Halle Berry: Pregnant at 50?!

Back in January,  Janet Jackson gave birth to her first child at the age of 50. Both mother and son are healthy, and many a lengthy thinkpiece has been written about Jackson inspiring a new trend of women giving birth later in life, because it’s 2017 and a lengthy thinkpiece is written about every damn thing that happens anywhere. Last night, all that speculation began to seem slightly less ridiculous thanks to the latest photos of Halle Berry: Obviously, it goes without saying that Halle remains impossibly gorgeous and is likely as close to physical perfection as the human race will ever get. This isn’t one of those cases where a bunch of people over-analyzed a single pic and shamed Halle for a lack of flawless washboard abs. Halle is rocking body language in these pics that simply brings to mind pregnancy. The way she’s touching her stomach, the sly Mona Lisa “I’ve got a secret” smile … Halle’s basically stopping just short of turning down booze and perusing a book of baby names here. What we’re saying is, it’s not hard to see how the rumors got started. But despite appearances to the contrary, it seems Halle is very much not expecting. The mother of two took to social media today to shoot down the rumor in cryptic fashion, writing: “Can a girl have some steak and fries??” It’s worth noting (as many already have) that Halle didn’t come right out and say, “Nope! I’m not pregnant!” But we think the message is pretty clear: Halle’s not knocked up, she’s just beyond the point of starving herself for the red carpet. And to answer her question: yes, a girl can have some steak and fries. Hell, anyone can have some steak and fries, and you get bonus points for calling them fries and not “pommes frites.” Like, why are they fries when they’re served with a burger, but they get a fancy French name when you put them next to filet mignon? Madness, we say! Anyway, recent photos of Halle’s kids  give the impression that she’s pretty pleased with the family she’s got. We hate to disappoint, but there probably won’t be any new Berry kids running around anytime soon. On the plus side, we now know that Halle Berry loves red meat and deep fried foodstuffs, which means her Perfect Human Being title is pretty much cemented.

Mackenzie Standifer Losing Custody of Son Over Ryan Edwards’ Drug Use?!

As we learned on the latest episode of Teen Mom OG, things aren’t going so well for Ryan Edwards. And apparently they haven’t been going well for a long, long time. For a while now, Ryan, ex-boyfriend of Maci Bookout and father of Bentley, has been acting a bit off . Every time we see him, his eyes are bugging out of his head, and we’ve seen him disappear from home for hours at a time to, as his family claims, “go to the bank.” He rarely speaks, he doesn’t act anything like he used to, and also there was a moment in time where he killed a bunch of cats . Fans of the the show have theorized that drugs are to blame for his bizarre behavior, and as Maci explained, those fans are right. During their Puerto Rico vacation, the topic of Ryan came up, and Amber Portwood told her that, based on personal experience, she can tell that Ryan has been “f-cked up” lately. And Maci agreed. “I talk to Taylor about it like, ‘I wonder if today’s going to be the day that Ryan does something that he can’t come back from ?'” she said through tears. “I’m just sick of cleaning up his mess. I get tired of dealing with the sh-t. Just being the only one that f-cking sees everything and cares.” It seemed to be weighing heavy on Maci that she’s apparently the only one in Ryan’s life willing to speak out about his problem and try to get him help. If that’s true, it’s a sad situation, since Ryan has two very involved parents as well as his fiancée, Mackenzie Standifer . Ryan and Mackenzie haven’t been together all that long: she filed for divorce from her first husband, Zachary Stephens, in July of 2016. She also shares a three-year-old son named Hudson with Stephens. And here’s where things start to get a little complicated. Mackenzie has custody of her son, and she lives with Ryan, which is a little alarming, considering his apparently serious drug problem. But in April, Mackenzie and her ex-husband went to court, and there was a pretty interesting development. When their divorce was finalized, Stephens was ordered to pay Mackenzie $503 a month in child support. Then, in April — soon after Maci discovered the truth about Ryan — things were changed so that Mackenzie now pays Stephens $245 a month in child support. Does that mean that she lost custody of her son, either full or partial? And could it have anything to do with her choice to house her son with a drug addict? According to a statement Mackenzie made on Instagram this week, she has “full custody” of the little boy. … Then why would she pay child support? It doesn’t make much sense, but then again nothing Mackenzie has been saying this week makes much sense. Remember, when someone asked her on Twitter if she’s “ready to spend the rest of your life wondering if [Ryan] is high,” she said “Well I am ready to spend the rest of my life not worrying about ignorant comments.” Like, chill, honey, you’re the one marrying a creep like Ryan Edwards. Trista Sutter: Bachelorette Star Suffers Near-Fatal Seizure!

