One burning question that MCU fans were left with after watching Avengers: Endgame is what exactly did happen with Loki when he disappeared with Tesseract? We may have an idea thanks to a new image. At a Disney investor meeting back in April, head of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige made an appearance to spill some tea on the highly-anticipated Loki series that will see Tom Hiddleston reprise the role. Feige showed off the logo for the series as well as a new still that places the God of the Mischief walking down a busy street with a Jaws marquee which likely hints at the show taking place in the year 1975. Speaking with Variety , Feige stressed the importance of the Disney+ series: “Disney+ is another exciting avenue and another exciting thing about being at this place at this time goes back to the amount of characters we have and the amount of stories we could tell… When we announced ten movies and people asked ‘Well what about these other things?’ the previous stance would be ‘We only have a certain number of slots to make movies per year.’ That’s still true but we have another outlet that I think will be very unique and very special.” Looks like we will have to wait for a trailer or when Disney+ launches in November to find out exactly what will be going on when the series premieres. — Photo: Ian West – PA Images / Getty
We have an update on the scathing allegations leveled last week by former NCIS star Pauley Perrette. And they do not look good for Mark Harmon. Far from it, in fact. First, a refresher on this unusual and potentially very sordid situation: Perrette left NCIS last year after 15 seasons as the beloved character of Abby Sciuto. At the time of her depature, the actress made the stunning accusation that she had been bullied and assaulted on the set of this CBS drama — although she never named the culprit. “I’ve been supporting ant-bullying programs forever. But now I KNOW because it was ME! If it’s school or work, that you’re required to go to?” she Tweeted in May of last year, adding shortly after her final episode aired: “It’s horrifying. I left. Multiple Physical Assaults. I REALLY get it now. Stay safe. Nothing is worth your safety. Tell someone.” Wow, right? Elsewhere at the time, Perrette made mentions of “doing the right thing” because she was trying to “protect crew members” and it was all very odd and mysterious. Fast forward about a year and Perrette recently responded to talk of whether she would ever return to NCIS. No way, NEVER EVER EVER, she Tweeted , explaining why in a bit more detail. “I am terrified of [Mark Harmon] and him attacking me. I have nightmares about it,” she wrote a few days ago. Perrette went on to reassert her claim of assault, yet did not state that Harmon was the person who assaulted her. According to TMZ, however, the NCIS lead was , indeed, the alleged assailant. As previously reported/speculated, Harmon brought a rescue dog to the NCIS set in 2016 — and it bit a crew member, prompting him to get 16 stitches. Perrette, sources say, was aghast at this development, making it clear how she thought the dog should absolutely not be allowed anywhere near the cast or crew again. Executives eventually compromised with all involved and said Harmon would need to keep the canine on a leash unless it was in his trailer. But the actor was bitter about Perrette’s role in forcing this decision to be made, only bringing the dog out in her presence, TMZ writes, stirring up all kinds of tension between himself and the actress. Writers tried hard to limit scenes between Perrette and Harmon in the aftermath. Then, one day in 2017, Harmon reportedly body-checked Perrette in “what she perceived as payback,” TMZ reports , adding word for word: “We’re told Pauley felt it was an attempt to intimidate her after the dog fiasco.” Perrette has never confirmed this version of events, but her Tweets both last year and this year do seem to back up the part about the crew member being bitten by the dog. “You think I didn’t expect blow back? You got me wrong,” she wrote last week in a since-deleted message, adding: “THIS happened To my crew member and I fought like hell to keep it from happening again! To protect my crew! And then I was physically assaulted for saying NO!? and I lost my job.” This latter part insiders insist is not true. They say Perrette left the show on her own accord. She might counter, of course, that she had no real choice after what transpired with Harmon. As for the network reaction to Perrette’s allegations and social media messages? “Over a year ago, Pauley came to us with a workplace concern,” the network said in a statement to Variety in the spring of 2018. “We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows.” The actress, at least in public, accepted this statement at the time. “I want to thank my studio and network CBS. They have always been so good to me and always had my back,” she Tweeted after the message above was released. We’ll have more on this troubling story as news breaks. To date, Harmon has not said anything about Perrette departing NCIS or the way in which she has accused him of acting toward her.

