A 66-year old man is facing aggravated assault charges after firing his gun at two juveniles and an adult who wouldn’t leave the community pool. Richard Marcelle approached the young people, saying that the pool was closed and they needed to leave, despite the fact that the pool was still open. After realizing that the pool was open until 10pm, and it was 9pm when Marcelle approached them, the victims approached the man and told him that they were going to stay because the pool was still open. But Marcelle wasn’t having it. He blocked the victims as they tried to get back into the pool area and then fired a small revolver-style handgun at the soil. Capt. Christopher Roos, with the Ormond Beach Police Department says there are no signs that the trio was doing anything illegal. He added, “[Marcelle] is a member of the HOA and the HOA did actually change the pool hours. However, they hadn’t notified the homeowner’s association members yet or posted it. The video definitely shows him holding a handgun, and you can see where it looks like a round fires off into the ground and you can see the dust from the ground kicks up at the same time.” Thanks to surveillance video at the club house, police identified Marcelle as a suspect in the case. Footage also showed that the victims were unarmed and posed no threat to the man. Marcelle has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and firing a gun.

As previously reported Delucca Rolle was recently assaulted by Officers Christopher Krickovich and Sgt. Greg LaCerra. Lucca was pepper-sprayed before being slammed to the ground outside of a McDonald’s in Tamarac, Florida. One of the officers then banged the boy’s head into the concrete, breaking his nose. Lucca was an innocent bystander to a fight outside the restaurant and bent down to pick up his phone before he was assaulted. Now CBS News has spoken with Delucca’s family who’s happy to report that charges against the 9th grader were dropped. He was initially charged with assaulting an officer and resisting arrest. Now the 15-year-old continues to recover from his injuries and his family wants the officers prosecuted. Clintina Rolle, Delucca’s mother, told CBS News’ Mark Strassmann the videos were painful to watch and she heard about her son’s arrest when one of the deputies called her and implored that he was being violent. “I said, ‘Sir, I don’t believe my son hit the officer, that don’t sound like him. He said, ‘Oh you’re telling me I’m lying, huh? You’re telling me I’m lying?” Clintina said. “They are supposed to set example for us, they aren’t supposed to be doing that,” she added. “You know, to see somebody who is supposed to be protecting my child hurt my child, and it’s all I want is justice for him. A net worth of a billion dollars or more brings with it advantages that go well beyond yachts and private jets. For example, you can make just about anything that’s bothering you disappear — including an enemy or two if you’re smart about it! But as New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is currently learning the hard way, nothing hangs around quite like bad press. Even a 10-figure bank account can’t make a juicy scandal go away, particularly when it involves the head of a widely-despised sports franchise and a Florida massage parlor. As you’ve probably heard by now, Kraft was arrested back in February for his connection to a Jupiter, FL prostitution ring. In the months since, Kraft has received some occasional good news. (He won’t be charged with human trafficking, for example.) But he’s received a whole lot more bad news. (Ever wanted to see video of Robert Kraft getting a hand job ? Because it looks like one is headed your way!) And this week is a particularly rough one for Kraft, as his “happy ending” kerfuffle is back in the headlines for two different reasons. For starters, the 77-year-old will be back in court on Friday, but this time, he’s the one who requested a hearing. Not surprisingly, Kraft wants to block the release of his handy home-movie. His lawyers argue that the footage would make it more difficult for Kraft to receive a fair trial — and honestly, they probably have a point. Plus, a 77-year-old getting cranked off while lying on a crusty massage table in South Florida? To quote the great philosopher Sweet Brown, ain’t nobody got time for that! And today, Kraft is back in the headlines unexpectedly, due to the arrest of Shen Mingbi one of his two, um … co-stars in the tape. According to TMZ, the video shows both Mingbi and a woman named Lei Wang and both are seen “using their hands on Kraft’s penis.” We’re a little disappointed TMZ passed up the opportunity for a solid Wang pun there, but maybe they figured the straight facts in this case are wild enough. Wang was arrested back in February but Mingbi was just taken