Farrah Abraham … Do we honestly even need to do an introduction at this point? Farrah did something awful and inappropriate that will likely warp her poor daughter's mind forever. It's hardly the first time. Yes, it involves nude photos. Yes, for real. Let's just get right into the madness, all right? 1. OK … Before we get started, let’s just take a few deep breaths. Let’s center ourselves, get into a calm headspace, and really prepare ourselves for the horror that is another story about Farrah Abraham’s parenting. 2. We Good? Let’s go. 3. Real Talk If we’re being perfectly honest, and you know we are, Farrah has never been a great parent. 4. Fair Enough In the beginning, it may have been a little understandable. After all, she was still legally a child herself when she gave birth to Sophia, and the girl’s father passed away before she was even born. 5. However … But as time went on, she really became just an absolute train wreck. 6. Poor Kid When Sophia was a baby, Farrah would often leave her in places and situations where she could — and sometimes did — get hurt. On the edge of a tall bad, at the top of a staircase, in a sink during bathtime … she left her unsupervised in all those spots. View Slideshow
Things have been kind of weird for Teen Mom lately, huh? And by “kind of weird,” we mean 100% bananas. During the last season, a whole, whole lot of changes were made to our beloved Teen Mom OG. Since Farrah Abraham was out, they replaced her with Cheyenne Floyd , a girl from other MTV reality shows who had never been a teen mother. She had her first and only child at 24, so … that was a choice. Then, just for fun, they threw in Bristol Palin as a fifth cast member. Ryan Edwards was cut from the show , and since he was part of Maci’s story, they didn’t need to hire someone else to take his place. But he and Mackenzie Standifer did provide a huge amount of drama, so his absence was definitely noticeable. In addition to all of this, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra went from being some of the most beloved cast members to some of the most despised. And oh, what a ride that was. As we all know so well by now, Catelynn had a miscarriage in late 2017, and she began having suicidal thoughts afterwards. She decided to check into a treatment center in Arizona for six weeks to deal with everything, and Tyler fully supported her. So did the vast majority of Teen Mom viewers. But then, just a couple of weeks after coming home, she decided to go back for another six weeks. She didn’t want to consider doing therapy while staying at home, or even checking in for some inpatient treatment in their home state of Michigan. Tyler told her that he was struggling holding everything down without her, and it was clear that their daughter, Nova, was also struggling with her mom being gone for so long. She left for Arizona again anyway. That’s really when the tides began to turn. Later, we saw Tyler tell his mother that Cate had told him that she’d been skipping therapy sessions to sleep in after staying up late to watch movies, which was odd, considering how hard she’d insisted she needed the therapy. He admitted that he was losing empathy for her, and pretty much everyone watching at home was like “Yeah, same.” When she got home from that stay in rehab, she didn’t seem too interested in helping Tyler deal with his issues — issues he’d been having from dealing with his addict sister, his addict father, the miscarriage, his own traumatic upbringing … It was bad. For a while, she refused to go to therapy with him, and he grew more and more exasperated with her. Then she got pregnant . The pregnancy didn’t fix their relationship, and they ended up going through a trial separation . Now they’re back together and gearing up to welcome their baby, a daughter they’ll name Tezlee who is due in March. But still, people are not happy with her. And they just got straight up vicious on her latest Instagram post. The post itself was pretty tame — just a Boomerang of her bath water. But in her caption, she wrote “I LOVE baths. #obsessed especially with this pregnancy I take like 2-3 baths a day.” Unfortunately, not many of her followers were impressed. “No one takes 3 baths a day while pregnant,” one person wrote. “I hope you at least take one and can clean up your filthy house. And please no more kids until you can get yourself together.” “Lol 2-3 baths,” someone else commented. “Must have a lot of times on your hands.” Another person had a similar thought, writing “Wow, how nice it must be to not have a job.” The idea of having enough time to take two or three baths a day wasn’t the only issue taken with Catelynn’s post. Several people told her that baths weren’t safe so late in pregnancy — some said the water temperature wasn’t good for the baby, others said it decreased the heart rate. Her water could break and she wouldn’t know it, the water could soften the amniotic sac … We’re sure at least some of those aren’t true, but then there’s the problem of waste. “Get a grip,” yet another outraged Teen Mom fan told her. “2-3 baths a day is so water intensive and awful for the environment, set a good example for your child.” And then, of course, there were the unnecessarily nasty comments, like the ones that read “Hopefully her new baby is taken from her” and “Yuck, does your fat ass even fit in the tub?!” Last night, she began deleting some of the negative comments, and she even responded to some, explaining that she had an awesome husband who cared for their daughter so she could take her baths. But she deleted that, too, and now she’s disabled the comments on the post altogether. View Slideshow: Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra: We’ll Go for Baby #4! Does she deserve this kind of hate?!

