People Ain’t Isht: 12-Year-Old Florida Boy Popped For Shooting Homeless Man In The Head

This the kinda thing Bobby Shmurda got y’all dancing to? SMH Florida Boy Charged With Murder Of Homeless Man Via NYDailyNews A 12-year-old boy was collared for fatally shooting a homeless man in the head more than a month after the victim was found dead on a Florida street, police said. The boy — identified by WAWS-TV as Sharron Townsend — was collared Thursday for the murder of Thomas Trent, 54, after police identified the gunman in footage from a security camera near the June 28 shooting, Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Assistant Chief Chris Butler said. “It’s a horrific event,” Butler told reporters. “Horrific for the victim…but also you’re talking about a 12-year-old child.” Trent’s body was found lying outside an abandoned restaurant in the city’s west side. Investigators found a surveillance camera a short time later between a dental care office and a tattoo parlor that recorded two young men walking near the site where Trent was killed. A few minutes later, the footage shows the two suspects running “with their shorts on their heads” towards the back of a strip-mall where Trent was shot, according to an arrest report. Police managed to identify the other boy in the video as a 16-year-old who was being held in jail on an unrelated charge. Apparently the 16-year-old dropped dime on the young bol. The teen was not considered a suspect, but Butler did not elaborate. He said the younger boy was charged after he admitted to being in the surveillance clip. “The suspect gave admissions, and he identified himself in the video and being present and involved in the murder,” Butler said. Police were still trying to determine why Trent was shot. “Thomas had a heart of gold,” his sister, Dawn McNabb, told the local Fox affiliate. “Yeah, he was homeless. Yeah, he had a problem drinking, but that didn’t make a reason for him to be killed. That didn’t make a reason for him to be a target.” By no means should this kid be allowed to be tried as a minor. Lock his lil bad azz up with all the hard rocks on the 4 tier. Image via Shutterstock

Florida Crazies: Bitter Black Man Throws Chair At Mailman Because He Didn’t Have Any Mail For Him

Only in Florida … Florida Man Throws Chair At Mailman Because He Didn’t Have Any Mail For Him Police arrested an Ocala man Monday accused of throwing broken furniture at a postal carrier because he didn’t have any mail for him. Via Ocala reports: Aaron Bernard Smith, 27, faces charges of burglary, battery and criminal mischief, according to an Ocala Police Department report. The mailman told Officer Kyle Drawdy that Smith approached the driver’s side of his truck in the 1600 block of Northeast 17th Street. The postal carrier said he tried explaining to Smith that the reason he did not receive any mail was because there was none for him. The mailman said Smith got angry and struck him with an open fist at least three times on the right arm. Smith, he said, then walked away from the vehicle, picked up a broken chair or stool and threw it at the mail truck, which is a 1991 Grumman LLV. It struck a left rear panel of the truck. Drawdy found Smith, and he admitted to the incident, according to the report. A witness told the officer she saw Smith strike the mailman and throw the furniture at the truck. Court records show Smith has been taken for mental health evaluation under the Baker Act twice, once in May, and once in January 2013. You can’t be serious!

Florida Crazies: Man Tries To Get Out Of Traffic Ticket By Calling 911, Pretending Murder Is About To Happen