From what we’ve heard of Trista Sutter, she’s had a pretty great life so far. After all, she will forever be known as the very first Bachelorette, and how could anything else top that prestige? Trista’s also one of the few people to appear on The Bachelorette or The Bachelor who’s been able to find lasting love : she’s been married to Ryan Sutter since 2003 and they have two children together. But unfortunately, despite all these good things, things took a dark turn earlier this week. Trista is currently on a European vacation with her family, and yesterday she shared a shocking photo of herself in a hospital bed. In a lengthy Instagram post, she explained “This was me yesterday … two hours after I had a seizure.” “… two hours after I fell on my daughter’s chest & she watched, along with her brother & grandparents, in confusion & horror as her mommy stared blankly off into the distance and started turning blue.” “… two hours after we were supposed to have an adventure. An adventure to one of the most beautiful National Parks in Europe.” Sounds pretty dramatic and horrifying, right? It only gets worse. “Instead,” Trista continued, “I ended up in a euphoric white dream that the voices of my husband and daughter pulled me from and I ended up in a Croatian hospital being poked and prodded and wondering ‘why me?'” In an inspirational turn, she added “But today, I had to ask, ‘why not me?’ I’m human. I have an expiration date.” “I’ve always envisioned that date being sometime after my kids have graduated college, met the loves of their lives and created families of their own …” “But I was reminded yesterday that it could come anytime, in any country, whether I’m surrounded by strangers or people I love, or neither, or both.” “I’ve never been perfect and I never will be,” Trista wrote, “but from here on out, I vow to try my best to live this life to the fullest.” “To embrace gratitude and the lessons I wrote about over 3 years ago with a newly acquired perspective.” “To stress less. To love more. To listen. Be kind. Spread joy. To be a better version of myself as a wife, mother, sister, cousin, niece, aunt, neighbor, daughter, and friend.” She took time to thank her loved ones, her fans, and, of course, #BachelorNation. She also thanked the strangers around her when she had her seizure, the ones she said “held my hand, wiped my tears, and hugged my kids. Finally, she thanked her family, especially Ryan. “Without you,” she said, “I don’t know that I would be here today. You are my everything and I love you forevermore.” In closing, she urged anyone who read her message to “be thankful for your life and and blessings. Tell the people you love how you feel and live with grateful enthusiasm.” View Slideshow: The Bachelor and Bachelorette Couples: Are They Still Together? Because, as she says, “I plan to.” Best wishes to Trista, and here’s hoping that her health improves!

Chris Cornell’s Brother: My Heart Is Broken!

