The Hills Cast Rocks Series Finale Party

The entire cast of The Hills, minus the vanquished Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, but including alumni Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port, commemorated the hit MTV series’ final episode Tuesday night with one last bash in Hollywood. So much has changed between The Hills finale and what began as a Laguna Beach spinoff 102 episodes ago. But it was great to see LC back, since she started it all. On hand were the likes of Kristin Cavallari , Brody Jenner and Audrina Patridge, along with bit players Justin-Bobby, Lo, Stephanie, that Stacie girl and many more. 5 Reasons Why the Final Season of The Hills Was a Total Bust

The final season of The Hills was more disappointing than the last season of The Wire , and MTV wasn’t even trying to force a goofy fake serial killer plot down our throats (though come to think of it, this final stroll with Kristin and Brody probably would have been more enjoyable if an imaginary murderer was terrorizing the Hollywood Hills). Instead, MTV assumed the role of the assassin by destroying what used to be a good franchise by making Kristin Cavallari the star and stripping the audience of its collective dignity, one incest joke at a time. On the eve of tonight’s series finale, here are the five reasons why the last season of The Hills was a complete letdown.

Will Lauren Conrad Make A Final ‘Hills’ Cameo? The Stars Weigh In

‘It would be nice to have her come back,’ Audrina Patridge says of a possible LC reunion. By Jocelyn Vena Lauren Conrad Photo: Jordan Strauss/ Getty Images The drama on the final season of “The Hills” is sure to be juicy, but it would be an extra-special treat for fans if original star Lauren Conrad stopped by one last time . While there are no confirmed plans for LC to hang with her crew again on the show, her pals admit that they’d be down with having her make one final appearance. “I feel like when Lauren was on, she was like the very good one who was always telling everyone what they did wrong or what they should have did, so with her coming back, it’ll be like our older sister coming back and giving us advice,” Audrina Patridge told MTV News. “It would be fun. It would be nice to have her come back.” Patridge said “there’s been talk of that,” but, obviously, nothing is final. “I am not sure if she is actually coming back to the show, but it would be nice towards the end,” she said. “The last episode, she comes back, and we all kind of rekindle and, you know, spend our last moment together before it’s all over.” Kristin Cavallari joined the show in season five, just as her frienemy LC was leaving, but she’d totally be down to share the screen with Conrad. “I think it would be amazing if she came back. I think it would be great, but there’s nothing set in stone,” she said. “I think that’s how we should end it: have Lauren and I in a scene together. That’s how we should end it. That would be amazing.” Would you like to see LC come back? Tell us in the comments! “The Hills: Final Season” airs at 10 p.m. ET/PT every Tuesday followed by “The City” at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on MTV. Kristin Cavallari Says ‘Hills’ Premiere Addresses ‘Intense Stuff’

‘I thought the first episode, as a viewer, was great,’ she says of tonight’s season-six premiere. By Jocelyn Vena Kristin Cavallari Photo: Christina Garibaldi/ MTV News While much of the talk about the season premiere of “The Hills” has focused on Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery , Kristin Cavallari said she’s facing her own personal drama in Tuesday’s (April 27) episode. Cavallari is confronted by her pals about rumors that she’s been doing drugs, something teased in the trailer for season six . “The first episode is Heidi going to see her mom for the first time, which is very emotional,” she said. “And then it’s Miami Super Bowl weekend and the girls accusing me of doing drugs.” Cavallari said she’s anxious to get the first episode out of the way, but she knows that this season is incredibly compelling and fans will be salivating for whatever twists and turns it takes. “Honestly, I think this season is going to be one of the better ones, just because we talk about some really serious stuff and intense stuff,” she said, adding that she understands why everyone will love episode one. “I thought the first episode, as a viewer, was great.” While Audrina Patridge and Kristin have set aside their personal dramas to become friends, Cavallari said that there’s still some drama in store. “This season, it’s going to be a lot of Brody and I sort of hanging out, trying to figure out if we should get back together or just what the deal is. And then there’s a little love triangle with us and Audrina for a little bit,” she teased. “Some girl drama. You know, the usual stuff.” What do you think will go down in the show’s season premiere? Tell us in the comments! “The Hills: Final Season” premieres tonight at 10 p.m. ET/PT followed by “The City” at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on MTV. Audrina Patridge Dishes On ‘Edgy’ Final Season Of ‘The Hills’

‘It’s intense, emotional, sexy and fun,’ Patridge says of tonight’s season-six premiere. By Jocelyn Vena Audrina Patridge Photo: Christina Garibaldi/ MTV News Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt have already warned there will be “lots of drama” on the final season of “The Hills.” And now it looks like Audrina Patridge has a surprise or two up her sleeve for the show’s sixth season, set to premiere on Tuesday (April 27) at 10 p.m. ET. Most notably, she and former antagonist Kristin Cavallari are now friends. “This season is actually, I think, going to be one of the best seasons. Kristin and I — you’ll have to watch and see — but we are friends this season, and everything is just kind of changed, everything’s kind of resolving,” Patridge told MTV News. “And there’s new love interests on the show. New drama, new fights. You know, we go on vacation; we go to Miami and film there. So there’s a lot of great new footage I can’t wait to see.” Does an Audrina/Kristin friendship mean we’ve seen the last of her on-again, off-again relationship with Justin Bobby ? “You know, Justin’s not on the season too much,” she shared. “He is on it, and there are a few run-ins, and you’ll have to see what happens. But no, I’m not getting back with him.” Now that Justin’s out of the picture, Audrina has a chance to show off her new beau, singer/songwriter Ryan Cabrera. “[Ryan’s] my love interest this season, and he’s been filming with me on the show, and it’s been really fun, because he’s one of my best friends,” she said. ” I don’t know how we started dating, but it’s been so much fun.” On Tuesday in New York City, as fans prepared themselves for the season premiere of “The Hills,” Patridge gave her review of the season opener. “Actually, I just watched the first episode yesterday. There’s a lot going on,” she said. “It’s edgy. It’s intense, emotional, sexy and fun.” What are some of your favorite “Hills” moments? ‘Hills’ Final Season Has ‘Lots Of Drama,’ Lo And Stephanie Promise

