Everyone is pointing the finger but the owner of Whigham Funeral Home denies leaking the pictures. Asked for a statement regarding the leaks Whigham funeral home owner Carolyn Whigham replied, “I’m going to answer you as the publicist told me to answer you: We have no comment. But it was not the funeral home. You guys are getting me in the middle. I am very angry, very upset, just like the family, just like the fans.” “We don’t like it because it implicates us. Hillary Scott is a married woman. The Lady Antebellum front woman exchanged vows today with Chris Tyrell in upstate New York, tying the knot just before sunset, surrounded by family members and friends. “We got married! We just wanted you to hear it from us first,” Scott gushed to fans in a 19-second video posted on her site, from which we took the photo above. “We love you. We’re so excited to be starting our life together, and we just had to let you in on the excitement.” Tyrell is the lead drummer of country music trio Love and Theft. He met Scott last year during a tour with Tim McGraw and proposed on July 4. We send our very best wishes to the couple!

Prized high school football recruit Landon Collins chose Alabama over his home state LSU Tigers, a decision which didn’t sit well with some Louisianans. Chief among those upset with his choice? His mother! The Geismar (La.) Dutchtown HS star made his commitment live on ESPN during the annual Under Armour High School Football All America Game, family by his side. Collins, a safety who is the #15 overall recruit in the nation, was quickly upstaged by her as he announced his intention to “Roll Tide Roll” next fall. Rather than offer excited words of support, Collins’ mom dropped a “Geaux Tigers” chant and other pseudo attacks against her own son, plus some amazing eye rolls. Sienna Miller is expecting her first child. The actress, whose on-and-off relationship with Jude Law has made for some major tabloid fodder over the years, has reportedly been knocked up by Tom Sturridge, her boyfriend since early 2010. Despite the news, a source tells Us Weekly the couple doesn’t “have plans right away to marry, if at all.” The insider adds that Miller’s “friends are really happy with her relationship with Tom” because he’s “mature and he’s a good guy,” a not-so-veiled diss of Law, who famously cheated on Sienna in 2006 with his children’s nanny. According to witnesses, video and arrest records , Brooke Mueller spent Friday night in Aspen drinking, partying, dancing and assaulting. She’s now free on $11,000 bond… thanks to a certain famous, former drug-loving ex-husband. That’s right: Radar Online reports that Charlie Sheen posted his ex-wife’s bond, which shouldn’t come as a major surprise because he and Brooke have grown close again over the last few weeks. But why didn’t any immediate family members step up? They “wanted to leave her in jail,” a source claims , adding that Mueller’s loved one are “done with her” and believe she must get clean… “or she is going to die.” Mueller has been in and out of rehab on numerous occasions. There are still scant details available regarding the latest incident, but documents show she was booked for cocaine possession and third degree assault.

Levinson garnered the 2011 Sundance Film Festival Waldo Salt screenwriting award for penning Another Happy Day , and — like Barkin on Twitter — is proving himself to be a fearsome, perceptive, and honest voice. We phoned Levinson to discuss his father’s influence, why he screened Carnal Knowledge for his cast and crew, and Ellen Barkin’s amazing candor.
