That honor now belongs to a puppy Bieber introduced to Instagram followers on Thursday night, a ridiculously adorable black labrador named Phil. Yes, Phil. Bieber simply wrote the pet’s name as a caption for one photo of him on social media, adding of the snapshot below: “Look at Philips eyes.” Bieber also assured fans that Phil gets along very well with his other canine, Esther. Phil’s arrives just over a year since the death of Bieber’s dog Sammy, who passed away from unspecified causes back in December 2014. The artist mourned Sammy with a precious throwback photo of pet and owner , along with the message: “R.i.p Sammy. You were the best puppy ever.” Justin also referenced Sammy in an ad promoting pet adoption way back in 2009, saying in the commercial: “We moved to a city where we didn’t really know anybody, so I kinda wanted a friend around and Sam was kinda like that friend.” Bieber now has plenty of friends, but you can never have enough, can you? In April of last year, Mob Wives cast member Angela “Big Ang” Raiola was diagnosed with throat cancer . The popular reality star – who’s raspy voice has become one of her trademarks – underwent a surgery that was described as a “complete success” and quickly returned to making public appearances. Unfortunately, it now looks as though she was far from out of the woods at that time. Radar Online is reporting that Big Ang’s cancer has returned , and this time, the 55-year-old’s diagnosis is much worse. According to the site, Raiola is now suffering from stage four cancer, and chemotherapy doesn’t appear to be helping. “It’s serious,” says one insider. “She isn’t doing well right now.” Ang’s sister, Janice Detore, has set up a GoFundMe page to help pay for Raiola’s treatment . The family is close to reaching its $25,000 goal, but Detore’s description of her sister’s condition is far from encouraging: “As you know my sister was diagnosed with stage 4 brain and lung cancer,” she writes. “Chemotherapy was started January 5 th. On January 26th the doctor reviewed her CT scan and informed us that the treatment was not working, and in fact one tumor grew larger and the other tumors had no change.” Detore adds that Raiola’s “breathing is labored and the amount of pain she is having is by far more than she can handle.” As traditional treatments seem to be doing little to relieve Ang’s pain, Detore plans to use the donated funds to purchase cannabis oil and other alternative medicines. “Angela cannot function to work anymore,” Detore writes. “I’m not sure that it will work but I’m praying.” Ang has thanked fans for their support in a brief social media message, but her family says it may be several months before she’s able to resume her public appearance schedule.

NBA Player Cleared In Support Suit Former NBA player Gilbert Arenas was not subject to a child support suit from L.A. County over an alleged secret daughter. Bossip has confirmed that its prior reporting was in error. Specifically, last month, we reported that the county’s child support division sued a man called Gilbert J. Arenas, along with baby mama Erica Schiele to support their five-year-old daughter after the girl ended up on welfare, and that the man sued was former NBA player, Gilbert Arenas. Arenas, the former NBA player, is not the person involved in that child support case. BOSSIP researched the matter and can confirm that the article erroneously connected Arenas with the LA County child support case. Arenas (the former NBA player) is not the father mentioned in the article. BOSSIP obtained the child’s birth certificate which shows another man named Gilbert J. Arenas fathered the little girl.

George Harvey, a regular guest on The Howard Stern Show for six years who was better known to listeners as Crackhead Bob, was found dead inside his Texas home on Sunday. He was 56. Stern himself made the sad announcement on Monday. A member of the radio hosts’s “Wack Packers,” Harvey was a regular on the program from 1995 to 2001, as fans may recall. He also made a surprise appearance back in October 2005. Harvey got his nickname due to a speech impediment that was the result of a long-time crack-smoking habit; it left him partially paralyzed. Harvey earned his radio gig after Stern’s team noticed him at various appearances by the host in the 1990s. According to the farewell message on Stern’s website, Crackhead Bob was always first to arrive at every signing. “He was a huge champion of our show,” the radio host said on his program yesterday, mourning the loss of Harvey. According to TMZ, the cause of death is unclear at this time. Harvey’s death, meanwhile, comes after the passing of three fellow Wack Pack members in the recent past. Stern favorites Eric the Actor , Riley Martin and Johnny Fratto all passed away within the last year and a half. We send our condolences to Harvey’s family, friends and loved ones.