into custody this week. She’s facing one count of deriving support from prostitution and eight counts of offer to commit prostitution. The phrase “deriving support” really reminds you that Wang and Mingbi probably had little choice in all this, and yet Kraft will certainly get a lighter sentence. What a country! What a Patriot! Source: Jonathan Minster / Getty 44-year old Martha Ciguenas was arrested on Monday on an aggravated child abuse charge after officials say she 9-year-old son with a meat tenderizer during an argument over his homework. According to the police report, the boy didn’t tell Ciguenas that he was supposed to do additional homework while he was on spring break and she became irate, throwing a water bottle and cellphone at him but missing him. “At one point, Ciguenas grabbed a glass candle holder and hit him in the head with it twice, then grabbed a metal meat tenderizer and hit him in the head, causing lacerations. Ciguenas continued to yell and scream at the boy and hit him on the arm with the tenderizer, causing spike marks and indentations that started bleeding.” Ciguenas denied striking the boy but after child protection services examined him, they concluded that the injuries “were consistent with child physical abuse.” The mom is currently in jail and being held on $5,000 bond. Back in February, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was arrested for his alleged involvement in a prostitution ring. Prosecutors claimed the billionaire was a regular client at Orchids of Asia, a Jupiter, Florida massage parlor that specialized in “happy endings.” Yes, that’s a euphemistic way of saying Mr. Kraft was frequently getting cranked off in a Sunshine State strip mall. Folks, this is what a 10-figure net worth looks like in Donald Trump’s America. Anyway, the whole situation has been a nightmare for Kraft and the Patriots organization, both of which have been mired in controversy for years. In all likelihood, Kraft will beat the charges against him and avoid jail time. (For an explanation of why we’re making this prediction, see that earlier bit about the 10-figure net worth.) But that doesn’t mean Kraft will be able to put this scandal behind anytime soon. Florida prosecutors are in possession of a tape that reportedly shows Kraft “receiving sexual services” at Orchids of Asia. Thus far, Kraft has been able to block the public release of the video, but apparently, it’s already been shopped to several media outlets by an unknown seller. According to The Blast , which was one of the outlets to receive the tape, the footage shows Kraft “undressed and laying on the massage table with his hands placed behind his head.” We’re guessing that’s also how he greets Roger Goodell after every Patriots Super Bowl victory. Interestingly, Kraft’s arrest came just days after the Pats yet again outraged America by triumphing over the LA Rams in a battle of coastal elite cities that was about as thrilling as watching a painting of growing grass dry. We’re not saying the two events are related, but the timing might be evidence that there is a God, and he hates the Patriots just as much as the rest of us. Despite earlier reports that Kraft was part of a human sex trafficking ring, it now looks as though Orchids of Asia was nothing more than an old-fashioned handy hut. Even so, Kraft’s involvement in this ordeal is beyond creepy. We understand why an elderly widower might turn to prostitutes for “companionship,” but this is a guy who could’ve been enjoying intimate evenings at home with top-dollar escorts. Instead, he was getting his knob polished in a strip mall by underpaid and seemingly mistreated immigrants who proceeded to hose off his juices with something called a “table shower.” Supposedly, owners are held to the same standard of conduct as players, but you know if this were a 22-year-old WRoC (wide receiver of color), there would be no talk of him returning to the league. According to the Sports Illustrated , prosecutors are planning to release the footage despite both Kraft and spa manager Lei Wang’s attorney’s filing injunctions to delay public viewing. Source: Joe Raedle / Getty Here’s what court documents obtained by the Boston Globe states: In court documents obtained by The Boston Globe, Aronberg’s office wrote Wednesday, “as the custodian of the records, cannot delay the release of records to allow a person to raise a constitutional challenge to the release of the documents. The Public Records Act does not allow a custodian to delay the production of records to allow the resolution of a constitutional challenge to the release of the documents.” A hearing for Wang’s request is scheduled for May 17 but the prosecution has no plans to wait until then. The day this video hits the internet is going to be absolutely riveting…and gross lol.

