I’d never heard of Hailee Lautenbach before this, but looks like I’ve got myself a new favorite no-name model. So far though, the only thing I’ve been able to find out about Hailee is that she needs to start posting more personal information on the Internet. Kanye may not have to do jail time, but he’s going to have to give up those coins. Photographer Determined To Take Kanye West To Trial Kanye needs to learn it’s cheaper to ignore the paparazzi. According to TMZ: Kanye West isn’t out of the woods after striking a plea deal in the criminal case stemming from his photog attack last summer — he’s still facing a nasty civil lawsuit … and we’re told the pap is determined to take the rapper to trial. Normally in civil situations involving celebs — car accidents, fights, property damage, whatever — the victim settles for a quick payday in exchange for dropping their lawsuit … but not this time. Sources close to photog Daniel Ramos — who sued Yeezy for assault and battery after the LAX incident — tell TMZ, Ramos is so confident in his case, he’s refusing to settle for any amount of money … he wants to go the whole nine with Kanye and bring his azz to court. We’re told a trial date has already been set in the case and Ramos is going full steam ahead — no sign anywhere of a settlement agreement. And get this — we’re told Ramos’ attorney Gloria Allred has already sent Kanye notice for a deposition … and you thought Lil Wayne and Justin Bieber were good. We can only imagine how much of a fool Kanye is going to act at that deposition.

According to Raw Story: A Pennsylvania man said police shocked him with a Taser stun gun while he was receiving medical attention in an ambulance for an apparent seizure. Darren Scott, of Upland, was jailed on $100,000 bond on charges including aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest following the March 12 incident, reported The Philadelphia Inquirer . Police said the 48-year-old Scott was “extremely combative,” kicked a paramedic, and grabbed and pushed a police officer, who said he believed the patient was under the influence of narcotics. But Scott’s attorney said his client had smoked only a small amount of marijuana the night before. An employee of Two Js Sandwich Shop told police she was waiting on Scott when she noticed his eyes roll back into his head, so she grabbed his clothes to steady him and keep him from falling. Emergency crews were called, and Scott was placed on a stretcher and taken to an ambulance over his protests. Both police and prosecutors are investigating the incident. “We look at it from the perspective of what a reasonable police officer would do,” said District Attorney Jack Whelan, adding that the officer did not use the Taser until Scott kicked the paramedic in the chest. So sad. Man Kills Girlfriend Then Himself In Murder Suicide How tragic that she was shot by the man who was supposed to love and cherish her. According to KMBC: Friends and loved ones of a North Kansas City couple killed in a murder-suicide remember their loved ones. Jason Crabtree, 33, was a second-grade teacher at Gracemor Elementary School. A representative from the district said he was loved and admired by students and staff alike. Police said Crabtree shot his girlfriend, Jamie Newkirk, 27, before taking his own life. Their bodies were found in a crashed SUV near College Boulevard and Mastin Avenue in Overland Park, Kan., early Sunday. Newkirk was a manager at Nordstrom at Oak Park Mall and attended college at Kansas State with dreams of a career in fashion. Overland Park police said they’re still trying to sort out what may have led Crabtree to take the actions he did. “He did seem, you know, very well alert to the children, you know, and paid attention to their needs and everything that was going on,” said Chris Toner, a parent of a student at Gracemor Elementary School. “For things to get to that point, somebody, somewhere in his life must have known that something was wrong.” Gracemor Elementary is on spring break this week. Rumors that Karrueche Tran dumped Chris Brown earlier this year were accurate. The alleged reason? A little different than previously reported. It wasn’t because Rihanna paid him a secret visit in rehab, or because Chris banged in rehab employee … although both of those things did occur. Karrueche pulled the plug on their years-long, on-again, off-again relationship because he refused to stop texting his legion of side piece playthings. Tran’s break-up preceded Chris’ sexual tryst with a female inside rehab, reports indicate. Kae ended things after she visited Chris in rehab the month before. During that visit to rehab, where he was being treated for anger management, Tran saw Chris’ phone was FILLED to the gills with dirty texts from random girls. Good times. For a girl who stood by her man through a LOT, it was the last straw, and she let him know it. Bet he’s thinking about this (among other things) in solitary. Karrueche was incredibly pissed, and rightfully so, because she had been nothing but supportive to Chris throughout his ordeal, even going to court with him. She hadn’t heard that he was allegedly getting down with girls in rehab until after the break-up … he is now in jail after being kicked out of rehab. One of the reasons for that?
