The cast of VH1’s Basketball Wives is making it clear to the network that they would like a pay raise. Now. Either they get it or they walk, sources say. Filming for BBW Season 5 is underway, but Shaunie O’Neal, Evelyn Lozada , Tami Roman and Suzie Ketcham currently do not have contracts. The actually-unmarried wives are in the process of renegotiating their contracts and want big raises, claiming the show does VERY well for VH1. For its part, the network supposedly made it clear to them that salary increases are not gonna happen and if anyone had a problem with that … Well, let’s just say there are others who would love to take their place. Sad, but true. Despite the deadlock, production schedules were sent out and the always-classy ladies began filming in hopes a deal would be worked out. It hasn’t been, and they’re now threatening to peace out in a week. Stay tuned.
Evelyn Addresses Fans Concerns Over Her Frozen Eggs BBW reality ratchetista Evelyn Lozada made more than a few mentions on the show about her plans to have another child in the near future and she originally planned to do so with her head-butting ex-hubby Chad Johnson. Now that Mr. and Mrs. Ochostinko are no more, her fans are wondering what she plans to do with her lil back burner babies. via Examiner In episode 3 of season 3 the coupled went to a fertility clinic to get answers that they needed concerning their options, and Chad gave up some sperm during their visit to the doctor’s office. Well, after Evelyn and Chad divorced the questions regarding Evelyn Lozada’s eggs were still around. Did Evelyn go through with the procedure to freeze her eggs? What will happen to the frozen eggs? Fans asked Evelyn if she planned on using Chad’s frozen babies, or if she was going to allow them “to go to waste.” Evelyn answered the question in her own special way during a tweet. “Chile, I may let them thangs get freezer burnt!” Evelyn tweeted. Given the way these two have been sending subliminals back and forth lately, we wouldn’t be surprised if Eve was keeping her frozen Chad Jrs on ice for a rainy day.
Chad Says Alimony Payments From Evelyn Are Paying His Bills Former NFLer Chad Ochostinko is still at it on Twitter, but there may be some truth to his latest antics given the fact that he got kicked to the curb by his wife, his football team, his reality show and gang of endorsements all within a month’s time. via Examiner “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada was quick to file for divorce after Chad Ochocinco head butted her just 41 days after they tied the knot in a lavish destination wedding. However, fans have been wondering how Chad has been paying his bills because he was let go from the Miami Dolphins the day after he was arrested for violently reacting to his wife, and on Nov. 11, Chad revealed how he is making ends meet on his Twitter account. When one person asked him what he was doing for money these days, Chad Ochocinco replied with, “Alimony from (a slice of pizza).” Of course, Chad often refers to “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada as the last slice of pizza that nobody wants. And one fan ended up asking for clarification, tweeting, “ Y the codes instead of texting her directly? Cause of the restraining order?” Chad replied with an emoticon, which was a bright light bulb. Who knows when this fool is being serious given that he’s ALWAYS joking around. Do you think Ev is breaking Chad off with alimony gwap from their 41-day marriage and divorce?

Now in the court of public opinion, Evelyn would probably incur the same wrath as Rihanna is if she were ever to decide to rekindle a relationship with Chad, even if it were just a genuine friendship. Oh God! New York Man Sues Church For $3 Million Over Amputated Leg Via ABCNews After Delia Jimenez was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2008, her husband, David, often prayed before a large stone crucifix outside St. Patrick’s Church in Newburgh, N.Y. Devout Catholics, the couple credited Delia Jimenez’s recovery in 2010 to her husband’s fervent praying. They were so grateful that his wife asked the parish priest, Blady Socualaya, if her husband could clean the cross to show his gratitude. He said yes. On Memorial Day of the year of his wife’s recovery, Jimenez began to scrub the 600-pound marble crucifix when it became unhinged, toppled on him and crushed his right leg, his lawyer, Kevin Kitson, told ABC News. He was rushed to Westchester Medical Center, where his leg had been so badly mangled it had to be amputated. Jimenez, a Mexican immigrant, spent more than a month in the hospital, ratcheting up hundreds of thousands in medical bills. Kitson told ABC News that Jimenez had no health insurance and that the bills were paid by charitable trusts. According to Kitson, the statue had been inadequately anchored to the base. ”Somebody should have said, ‘Don’t go climbing up there, because we don’t know if it’s safe.’” Since losing his leg, Jimenez, a 45-year-old father of three who worked at a bakery and pizzeria, has been unable to work. Although the parishioners collected $7,700 worth of donations for his family, the Archdiocese of New York’s insurance company, Catholic Mutual Group, declined to offer Jimenez any kind of settlement, Kitson said. Catholic Mutual did not respond to calls from ABC News, but Frank Raia, a lawyer with Rivkin Radler, which represents St. Patrick’s Church, told ABC News that “The Archdiocese of New York and St. Patrick’s Church understand and recognize that this was a terrible accident. However, it is their position that they are not liable for the happening of the accident.” Jimenez has filed a $3 million negligence lawsuit against the Archdiocese. Earlier this week, former BBW resident ratchetista Evelyn Lozada opted to let the no-contact restraining order placed on her ex-headbutting hubby Chad Johnson expire when he head back to court in a couple of months, which means that he would be legally allowed to resume contact with her and possible be let off of probation. Sources close to Evelyn were quick to claim that despite her wishes to allow the order to expire, she’s not looking to reunite and just wants to “move on” from it all. Well, Chad may have just f’d up his non-existent chances of having the order removed by doing what he does best…attention-sloring it up on twitter.
