Kate Middleton and Prince William Finally Issue Statement on Royal Baby

We’re still waiting to learn what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have named their child. But we no longer need to wait to see what Kate Middleton and Prince William have to say about the seventh person in line for the British throne. Early on May 6, as you may have read about by now, Markle gave birth to her very first baby . It’s a boy and he weighed in at seven pounds three ounces and everyone is happy and healthy. “We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn child in the early morning on May 6th, 2019. “Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs. 3oz,” read a statement on the official Royal Sussex Instagram page a few hours after the blessed event. No further details were released at the time. But while Prince Harry himself has spoken out on being a father and even Markle’s evil dad has said a few words , observers have been wondering when we’ll hear from William and Kate. Might they remain silent? Might they use this opportunity to hammer the final nail in the coffin of their relationship with Meghan and Harry, following all those rumors of a rivalry between the foursome? No, as it turns out. “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted with the news of the birth of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s son today, and look forward to meeting the latest addition to the family,” stated a message posted to Kensington Palace’s Instagram account late on Monday. It’s about time, right?!? We mostly say that in jest, although talk of a feud between Middleton and Markle, and also between William and Harry, has been going in for months now. There’s even been (hilarious) talk that Middleton wants to get pregnant again now because she’s jealous of all the attention being paid to Markle. Harry, meanwhile, told reporters off camera yesterday that he’s had “about two hours sleep” since his son was born. That sounds about right. And it may scarcely improve over the next sevderal weeks. But still. Parenthood is worth it, right? It does sound that way already. “Meghan and myself had a baby boy early this morning – a very healthy boy,” the Duke of Sussex told the media after everything calmed down a little bit on Monday, adding: “Mother and baby are doing incredibly well. This has been the most amazing experience I could possibly imagine. How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension. “But we are both absolutely thrilled and so grateful for all the love and support from everyone out there. It’s been amazing.” And he concluded: “I haven’t been in many births. This is definitely my first birth. It was amazing, absolutely incredible. “As I said, I am so incredibly proud of my wife and as every father and parent would ever say, your baby is absolutely amazing, but this little thing is absolutely to die for, so I’m just over the moon.” Markle has not said anything directly just yet. She has chosen NOT to pose with the baby outside the hospital just hours after giving birth, somewhat bucking a Royal tradition carried out last April by Middleton with little Prince Louis. The dude has been trashing his daughter for about a year now, but was at least able to muster up the following nice words in the wake of this life-altering development: I’m delighted to hear that mother and child are doing well. I am proud that my new grandson is born into the British royal family. I am sure that he will grow up to serve the crown and the people of Britain. God bless the child. 112’s Slim Sues Ex Band Mates Q & Deron For False Advertising For Profiting Off Of Group’s Name (Exclusive)

Source: Paras Griffin / Getty “112s” Slim Said Ex-Band Members Have No Right To Use Group’s Name To Make Music & Perform They once had a double platinum debut album, worked with hip hop royalty like the Notorious BIG and were the toast of the Atlanta club scene. But the current situation among the former band members of the 90s group 112 is now so fractious following their 2017 breakup that lead singer Slim has sued his fellow crooners for allegedly dishonestly cashing in on the group’s moniker. That’s according to a lawsuit from Slim’s company, M3 Productions Inc., which sued both Deron and Q for trademark infringement, false advertising, deceptive trade practices and more, claiming the men were using the name “112” to make music, book appearances and perform when Slim owns the rights through the Federal Trademark Office, according to the complaint, which was obtained by BOSSIP. “It breaks my heart to have to engage in a lengthy, costly legal battle against the former members of the group,” Slim told BOSSIP exclusively. “However, countless promoters and agencies have notified us that Q and Daron, and their handlers, keep advertising the ‘112’ Name, despite knowing we own the mark and have humbly asked them to stop using it.” Source: Gilbert Carrasquillo / Getty Slim’s lawyer James Walker said the situation was as if The Jackson Five’s Tito and Jackie Jackson tried to run off and do shows without lead singer Michael. Q “doesn’t seem to understand that he was the Tito of the group and Slim is the lead singer and owner of the mark – so move on with your career and respect the law and respect (Slim) as the owner,” Walker told BOSSIP. “We should not be in court, but for the continued false advertising, breach, infringement and bad faith of the defendants in using this mark on their advertisements.” Slim said in court papers that Q and Deron are well aware that he owns the trademark, and despite Walker sending them a cease and desist letter, the men still continue to book work under the name “112.” He said that his former bandmates use of the name “112” has caused confusion among fans, who wrongly assume that their work is actually associated with the real “112,” causing Slim irreparable harm. Slim wants the judge to force Q and Deron to stop using “112” when they perform shows, make music or attend paid appearances, his complaint states. He also wants a full accounting of the revenues Deron and Q made by using “112” as well as money damages. Source: Johnny Louis / Getty Neither Q nor Deron had responded to Slim’s complaint as of May 6, but Q may not have responded because he just filed for bankruptcy, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. Walker, Slim’s lawyer, said neither he nor his client wished any financial hardships on Q, but said that he hopes the bankruptcy will mean that Q will be willing to meet with them and settle their dispute. “He would not be filing this (bankruptcy), had his advisors met with us and listened,” Walker told BOSSIP. “We pray that part works out, but we will move aggressively in the litigation to protect Mr. Scandrick (“Slim”).”

