According to TMZ , sources told them that the couple along with Lena Waithe , Ludacris and Janelle Monae , helped donate to Shelby’s mother, Camika Shelby , who put her son to rest in a beautiful ceremony on Saturday (April 27). He loved everybody, he would help anybody. He was an angel,” Shelby said. “I just wish people could’ve seen how special he was while he was still here.” Camika also shared that her son was seeking counseling and was close to being medicated for his mental health issues. But he still struggled with the fact that he was gay. “I wish he could have been fully accepted while he was here because it was hard for him. He struggled,” she said. “He used to ask me sometimes ‘Mama, why couldn’t I just be normal?’ And I’m like, ‘Baby, you are normal. Jenelle Evans' husband David Eason released this video on Instagram. It features his dog snapping at his daughter. This is why the controversial Teen Mom 2 star says he was justified in subsequently shooting his family pet to death. Poor Nugget was gunned down shortly after. Eason says it snapped at his daughter and he had no choice put to murder the pup – and he's not worry about it, TBH. He would do it again, he defiantly says. After 30 days at a mental health facility, Britney Spears is out at last . But that doesn’t mean that she’s entirely “free.” She reportedly wants to clear the air and tried to set up a tell all interview to reassure her fans and to detail recent events in her life. There’s just one problem: her own parents are shutting her down. RadarOnline reports that Britney Spears is in conflict with certain members of her family over what she can and cannot tell the public. And, in particular, with her mother. “Things are getting tense between Britney and Lynne right now,” and insider reveals. “Britney wants to do an interview,” the source explains. The insider reasons that Britney wishes to do so “because she knows her fans are so worried.” That’s absolutely right. Fans are worried about her well-being but we’re also about her personal freedoms. She’s a full-on adult. “But,” the source explains. “She’s up against opposition.” Apparently, Britney’s parents are balking at the idea that she could just do an interview. The insider claims that this reluctance is “due to the fact that every interview she’s done after a meltdown is always a hot mess.” Apparently, the stern veto came from Britney’s mom. “Lynne literally shut her down on an interview,” the source claims. “And,” the insider reports, Lynne is “also is talking to Britney like she’s a little kid.” That sounds really unpleasant, though sometimes parents at any age forget that their offspring are adults. The source characterizes that Lynne “is up her a– 24/7.” If fans are hoping to see Britney defiantly get interviewed anyway, they shouldn’t hold their breath. “Britney knows if she doesn’t follow the rules,” the insider says. “She could lose the progress she’s made.” She loves her fans, but she has to look out for herself. “Britney just wants her mom to leave her alone,” the source reports. “And the more Lynne pulls,” the insider claims. “The more Britney pushes.” In late March, Britney voluntarily checked herself in to a mental health facility for 30 days of treatment to get herself back on track. Her father, Jamie Spears, has suffered a serious health crisis, and reports say that it had really gotten to her. However, some truly wild and frankly unsubstantiated reports claimed that Britney was being held against her will . This prompted familiar cries of “Free Britney” from some of her stans , some out of genuine concern and others out of a desire to treat her like a meme. The outcry was so intence that Britney actually addressed her fans on Instagram while she was supposed to only be worrying about her well being. We should keep in mind that, just like the claim that Britney had been forced into rehab and secretly locked up since January, reports of the feud with her mom are also unconfirmed. We don’t know that Britney was itching to do a tell-all interview. Similarly, we don’t know that anyone prevented her from doing so, let alone that it was specifically her mother. Source: FOX / Getty It’s the second to last episode of Empire Season 5 and tonight’s episode definitely did a good job of dragging out the, “Is Andre Seriously Going to Die?” saga. It looks like he is but again, you really never know on this show. Anyway, the episode starts with Lucious not wanting to accept that Andre is dying (he’s still the only one who knows out of the family). But Andre has accepted his fate and wants to die on his own terms. Lucious tells him not to do a dang thing until he talks to him first then he storms out. We see Dre carefully placing cards that he wrote out to all of his loved ones. Meanwhile, Cookie wants Teri to tell Andre she’s pregnant to give him something to fight for. Teri says she won’t say anything because she’s surprised that she’s even pregnant until she gets word from the doctor that everything is okay. Lucious gets into a minor car accident. It’s minor in the sense that he swerves off the road and hits a rail and keeps his life. He does get knocked out, though, and starts having dreams where he’s conversing with dead people from his past. Cookie’s cousin that he killed manages to tell him he ain’t ish, later on, he sees Shyne, and he even sees his dead father. The latter gives him the strength he needs to let go of Andre. Now we’re at a meeting at Empire with Becky, Giselle, and Patel. Jamal was supposed to be there but he’s on his honeymoon in Seychelles. Patel wants to know