Remember what Farrah Abraham looked like during her television debut on 16 and Pregnant? Hint: she looked a whole lot different, and not just because it was filmed nearly a decade ago. Nope, Farrah has grown to be a big fan of plastic surgery and popping needles into her body for various reasons. But she's also gotten super, super skinny. Like, this video is a little shocking … 1. Oh, Farrah Farrah gets a lot of attention for the way she looks, right? 2. Wow That’s because she used to look like this … 3. Dang … And now she looks like this. 4. SUCH a Transformation She’s gotten a lot of work done over the years, including a nose job and a chin implant, which she later had removed. 5. Right, Right She’s also gotten three boob jobs. You know, like one does. 6. Classic There’s no telling how many times she’s gotten lip injections. View Slideshow
We’ve seen plenty of unusual/offensive/hilarious/ridiculous wedding invitations or requests over the years. Such as the list of outrageous demands made by this bridezilla to her attendees. But have you ever heard of a save-the-date that didn’t actually list any date to be saved? But DID warn potential wedding-goers about how expensive the trip would be and outlined all the reasons why they may not want to check yes ? Neither had we. Until now… An unidentified woman from Australia has gone viral after her two-page Save-the-Date was shared on Facebook. As you can see below, this announcement doesn’t actually tell loved ones when her wedding will take place. Or where it will take place, not specifically at least. Instead, it is comprised of a bizarre list of requirements titled “Things To Keep In Mind Before You Say Yes.” Let’s go over the passages that have been scrutinized and mocked the most by folks on the Internet, shall we? FIRST, the bride notes that she hasn’t yet picked a venue; she only knows that it will be held “in an Asian country,” possibly the Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam. SECOND, she writes “you will need at least two weeks off…one week is [too] short for how long the flights are.” She writes this despite also saying that the festivites themselves will only take “2-3 days.” THIRD, the bride feels a need to explain how money and vacations work, telling her friends and relatives: You will need approximately $4,000 to $5,000 or more if you desire; that includes hotels, food, drink, daily adventures, scooter rentals. Just good to have safe buffer money. You will not spend all of this…all depends on what kind of holiday you want. FOURTH, the woman makes a point to tell the invitees they should “think this all over” before RSVPing, but that they will “really love it over there.” Of course, it’s not clear where there actually is, considering, once again, there aren’t any actual details included on the Save-the-Date. This, along with the weird details that are included, prompted Facebook users to react in horror, shock and disgust over the viral message. “I think this is an invitation to be murdered,” one person quipped. “These people really do not want anyone at their wedding,” another person commented. “She might not even need a venue after those ‘save the dates’, as it might just be her and the hubby,” another agreed. “Has anyone started counting the grammar/spelling mistakes?” one individual wondered. We’re sure the bride would just say she wanted to make sure everyone understood what he or she was getting into. She would likely argue that she was trying not to pressure anyone into coming on such an endeavor; that she wrote all this for their sake. But it still comes across as really strange, condescending and aggressive. “We hope to give you at least 9 months in advance, so if you want to attend, start saving your pennies now!” she added. “Once we receive everyone’s save-the-dates back and know how many people are willing to make the long journey to attend, we will begin finding a venue and send out the invitations.” As one generous reader pointed out, this wasn’t an awful idea in theory. The questions should have been asked far less formally, however, long before any Save-the-Date was actually sent out. Because in execution? Holy terribleness, right? Did you watch the first season of Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant ? If not, you’re certainly not alone. Like Bristol Palin, Young & Pregnant didn’t turn out to be the ratings