Steve Harvey: Sneakily Selling Off Assets Ahead of Divorce Battle?

Your first divorce can throw you for a loop, but Steve Harvey knows what it’s like to have an ex-wife . He has two. As he gears up for a rumored third divorce, he’s making sure to not repeat past mistakes. According to a new report, the television host is liquidating millions of dollars worth of property to keep it out of his wife’s hands. RadarOnline reports that Steve Harvey is selling off property left and right. Since January of this eyar, the Family Feud host has placed four different properties for sale in Texas. Two of those properties have already sold. He has made an estimated $2 million. And it seems like it’s only a matter of time before the other two properties follow in those footsteps. The report says that Harvey has also fiddled with the ownership of another property. He has allegedly transferred ownership to himself, where previously he owned it alongside wife Marjorie. This imminent divorce battle comes on the heels of additional bad news — this time of a professional nature. The controversial television personality has learned that NBC Universal will no longer be broadcasting his talk show. At present, he’s worth a whopping nine figures, but the report warns that this could endanger his $200 million business empire. Steve has been married to Marjorie since 2007. But it sounds like experience has taught him to not count on sentimentality when it comes to preserving his assets in a divorce. “Steve learned a lesson from his drawn-out divorce from [second wife] Mary,” an insider explains. According to the source, “It took him years to get their properties into his name” He won’t be doing that again — not if he can help it. Cash is just easier to distribute, if ordered by the court or agreed upon by the divorcing parties. “Marjorie would never allow herself to be pushed around,” an insider characterizes. “Money talks and her man had better provide.” “And when the money’s gone, she’s gone, too!” the source expresses. Marjorie recently took her daughter, whom Steve adopted, on a month-long world tour. “Steve is desperate to stay on television,” the insider says. “He supports all six of their children in fine style and Marjorie is blowing through his cash.” “He’s even admitted to pals that he needs to work things out with her or he’ll be left with nothing, which is insane,” the source opines. The insider notes: “He’s been on TV for 25 years!” So what went wrong in the first place? If sources can be believed, part of the problem was that Steve flirted with Kris Jenner. “Steve has a wandering eye,” the source says. “He cheated during his previous marriages,” the insider points out. “And Marjorie knows he could do it again.” “She knows her man’s weakness,” the source points out. “Knows everything about him!” After 12 years of marriage, we would imagine so. Steve Harvey has been controversial, at times with justification and at other times over comments that bore no malice. (I certainly cannot speak for Asian men or for atheists or absolve his wrongdoing on behalf of those communities, but a few other controversies could have been avoided) But it’s seldom cause of celebration to hear that a marriage is ending. We should note that it doesn’t look like Steve is necessarily trying to hide money or assets so much as he is trying to streamline things. More importantly, Steve and Marjorie continue to deny that they’re getting divorced. In fact, they’ve recently been attending events together in a very public manner. What is the truth? Nathan Griffith 911 Call: Someone is Going to Die!

