Josh tries to get back on track with his fitness goals with Anna’s help in the B story from Episode 10. What a cute family they are, too. What did you think of these episodes? Sound off on all things 19 Kids and check out some of the things the Duggar family does not allow in the gallery below! 9 Things BANNED in the Duggar Family 1. Dates Without Chaperones The Duggar parents often accompany their children on dates in order to maintain their “accountability” and “keep things from going in the wrong direction,” per Jim Bob. The girls are fine with this, as being alone with men puts them in grave “moral danger.” When the parents aren’t available, their older siblings will often tag along, making every date a group date and a family affair.

Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 1 Recap: Cheating Hank and the Baskett Case

Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 1 premiered last night on WE tv, and given the intense tabloid scrutiny of her marriage, we basically knew the plot going in. That didn’t make it any less fascinating to watch play out, however. Somewhat uniquely, even nowadays, the background leading up to Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 1 was vital to the experience as the installment itself. Watch Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 1 Online The scandalous fling Kendra Wilkinson’s husband Hank Baskett enjoyed with Ava London felt to many like a grab at ratings, a la Lifetime’s True Tori. This feeling was only bolstered when the teaser trailer for the new season came out, playing up the scandal and looking almost hilariously scripted. So what’s the verdict on the actual season premiere? You’ll have to watch Kendra on Top online to draw your own conclusion, but here’s our take: We begin with Jessica Hall, Kendra’s Playboy model best friend, arriving at Wilkinson’s house to console her. Boy, did she need a friend right then. One of the most striking scenes of the night happens right away as Kendra is shown bawling and collapsing, literally, into the arms of Jessica. Did they stage that? Possibly, to get Jessica in there and because it’s powerful. But to fake that kind of raw pain and emotion seems hard to believe. Hall asks if she ever suspected anything, and Wilkinson admits she’s never been the type to keep tabs on Hank Baskett. Why would she need to? We then flash back to five weeks before she was blindsided with the Ava London bombshell, with the duo preparing for baby girl Alijah’s arrival. She jokes about Hank not being over her after six years and two kids. His reply? “Babe, we could be together 20 years and I still wouldn’t be over you.” Wow. From the looks of this, the lovebirds were filming a fairly generic Kendra on Top season and then the scandal to end all scandals happened. Ava London: Hank Baskett’s (Alleged) Mistress 1. Ava Sabrina London Photo Ava Sabrina London is the model who says she had a fling with Hank Baskett. Do you believe her? Detractors will say all of this scripted, but if you’re talking about her confessionals and interviews, of course it is. But it really looks like he cheated. If this were all fabricated, Wilkinson is a much better actor than we ever thought. You can hear the pain in her voice as she wonders if she was at fault. “Was he not attracted to me because I was pregnant? What did I do wrong?” she asked at one point, having been knocked up while Hank cheated . Then there’s the wedding ring situation. As teased in previews, Wilkinson tells Jessica Hall that she flushed them down the toilet, but we don’t see it. Producers say they learned about this after it happened, that only Kendra and Hank were present for it and that he begged her not to, but alas. Long story short, we see a picture of family in full-on crisis mode. Celebrity or not, you have to feel for Kendra, given how she clearly loves her husband and because this was no ordinary fling she found out about. To reiterate: Hank was sneaking around with a transsexual model, who has gone public about their mutual hand job session, then tried to pay her off. How do you even react to that? When you have a four-year-old and a newborn baby no less? Kendra didn’t have the answer, and it’s hard to watch. At the end of the episode, she spills a bottle of breastmilk and struggles to pump more, agitated, stressed and even scared as the phone starts ringing. Whatever editing and scripting went into this, Kendra on Top is letting us in on the aftermath of a cheating scandal and a marriage on the ropes. In that sense, this reality show is often as real as it gets. Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett: In Happier Times 1. Kendra and 2 Hanks There was a time when Kendra and Hank looked to be a very happy couple. This photo was snapped in 2012.

Chelsea Clinton Gives Birth to Baby Girl!

Chelsea Clinton is a mother for the first time. The global activist and former First Daughter, 34, welcomed a baby girl with her husband Marc Mezvinsky! “Marc and I are full of love, awe and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our daughter, Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky,” Clinton wrote late Friday night. Months after announcing she and Mezvinsky hoped to make 2014 the “Year of the Baby,” Chelsea, confirmed in April that the couple were expecting. “I certainly feel all the better whether it’s a girl or a boy that she or he will grow up in world filled with so many strong female leaders,” she said. Appropriately, Bill and Hillary Clinton’s only child made the announcement at a Clinton Foundation event for the empowerment of girls and young women. Her mom, the former Secretary of State, has been excited for the arrival, stockpiling kids’ books and planning to have a car seat in her own vehicle. “I want to babysit any chance I get!” the former First Lady said at a political gathering in September, “Bill and I are on constant grandchild watch.” Chelsea kept a busy pace at the Clinton Global Initiative just days before Charlotte’s arrival. Hopefully now she’ll get some well needed rest (just kidding)! New parent humor. Congratulations to Chelsea and Marc Mezvinsky on their new baby, and to these other celebs who welcomed kids in 2014 as well: Celebrities Who Welcomed Babies in 2014 1. Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman American Idol judge and all-around snarkmaster Simon Cowell was softened a bit by the birth of his son Eric Philip on February 14. What a Valentine for Simon and girlfriend Lauren Silverman.