juggernaut the Teen Mom franchise is so desperately seeking these days. Despite the fact that the show failed to take off in the same way as its predecessors, it apparently attracted a large enough audience to warrant a second chance. The Ashley’s Reality Roundup is reporting today that Young & Pregnant has officially been renewed for a second season. “The people behind the scenes of the show got notice in late November that MTV was giving [ Young & Pregnant ] another season,” a source tells The Ashley. “They were supposed to start filming in January, but they started early. Most of the girls have been filming for Season 2 since mid-December.” There were rumors of Young and Pregnant being renewed over the summer, but apparently, MTV didn’t reach the decision to order more episodes until November. Now, for contractual reasons, Season 2 isn’t really Season 2, but Season 1B. It’s a clever workaround that MTV and Viacom use to avoid having to renegotiate contracts every year. But despite the fact that they didn’t get a chance to hold out for more money, all of the moms will be returning for Teen Mom Young & Pregnant Season 1B. (You know a franchise has been around for a long time when it starts delivering mouthful titles like that one.) Ashley Jones, Lexi Tatman, Brianna Jaramillo, Jade Cline and Kayla Sessler are all currently filming. If there was a standout in season 1A, it was likely Jones, whose feud with Farrah Abraham made her a fan favorite on Instagram. (Of course, that only happened after Jones befriended Farrah, which made her quite unpopular for a time.) Rumors that Young & Pregnant had been canceled began to circulate back in November. These were the result not only of ratings that started out low and declined throughout the season, but also of a cryptic Instagram post from Jones that seemed to indicate the show had come to an end. “Well ladies, here goes my heartfelt post about what an honor its been to be apart of a TV show with you girls,” Ashley wrote. “So grateful that our cast is full of love and understanding, and when times get hard we all reach out…It’s been a long emotional journey. But that’s a wrap. Wouldn’t have done it any other way.” So either she was mistaken or MTV execs had a change of heart. Either way, get ready for more Young & Pregnant (if you’re among the very few who watched the first season, that is). Another day, another D-list Farrah Abraham feud. This time, Farrah is once again going at it with a former friend. Just a few short weeks ago, Ms. Abraham and Teen Mom Young and Pregnant star Ashley Jones appeared to be thick as thieves. Those days are long gone, however, and the former besties are currently exchanging some brutal (and highly amusing) insults on social media. Take a look: 1. Inter-Generational Beef Farrah is a former OG Teen Mom, and Ashley is a new addition to the franchise, but the moms have bonded over their shared contempt for one another. 2. The Beginning It all started when Ashley and Farrah hung out at a party in LA on December 16. 3. A Promising Start Interestingly, the ladies hit it off at first, and Ashley posted video of the two of them dancing together on her Instagram page. 4. The Backlash Not surprisingly, Ashley took a fair bit of criticism from her followers, as Farrah isn’t exactly a beloved figure among Teen Mom OG fans. 5. The Clapback “Everyone’s mad that I ran into Farrah at a party as if I was supposed to ‘check’ her or be rude to her,” Ashley tweeted in response.. “She’s done nothing to me this isn’t high school.” 6. The Farrah Defender “You guys can dislike her all you want, but I’m grown enough to develop my own opinion about a person,” Jones added. View Slideshow
Though there have been times when Derick Dillard says something decent , he is once again coming under fire for a tweet of his. Fans are absolutely outraged after he shared what appeared to be heartfelt story about the steps he took to lose weight when he needed to. Take a look and you’ll understand his followers and their ire. “The Key to Keeping Your 2019 Resolutions,” Derick Dillard tweeted on the same Twitter account he used to derail his reality career. The eye-catching tweet, which proved controversial for reasons that we will explain, links to a blog post. “Some of you may not know this, but 7 years ago I weighed nearly 400 pounds,” Derick’s stunning post begins. “The day was