If you watch Counting On online , then you're probably familiar with the three central tenets of the Duggar family: 1. Women are put on this planet for the sole purpose of making babies. 2. Sex is an invention of the Devil, and a sadly necessary part of the procreation process. 3. The best way for women to ensure they don't inspire any impure thoughts in men is to wrap themselves in an excessive amount of fabric at all times. But despite the Duggars', um … somewhat conservative views on sex and fashion, the the first ladies of Tontitown sometimes let loose with styles that would curl the beard of the most godly elder in Amish Country. See what we mean in the gallery below: 1. Joy-Anna Shows Some Knee The Duggar gals typically favor floor-length skirts, but as you can see, Joy-Anna’s denim seems to stop just above the knee in this photo. Scandalous! 2. Ankles Ahoy! It’s more calves than a cattle ranch as the Duggar ladies line up on what we can only assume was a blisteringly hot day. It’s almosy enough to distract us from our questions about what might be living inside Derick’s beard. Almost. 3. Jill at Jessa’s Wedding Did somebody say bare shoulders? Okay, not quite “bare,” but with the almost flesh-colored fabric that Jessa Duggar chose for her bridesmaids dresses, you could’ve fooled us at 40 paces! 4. The Swimsuit Issue Speaking of almost bare-shoulders, here’s Jill at the beach in El Salvador. The t-shirt pic protects you from both sunburn and unwittingly arousing the locals. 5. Jessa and Ben Poolside As you can see, t-shirts seem to be the only approved swimwear. We’re actually okay with that. We’re fans of normalizing shirts-as-swimwear for reasons that have nothing to do with our lack of six-pack abs. 6. Jinger Duggar: Fashion Rebel Ever since she married Jeremy Vuolo, Jinger Duggar has started wearing shorts. Shorts, people! We might officially be living in the Upside Down. View Slideshow

Sometimes, you read something that a celebrity said or did and you say that it kills your faith in humanity … but really, celebrities aren't usually representative of the average person. This story, however, might crush your faith in humanity … and in this next generation of young people. Just a little. Because the heinous video that went viral, which we have below, was made by teenagers . (Of course, it was also brought to light and condemned by teenagers before anyone else got involved, so … keep that in mind) It is sadly not new information that racism is alive and well in the United States of America. If you were somehow able to ignore that before, the last couple of years have made it truly impossible to miss. Hate crimes have spiked, and we've seen Nazis marching on American streets more than once this year. A particularly infamous Nazi, Richard Spencer, is speaking in Florida this afternoon, and everyone in the local community is afraid of what might happen if his supporters show up and go after his protesters. Some worry that, some time tonight, Florida could see its very own Charlottesville. Hopefully not, but the fact that people are worried about it at all tells you a lot about how prevalent and emboldened racists are feeling now in 2017. MWhile many racists — Nazis and others — come to feel that way because they feel marginalized or threatened that other people exist and have decided to blame their own shortcomings on, for example, people of color. Others are taught racism — not just institutional and cultural racism that we all have to unlearn — but explicit, unapologetic racism from a young age. These people tend to grow up thinking that everyone's family “talks like that” behind closed doors. (Then, thinking that everyone thinks and acts the way that they do, they assume that “political correctness” and not common decency is responsible for racists getting shamed) We don't know if these girls all learned it at home, but a group of teenage cheerleaders made a very, very disturbing video. A group of Ogden Weber High School cheerleaders appeared to be gleefully chanting a racial slur in a bizarre, soul-crushing video. The Utah school district is investigating after the video surfaced on Twitter and gained a lot of attention. The girls appear to be saying (and we say “appear to” for good reason) “f–k” followed by the N-word. Gleefully, they yell again and again and again into the camera. Yes, they recorded this themselves. It's widely believed that the video is a reversal of what they may have been originally chanting: “Serggin Cuff.” “Serggin Cuff” might sound like the name of a Star Wars character, but unfortunately it's meaning is not nearly so whimsical. Pronounced backwards, “cuff” sounds like “f–k” and “serggin” sounds like the N-word. While someone could conceivably be tricked into