Given the never-ending rumors about the state of their relationship , it’s difficult to understand what story JoJo and Jordan are selling to keep the dough coming in from their stint on the reality series. Both JoJo and Jordan hit up Instagram to share pictures of the vacation, and they looked like they were having an awesome time. The picture above looks like an ad campaign for some sort of his and her swimwear line. Right? It is pretty crazy how many people thought these two would be over within. It’s now been over a year since they first met and they seem happier than ever. Their wedding is still very much on the horizon, but could they still go the way of the flip phone? The thing about Bachelor Nation couples is that they can appear to be smiling for the cameras, but then you hear about their relationship ending a few days later. Hopefully, we’re wrong, and they will make it down the aisle. Hey, the franchise would probably look like the worst way of finding love if another couple bit the bullet. Ever since meeting on The Bachelorette Season 12 last year, it has been as clear as day there was something between Fletcher and Rodgers. But rumors can ruin a relationship. Will they be able to defy the odds and live together for a long and prosperous relationship? The producers are probably hoping so. After three months of drama, on and off screen, The Bachelorette season finale is upon us once again, and this one should be something. Will The Bachelorette spoilers be proven correct, or will an epic twist rock JoJo, Jordan, Robby and all of Bachelor Nation to the core? If we want to channel our inner Chris Harrison for a moment, this may indeed be the most anticipated, controversial finale of all time. JoJo Fletcher, the beautiful Dallas real estate developer, has spent 10 weeks whittling down 25 suitors to Jordan Rodgers and Robby Hayes. All the while, dispatching the likes of unstable Chad Johnson, affable Chase McNary, honorable Luke Pell and more. It’s been a wild ride. So would JoJo give the final rose to Rodgers, the smooth, shady brother of NFL star Aaron Rodgers, with whom he no longer communicates? Or would it go to Hayes, another jock who shares palpable chemistry with JoJo … and allegations of playing fast and loose with the truth. Yes, both gentlemen (term used loosely) met her family as Fletcher grappled with the most difficult and consequential decision of her life. Who does she see a brighter future with – and can she trust that person with her heart, especially given the doubts surrounding either? Rodgers’ history with his own family is suspect, as is his past with Brittany Farrar . Robby and Hope Higginbotham could be even worse. So which guy got the rose, if anyone? Did they get engaged – and perhaps most consequentially of all, are they still engaged right now? Man alive, the producers sure know how to cut a slick series finale, keeping us guessing until the bitter end how things might turn out. JoJo’s family seemed to favor Robby up until the end, and he sure looked like a man fully confident that his proposal would be accepted. Jordan, meanwhile, did NOT ask JoJo’s family if he could marry her, and seemed genuinely conflicted as to what he personally wanted. One would be forgiven for feeling like a Robby Hayes upset was night until the 11th hour – and Fletcher’s final rose ceremony – Monday. Not the case. After all that, things ended almost exactly as predicted. Two hours of intense drama later, The Bachelorette spoilers were proven correct. As usual. JoJo Fletcher picked Jordan Rodgers . She “wanted it to be” Robby, she told him in tears, but the heart wants what it wants. JoRo. He proposed, she said yes, and they all lived happily ever after … or did they? The $10 million-dollar question, however, remains this: Are JoJo and Jordan still together?! For weeks on end now, he says, “This has been coming too loud and too often to ignore. I trust these sources who have told me this.” “Put it this way, I’ve had way more people tell they aren’t together anymore than ones that said they are,” the Oracle of Spoilers adds. “Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, is saying that everything is great, they’re in love, and things are working out perfectly,” Steve reiterated. They could be putting on a good front, basically. Wait until the media circus dies down, preserve some element of the facade that the show helps people fall in love, then quietly part ways. We’re not saying that’s the case, but … if it were the case, we would not be the slightest bit surprised, and the reason for this is simple: At some point, JoJo had to learn the truth. About Jordan Rodgers, about Aaron Rodgers, about Brittany Farrar, about his other ex(es), his motives for going on the show … everything. We’re not even saying we know what “it” is, only that she had to learn it. And, by virtue of there being something, or things, to learn? Let’s just say we’re talking about obstacles that are obviously complex and highly emotionally charged at best, or deal-breakers at worst. If it’s not over already … give it a few weeks. Agree? JoJo Fletcher may be a better lady than I, for she reportedly did the ole “grin and bear it” during a group date which – according to Jezebel and Reality Steve – i ncluded the Green Bay Packers quarterback . Having abandoned the Bachelor/Bachelorette when Jillian and Ed got together, I’m not caught up on the specific meaning of a “group date.” I can, however, assume that it involves the star (in this case, Fletcher) and a bunch of dudes. Roethlisberger is married with two kids, so what the he*k is he doing on a group date? According to Reality Steve , probably adding to the flare of a “football obstacle course” at Heinz Stadium in Pittsburgh. And then a cryptic tweet from the show’s creator, Mike Fleiss. The Ohio native was accused of sexual assault not once, but twice. First, in 2008 and then again in 2010. Alphonse Fletcher, Jr., whose net worth is $150 Million, has filed a racism lawsuit regarding housing in New York City: A lawsuit filed this week offers a revealing look into the feuds and power plays behind the tony facades of some of New York’s fanciest addresses, in this case The Dakota apartment building. The Renaissance-style castle on Central Park is where John Lennon was shot and his wife, Yoko Ono, still lives with famous neighbors such as Lauren Bacall. Some 75 percent of New York City apartments are co-operatives, which are run by boards that represent the interests of the residents, set the rules of the building and vet potential buyers. The plaintiff in the lawsuit, Alphonse Fletcher — named as one of Forbes magazine’s wealthiest black Americans in 2009 — already lives in The Dakota. In case he claims the co-op board discriminated against him by refusing to allow him to buy the apartment next door for $5.7 million and combine it with his. The Dakota co-op board strongly denied Fletcher’s claims. “His outrageous accusations of discrimination are untrue and at odds with the facts that the board has previously approved his purchase of several apartments, he has been repeatedly elected to the board, and his mother currently serves on the board,” the board said in a statement. The lawsuit, made publicly available on Wednesday, asks for $15 million in damages and for a judge to make possible the sale of the adjacent apartment, which he says was promised to him by its previous occupant. The Dakota did not disclose its reasons for blocking Fletcher’s purchase and its actions show the sweeping unilateral power that such boards have. “Certainly nowhere is there a co-op culture like the one in Manhattan luxury buildings,” said Michael Gross, an author who has written about New York’s most famous co-op building, 740 Park Avenue. Fletcher’s 60-page lawsuit described a building rife with “internal power struggles” and “racially motivated hostility.” The suit said the board unfairly targeted another black resident, identified by local media as singer Roberta Flack, by forcing her to use the freight elevator when moving her pet dog but allowing white pet owners to use the main elevator. “Despite Fletcher’s great wealth, longstanding responsible behavior as a Dakota shareholder and his ownership of a highly profitable investment management firm, the defendants rejected Fletcher’s application,” the suit said. The co-op board, not a bank or good credit, determines whether to admit a new resident and lends each building a particular flavor. So, even for buyers with cash in hand, a bad reputation can kill prospects. “Co-ops at their best are clubs for the like-minded and threatening or pursuing lawsuits against your neighbor-partners is not a good way to position yourself as the likable sort,” Gross said.
