Lena Dunham Hospitalized, Will Undergo Surgery

Girls star and creator Lena Dunham was taken to the hospital today and will undergo surgery. She was hospitalized after an ovarian cyst ruptured, her rep told  People . “Lena Dunham has been very public with her personal bouts with endometriosis,” said Dunham’s spokesperson Cindi Berger. “This morning, she suffered from an ovarian cyst rupture and has been taken to the hospital.” “Lena will be undergoing surgery at an undisclosed hospital. We thank you for you understanding and hope that Lena’s privacy will be respected.” Dunham just discussed her condition last month in an Instagram post, saying she was going through a “rough patch.” Her deteriorating health problems came at an unfortunate time, as she and HBO were getting ready to promote season 6 of Girls , which premiered February 21. “Hey Beloved Pals,” she wrote. “I just wanted to let you know that, while I am so excited for Girls to return on Feb 21, I won’t be out and about doing press for the new season.” “As many of you know I have endometriosis, a chronic condition that affects approximately 1 in 10 women’s reproductive health. “I am currently going through a rough patch with the illness and my body (along with my amazing doctors) let me know, in no uncertain terms, that it’s time to rest. That’s a hard thing to do, but I’m trying, because all I want is to make season 6 of Girls the best one yet. “I’m lucky enough to have support and backup from Jenni, Judd and the whole Girls gang. So many women with this disease literally don’t have the option of time off and I won’t take it for granted. Wishing you all health & happiness, in whatever form suits you. Farrah Abraham on Uber Attack: I Have VIDEO to Prove My Story!!

Yesterday, we reported that Farrah Abraham had accused an Uber driver of trying to rape her in January 2015, an announcement she made during her podcast this week. However, her allegations were questioned when Uber representatives said Farrah had not reported the attack, and that they had banned the  Teen Mom OG star after the driver reported that her friend spilled an alcoholic beverage in the car. The local police department had no record of a report, although Farrah said the cops had come to the scene.  But now, Farrah claims to have photos and video of the incident, according to Radar Online. “I had my security & [boyfriend] Simon to witness the odd criminal behavior, as well [as the guy] was threatening to sue me for not giving him money for a ride I never took,” she told the site. “I have a video and pictures,” she continued. “The video shows cops took care of him as he chased me in front of cops.” Farrah also blames Uber for the attack and believes the company is just as accountable as the driver. “As far as I was concerned, Uber is just as much a part of this criminal and his actions as this driver was and I was not open to talking to Uber,” she insisted. “I no longer take rides from Uber.” Farrah did not say whether she would be releasing the photos or video to the public or how she plans to proceed. However, she has been retweeting numerous articles covering her allegations, so it appears as though she plans to address it somehow. Last week, Farrah  broke down on camera while talking to Dr. Drew about how her parents abused her as a child. We will be sure to report more as the story develops.

Farrah Abraham: "An Uber Driver Almost Raped Me!"

Farrah Abraham has made a shocking revelation: an Uber driver tried to rape her. The allegations came during an episode of her new podcast “Farrah and Friends” during a conversation with YouTube personality Shane Dawson. The announcement seemed unplanned, as she mentioned it only as Dawson started to bring up an unrelated story about the car service. “An Uber driver almost raped me, so I don’t know about Uber,” interrupted Farrah. “I’m banned from Uber.” Farrah’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Simon Saran apparently came to her rescue during the 2 a.m. altercation, which took place in Long Island in January 2015. “My non-boyfriend threw him in the window and almost broke his car window,” she said, describing the incident. “The cops were called and I threw the cell phone and I was like ‘I don’t have a cell phone, I don’t have a cell phone! And I was like ‘I’ve had enough of this.’ “The Persian dude ran after me. The cops were like, ‘You’re harassing her’ and I was like, ‘See I told you!’ and then I went to bed.” The story sounds horrific and scary, albeit disjointed. It seems as though there are some missing pieces that were untold.  Oddly, Dawson was laughing during the whole retelling of the account. Page Six reports that Uber officials are telling a different story , saying “their investigation showed that Abraham and Saran were the assessors in the incident.” The company said the driver complained to them and as a result, Farrah was banned from using the service. Uber also said Farrah did not report the attack to them. “We have no record of Ms. Abraham ever reporting any incident like this,” said an Uber spokesman. “Her rider account was banned because an Uber driver-partner reported that a friend traveling with Ms. Abraham dumped their alcoholic drink on the front seat of the partner’s car.” Nassau County Police claim to have no record of a report on the incident. Farrah’s accusations come on the heels of the Teen Mom OG reunion, during which she broke down while discussing  her childhood abuse . She had previously claimed her parents assaulted her when she was young . We hope Farrah comes forward and elaborates on these new allegations. Sexual assault is a serious issue and should be addressed appropriately.