Losing a sibling is one of the hardest experiences that there can be. Many fans reacted to Chris Cornell’s tragic death without even thinking of what his brother was going through. It turns out that his brother, Peter Cornell, was at first thinking of himself and other family members — before thinking of how fans were grieving. He shared a deeply emotional Facebook post for his late brother’s fans, along with some photographs that really hit home. “It’s been difficult to put words together. My heart is broken. Chris was always just my brother,” Peter wrote. No matter how famous someone is, to family, they always are and always will be just family. “Sometimes we only needed to just be in the same room and just be present. That was enough,” the grieving brother added. And that’s a relatable sentiment, but what he shared next — his deep empathy for his brother’s fans and their loss — was especially powerful: “It wasn’t until this week, it really hit me how he belonged to the world. That he is an icon and a legend. That being said, I am so sorry to YOU for your loss.” Peter also shared a pair of photos, depicting the first and last times that he and his brother were together. Pictures are powerful, and this is a heavy subject. Not everyone has photos from beginning to end like this. Peter went on to talk about how artists impact more people’s lives than they could ever meet. “Artists, actors, musicians. We rely on these people to lift us up. To inspire us and distract us in times of trouble,” he wrote. And he ties that right back into talking specifically about Chris: “Chris protected us when we needed him to. His one of a kind-ness surrounded us like a suit of armor. He was a warrior and a wizard. A howling wolf and a trusted mentor.” That’s a really beautiful description. Most people are, understandably, struggling even to string words together after a loss like this. Questions regarding Chris Cornell’s cause of death have been controversial to say the least, but Peter didn’t really touch on that. Instead, he spoke about his brother’s life. “My brother gave freely of his gifts and it was never a struggle. He kept himself from the saturation of celebrity in such a humble way.” Celebrity status is okay, but it’s always impressive when people never seem absorbed or changed by their fame. And who would know better than his brother? “The power and anger and passion of my brother’s music was always genuine, original, and legitimate.” You don’t need a technical understanding of music to understand that. “He was the powerful, sensitive, fragile, angry, mystical creature that will exist forever in his body of work. And he did it for ALL of us.” But, as much as he’s processed, he’s still working his way through it. And he will be for a long time to come. “I will never wrap my head around his passing. I’ve been in shock since I heard the news. I can’t and won’t let him go,” Peter concluded. That’s understandable and, for too many people, deeply relatable. Hug your loved ones and make sure that they know that they can come to you for help, folks. View Slideshow: Chris Cornell: Mourned, Remembered by Stars Everywhere

Little People, Big World: Meet The Cast!

A reality series that's run, off and on, since 2006, Little People, Big World shows an American family. Matt Roloff and his wife, Amy, met with success working in Silicon Valley, but moved to a farm in Portland, Oregon for a change of scenery and give their then-growing family a new lifestyle. Matt and Amy have different forms of dwarfism. Their son, Zach Roloff, the only little person among their four adult children, is married to his long-term love, Tori. They are now new parents to a baby who is also a little person. Zach's twin brother, Jeremy, is of average height and married to Audrey. See photos of the cast below! 1. Matt Roloff Little People, Big World star Matt Roloff had to undergo 15 operations as a child for his diastrophic dysplasia. Even though he was very successful working in Silicon Valley, he decided to retire with Amy — who was at the time both his wife and pregnant — to Portland, to run a farm. Now, he and Amy are separated, and he balances co-parenting their four children with his work as an activist for little people. 2. Amy Roloff Philanthropist Amy Roloff has achondroplasia and, unlike Matt, has had very few complications. The Amy Roloff Charity Foundation works to benefit at-risk youths and the disabled. 3. Audrey and Jeremy Roloff Jeremy Roloff is Zach’s twin, but he is of average height — and so, for that matter, is his wife Audrey. Together, they live in Bend, Oregon where he can pursue his passion for the outdoors and still be close enough to help manage the family farm. He and Audrey run a relationship blog about healthy, lasting marriage. 4. Zach Roloff and Tori Roloff Although he’s Jeremy’s twin, Zach Roloff does have dwarfism — he’s the only one of the four Roloff children who isn’t average height. He’s a passionate soccer player, which has led to him also acting as a soccer coach. He and his wife, Tori, are anticipating the arrival of their first child. 5. Molly Roloff Molly Jo was born in 1993, and her adult height is 5-foot-7. Seen here posing with her mother, Amy, with whom she shares a birthday. 6.