saying or even repeating that word on video, which could then be reversed in order to defame the poor dupe … that wouldn't explain their glee as they chant it. The video was shared privately at first, but then discovered and posted to Twitter by an understandably distraught black Weber High student. Along with the video, he included this message: “I thought people were better than this especially my so called ‘friends.’” Outrageously, he has reportedly been contacted by the families of the girls shouting slurs in the video, who are said to have demanded that he apologize for posting the video. That is … well, that tells you about what sorts of families that at least some of these girls come from, doesn't it? While this video was reportedly recorded some time ago before being circulated around the student body. Lane Findlay, spokesperson for the school district, has spoken about the video. “Right now the focus is on the investigation and trying to answer all the questions that have come up.” Findlay's initial response, mentioning that the video was old and that it had not been recorded on school grounds, did not receive a warm reception. (Schools have never before hesitated to take disciplinary action over events happening off of campus) It sounds like Findlay understands that the public needs assurances. “It’s being taken very seriously. We realize it’s affected many students at the school, but we want to be fair and thorough and ask for everyone’s patience.” While a resolution is expected to be reached early next week, the cheerleaders might receive counseling (which we'd say that they clearly need), removal from the cheerleading squad, or even expulsion. We would say that expulsion is the wrong course. One, they are teenagers and this inexcusable behavior was certainly a learned behavior. Two, more importantly, the student who posted the video on Twitter could face reprisals if they are expelled. High school students can be brilliant, but they can also be not brilliant, and they don't always have a great sense of perspective. But these girls definitely need counseling. And it would be very appropriate for them to be removed from the cheerleading squad. How they behave in the next few months could determine whether any colleges or universities will even accept them. Here is the video and be warned: obviously, the language used is absolutely monstrous.

Source: Chelsea Lauren / Getty Given rapper Azealia Banks’ sordid reputation for starting internet fights with nearly Rihanna, Iggy Azalea, Jess Hilarious everyone, when the 26-year-old accused actor Russell Crowe of spitting on her back in 2016, eyes rolled. Nevertheless, Banks stood firmly in her claims that the powerful Hollywood actor called her racial slurs before kicking her out of an industry dinner party. The only person who could vindicate Banks, Wu Tang Clan rapper RZA, didn’t back her side of the story at all. Instead, he blamed Azealia for the events that transpired. In a statement to TMZ last year, RZA said “Russell did indeed spit at Azealia like she claims, but he didn’t choke her … nor did he hurl the n-word.” He also stated Azealia was wild and violent the night of the party and potentially wasted. Almost a year later, the topic was broached again when RZA appeared on a recent episode of ‘The Breakfast Club’ to discuss that night. “Look, he spit at her,” RZA told host Charlamagne The God. He went on to clarify it wasn’t a big wad of spit, and Russell apologized to him. (But not Azealia? Okay.) When Banks caught wind that RZA brought up the incident again, ‘The Big Beat’ lyricist jumped on Snapchat to defend herself. “Nobody understands how badly I wanted to die the moment RZA LIED and told the world I deserved to be spat. People laugh at me and said I lied,” she wrote , according to a screenshot of the post. “No one understands the amount of pain that came with and after that incident. Just f*cking respect me and stop saying my name.” Banks concluded with “@RZA I HOPE YOU DROP DEAD.” RELATED LINKS How Chicken Nuggets Came Between Rihanna & Azealia Banks Azealia Banks Gives Tearful Interview About Russell Crowe Incident Rapper RZA Addresses Azealia Banks Incident