‘Audrina and Lo set me up on so many dates,’ Stephanie Pratt tells MTV News of the new episodes, premiering Tuesday. By Jocelyn Vena Stephanie Pratt and Lo Bosworth Photo: MTV News As fans gear up for the Tuesday night premiere of the final season of “The Hills,” Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt promise that — while the past five seasons have given us amazing moments — the best is yet to come. “Lots of drama,” Bosworth told MTV News when asked what castmate Kristin Cavallari has brewing for season six. “Kristin’s our girl, though. We really are all friends. … We just have so much fun together. We love her no matter what she does. That’s just how it is.” While Kristin’s dating drama became a recurring season-five story line, Lo says her own love life could “potentially” wind up onscreen too. But Bosworth played coy: “I don’t really know.” Pratt was more forthcoming: “I’m dating someone on the show and I’m just so picky. It’s so bad. Audrina and Lo kind of set me up on so many dates, and half of them are good guys. … Audrina hooks me [up with], like, guys who … my God, I don’t even know where she finds them!” Last month, Bosworth and Pratt spoke to MTV News about “The Hills” farewell . To Bosworth, it still seemed strange. “We were, I think, anticipating it was going to come to an end, but it’s sort of surreal, ’cause this has been our lives,” she said. “And to have that change is sort of scary, but we’re all really excited.” Pratt thinks now is an ideal time to say goodbye, with the “Hills” stars having gotten older and wiser since the show’s debut four years ago. “I called Lo right after I heard [about the show ending] just to see if she knew,” Pratt said. “I pretty much figured it was the last season. We all have really grown up, and we really don’t go to nightclubs every night anymore. We’re just, like, more mature. I mean, we still fight with each other, but it’s the sixth season. I’ve never known a reality show to go as far as ‘The Hills.’ ” Are you sad to see “The Hills” end, or do you think it’s perfect timing? ‘Hills’ Most Buzzed-About Moment #8: Heidi Montag Crashes Lauren’s Party

Montag could have cost Conrad her internship when she showed up to the Teen Vogue party uninvited. By Jocelyn Vena Heidi Montag Photo: MTV MTV News is counting down the most buzzed-about “Hills” moments before the premiere of the show’s final season airs on Tuesday, and our #8 moment comes courtesy of the show’s very first episode. When Lauren Conrad began on the show, she was an intern at Teen Vogue just hoping to make a good first impression on her then-boss, Lisa Love. However, her party-girl roommate Heidi Montag just wanted to have a good time and nearly ruined Conrad’s first major assignment at the magazine. During LC’s big task — helping out at the Young Hollywood Party being thrown by Teen Vogue — Heidi showed up looking for a good time, unfortunately at her pal’s expense. Montag showed the world early on that she had a taste for causing trouble. When Heidi showed up unannounced at the event, she caused a scene and almost cost Lauren her internship. Without asking and without approval, she made her way to a section of the party intended only for VIP guests (which the unknown Heidi definitely wasn’t at the time) and even got into a heated argument with her then-boyfriend in front of everyone in attendance at the event. Heidi ended up reconciling with the guy and things went well with Lauren and Teen Vogue, but we can’t say the same for the pair’s friendship — the two famously parted ways, although it would be over Heidi’s future husband Spencer Pratt and not over a party mishap. ‘Hills’ Most Buzzed-About Moment #9: Justin Is Renamed ‘Justin Bobby’

After being introduced to Audrina’s on-and-off-again boyfriend, Lo bestows upon him the show’s most famous nickname. By Jocelyn Vena Justin Bobby Photo: Miranda Penn Turin/ MTV With a number of love interests appearing in the girls’ lives over the years, there were only a few who stuck around — most notable are Spencer Pratt and the infamous Justin Bobby. Justin provided a good amount of buzzed-about moments during his on-off-on-off roller-coaster relationship with Audrina Patridge. And with the final season of “The Hills” set for premiere on Tuesday (April 27), MTV News is counting down the most buzzed-about “Hills” moments , of which Justin Bobby has a few. He’s burped in public, stood Patridge up more times than her friends care to remind her and he’s also dated Kristin Cavallari, something Patridge was none too pleased about. But perhaps his most memorable moment was when he met Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth for the very first time. The biker came up to the apartment that Audrina shared with the girls and from there Bosworth had one of her most shining moments. After LC said, “His name’s Justin, but he likes wants to change it to Bobby,” Lo then took it upon herself to give him the most memorable nickname in the show’s history, whether or not Justin Bobby liked it. He later clarified, “Well, my friends call me Bobby — like, all my friends call me Bobby.” Much to Justin Bobby’s dismay the name stuck, and now fans of the show will never refer to him as anything else. “So you don’t want us to call you Justin Bobby?” Lo asked him during the episode. “I kind of like Justin Bobby!” What are some of your favorite “Hills” moments?