New Years Eve, 2011,” Derick writes. “And I knew I needed to discipline myself to lose 250 pounds and lose it fast!” That is quite a goal for a person to have. “I didn’t know how I was going to do it,” Derick’s surprising post says. “Nor how I would stay focused.” “But,” he writes. “I was determined that it was going to happen, and nothing could stop me.” “I even surprised myself when I saw that nearly 100 pounds had just melted away in the first month!” he claims. That would be multiple pounds of weight loss per day, alarming on multiple levels. “I ended-up ahead of schedule,” Derick says. “Dropping 251 pounds in just 3 months!” If you’re scratching your head at Derick’s unbelievable story, know that it isn’t believable for a reason. Like so much of what comes out of Derick’s mouth, it just isn’t true. “If this story sounds too good to be true, that’s because it is,” Derick announces, as if he is proud of himself. There’s a lot of talk this time of year about making resolutions,” he says. Derick continues: “Whether you intend to make a physical, financial, spiritual, or some other resolution, it’s important to have a game-plan for success.” He then outlines a generic self-help outline for reaching goals. Derick of course concludes: “nothing ultimately matters anyway unless it’s done for the one true God.” Fans who clicked through to his article and found that he had been duped were understandably outraged. “DO NOT CLICK ON THIS FOLKS,” advised one fan on Twitter. “it’s a fake ad to get you to visit their website, lies lies lies!” “They are scum and just want clicks for money for themselves,” cautions another. “Even if that means outright LYING” “Oh, I just read the whole thing,” an additional follower warns. “Shame on you for pretending to have a significant weight problem as clickbait for your blog.” “You used a lie to get money,” that same follower accuses. “I don’t think that’s very Christ-like.” The first day’s of a new year are an unnervingly predatory time on social media. Many people make resolutions to alter their diet, exercise habits, or simply to lose weight by any means necessary. Some celebrities exploit this by endorsing weight-loss products, like those that Jameela Jamil has been opposing . The products sold to often young, impressionable fans are often bad for them, and may simply give them diarrhea. In Derick’s case, he’s using a phony story to attract his personal fans to his personal blog. Is he exploiting his followers for ad revenue or just trying to make a buck like everybody else? What Derick essentially did was prank his fans. If there is ever an acceptable time for a prank (and there is not), it would be April Fool’s Day. Baiting fans with a bogus story of miraculous weight-loss is … well, ethically questionable at best, right? Still, this is far from the most reprehensible thing that Derick has ever tweeted. His transphobic attacks against Jazz Jennings, which ultimately led to his firing from Counting On , are still fresh in many people’s minds. Any grown man who would use his platform and his religion to cyberbully a teenage girl is capable of lying to get some extra clicks to his blog. We can understand why his followers felt betrayed. Johnny Bananas has taken major issue with something Bristol Palin recently said about Teen Mom OG. There’s a sentence we never expected to write. But the MTV veteran, who has appeared on The Real World and various versions of The Challenge, laid into the new cable network star late last month. While appearing on the Hollywood Pipeline podcast, Johnny was asked about Palin, specifically her claim that Teen Mom producers were responsible for “inaccuracies and false narratives” during her time on the show. For those who missed out on some pretty incredible episodes this past season, Bristol’s entire storyline was basically that her marriage was in ruins and she has great disdain for ex-husband Dakota Meyer. Despite the guy having lost most of his platoon in Afghanistan and openly suffering from PTSD. Because she reacted so harshly to such a serious condition faced by Meyer, Palin garnered a great deal of backlash during her run on the program. And she finally grew sick enough of it to go on an Instagram rant. “If I cared what people thought of me, I wouldn’t be here today – let’s be real. I’ve stood strong and held it down for my kids since day one,” Palin wrote