(Jean Catuffe/GC Images) Fitness Expert Shaun T Announces He And Husband Are Expecting Twins Here’s a lil pumped up preciousness to get your week off to a great start. Mr. Insanity himself Shaun T just announced he and his husband Scott Blokker are expecting twins! Shaun made the announcement via Instagram over the weekend: “I wanted to tell people a long time ago because I like to live in the emotion of the excitement, but because our journey has been so long, hard and emotionally draining, Scott wanted to wait to protect me from the possibility of another let down,” he explains to PEOPLE of the events leading up to the announcement. “I decided that I wouldn’t push the issue and wait for Scott to decide when it was time for us,” Shaun T adds. “So he came home one day and said, ‘I think I’m ready to tell our fans.’ I was super excited and relieved. We love simple but effective and emotional announcements, and so a poem with flash cards was the perfect plan.” The couple celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on Thursday — and when it comes to their children on the way, Shaun T says another date this year was extremely special. “We found out on my birthday, May 2,” he tells PEOPLE. “I knew we would get a result, but because we have been on the roller coaster before, I just said to myself, ‘It’s gonna be a great day or a greater day.’ We were on the tennis court too!” “We knew the pregnancy results would be coming mid-morning, so we wanted to just try to pretend like it was any other normal day, since we had been through this day 11 times before,” recalls Shaun T, 39. “We got a text in the middle of our practice, called our surrogate and were told the beyond-incredible news.” “We were flying home from a work trip talking about when and how we would announce it,” says Shaun T, noting that the couple’s surrogate will be 28 weeks pregnant on Monday. “We wanted to keep it simple [and] fun but also talk about how struggle is real, and if you keep your focus and never give up, your dreams will come true,” he insists. “Our journey to have a family is the essence of that.” Aw, that was pretty heartwarming riiiight? Sounds like they really have had some disappointments during this journey but we are glad to hear things finally worked out. Praying the babies are healthy and all goes well from here on out!
When you think of Nelly, you probably think of his early hits — “Hot in Herre,” “Country Grammar,” “Ride wit Me,” all those early 2000s jams. But, to be real, you probably don’t even think of Nelly much at all, which is fair. His music career just isn’t what it used to be, and that’s true in many ways. He’s not nearly as popular as he once was , but he’s also been doing country music and Cheerios commercials, which … well, we all make choices. And if Nelly’s popularity was declining before, this new development certainly won’t help things. See, Nelly is currently on tour with Florida Georgia Line, and last night they played a show in Washington. But in a horrifying turn of events, Nelly was arrested early this morning. For rape. According to a statement from local police, “At 3:48 AM a female called 911 to report that she was sexually assaulted by a male, who is known as the rapper ‘Nelly.'” “The alleged assault was reported to occur on the tour bus that was parked at the listed location. Nelly had performed at the White River Amphitheater just hours before.” The “listed location,” by the way, was a Walmart parking lot. “After Patrol Officers investigated the incident,” the statement continues, “at 4:37 AM Nelly was taken into custody and booked at the SCORE jail facility.” Police are “continuing to investigate this incident,” but “the above details are all we have to release at this time.” Though he was arrested at 4:37, he was released shortly after 8:00 AM. So there aren’t too many details so far, but just the fact that he was arrested for rape is enough for us to be sincerely disgusted. But according to a statement from his lawyer, “Nelly is the victim of a completely fabricated allegation.” “Our initial investigation clearly establishes this allegation is devoid of credibility and is motivated by greed and vindictiveness,” the lawyer adds “I am confident, once this scurrilous accusation is thoroughly investigated, there will be no charges.” “Nelly is prepared to address and pursue all legal avenues to redress any damage caused by this clearly false allegation,” the statement concludes. Nelly is innocent until proven guilty, obviously, and it seems like so far the charges aren’t much of a concern — he has another show tonight, and he’s still scheduled to perform. But it’s also worth noting that this isn’t this guy’s first time getting arrested on his tour bus. Back in 2015, he was arrested after his bus was pulled over for lacking a required sticker. Officers smelled weed, so they did a search. In addition to the marijuana, they found meth and several guns — not a great combo. View Slideshow: 21 Most Memorable Celebrity Mug Shots of All-Time A few years before that, in 2012, his tour bus was pulled over another time, and this time police found several ounces of heroin, over ten pounds of weed, and a loaded gun. He wasn’t arrested that time , but still, it wasn’t a great look. We’ll share more details on his rape charges as soon as they’re available.