Now, she’s deciding to share details about it with the public. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE , Rah details the timeline of events that went down the day she, unfortunately, lost her daughter. “I called my husband and he rushed home,” she tells PEOPLE. “The ambulance came and they took me to the hospital. That’s when they told me that my cervix was completely open and that my water had broken.” Rah added that she named the baby girl Sanaa, before she even went into labor and she would talk to her. “Every single day, I would get up and feel her kicking and I would talk to her,” Ali says. “Not like a baby, but like a person. I would say, ‘What are we eating this morning?’ Or, ‘Okay, you’re getting agitated and feisty. I know you’re hungry and I’m going to eat something.’ “ Before the tragedy, the mother was planning to share photos from her maternity shoot with the world as a way to announce her baby. Over the weekend she decided to share that moment as well. Here she is hugging her pregnant belly. Through strategic partnerships with businesses, non profits, community leaders and venues, Project 79 will offer daily activities, job opportunities and mentors for teens, mainly young black boys and men. The champion boxer was a beloved member of his community, so it’s no surprise his hometown, along with his family, have banded together for the third annual Ali Week. The week runs from June 1st to June 9th and has a multitude of events including special exhibits, music, games, food vendors, and free admission to the Ali Center all week. We caught up with Maryum ‘May May’ Ali, the eldest of Muhammad Ali’s nine children, who expressed what the week means to her. “I am extremely blessed that events are implemented to remember my father. There are so many things from his legacy that we can learn from and be inspired by. I believe that my father would have been humbled by the love people are still giving him.” On Thursday, was the official unveiling of the Muhammad Ali International Airport. Lonnie Ali, wife of Muhammad Ali and Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer were on hand with officials of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority for this momentous occasion. Lonnie Ali expressed, “No matter how many miles Muhammad travelled, he always came back to the place he called home and he always made his visitors feel welcome. It is my hope that all people who travel to Louisville will feel that same welcoming spirit as they enter this airport and want to return to visit soon.” If you are in Louisville, KY or close, you should consider attending one of the events! Source: Netflix / Netflix Ava Duvernay was just a teenager when five young Black boys, from Harlem, were arrested and convicted for the rape of a white woman in Central Park on the night of April 19, 1989. So when Raymond Santana, one of the “Central Park 5” sent her a wishful tweet about bringing the Central Park 5 story to the screen, “it meant a lot” to her, she revealed to NPR . Ava and Netflix’s When They See Us chronicles the events of the Central Park Five case that captivated the nation. The four-part series will span 25 years, taking on the wrongful conviction of the boys, as well as highlight their exoneration in 2002 and the settlement reached with the city of New York in 2014. Antron McCray, Yusef Salaam, Raymond Santana, Jr., Kevin Richardson and Korey Wise were beaten upon arrest, forced into making false confessions and convicted of a crime they did not commit. They served seven years in prison and were later exonerated only to have a convicted murderer, who was serving a life sentence, eventually confess to the crime. Their story is perfectly aligned with Duvernay’s mission to raise awareness around the injustices of the prison industrial system, which she explored in her critically acclaimed documentary the 13th. When They See Us stars a stellar cast Michael K. Williams, John Leguizamo, Niecy Nash and Blair Underwood, who opened up to us about this role in the series. “My character’s name is Robert Burns and I play the defense attorney to one of the, no longer Central Park 5, the Exonerated 5,” he says making a clear distinction. Burns comes into action in the second hour of the four-hour series. According to Underwood, his character isn’t necessarily “a huge part” of the limited series. Albiet small, the emotional toll of a role like this can’t be underestimated. “Ava did something I’ve never seen on any project I’ve done. She made a grief counselor available to everyone on the set,” Underwood revealed in a candid conversation. “They were up and running by the time I came to set and I’d get e-mails from production that would say this is a very tough material. It’s emotional and it dredges up so much in all of us. Especially the young boys recreating these emotions. To be able to say here’s the person to contact if you need any grief counseling is amazing. It’s apart of what we do. It’s our job as actors to bring those emotions to the forefront and let it manifest. People deal with it different ways.” Underwood said he took several walks to connect with nature after filming. “It’s very deep themes. The thing with this story is there is no distance from history to separate then and now. There’s 30 years logistically but emotionally, how far we’ve come?