what’s up with the money and how is the tour doing. Then Thirsty interrupts with an Empire artist saying their checks didn’t clear. In fact, Empire checks are bouncing all over the place. It’s the feds again. They froze Empire’s assets. As a matter of fact, Megan, the leader of the pack, interrogates Cookie without a lawyer. Cookie demands a lawyer and Megan pokes at her about freezing Empire’s assets. Then she brings up Panama. She shows Cookies photos from her trip to Panama with Damon Cross and asks what happened between them. If Cookie snitches on Damon then Megan will unfreeze all of Empire’s assets. Cookie ain’t no snitch, and she ain’t no fool. Just the fact that Cookie is there without a lawyer is grounds enough to get her out of there. Cookie tells her straight where to go, too, before sashaying away. In the meantime, Becky, Giselle, and Andre, who isn’t even supposed to be working but everyone needs him, are trying to figure out what to do. Becky suggests throwing a new special concert, that is distinctly separate from the tour, where Empire artists are paired with non-Empire artists. There’s a venue that owes her a favor so maybe this could work. Now we’re the part of the episode where Lucious finally wakes up from his blackout to Thirsty calling and telling him he needs to get back to reality quick. Then we see a flashback of Cookie meeting up with Damon. He’s trying to get her to leave Lucious again. Cookie says she wants her hubby and her boys and the life they built, but she does tip him off about the feds since she’s feeling generous. Andre asks Kingsley if he can help whim reach Eddie Patel, who is literally at some billionaire boys club convention Silicon Valley. They have a quick exchange, and Kingsley says he won’t be able to get in because the billionaires don’t think too highly of him. He’s also skeptical of Andre asking for help. Andre says he forgives him and that he’s his big brother and that he needs him. That’s enough tenderness for Kingsley to wire him a crap ton of money, adding that it’s not half of what he owes empire, but it’s a start (later on we find out that Kingsley also gave him some leads on potential investors). Now it’s time for the special concert. Hakeem performs with Ty Dolla $ign. Tiana performs with Sevyn Streeter. And it’s a good night. Teri finds Cookie backstage and tells her that she got the test results back. She and Andre are expecting a healthy baby boy. Cookie asks when she’s going to tell Andre and Teri puts it off until tomorrow, obviously not knowing she may not have that long. Finally, the episode winds down with Lucious and Andre eating Andre’s favorite meal at a hotel, just before Andre plans to end his life. Cookie walks into her house and comes across the note he wrote her telling her about his heart condition and why he didn’t want her to know. She remembered where he said he was staying and rushes over there. She makes it in time just before Andre is preparing to take some pills, as Lucious watches tearfully, and busts everything up. She starts spazzing out on Lucious for letting their son kill himself so they have a moment where they argue. Then Cookie Dre that Teri is pregnant and that this is worth fighting for but the shock of Cookie already affected him negatively and he starts to have a heart attack and we end with them calling 911. Yup, they’re still dragging this out. Meanwhile, we just want to see if there’s a plot twist where Andre lives, or nah. The season finally ends next week. As you may know, Kailyn Lowry and Leah Messer are close friends — so perhaps it was inevitable that fans would eventually claim they're more than just friends. Is it a stupid rumor? Almost certainly. And yet, those who support claim say there's plenty of proof. Take a look: 1. Leah & Kail The friends recently traveled to Costa Rica together. Leah posted this pic from the trip, along with a caption reading, “My girl bad, badder than yours.” 2. Selfie Queens Kailyn and Leah have posted plenty of selfies together in the past. But for some reason, the Costa Rica pics have prompted endless rumors. 3. Vacay PDA Perhaps it’s the obvious affection these two have for each other. But for whatever reason, Messer and Lowry’s vacation pics have fans convinced their more than friends. 4. Up Close and Personal First, fans wanted Kail and Leah to star in their own spinoff. Now, it seems they want these two to get married. 5. Rocking Out Clearly, these two had a blast in Costa Rica. And they seem to be in no hurry to shut down rumors about the nature of their relationship. 6. We’ve been hearing rumors about the rivalry for months and months. Meghan Markle hates Kate Middleton! Prince Harry hates Prince William! Prince William is having an affair with Rose Hanbury ! Okay, that last one isn’t relevant to the story down below… it just seems constantly relevant to anything Royal Family related these days. Overall, there has seemingly been tension for nearly a year between Markle, Harry, Kate and William, often referred to as The Core Royal Four, at least around our offices here at The Hollywood Gossip. Markle and Harry have even moved out of London, presumably to get far away from their annoying foes. And chatter has it that they may move even farther away at some point down the line. Like, all the way to Africa . Has this feud been blown out of proportion? Perhaps. But fans are now causing quite a viral uproar because Markle and Harry just unfollowed Kate and William on Instagram. Holy crap, right?!? Actually, no. Wrong. Back in April, Markle and Harry joined this social media platform