Teen Mom fans have been obsessing over the life of Maci Bookout more than usual in recent weeks, but most of the rumors and speculation have had to do with Maci’s ex, Ryan Edwards. Maci alleges that Edwards is battling addiction and that she fears for his safety, as he seems to be surrounded by enablers. But a preview for an upcoming episode has some fans arguing that Maci should clean up her own backyard before worrying about Ryan. The clip shows Maci opening up about a different problem in her life, one that she’s kept hidden up to this point. Since she married Taylor McKinney in October of last year, Maci has done a fine job of depicting her life as far more stable than those of her co-stars. It turns out, that portrayal relies heavily on Taylor and Maci’s ability to keep their beer-fueled conflicts off camera. For years now, rumors about Maci drinking heavily (even, allegedly, while pregnant) have plagued the 25-year-old. Aside from mini-controversies over her drinking, Maci has successfully avoided the sort of interpersonal drama that makes the other Teen Moms such divisive figures. So it’s strange that at this point, she would choose confess to boozy blowouts with her husband: “Obviously having three kids is catching up to us,” Maci says in the clip. “Eighty five percent of the time we’re good to go. The 15 percent is hell.” Bookout says she and McKinney do their best to keep that other 15 percent off camera. “All of our stress and emotions we take out on each other,” she says. “When the cameras leave we’ll drink and freak out. It’s always literally the smallest things. For a start, the two of them have been apart for a few months now, and the current state of their relationship seems friendly. With Bachelor Nation couples dropping like flies, there may be some surprising cast members on the next season of the frothy Summer series. If you were hoping for Josh to stage an encore to the series, then you can keep on hoping. A source told Us Weekly that he has no intention of appearing on the series. Sharknado 5 is about to take a bite out of Syfy. The film will air on the cable network on August 6 at 8/7c and be titled Sharknado 5: Global Swarming . In chapter 5 of this saga,“the mission gets personal for Fin Shepard (Ian Ziering) and his bionic wife, April (Tara Reid) when their young son gets trapped in a traveling ‘nado and transported all over the world,” according to the official press release. If you watch Teen Mom 2 online , you’re probably aware that Leah Messer hasn’t been terribly lucky in the romance department. There's so much to process in this clip. We're talking about a show where only one or two things happen each season, basically. But this preview takes you on a journey. And makes you cringe. There are monkey noises . We've already shown you Kendall Jenner freaking out over Caitlyn's memoir. Would it really be a Keeping Up With The Kardashians clip if it didn't have some awkwardness, some affectionate racism, and at least one of them acting absolutely nuts? Let's go through it, because there's a lot to unpack. Okay, so Keeping Up With The Kardashians shows Kris hanging out with Corey Gamble , Kim, and Khloe Kardashian , while on vacation in Jamaica. On its own, that's a pretty run-of-the-mill rich people thing to do. You don't have to be rich to go on vacation, to Jamaica or otherwise, but wealth is a requirement if you want to vacation like this family does. Though … if you already live in a desert climate like California, it's sort of odd that you'd go to yet another hot place to vacation, but whatever. If the Kardashians made sense, no one would watch them anyway, right? So even this short clip serves as a reminder that their taste in humor is . . . questionable at best. So it's not one of the “mon” jokes, but Kim's “Jamaica No Problem” shirt has us smacking our damn heads. Fun fact: it's generally considered tasteless and even rude to parody the way that people speak, especially when you're talking about a disenfranchised minority or culture. Naturally, Khloe makes it worse by suggesting that she could wear a shirt that says “Jamaican Me Crazy.” Get it? Because we all get it. Even if it weren't problematic, it would just be a bad joke. It's a bad joke, Khloe. We don't expect for either of them to find out why their behavior makes others uncomfortable. They live in a bubble. Kim then diverts attention to her favorite topic — Kim — by not-so-subtly kicking her leg into the air. You'll notice a teeny-tiny pink bug bite on her leg. Don't get us wrong, bug bites are no fun, but most people treat them with a topical antihistamine if at all. Apparently the Kardashians use, um, alternative medicine: water from a lagoon. We'll stick with actual medicines. No offense. Kim then demands to know if Kris Jenner is acting as some sort of snake oil salesman and, instead of giving her mineral water to use, is giving her something way, way grosser and less sanitary. She straight-up asks Kris if the water that she's been giving her is her toilet water, as if that's something that anyone but an absolute monster would give to their child. Yes, there are stories of people using … ugh … urine to treat wounds, especially on the beach, but it's usually not a good idea and in some cases can lead to infections. Turns out that modern medicine usually knows better than old wives tales. Who knew? Last but not least: the monkey nonsense. You have to wonder a couple of things — the first being if this show has just desperate for storyline. Countless hours are always left on the editing room floor — though not literally, since everything's digital — but somehow this nonsense made it in? But the other thing that you have to wonder if what the hell Kris Jenner herself was thinking? Like, this would be fine if she were entertaining her grandchildren. She isn't, though. She's around a bunch of grown-ass adults and she knows that she's on camera. Has she just given up? You'll have to watch it for yourself to decide that.
Jenelle Evans sure has been busy lately, huh? But in between planning a wedding later this year, caring for her brand new baby girl, and fighting her mother for custody of her oldest son , she still managed to get into a fight. In a new Facebook post, she wrote “So Im getting publicity now for NOT speaking on it. Look, the damage is done. But it’s really causing conflict within our family.” Yeah, if you publicly state that your brother’s fiancée is a lying, manipulative drug addict, it can cause some tension — who knew?! “My entire family means the world to me,” Jessica continued. “So yes if i can fix it i will, no matter what it takes. Sometimes u have to put things to rest and drop it.” “Like I said, i would rather my family be alright then to keep fighting. The beef isnt important. Who would do a full fitting and … not go?” she yelled over the phone) and for Kourtney to be honest about herself. “I know I’m indecisive. It’s debilitating,” she told Khloe when the siblings sat down for lunch. Vented Khloe to mother Kris Jenner later on: “Kourt doesn’t get how her lack of decision-making affects other people.” How to solve this problem? After playing a series of pranks on her oldest sister, Khloe (totally on her own, we’re sure, and totally not told to do so by producers) decided it was time to take things to the a new, unique, different sort of level. She took Kourtney to a local fire station and, along with a bunch of firefighters, tasked her indecisive sister with saving Kris from a fake fire. Because of course, right? Kourtney ultimate failed in this pretend mission, but did come to a realization while speaking to her sisters. “I feel like Scott and I were very co-dependent and I just would always bounce every idea off of him,” she said, adding: “Also, I’m just living a different life now where doing more for myself is an option and now that I am able to make my own decisions, I want to make the best decisions. “Tony Robbins taught me to make decisions from the heart and not from your head … I want to start listening.” We’ll be curious to see if this lasts.