Nathan Griffith called 911 several days, desperately seeking the answer to one important question: IS MY SON SAFE? And he had a pretty good reason to push for a response. As you must know by now, David Eason brutally beat his family's dog , Nugget, last Tuesday afternoon. He then took the dog into the woods and shot it dead. The incident is being investigated by the authorities and Jenelle Evans may or, more likely, may not file for divorce from her violent husband . But Griffith is the one who actually called 911 after apparently learning what happened from MTV producers. And because the four-year old son he shares with Evans lives with Jenelle and David… Nathan was rightfully VERY concerned. “I guess there was a dispute with my ex-fiancée and her husband and he shot a dog. And there’s been multiple 911 calls of abuse,” Griffith says in the video featured here, adding: “And I’m just trying to figure out where my son’s at and what I should do in this situation right now. “I’m just so confused right now. … I just want to make sure my son is safe.” Griffith isn't entirely sure what he's asking of the authorities in this case. It turns out that Kaiser wasn't home when Eason committed the homicide, but Nathan was unaware of that at the time he made the call. The former underwear model told the 911 operator that he has not “had contact with [Evans] in almost a year,” and did not know what to do in the wake of the “traumatic” event. “I just tried to text her. Obviously, she changed her phone number,” he says here. “I see my son every other weekend, but I have no communication with the mom and I just want to make sure my son is safe right now.” Did Nathan want police to conduct a welfare check? Yes, he responds. The dispatcher then takes down Griffith's information and says someone will be giving him a call shortly. “The day the story broke, I was frantic,” Griffith has since told The Ashley , adding:  “I tried to reach out to Jenelle, but she wouldn’t respond. I called everyone I could think of — the MTV producers, CPS and the police to do a welfare check on my son.” He even said he tried to contact Eason directly, despite their intense rivalry. “I said, ‘I’m not trying to argue, but we need to talk. What is going on? Is there another story I’m not hearing what is going on?’” It doesn't sound as if Griffith ever got a hold of Eason, however. He also tells someone else while making this phone call that he's afraid “someone is going to die” at Jenelle and David's home. Take a listen now.

An overcast on Saturday flirted with the possibility of rain, but it never came. This was a sure sign for what Saturday May 4 was going to be like for Down Town Atlanta’s version of March For Babies. thousands gathered in Old Fourth Ward Park to celebrate and support mothers and families of premature babies. The event was hosted by Katie Walls (WSBTV) & Reec Swiney (Hot 107.9) with DJ Frost (Majic 107.9) providing the tunes for the day. Families where able to share heartwarming and tear jerking stories, letting each other know that they are not alone and to remain hopeful no mater the circumstance. Even Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms  came out in support and shared her motherhood story. At one point, Reec took the stage an was joined by two of his daughters as he shared his “preemie story”. He was even brought to tears as he recounted his youngest daughter “Catherine’s, 88 day stay in the NICU, and how March For Babies resources really helped his family through that time. The event was a huge success and the amazing energy that Executive Director of March of Dimes, Sean Slater, brought seemed to pour right into the march and day in general. This single event helped raise over $400,000 as well!

Source: TASS / Getty Forty-One People Die After Russian Plane Catches On Fire While Landing Horrible footage of a Russian plane landing in flames has shocked the world.  According to USA Today , an Aeroflot plane made an emergency landing in Moscow right as its back end was engulfed in flames. The Aeroflot captain who landed the Superjet 100 aircraft said a lightning strike and full fuel tanks might have had something to do with the fire which left 41 people dead. Aeroflot Flight SU1492 was scheduled to leave from Moscow to the northwestern Russian city of Murmansk on Sunday. However, it returned to the Moscow airport less thank 30 minutes after taking off because lightning hit the plane, according to passengers and pilot Denis Evdokimov. He told Russian media that there was a “bright flash and a bang” moments before the crew started an emergency landing. He added that contact with air traffic controllers was hindered by the apparent lightning strike. Evdokimov said that the crew was left to perform a manual landing and they managed to establish radio contact for “a couple of words” to air traffic control personnel, who guided them down to the runway. The jet had a rough landing, striking the runway several times, which probably damaged the fuel tanks and caused the fire to ignite in the rear of the fuselage, the pilot explained. “The speed wasn’t high, it was normal according to the flight manual,” Evdokimov said. However, the jet was heavy with fuel, which added to the challenge of the landing, according to Evdokimov. A clip of the landing shows the plane riding the runway amid huge flames and a trail of thick black smoke. Moments later, passengers exit the emergency slides.   Of the 41 people who were killed, most of them suffered smoke inhalation and many had serious burns. Passenger Mikhail Savchenko wrote on Facebook, “huge grief for everyone who lost their family and loved ones.” He explained that he survived with a few bruises. “No, I didn’t drag my suitcases,” he said. “No, the moment I was filming, there were no people around me that I could help. But believe me, it’s not much easier.” Aeroflot said they would provide emergency assistance to survivors and was flying family members to Moscow free of charge. “Aeroflot extends its deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of those who lost their lives,” the airline said in a statement. “The crew did everything in its power to save passenger lives and provide emergency assistance to those involved. Tragically, they were unable to save all of those aboard.” The Russian Investigative Committee has launched a criminal inquiry to figure out if aircraft operation safety rules were violated. Such an investigation is standard business in crashes that claim the lives of two or more passengers.