Welcome to Florida … A West Melbourne, Florida man allegedly made a false 911 call claiming that a murder was going to take place just to get out of a traffic ticket. Via Brevard Times reports: Several West Melbourne Police Officers responded to the area of Wingate Boulvevard and Hollywood Boulvevard to investigate reports that a murder was about to take place. The hysterical 911 caller stated there was a man with a gun and someone was going to get shot. The male caller pleaded for help, then disconnected the line as the 911 operator attempted to get more information. The 911 operator received a second call from the same male, again stating there was a man with a gun and there was going to be a murder. As the operator probed the caller for more information, he again disconnected the line. These June 24, 2014 calls to 911 generated a large police response to the area, however officers were unable to locate anything suspicious. A quick-thinking Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Dispatcher did a search for prior incidents associated with the telephone number the 911 calls came from to find the phone belonged to 52-year-old Julius Lupowitz. West Melbourne Police Officer Ted Salem was on a traffic stop on Wingate Boulvevard when the 911 calls were received. As he attempted to quickly end the stop to respond to the priority call, he overheard the dispatcher relay over the air that Lupowitz was the telephone owner. Police say that Lupowitz was in fact the violator that Officer Salem was currently with on the traffic stop. Police say that the investigation revealed that Lupowitz called 911 to report a murder in hopes that the officer who stopped him would respond to the priority call, rather than write him a citation. Lupowitz would have only received a $209.00 speeding fine, but now faces a 3rd degree Felony charge for Misuse of the 911 System. That charge could land him in jail for up to 5 years if convicted. He still received the citation as well. Florida law requires Officers to personally observe misdemeanor crimes taking place in order to make an immediate arrest, with some exceptions. Because Officer Salem was not aware Lupowitz made the calls, nor did he see him on the telephone, West Melbourne Police filed the charge with the State Attorney’s Office. After reviewing the case and determining that the police response cost taxpayers in excess of $100, prosecutors issued a warrant for Lupowitz’s arrest on July 16, 2014. The charge was upgraded to a felony based on the amount of resources expended. On July 23, 2014, West Melbourne Officers became aware of the active warrant and arrested Lupowitz without incident at his home. He was turned over to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office for incarceration. His bond was set at $2,000. SMH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WTF?! Husband Arrested For Beating His Wife On A Jet Ski After She Accused Him Of Serving Sloppy Top To Man

Take on guess which state these folks live in… Florida Man Arrested For Assaulting His Wife After She Accused Him Of Gay Affair Via TheSmokingGun While out jet skiing Sunday afternoon, a married couple got into an argument that turned violent because the woman saw her husband and another male “involved in a sex act together,” according to investigators. The confrontation between Michael Doster, 49, and his spouse of two years resulted in Doster’s arrest for domestic battery. He was released from a Florida jail today after posting $5000 bond on the misdemeanor count. As detailed in a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office report, Doster and his wife Pamela, 45, were on a Sea-Doo jet ski near the Passage Key sandbar at the mouth of Tampa Bay when they began quarreling. Pamela, a deputy noted, brought up the fact that she “saw the defendant and another unknown male involved in a sex act together.” While not specifying when or where this alleged sex act occurred, the cop noted that Pamela reported it involved “giving each other a blow job.” Doster, who was driving the Sea-Doo, allegedly yanked his wife off the jet ski several times, according to the report. “During the last time she was pulled off she hit her head against the side of the jet ski” and refused to get back on the watercraft. Instead, she repaired to the sandbar “and refused to answer his call outs.” When Doster could not locate his wife, he called 911. Pamela, naked except for a life jacket, was subsequently found on the sandbar and transported to safety by rescue workers. A deputy noted that she had a “bruise/bump” on her head, a bruise on her biceps, and a “large swollen area to her left hip area.” She was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Florida Crazies: Dummy Poses As Fake One-Time, Pulls Over Real One-Time And Gets Arrested

These people in Florida are GENIUSES. Man Poses As Cop, Pulls Over Real Cop In Florida A man in St. Augustine, Florida posing as a police officer pulled over a real police officer…on purpose. SMH! WUSA 9 reports : A 20-year-old is behind bars for allegedly activating illegal police lights on his car while behind an officer. Matthew Michael Lee McMahon, 20, was spotted by a detective in an unmarked with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office while Monday driving on International Golf Parkway at 8:35 p.m., according to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office. When the Det. Chance Anderson passed McMahon, McMahon allegedly activated a red and blue light bar on his 1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. “I pulled over to confront the individual. At which point, he pulled up next to me. Kind of gave me the ‘slow down’ look and pointed this finger at me,” Anderson told FCN. The detective pulled over on the shoulder of the road and McMahon drove away. The SJSO detective conducted a traffic stop on McMahon, who allegedly provided numerous spontaneous statements on the roadside as to why he was in possession of emergency lights. “I was shocked to, number one, see somebody affecting a traffic stop on me,” Detective Chance Anderson said. “We are a rather large department, but I still know a majority of our law enforcement officers.” Detectives continued the investigation and determined McMahon has never been a certified law enforcement officer. Anderson told FCN he has been on the force for 10 years and has never seen anything like this. The ironic thing? Detective Anderson’s work includes catching police impersonators. McMahon has also been charged with unlawfully displaying blue lights. He is currently being held in the St. Johns County Detention Facility on bonds totaling $5,500. This guy must have WANTED to get arrested.