Blue Bloods Season 5 Episode 1 Recap: Partners ‘Til the End

On Friday night’s Blue Bloods Season 5 Episode 1, Baez ended up badly injured after a convoy carrying drug evidence to be incinerated was attacked. What led us to that point, and what transpired afterward? Watch Blue Bloods Season 5 Episode 1 Online As  Blue Bloods Season 5 Episode 1 proved with the situation in Times Square, police often find themselves in situations where there is no easy answer. React too fast and make an error in split-second judgment? You’re at fault. Take your time and try to process the situation and miss your chance? You’re also at fault. Officer McCarthy found this out the hard way even though he was following procedure, failing to consider the impact of traffic. The more surprising aspect of all this was the response. Uncharacteristically, Frank let the mayor bully him into letting his officers down, a first for him and perhaps a sign of a profound arc here in Season 5. As for Baez and Danny, they drew fire while protecting a drug transport, and she verbally fired on him in a different sense, for a variety of reasons. Perhaps the stresses of work and life all culminated in that moment, but she later admitted that Danny was the closest thing to family she had left. Speaking of partners, Jamie’s feelings about his? Complex. As Erin tried to say, Jamie’s feelings for Eddie are increasingly obvious … to everyone else. Did Jamie make the right decision about his partner, though? And has Frank changed the way he does his job for better or worse, since he took the job? Few easy answers, but that’s life when you wear the uniform, and we can look forward to another season of hard questions from these great characters. Share your comments below, and as always, remember you can watch Blue Bloods online to catch all the action from start to finish week in and week out.

The Mindy Project Season 3 Episode 2 Recap: Is Annette Castellano Mindy’s New Nemesis?

On The Mindy Project Season 3 Episode 2, Danny’s mother made an appearance in New York, and she didn’t exactly start off on the wrong foot with Mindy, but … She thought Mindy was Danny’s cleaning woman, a fact that he realized but kept to himself and didn’t correct her, then only informed Mindy of after she left. Vintage Danny Castellano right there. Watch The Mindy Project Season 3 Episode 2 Online While the season premiere established that they aren’t just a flash in the romantic pan, The Mindy Project Season 3 Episode 2 threw the duo a new obstacle. Danny’s mother doesn’t like any girlfriends, he says, hence the hesitation for introducing her as such. Mindy is not happy about this, but she’s also resolute: She’ll win Annette Castellano’s approval, and she’ll do it her way! Mindy has a foolproof plan that she uses to get all moms to like her, which you’d have to be a fool to believe were actually true, but that’s our girl for you. After Danny formally introduces Mindy to Annette, played by the amazing Cheers veteran Rhea Perlman, the stage is set for an epic family brunch. When Mindy shows up to meet Danny, his brother, and her friend, Annette is not having any of Mindy’s efforts, and makes it pretty clear she’s not a fan. She stands up for Danny, though, after Annette doesn’t like Danny’s birthday gift, which was pretty tight – a new oven – and that breaks the ice at least. Mindy and Annette have a heart to heart about Danny, at which point she wins over her maybe someday mother-in-law, who also apologizes to Danny. As for that new oven? They use it to enjoy a nice meal together. Meanwhile, when the always-helpful Peter offers romantic advice, you know the B-story is a winner, and this rule was certainly true last night’s case. Morgan, who’s having some issues with Tamra, laments the fact that he must get rid of his 40 (yes, forty) dogs because of Tamra’s allergy issues. Peter isn’t buying this, and holds a dog fair in at the practice to do some clandestine investigating and out Tamra for lying … which blew up in his face. Or more specifically hers, which had a dog shoved in it. Tamra, of course, actually is allergic to Morgan’s furry brood and had to go to the ER after this. Good thing there were doctors on hand, at least? Maybe? Love Me Or Leave Me Alone: Should You Change For A Man?

During a recent Sex and the City marathon, I watched an episode where Carrie tried to stop smoking so that she could date this guy Aiden. He told her that he didn’t date women who smoked, so she convinced herself that she could stop any time she wanted and tried to kick the habit for him. However, her first thought was that he should just accept her for who she was, and if he couldn’t, then he could kick rocks. At the end of the episode, we see Carrie flushing her last cigarettes down the toilet saying that ultimately, she was quitting for herself…not for a man… MadameNoire