on December 10. She said then complained about MTV trying to make her into Farrah Abraham by building so much contrived drama around her relationship. “No matter how bad @teenmom tries to portray my “life” ….. my babies, my family, my close friends – they know the TRUTH. I’m a pretty great mom, work my ass off, show up, and hustle everyday to give my kids a pretty great life,” she wrote.” Palin then (hilariously) concluded by wondering why Teen Mom focused on controversy over… religion? Scroll down to see what she wrote on this topic: @mtv doesn’t want to talk about faith, show work ethic, or juggling three kids alone, they don’t want to show the humble process of starting over after a divorce, building a career, or any real life issues. All they want with my little segment each week is some fake fill-in Farrah Abraham/Jerry Springer BS, and it’s simply not true. Don’t get me wrong – I’ve said some mean things and learned a lot the last several months – but the life I’ve built for my kids is NOT sitting around talking about baby daddy drama. Every week is a continued disappointment with their inaccuracies and false narratives. I hate getting all emo on you guys but I’ve kept quiet for too long about it. Don’t believe everything you see on TV. Bananas, meanwhile, thinks this entire line of reasoning is, well, bananas. “Shut up. Like honestly Bristol, would you just stop whining?” he said on the aforementioned post cast, continuing as follows; “You’re on an MTV show about kids that made bad decisions early on in life and are in dysfunctional relationships. There’s no way to edit that in a positive way, there just isn’t.” That sums it up well, doesn’t it? “Have you ever watched ‘Teen Mom’ before?” Johnny asked of Bristol. “There’s not a whole lot of feel good stories coming out of there. If you wanted a feel good story, you should have went on Oxygen or OWN. Bristol, of course, did previously have her own series titled Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp. But no one tuned in because it was boring and lame. So Palin accepted $250,000 to appear on this season of Teen Mom OG and is now complaining about it. And Bananas isn’t having it. “Her life’s been a reality television show,” he said. “We got enough of this, hearing your mom whining about the press and the publicity that she got and how it wasn’t accurate. Forge a different path … you knew what you were doing.” In conclusion, per Bananas: “You can’t get yourself involved in a show like this, put yourself out there and then get upset when you’re not being edited or portrayed the way you want to be. “That’s what reality television is. Reality television is the biggest misnomer ever because there’s nothing real about it. “They are going to take the topics, the situations that create the most drama, the most friction, that are going to draw the most eye balls there, and they are going to air that.” View Slideshow: Bristol Palin: I’ve Totally Failed as a Mother
Long before she became the infamous Backdoor Teen Mom , Farrah Abraham was simply a midwestern teenager coping with some very challenging circumstances. It's hard to imagine now, but there was a time when Farrah was the most sympathetic star on 16 and Pregnant , having lost her boyfriend, Derek Underwood, in a car wreck while she was pregnant with his child. The years since have brought tremendous change to Farrah's life, but she still took time to remember Derek on the 10th anniversary of his death last week. Of course, Farrah being Farrah, she did so in a wildly insensitive fashion that outraged her social media followers. Take a look: 1. Cemetery Party! Farrah kicked things off with an oddly festive gathering at Derek’s grave. 2. Farrah’s Gonna Farrah We suppose every family mourns in its own way, but the bright colors and number 10 balloons to mark Derek’s decade in the grave seem like a bit much. 3. A Grave Occasion Video from the gathering indicates that the whole thing seemed to have sort of an uncomfortable vibe. 4. As Expected Farrah caught a fair bit of flak for trotting out her daughter to exploit the tragic death of a teenager. 5. It Gets Worse But it wasn’t the grave party that earned Farrah the harshest criticism. 6. Yikes No, that honor belongs to a photo of Derek’s mangled car after the fatal accident that Abraham decided to post to her Instagram story for some reason. View Slideshow