via their very own “SussexRoyal” account. At the time, the future mom and dad followed the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as well as other family members, including Princess Eugenie. However, this page suddenly only follows 16 other Instagram users, causing many global citizens to wonder what the heck is going on. It must be a sign of a major issue between the aforementioned Royal Quartet, doesn’t it? Again: No. It’s a sign of something admirable and impressive. Explains Meghan and Harry of why their Instagram account looks different today than it did yesterday: “May is Mental Health Awareness Month in the US and May 13-19 is Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK. “To pay tribute to all of the incredible work people across the globe are doing in this space, we are hoping to shine a light on several Instagram accounts that promote mental well-being, mental fitness, body positivity, self-care, and the importance of human connection – to not just hear each other, but to listen.” Oh. So the 16 accounts they’re following right now are in some way related to mental health? That’s pretty awesome. “We are all in this together,” the couple assured. “We invite you to explore the extraordinary stories of strength, and the commitment to kindness as seen in the above accounts.” This actually could be an issue that brings Markle and Middleton together, helping them bury whatever hatchet has been sitting between them. Kate, as you may very well know, has long been an advocate of mental health assistance , giving many speeches on the topic. As for Markle and Harry, it sounds as if they plan to use their social media for the greater good on a constant basis. This may mean a small number of Royal Baby photos once their little girl or boy is born — but a large number of organizations helped around the world. “Each month we will honor this same concept and change the accounts we solely follow based on a different theme or cause,” they added today in a statement. “Please go to our homepage and click ‘following’ to see each of the select accounts and find out more about their work.” The SussexRoyal account has over 5.4 million followers. It really is very cool that Meghan and Harry plan to use the account in this manner, don’t you agree? One might say it sets a great example for their baby-to-be, as here’s a look at their latest Instagram post: Markle is due to give birth any day now. She is officially on maternity leave and not making any public appearances. While pretty much everyone with a pulse is wondering what the couple will name its child , we’re just hoping that Markle has a safe delivery and a healthy baby. Reports that Derick Dillard was banned from the family compound sounded like wild speculation from overly zealous fans … at first. But now, Jim Bob and Michelle have taken snubbing to a whole new level. Before, Duggars have crossed state lines to help a daughter move. But they didn’t help Jill and Derick with their move that was much closer to home. “We’re moved in!” Jill announced happily on her Instagram. Jill and Derick and their sons, Israel and Samuel, have clearly moved into one of those newer suburban neighborhoods. (We’re all for the suburbs, but there’s something soul-crushing and exposed about the brand new neighborhoods that don’t even have real trees yet) But when Jill shared photos, fans couldn’t help but wonder at something missing. Oh, the furniture was all there. But where was Jill’s family? “Wanna thank our friends [Gunner] and Brandon at NWA Move Crew for helping us out!” Jill wrote. All of that furniture was toted by the moving guys. Jill has what can only be described as a small army of brothers, and none of them showed up to help her out? Her fans and followers were instantly suspicious. Did Jim Bob and Michelle keep anyone from pitching in as a passive aggressive way of disapproving of the move? Was there some huge family conflict that, like the sex crimes perpetrated by Jill’s older brother, the family kept quiet? Understand that we’re not the ones asking these questions — it’s Jill’s own fans who wanted to know why their move to Lowell, AK was a solo op. “Sounds like there may be a fallout,” speculated one commenter. “Why are none of your 18 siblings helping you move?” asked a fan. “I had the same thought,” added another follower. “I mean, they helped Jinger [Duggar] move all the way to Texas,” the comment continues. “Surely they can help with a move in the same state.” “Why didn’t your family help you?” another fan asked. “They seem pretty practiced in the moving and decorating phase.” “Only asking,” that commenter quickly added. “Because I think in a move you need all the help you can get. I do.” Same here. “I’m just curious but, why didn’t your brothers help?” queried another. “Are your sisters going to help decorate?” Speaking as someone who has pitched in to help total strangers move unwieldy items, all of these sound like fair questions. However, sometimes you have to look at every piece of the puzzle before the whole picture can form. One enterprising commenter pointed out that there’s a less dramatic explanation for why Jill’s entire family ghosted her for her big move. “Most of the family is at a conference in Big Sandy, [Texas],” a commenter pointed out. It’s hard to help somebody move into their Arkansas home from Texas. “Michelle [Duggar] has been posting updates for a few days now,” the follower noted. “Just because the family may not have helped with the move,” the fan reasoned. “That doesn’t mean there is a falling out.” That’s fair enough.
