San Francisco 49ers Lineman Ray McDonald To Sue Woman Wrongly Accusing Him Of Sex Assault Can’t think of many things more despicable than lying on a man for rape… Via NYDailyNews NFL defensive lineman Ray McDonald, released by the 49ers in December in the wake of sexual assault allegations against him, will sue the woman who accused him of rape. McDonald confirmed the lawsuit Monday in an interview with ESPN, claiming the accusations that have yet to lead to formal charges cost him his job with the 49ers and have prevented him from finding a new team. “I am not this bad person that people are making me out to be,” McDonald said. “I’ve been fired from my job. I know some teams don’t even want to talk to me because of this past accusation. All I am trying to do is clear my name and move on with my life.” McDonald’s lawyer, Steve M. DeFilippi, issued a statement to the San Jose Mercury News claiming that video from his client’s home-surveillance system shows the accuser having “clearly consensual” sex with McDonald in his hot tub on the night of the alleged attack. Prosecutors haven’t filed charges against McDonald, but the case must be officially dropped in order for the 30-year-old veteran to regain elegibility to play in the NFL. Says his lawyer: “In the eyes of the NFL teams, the unresolved threat of charges being filed against him, even though factually unfounded, continues to present a roadblock to this remarkable athlete being able to move forward in his career,” DeFilippi’s statement read. “This lawsuit is intended to vindicate him … and return his good name.” The lawsuit alleges that McDonald’s accuser had sex “several times” with him on Dec. 13 but then went to police to cover up her actions by giving a false story that would easily be believed given the atmosphere of negative publicity surrounding disgraced NFL players like Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson and Greg Hardy. Must be 2 sides… That’s a radically different version of the events than the one given by the woman, who alleges that McDonald sexually assaulting her after she hit her head on the ground. She claims to have woken up naked in McDonald’s bed the next day with no recollection of what happened and got him to tell her that they had sex. McDonald, who had two domestic violence calls to his house last year, hasn’t said how much money in damages he’s seeking from the lawsuit, other than to confirm that amount is higher then the $25,000 minimum set by the court. After Kardashian shared a photo with her baby daughter, North West , wearing a pearl necklace, a top parenting expert spoke out to RadarOnline.com to slam the reality star. “In my opinion it probably wasn’t the most sensible thing to do because that baby could have swallowed one of the beads or got herself entwined in the thread and caused her to choke,” Alison Edwards, a senior lecturer in Midwifery at Birmingham City University told Radar. “If you’re putting your baby in harm’s way, that isn’t sensible.” “Kim is being so irresponsible as a parent,” Edwards said. Edwards, who has not worked with Kim, said she is “treating her child like an accessory baby.” “She clearly loves her child. I don’t think that is a question,” Edwards told Radar. “And she’s entitled to bring her child up how she wants to.” But Edwards said Kardashian has a responsibility to set a good example: “She’s such a key figure in the celebrity world that people will try and emulate what she does and that may not be so sensible.” “You have to have a genuine reason to want to have a baby,” Edwards explained. “They are more than just an accessory because a baby is a lifetime commitment. Nick Gordon To Speak On Dr. Phil Show We’ll all get to hear Nick Gordon’s side of the story pretty soon. Apparently he plans to sit down with Dr. Phil to tell his version of the events that led to Bobbi Kristina’s drowning incident that landed her in a medically induced-coma for the last month. TMZ reports that Dr. Phil and Nick will meet up in the next few days and they’ll set a time for on-camera sit-down. They say that Phil definitely plans to dig into Nick’s clashes with Bobby Brown and the rest of the family that have kept him from visiting his sister/wife while she’s been hospitalized. It’s an interesting choice, seeing as how Nick remains at the center of a criminal investigation on the circumstances that led to Bobbi Kristina being found face-down in a tub full of water in her own home. Things he says during the course of the interview are definitely admissible in a court of law, should it come to that. So he won’t talk to police like Bobby and the family want him to…but he will take the spotlight that comes with appearing on daytime talk TV. Hmmmm….what do you think of this new development?
In case you don’t recognize the name (And why would you?) Dascha Polanco is the actress who plays Dayanara Diaz on Orange is the New Black. The role was obviously her big break, but if the details of a story that recently leaked online turn out to be true, Polanco could soon be better known for her questionable treatment of pets than for her acting. Dascha stands accused of dumping her two healthy, well-behaved cats off at a shelter so that she could adopt two kittens. To make matters worse, witnesses say Dascha’s cats were dropped off in a beaten-up cardboard box with air holes poked in the side. The actress had reportedly not called in advance to see if the shelter was accepting new animals and when a clerk told her they were unable to accommodate her cats, Dascha lost it and screamed, “Don’t you know who I am?” The shelter eventually accepted the cats, and shortly thereafter, Dascha began posting photos of two very young kittens on her social media accounts. Polanco has reportedly been added to the national DNA (do not adopt) list that’s circulated among shelters to identify irresponsible pet owners. Celebrities mistreating pets is nothing new, but the callous, public nature of Polanco’s behavior makes it unique…as does the indignant response that she posted on Facebook: “I walk with my head high and I’m nauseated by the ppl that bully and choose to express such hurtful words. So much progress to be done. #IEatBullies” So it looks like in addition to the “Don’t you know who I am?” card, Dascha is a fan of playing the “BULLYING!” card whenever she’s the subject of criticism. They say Bobbi Kristina will never wake up from her medically-induced coma, and that the right thing to do, however painful it is, is to let her go. The 21-year old was found unconscious in a bathtub in her home on January 31. She was hospitalized and has been under physician care ever since. No cause has yet to be determined for the incident, although authorities did reportedly find drugs on the scene after executing a search warrant. A new report, however, claims Bobbi was also found with facial injuries and attention has therefore turned to her estranged husband, Nick Gordon. Those close to the couple say Brown and Gordon fought often, with some even alleging Gordon had recently moved out of the couple’s home. No charges have been filed, but a criminal investigation into Gordon is underway , with police curious about the events leading up to her near-drowning. So the punk band Dead Kennedy’s had a concert and this girl decided to let some dude eat her out on stage while the band performed…If you consider the Dead Kennedy’s the Dead Kennedys without Jello Biafra…. Despite hating large gatherings of people, I’ve been to punk shows, I used to go to a lot of punk shows, I am sure I’ve seen so much fucking worst than this, but it was pre internet, I was on drugs and drunk, so I don’t remember…same thing goes for raves, I have been to raves, and saw equally ridiculous shit….and music festivals…people get fucked up and take advantage of the audience to be wild and crazy and get caught up in the moment…but I guess I’m old as fuck, don’t leave my house, and it was pre-internet…and didn’t go viral on reddit…but it does now…thank god for that… I guess this couple was too drunk to fuck….