OMG so awkward. This was a topic even Dr. Drew didn't want to touch (wrong choice of words) during part one of Teen Mom OG reunion. “I'm gonna ask a tough question, dad-to-dad.  The elephant in the room is some of the exploitation that she's been through ,” Dr. Drew said, pointing to Farrah Abraham. “I feel for you,” Dr. Drew told Michael Abraham.  “I can imagine how conflicted you must have been about that.  I don't even know how to talk about it, frankly.” Abraham nodded silently, then revealed that “when that video was announced, it was portrayed that I negotiated her deal.” “So it's as though you served her up,” Dr. Drew added. Abraham agreed and continued. “When you get involved with the wrong management company – I'll just say – they ask you, they tell you to do certain things. In retrospect, I would have never gone and done that.” Dr. Drew saw a red flag. “You trusted some people who weren't worthy of your trust at the time,” he said to Michael. “Right” “Is that a pattern for you, in your life?” he asked “No,” Michael said. “It is for Farrah,” Dr. Drew pointed out “It has been, but I've seen Farrah breaking out of it,” Michael explained. “I see it too,” Dr. Drew said, “but I'm wondering how you got sucked into it.” EEEK. “That particular thing was because I wanted to be by her side, because six days before there was a release that my daughter had an adult video,” Michael admitted. “How did you get through all that,” Dr. Drew asked, as Abraham started to choke up. “A lot of hope.  A lot of prayer,” Michael answered, holding back tears. In another sneak peak, Farrah admitted to Dr. Drew that she suffered a “horrific” childhood incident, which was not specified in the clip.   The MTV star, who battled with her producer this past season, got emotional as she and Dr. Drew spoke more about her past. “It's so sad,” she told Dr. Drew when he noticed her welling up. Part of of Teen Mom OG reunion airs tonight at 10/9 c on MTV.

Jill and Jessa Counting On: Which Duggars Will Be Featured?

As we reported yesterday, Jill and Jessa Duggar are returning to TLC next month, for a full-series version of the 3-part special they starred in back in December. Jill and Jessa: Counting On Promo Like the special, the series is entitled Jill and Jessa: Counting On , but producers say just about every Duggar sibling will be featured on the series (with some obvious exceptions). Early reports indicating that the show would heavily focus on Jana Duggar’s love life have turned out to be untrue, but the oldest Duggar girl reportedly will be heavily featured on the new show. She and sisters Jinger and Joy-Anna have been spotted filming scenes around Tontitown, Arkansas, a fact that many in the Duggars’ tiny hometown are less than thrilled about. But as the title indicates, Jill, Jessa, and their lives as new moms will continue to be the central focus of the series. Naturally, the elephant in the room in the weeks leading up to series premiere is whether or not the disgraced eldest Duggar will appear in the series. Sourcres say currently, Josh is hiding out in rehab until filming is completed so that his siblings will have an easy answer for why he’s not on the show. Farrah Abraham RAILS on Teen Mom Producer, Calls Him "White Trash"

If any show makes a great case for why teenagers should not have babies (and then made famous because of it), it's Teen Mom . Case in point: Farrah Abraham. Yeah, I know we could stop right there and you guys would be like, YUP, but Miss Farrah is throwing yet another spoiled-brat-diva tantrum in a clip promoting the season finale of Teen Mom OG . In the clip, we see production staff arriving at Farrah's house, only to be told by the star that they should not be there. Which is kind of funny because Farrah is completely camera ready in full makeup and heels. Farrah tells the show's co-executive producer Larry Musnik that filming shouldn't be taking place because of a “void” in their agreement that resulted when the show wouldn't let her “seek other forms of income.” Musnik explains that Farrah would be in breach of contract if she doesn't let them film, but Farrah is not dissuaded and tells him to call her lawyer. “I did everything on my end, sweetheart, so you can just take your little ass and get on a phone call and do your job,” she tells him. Evidently, Farrah is set to appear on another reality show that will focus on the relationship between her and her mother Debra. However, since Teen Mom OG  covers a similar plot line , Farrah participating in the new show would be a conflict.  But when Musnik tries to explain this to Farrah, she goes off: “You know what's so f**king laughable right now? Larry, I'm laughing. I would love to not laugh in your face! Why are you so white trash?” And right now WE'RE laughing in Farrah's face. Has she ever heard the story about the pot and the kettle? Either all the Teen Moms have gotten way to big for their britches or the show is really pursuing storylines centering around the moms treating the producers like crap. In a separate clip, we see Amber Portwood yell at a director for asking about a text she sent to her ex Gary Shirley. Welp, that's “reality” TV for you.

