Source: Getty Welp all that ratchet behavior comes with a cost and it might include jail time for the family members involved in that ridiculous Disneyland brawl that was caught on camera. Three of the adults are being charged with assault, domestic battery and child endangerment just to name a few.  SMH via: TMZ The fight erupted in Toontown — right in the middle of throngs of kids and families. You hear one of the people in the fight say, “I’m ready to go to jail tonight.” That person seems to also reference a Southern California gang. Just before the fight breaks out, you hear someone in the video talk about disrespecting family. You see a woman spit on the guy in pink and all hell breaks loose. One of the people charged — 35-year-old Avery Robinson (the guy in pink) was hit with 5 felonies for allegedly beating up his girlfriend. He’s charged with domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon. And, since his kid was in the middle of the fight, along with 3 other children, he’s also been charged with child abuse and endangerment. Nicole was snapped smooching it up with Antoine Fuqu a, who is 19 years into a marriage with Lela Rochon. The photos triggered reactions from fans (and some celebrities) disappointed in Fuqua and Murphy for being so brazen with it. In her initial statement, Nicole said she was just being “friendly”, sharing tounge and spit with an old friend. Fans wondered if Lela and Antoine were separated, or if Nicole knowingly slid in between their vows. From her statement to TMZ , it seems like she too was blind-sighted by Antoine’s relationship status. “Without going into the entire situation, I want to apologize to my family, and to Lela and the Fuqua family for what transpired. Nicole Murphy Apologizes For Kissing Antoine Fuqua, Claims She Didn’t Know He Was Still Married

According to Murphy, she didn’t know Fuqua and Lela Rochon were still married, and was giving him a friendly kiss, which would of course contradict him being a family friend. In a statement to TMZ , Murphy apologizes to her family and Lela for her behavior. “Without going into the entire situation, I want to apologize to my family, and to Lela and the Fuqua family for what transpired,” she said. “It was not my intention to be in this situation. I do not condone women kissing or interacting in anyway inappropriately with a married man. I too was once married and I would never intentionally undermine another woman, despite what has been written.” Murphy originally told LoveBScott , she and Fuqua were exchanging a “friendly” kiss between “family friends.” Clearly, there’s some lies being told from both parties. Neither Lela or Antoine have responded to the leaked photos, but Lela did delete her social media. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any messier, Lisa Raye and Da Brat stepped into the conversation accusing Murphy of trying to get with Lisa’s ex-husband. American Horror Story Season 9: Everything We Know

American Horror Story is returning to FX for its ninth season.  HOORAY, right? With changes in the cast, a questionable theme, and other things on the horizon… we thought it was a good idea to round up everything we know.  Read on for all the details! 1. What’s It About? We know it will be set in 1984, but beyond that, not so much. Earlier material has suggested that it will be a homage to classic horror movies from, you guessed it, the 1980s. There are also reports that it will be set at a summer camp. 2. Who’s Back? Emma Roberts will return for fifth season overall, but no other details have been revealed about who she will be playing. 3. Billie Lourd Billie Lourd is coming back, but like the rest of the roles, nothing has been revealed about who she will playing 4. Cody Fern Cody Fern is back, but will he be playing the spawn of Satan all over again? We’ll need to tune in to find out. 5. Andrew Glennon appears to have finally had it with Amber Portwood. The father of a 14-month old son named James has made this pretty clear by filing first for an order of protection against his estranged girlfriend… and then for primary custody of their shared toddler. This all happened, of course, after Portwood was arrested for allegedly attacking Glennon on the morning of July 5. Source: Daniel Allan / Getty Mississippi House Candidate Murders Wife, Commits Suicide A Mississippi state legislature candidate, Carl Robinson, casually walked into his wife’s job at a medical clinic, produced a firearm, fatally shot her, then committed suicide according to Yahoo! News . Marshall County Sheriff Kenny Dickerson says that Robinson was served divorce papers Tuesday morning before murdering LaToya Thompson that same morning. Robinson was running for a District 5 House seat that includes parts of Benton, Marshall, Lafayette and Tate counties. He was on the ballot for the Aug. 6 primary election. By all accounts, Carl and LaToya were the “perfect couple” but there was clearly something dark and secretive lying beneath the surface. Tina Bills Herrington, a cousin of Robinson, said that he was the ultimate family man and that Thompson was a very kind person. “He was a great provider for his family, making sure that they didn’t go without,” Herrington said. “LaToya was very calm spirited and wanted to serve her family.” This is craziness. RIP to LaToya Thompson, Hell awaits for Carl Robinson. SMFH.

David Eason: Did He Just CONFESS to Brutal Dog Murder?!

Back in April, David Eason shot and willed the family dog during one of his infamous fits of rage. He hid the evidence so well that police still suspect the whole thing was a hoax and a publicity stunt — but we certainly souldn't put it past him. Anyway, now that the dust has settled from Jenelle's custody battle (a direct result f David's decision to execute poor little Nugget), we're free to try and figure out what exactly happened that fateful night. And as expected, Davic comes off like a colossal douche. Check it ouy: 1. David and Nug By now, you know the story — feeling that his chidren were somehow in danger, David dragged the 11-pound Frenchie out of the house and shot it point-blank with a shotgun. 2. A Man and His Dead Dog Accounts vary, but it’s widely agreed that David believed the dog wad behaving too aggressively sho he went outside and shot it — while the children were at home. 3. Jenelle’s Choice Jenelle briefly left The Land after the shooting, but she quickly forgave David and returned home. 4. Losing It All Because Jenelle allowed David to stay in the home, CPS investigated and determined that the children should be removed and sent to live with relatives. 5. Mayonnaise Sandwich Time The incident also cost her her job on MTV, which was Jenelle and David’s sole source of income. 6. Elaborate Con? Due to an apparent lack of physical evidence, police determined that the whole thing may have been a hoax designed to drum up publicity. View Slideshow