Jenelle Evans Really Wants You to STFU About Her Marriage

Jenelle Evans is feeling all the emotions right now. All the negative emotions, that is. And the embattled Teen Mom 2 star really has just one message for anyone following her troubled marriage to David Eason, which took a new and wildly disturbing twist this week… … please, please, please just leave us alone , Evans said on Friday. This is proving to be quite difficult, however, due to the despicable allegations surrounding Eason at the moment — which really are not even allegations. The former MTV star himself has admitted to killing his family dog (Nugget) because the canine snapped at his young daughter, Ensley. According to various reports, Eason grew so incensed at the canine this past Saturday that he grabbed the dog off the couch and beat it bloody with his bare hands after Nugget made a move in the direction of the aforementioned toddler. By Eason’s own video account (below), Ensley was not especially hurt by the so-called attack… … but this didn’t stop Eason from violently assaulting the dog before taking it into the woods and shooting it dead.  David Eason: Watch My Dog Attack My Kid and Sign Its Own Death Warrant! In the wake of this senseless murder, Evans has taken her kids and left Eason. It’s unclear exactly where she’s staying at the moment, but Jenelle is rightfully stunned and horrified by what’s transpired. “Nugget… I’m crying everyday. I love you so much and I’m so sorry. I’m speechless,” Evans wrote on Instagram hours after Eason took the dog’s life. She added; “You were my side kick and knew the moment I felt bad and would cuddle with me. You still had a lot to learn and a lot to grow from your lessons. “Everyday I wake up you’re not here, when I come home you’re not here, when I go to bed… you’re not here. You’re gone forever and there’s no coming back.” Amid talk that Evans is FINALLY considering a divorce , Jenelle has simply said the following to Us Weekly: “At this time, we are dealing with this rough situation. I want to focus on what’s best for me and my kids.” That’s fair and understandable — but it seems impossible to imagine that what’s best for these kids is not to get them as far away from Eason as humanly possible. With this standing as the prevailing opinion online, and with folks speculating left and right over what Evans will do, Jenelle got all angry and defensive on social media this afternoon. “I AM NOT AFRAID TO DEATH OF ANYONE OR ANYTHING RIGHT NOW… IM HEARTBROKEN,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “STOP WRITING LIES ABOUT ME. YES MARRIAGE IS UP IN THE AIR AT THIS POINT.” Evans may be fired by Teen Mom producers for bringing too much dangerous drama to the table, but we really hope she’s thinking solely about her two sons and one daughter right now. Eason has proven to be a violent menace, showing no remorse at all for murdering little Nugget. “I don’t give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face… whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I don’t put up with that sh-t at all,” wrote Eason in his own defense this week. He continued: “I’m all about protecting my family, it is my life’s mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me. Eason, of course, almost definitely beat Evans back in October as well. In a 911 call, Jenelle told a dispatcher a few months ago that Eason had broken her collarbone in a drunken rage. For many years, it’s been easy to mock Evans and to hurl shade at her direction — because she has done and said some pretty terrible things as well. But it’s time for some real talk: Jenelle is placing her young children in danger by living under the same roof as Eason and she needs to get as far away from him as she possibly can. Woman Who Paid R. Kelly’s Bail Not Questioned In Unpaid Rent Case

Kelly is battling with his studio landlord over owed monies currently, along with his other mounting legal issues . The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Chicago judge recently dismissed Valencia Love from the lawsuit between Kelly and his former recording studio landlord. The landlord won a $173,000 judgment against Kelly over unpaid rent and has been trying to collect for several months. They fired off subpoenas to multiple banks where Kelly had accounts, Sony Music, and ASCAP (for his royalties). They were able to seize $154k from his Bank of America accounts plus $50k from Sony, which settled the debt. They also were informed by WinTrust Bank that Kelly was overdrawn and had negative $13 in his account. In newly filed docs in the case, it is revealed the landlord had also subpoenaed Love, in an effort to ask her if she was holding money for Kelly or had any of his assets. Love was quoted as saying the money she used to bail out the singer was his own, and the landlord suspected Kelly was hiding his assets among his legal team, who were also subpoenaed. Nipsey Hussle’s Team Shuts Down Memorial Over Greedy Folks Trying To Cake Up

A makeshift memorial near the spot where the rapper was slain will no longer be in existence. TMZ reports : Here’s what the wild scene outside Nipsey’s shuttered store looked like … people selling bootleg t-shirts with Nipsey’s image, others demanding money for a tour of the neighborhood, and some even charging fans just to walk through the area where Nipsey was shot. The memorial became so busy, food trucks started parking outside. Sources close to Nipsey tell us the whole thing reeked of disrespect … and they felt like he was not being properly honored, so they’re closing up shop. We’ve seen this kind of thing before … scalpers tried charging astronomical prices for free tickets to Nipsey’s celebration of life, and people who went to the service tried selling the free programs for huge profits on eBay.