"Momager" Farrah Abraham Parades Sophia Around Fashion Week

At the tender age of six, Sophia Abraham has gotten her first taste of fame. “This is Sophia’s first Fashion Week ,” Farrah Abraham told Us Weekly at Bound by the Crown's fashion show on February 13. Sophia was unable to walk in the show because her flight from Texas got in late that morning (the worst, amiright?), but she did get to sit front-row in an outfit designed by Game of Crowns star, Susanna Paliotta. It'll take a solid two hours to remove all that makeup from Sophia's face, PS. 1. “Smile For The Camera” ‘Mom, I want to do this more and I want to do more modeling,'” Sophia told her mom. 2. Glinda? Rudy Giuliani Bashes Beyonce The Former New York City Mayor and Republican candidate for President appeared on Fox & Friends yesterday and explained what issues he took with Beyonce’s Super Bowl 50 halftime show, which was widely praised by most viewers. “I thought it was really outrageous that she used it as a platform to attack police officers, the people who protect her and protect us and keep us alive,” Giuliani said on Monday. The superstar debuted the new single Formation over the weekend, releasing its music video on Saturday, which contains references to Hurricane Katrina and the Black Lives Matter movement. Her routine at the Super Bowl in Santa Clara included a squad of backup dancers who were dressed in what most interpreted as a nod to the Black Panthers. With multiple acts of violence committed by police officers against African-Americans of late, however, many people would like to know: OK, WHAT are we doing to work on that? Giuliani wondered overall why we even have halftime acts (“This is football, not Hollywood,” he said), but added that if the NFL insists on doing so down the line that the league ought to choose more “wholesome” acts. “Just figure out who you’re putting on,” he said, concluding of Beyonce: “This is a political position, she’s probably going to take advantage of it. Teen Mom O.G. Recap: I Am Gonna Beat Ryan’s Ass!

Monday night on Teen Mom: OG, Farrah Abraham returned from her “business” trip and shared a life changing decision with her parents. Meanwhile, Maci Bookout and Ryan Edwards tried to celebrate Halloween as a family, while Catelynn and Tyler embarked on a honeymoon! Watch Teen Mom Season 12 Episode 7 Online We begin with the life and times of Sophia Abraham, 7. “My baby decided she was gonna wear a little bit of makeup to school one day,” Sophia’s grandma, Debra Danielsen, told Farrah Abraham. “So then she came home and told me, ‘Grandma, there was a little situation at school on the makeup and people saying some things.'” Naturally, Debbo called the principal to drop some KNOWLEDGE and explain that they are simply “in a different situation in our lives.” In short, “this is the way we roll.” Can’t make this up. Lovebirds Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra meanwhile, went on their honeymoon in Hawaii, where you would think anxiety would be a non-factor. Not for Cate. She is battling this harder than ever. “I was the happiest child, kid, teenager for years. And out of nowhere, it just like smacked me in my face,” Lowell confessed to the cameras. “It’s like, why on earth do I have to get this? It’s annoying.” Fortunately, Cate was able to have a good time in Hawaii, while back in Indiana, there was plenty of anxiety of a different sort to cope with. “It’s been horrible,” Amber told producers of reports that Matt Baier has seven kids , as revealed by Gary Shirley on last week’s episode. “All seven of the kids aren’t his,” Amber says of that rumor, “but I think a couple might be because of the way that he was in his past.” So instead of seven … two? Four? Five? Who’s to say! Amber said that everyone makes mistakes and she’s ready to forgive her man, though she does worry about some of the fallout here: “[We’ll] figure it out, but I don’t want him to look crazy on TV.” Pretty sure we are long, long past that point Ambs. Matt’s take on this, in his own words? That was then, this is now, and Gary sucks: “The difference between me and Gary is very simple.” “Things that happened in my life happened 25 years ago, and they were all drug-induced,” he said. “He’s just a bad person, currently.” Ouch. To everyone’s credit, they got along fine at Leah’s birthday party, with Matt openly praising Gary … or at least his kitchen renovation. Modern families and co-parenting were also the theme down in Tennessee, where Ryan Edwards once again came up short. Woefully. “I’m gonna beat Ryan’s ass,” Maci Bookout said after he bailed on trick or treating at the start of Teen Mom Season 12 Episode 7 . “Can I say that on TV? Where in the hell is he?” Maci ended up complaining more to boyfriend Taylor McKinney, but Ryan (obviously) didn’t seem to think he’d done anything wrong. “I had to get ready,” he said, clearly pleased with his full skeleton costume. “I got shafted again. Was Maci and them in a hurry to leave?” “Do you like my costume? Anybody? Why didn’t you wait on me, Bentley? You didn’t wanna wait on me to go trick or treatin’?” Words fail us here, as they often do with Edwards. We’re guessing Maci had plenty more off camera.