Yesterday, when we showed you that photo of Jackson Roloff posing with his grandfather’s children’s book , we mentioned how nice it would be to see a photo of Jackson alongside his cousin, Ember Jean. Because really, what’s better than one baby? Two babies. That’s right, folks — you can see both babies in the same photo. And then again, you’ll see them together in another photo. Prepare for a cuteness overload! To be clear, we don’t claim credit for this photo happening — we’re hardly the inventors of the idea of “hey why don’t we put these babies side-by-side?” Great trains run along the same tracks, is all. Jackson is a few months older than Ember Jean, and while they both look like tiny babies, you can really see the difference between a baby like Jackson and a newborn like Ember. (Because he’s definitely bigger — babies grow up so quickly, you guys!) Tori Roloff shared the pair of images, and we’re so glad: Look at them! Ember Jean is just trying to sleep and do her whole “newborn baby thing.” As precious as she is, she’s too new to really have much in the way of a personality. Jackson, ont he other hand, looks a little puzzled by this creature beside him and he’s looking at the camera, possibly hoping for some sort of reassurance. But there’s also what looks like a sparkle of enthusiasm or excitement in his eyes. He’s holding his cousin’s hand, which is all kinds of adorable. Tori Roloff captioned both photos: “No worries cousin Ember… Baby J will always be there to hold your hand. [heart emoji] we love you little girl! #babyjroloff #roloffcousins” And here is the second: Isn’t that every bit as precious as the photo that we described wanting to see yesterday/ Ember Jean’s parents also saw and appreciated the photos, because of course they did. Jeremy and Audrey will probably be captivated by every photo of their daughter for a long, long time — if not for life. Audrey commented on the sweet pictures: “The sweetest of friends! Obsessed with them.” We are, too. Jackson isn’t the only one costarring in photos of Ember Jean. Family matriarch Amy Roloff, the proudest of grandmas, shared this photo of herself with her first-ever granddaughter. As we’ve mentioned, Amy Roloff got some hate when some fans thought that she was “distant” or “withholding” from Ember Jean in comparison to Jackson. Obviously, that was not the case. And Amy Roloff set the record straight . Now that that’s settled (at least, we hope that it is — she love her grandbabies, folks), Amy Roloff has shared this photo of herself and Ember Jean on Facebook, with the caption: “Fall- always reminds me how so much I’m thankful for. These two – Jackson and Ember top the list…These two remind me God never leaves us, never lets us go and always [loves us].” Great to consider the things for which you are thankful, whether it’s in a religious or non-religious context. Autumn is a great time for it, with Thanksgiving on its way and the very dramatic changing of the seasons. View Slideshow: Ember Jean Roloff: All Her Precious Pictures!
