Turkey announces plans for Kurdish rights

ANKARA, Turkey — Turkey's government announced bold new measures Friday aimed at reconciling with minority Kurds and ending an insurgency that has dragged on for 25 years, but there was no mention of the sweeping amnesty sought by Kurdish rebels. Interior Minister Besir Atalay told Parliament the government wants to remove all restrictions on the use of the once-banned Kurdish language, create a committee to fight discrimination, restore Kurdish names of villages and establish an independent body to deal with complaints against security forces. “It is an open-ended, dynamic process,” Atalay said

Huge $10 billion collider resumes hunt for ‘God particle’

“Now, excitement and mysticism are building again around the $10 billion machine as the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) gears up to circulate a high-energy proton beam around the collider's 17-mile tunnel. The event should take place this month, said Steve Myers, CERN's Director for Accelerators and Technology.” It's back ON! If it's true that they are trying to stop this from the future why wouldn't they communicate instead, may be some kind of intelligent signal

Gisele’s baby Bundchen -in-the-oven is getting bigger by the day! But she still manages to squeeze into skinny jeans just over a month away from her due date. The model hasn’t let her pregnancy slow her down one bit. In fact, here she is with her helicopter instructor Stuart Matsumoto walking in Boston after having lunch.

Sure, he’s not seen taking shots on camera, but from the slurring of his speech and some of the nonsense he spewed, you have to think the guy is tanked
