Woman Arrested After Posting Photo Of Herself Dangling Baby Over Balcony On Instagram Via Tampa Bay News 9 reports: A 25-year-old woman faces child neglect charges after posting a photo on social media that showed her dangling her baby over an apartment balcony, 12 feet off the ground. Friends of Aisha Jean Clark called Tampa police on Tuesday after spotting the photo on Instagram. Police said when they arrived at her apartment on Nuccio Parkway, they asked Clark if she knew why they were there. They said she laughed and went inside the apartment to get her iPad, pulled up her Instagram account, and showed them the picture. Police then arrested Clark and she allegedly told them, “I was mad and I was making a point. I can do what I want with my baby. Nobody can stop me.” In the criminal report, an officer concluded, “This single act would reasonably be expected to have resulted in serious physical injury or substantial risk of death to the infant.” Clark and her baby were wearing the same clothes as they were in the photo. When asked outside the jail if she dangled her child, she responded by saying, “If you all don’t get out of my face…You need to get out of my face.” When asked about being charged with child neglect of her own child, she said, “I don’t care, you get out of my face.” When asked why she would take the picture, she repeated the same answer. Finally, when asked if she had nothing to say, Clark said, “Boy, you’re lucky you’re on camera because I will snap on you.” She then walked back inside the jail. Via Daytona News-Journal reports : A Deltona man confronted by his grandmother for drinking her two bottles of wine bit her on the shoulder, investigating Volusia deputies said. Blake Hale, 19, also gave his 70-year-old grandpa a bloody nose, an arrest report shows. Deputies were called to the Albury Avenue home in Deltona at 7:49 p.m. Tuesday where 59-year-old Sue Wilson reported her grandson had bitten her, investigators said. Wilson said Hale was acting drunk when she came home and she noticed two bottles of her wine were empty, deputies said. The woman reported Hale became defensive, angry and started yelling obscenities at her. The verbal argument escalated into a physical confrontation and Hale started to bite Wilson on the shoulder as she walked out the front door, the report said. Wilson had a bite mark on her right shoulder, deputies said. When deputies made contact with Wilson’s 70-year-old husband, he reported Hale had punched him and given him a minor bloody nose. Deputies arrested Hale and charged him with battery on a person 65 years or older and battery, the arrest report states. WTF has gotten into these kids?

Florida Crazies: 17-Year-Old Girl Attacked And Robbed Outside ATM By Her Mother’s Friend Who Says Incident Was A “Joke”

People just don’t give a phuck. Woman Robs And Attacks Girl According to Mail Online A 17-year-old girl from Central Florida has been attacked after withdrawing money from a bank ATM, only to realize that her assailant was a friend’s mother. Blair McCarron, of Deltona, called Volusia County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday night to report the attempted robbery. According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, the teen was returning to her car after stopping by a Bank of America ATM when 45-year-old Tammy Perras grabbed her from behind and smashed her face into the steering wheel. As the attack continued, the teen recognized the suspected mugger was a classmate’s mom and called her out. Deputies say the attack stopped and the girl gave Perras $5 to get rid of her. Perras was picked up by police a short time later and booked into the Volusia County Jail on aggravated child abuse, burglary with assault and robbery charges. The incident took place outside the Bank of America on East Normandy Boulevard at around 11.30pm Saturday when McCarron, called police to report a robbery. On the 911 call released by police, the victim described the assault, saying: ‘She grabbed me by the back of my head and hits my head on the steering wheel, and she tries to, like, jump in the car with me.’ McCarron told police that as Perras struck her, she threatened to kill the girl and steal all her belongings. At that moment, however, the teen turned around. ‘I kicked her off me, and I realized it my friend’s mom,’ the 17-year-old told the 911 dispatcher. Perras stopped hitting the girl and left after McCarron handed her a $5 bill, deputies said. The 45-year-old mother then allegedly tried to convince McCarron not to press charges against her, insisting that the entire incident was a ‘joke.’ According to the 17-year-old, her classmate’s mother told her that her daughter was unemployed and she needed money to buy diapers for her grandchild, the station Local 6 reported. ‘I’m a mom and I’m working two jobs, seven days a week to support my kid and you’re not going to come try to take something that I am working for,’ said McCarron. Perras then took off from the scene, but was tracked down by deputies to a convenience store on Providence Boulevard, where she was taken into custody. Damn. When you have friends like that, who needs enemies. We know times are hard, but plenty off moms work two jobs and don’t go around robbing people. Registered Sex Offender Kills 8-Year-Old Girl There’s just so many things wrong with this story ….Like what kind of mom exposes her daughter to some random azz man from the Dollar Store??? According to NY Daily News: A registered sex offender recently released from jail was charged Saturday with murder in the death of an 8-year-old