How much drama can one person endure in a lifetime? We’re not sure, but it’s becoming pretty clear that Jenelle Evans is doing her best to set the record. From her depressing childhood with the abusive father that later abandoned her entire family to her teenage pregnancy with one of the sketchiest characters in Teen Mom history, things have just never gone well for this girl. Throw in all of her arrests, her problems with addiction, her obvious emotional issues … It’s been overwhelming just to witness. Even now that Jenelle’s managed to get her life together a little bit — enough to stop doing heroin and become a homeowner, at least — things are still very, very far from perfect. She’s got that new custody battle over her youngest son, Kaiser, which began when the boy’s grandmother learned that she’d been doing drugs while pregnant with her third child . In the papers filed for the case, the grandmother claimed that Jenelle is seriously neglectful when it comes to her poor kids, and that her husband, David Eason, has been physically abusive. Oh, and speaking of that brand new husband of hers? Yeah, even though they’ve only been married for about two weeks now, we know that they’re already having major issues. Who could forget that now-classic fight Jenelle and David had the night before the wedding , the one where Jenelle called off the wedding and David brushed her off because he was “f-cking raking”? It wasn’t exactly a great sign for their future together. So yes, there’s a lot going on in Jenelle’s life right now … but it looks like there’s about to be a whole lot more added on to the pile. See those two gentlemen right there? That’s Nathan Griffith, obviously, but the guy next to him? That’s Ryan Dolph. Ryan is a friend of Nathan’s, but he’s been around long enough to be a friend of Jenelle’s, too. Or at least they used to be friends. Let’s back up. Ryan appeared on the recently aired Teen Mom 2 special, Being Nathan, and Jenelle took some sort of issue with him shortly afterwards. We know because she made some tweets directed at him — tweets that she deleted, but thank goodness, the internet never forgets . “Remember YOU don’t come from sh-t and STILL don’t do sh-t with your life JUST LIKE NATHAN, if you want to compare each other’s lives,” she told him. “Can’t even hold a relationship because you abuse your girls just like you did to Rachel, probably Ashley. You and Nathan are peas in a pod.” Nathan, of course, is facing charges for domestic violence , and it looks like she’s accusing Ryan of the same. She also wrote “Let’s not even get started what you do for a living …”, which is interesting, because Ryan is alleged drug dealer. In an even more interesting turn of events, he’s also alleged to be her drug dealer. Jenelle’s tweets got Ryan pretty riled up, because he responded with “Let’s get something straight Jenelle, MTV has been contacting me for months before I agreed to recently film with Nate.” “I’ve been nothing but loyal to you. I was a mutual friend to you & Nate, ya never had an issue with it until you started dating David.” “Next time you got something to say Jenelle Evans or whatever the f-ck your last name is now, @ my ass,” he added. “I know where I come from. Guess you forgot you come from the same place, bitch. The only reason you’re any kind of sh-t is because of MTV.” Jenelle told him that she was the one responsible for getting him his brief MTV gig, and she also told him that he is “a two faced person.” And for having the nerve to say anything remotely negative about David, she wrote “You’ve never met David but maybe one time. You wouldn’t have any idea how much love that man has for me. How DARE you speak about him.” “Jenelle, what ya smoking?” Ryan asked her in response. “Did I never meet David, or did I meet him multiple times? I think I’ll go with multiple times. David’s changed that.” He said that he actually has a job, while David’s job is now “collecting that $$ from you.” “You think you run sh-t Jenelle, get the f-ck over yourself, MTV has blown up my phone wanting me to release our conversations & I didn’t because I didn’t want you to have to deal with David.” It seems like saving Jenelle from dealing with David was a big concern for this guy — he asked her if she remembers him “covering for your ass, and hurt your man’s feelings with the truth?” Then, in a beautifully crafted tweet, he said “Jenelle, you’re right on 1 thing though, Nate & I are 2 peas in a pod in one area, I would’t left your ass too after walking in on you f-cking Keifer.”‘ The triumphant return of Kieffer Delp! It seems like Ryan and Nathan both seen Jenelle wif Kieffer … but Ryan has one more hit for her. “Remember ‘the call’ from the Reunion when David saw Nate’s dick on ur phone, & him saying sorry his dick wasn’t as big,” he wrote. “I covered your ass.” We’re not entirely clear on the picture being painted here, but it sounds like Jenelle is still walking around with dick pics from Nathan on her phone, and that is sensational. Did David apologize sarcastically, or was it sincere? We need a million more details on this exchange. View Slideshow: Teen Mom Couples: RANKED From Worst to First! And while we don’t have those details now, it sounds like we could get them soon — in other tweets, Ryan claims that he’s currently in negotiations with various tabloids, and we should have his full story soon. Looks like Christmas is coming a little early this year!