Florida girl abducted while shopping with her mother. Donald James Smith of Jacksonville was taken into custody after police cornered his white van on Interstate 95, said Mike Williams, director of investigations at the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Authorities had put out an Amber Alert with details of Smith’s van early Saturday, hours after receiving a 911 call from Charish Perriwinkle’s mother about the missing girl. Prior to the alleged abduction Friday night, Smith, 56, befriended Charish and her mother at a dollar store, and “offered to take them to Wal-Mart and buy her family some clothes,” Williams said. “They appeared to be down on their luck and he could help them out.” After spending a couple hours inside the Wal-Mart together, Smith offered to buy hamburgers and walked with Charish to the front of the store, Williams said. Instead of stopping to buy the snack, Smith walked Charish outside and the two of them got into his van, Williams said. The girl’s mother called 911 when she realized Charish and Smith were missing. An Amber Alert was issued, and a tip about a suspicious van spotted in the woods near a church led investigators to Charish’s body Saturday morning. Smith has been a registered sex offender since a 1993 conviction in Duval County for attempted kidnapping and selling obscene materials. He has been arrested several times since then, most recently in 2009 on a charge of child abuse after making obscene phone calls to a 10-year-old girl, making verbal threats, and impersonating a social worker with the Florida Department of Children and Families who claimed to be investigating the girl’s family. Man Charged For Smashing Girlfriend’s Baby To Death R.I.P. to little Jamir…. Via WJLA: A 26-year-old Suitland man killed a 2-year-old boy this past May after he climbed onto a piece of furniture, then “disrespected him” with a facial expression, prosecutors say. In charging documents released Thursday, officials say that Clifton Bernard grabbed 2-year-old Jamir Shipe and shoved him to the floor on May 22, then grabbed him by the face and forced his head through a wall. Prince George’s County Police say that Bernard admitted to killing Jamir, the son of the woman he was in a relationship with, in an interview shortly after the boy was discovered. At some point, authorities say that Bernard became enraged with Jamir after he climbed onto some furniture inside the home. At that point, he is accused of grabbing the boy by the midsection and throwing him to the floor. Bernard then admitted to grabbing Jamir by the face and pushing his head into a wall. However, when he called 911, Bernard told dispatchers that the boy was choking on food. Jamir was suffering from multiple severe injuries, including broken bones in his face and head and total respiratory failure. He died the next day. We hope this monster gets locked up FOREVER. Florida Teen Arrested For Carjacking When He Couldn’t Drive Stick Shift Via RawStory A man was arrested in Florida last week after his plot to steal a car was foiled by his inability to operate a manual transmission. In a Facebook post on Wednesday, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office said that 19-year-old Antoren “Chief Keef” Bell had been charged with theft, robbery and criminal mischief for an attempted May 18 carjacking. According to WEAR-TV, the victim was driving down 50th Avenue in Escambia County when she was flagged down by three teens who said they needed a ride. The woman said that she stopped to help, but Bell pulled a gun and ordered her out of the car. When Bell discovered that the car had a stick shift, he reportedly fled on foot. Megan Nicole Hayes, 21, was arrested Thursday on felony charges for the sexual battery of a child under the age of 12. The young woman is intellectually challenged and does not know right from wrong, her father told local media. He later informed the Orlando Sentinel that the family is not interested in addressing the media anymore. The Cocoa Police Department told station WKMG that Hayes confessed to the sexual abuse that occurred May 27 in the coastal city of Cocoa. Hayes, from the city of Rockledge, is being held without bond at the Brevard County Jail. She was arrested back in February on credit card fraud and petty theft charges, court records show. Man Claims He’s God, Arrested For Assaulting A Police Officer According to Raw Story A 19-year-old Florida man, who said he had taken psychedelic drugs, was arrested after telling police that he was God and then allegedly assaulting an officer. Police in Gainesville were called to Campus Club Apartments at around 1 a.m. on Saturday by residents who said they witnessed Michael Joseph Silecchia running through the halls of the building, according to The Independent Florida Alligator. Silecchia told police responding to the call that he was “straight” and he was “God.” After stripping off his clothes, Silecchia begged officers, “Don’t cut off my penis.” But the 19-year-old man later changed his mind, saying, “Cut off my penis.” GPD spokesperson Officer Ben Tobias said that Silecchia admitted to taking acid, but police could not confirm that he was on LSD or any other drug. A police report said that the suspect punched a female officer in a head when they tried to subdue him. Silecchia was shocked with a Taser about six times, but it had little effect. Silecchia was taken to Shands at the University of Florida for a medical evaluation and then booked into the Alachua County Jail on Monday on charges of resisting arrest and assault on an officer.