Source: aiqingwang / Getty The Women Try To Escape Highway Patrol After Getting Caught Washing At A Rest Stop Things went from zero to sixty when three naked women were caught by Highway Patrol in Florida. According to the Tampa Bay Times , in Pasco County, the three women were spotted at the northbound Interstate 75 rest stop area. The arrest reports state that a rest stop custodian called the Highway Patrol once they spotted the women, saying he saw them “in the nude, putting on suntan lotion.” Once the trooper arrived, she saw the naked women in the rest stop parking lot and they immediately started putting on their clothes. Eighteen-year-old Oasis Shakira McLeod told the trooper that they were “air drying” after washing up, and the trooper peeped that they had a case of water and a bottle of soap. The other two women were identified as Jeniyah McLeod and Cecilia Eunique Young, both 19. Oasis said they had left Cecila’s father’s house after an altercation and spent the night in the rest stop because they didn’t have anywhere else to go. The women provided their names and dates of birth, but they went against the trooper’s commands to stay put. “We need you to leave,” Jeniyah McLeod said. “We need you to walk away. Leave, leave, leave.” She then told the trooper that they were going to walk away, and the trooper told them to stop. “No we’re not,” one of them reportedly said, then all three of them ran around the trooper and jumped into a white 2009 Nissan Sentra with a New York state license plate. Oasis was at the driver’s seat as the car sped off, causing a pedestrian to jump out of the road as they sped away. While on the northbound Interstate 75, the trooper started speeding after them but her superiors called her off because the situation didn’t meet Highway Patrol’s pursuit policy. A driver on I-75 called 911 and followed the Nissan to S.R. 52 in San Antonio Florida. That’s when another trooper found the Nissan, reported seeing it drive the wrong way and began heading east on S.R. 52. A trooper managed to shoot a GPS tracker onto the driving Nissan, which officials said allowed them to back off the pursuit. Highway Patrol dispatchers in Tampa began tracking the car and radioing its position to troopers. Things got even MORE intense when the Nissan pulled into a gas station and Cecilia Young reportedly jumped out of the back seat and ran inside. Two troopers jumped out their cruiser and demanded the Nissan stop, but of course, it drove off. One trooper drove after it while the other trooper pursued Young. They got in an intense tussle, with Young kicking, scratching and hitting, according to the trooper. As soon as he got her on the ground, he said he peeped the Nissan coming after him. Thus, he jumped out the way, and that’s when he said Jeniya hopped out the car and threatened him with a pink and purple metal bat. Seeing a fellow trooper in danger, the other trooper in the cruiser decided to ram the Nissan in the back. The women then all got in and drove off again. They drove east on S.R. 52, but ran over a tire-deflation device placed on the road by Dade City police officers, which put out their right-side tires. The epic chase finally came to an end when the Nissan entered an active school zone outside Pasco High School while students were crossing S.R. 52, according to troopers. One of the pursuing troopers was authorized to execute the “PIT maneuver” — Pursuit Intervention Technique — which caused him to use the front end of his cruiser to knock the Nissan off the road at S.R. 52 and Old San Ann Road. The women weren’t trying to give up though. They refused to leave the Nissan and instead, they locked arms, according to a trooper. A trooper then used a Taser to stun one of them, and the driver, Oasis McLeod, surrendered. The women all invoked their rights to not talk to the troopers. Oasis McLeod agreed to perform field sobriety exercises, according to troopers, and she seemed to be impaired. Troopers eventually found marijuana in the vehicle and Jeniyah McLeod said it was hers, and she got it from “a white guy named Bubba.” The three ladies were arrested at 11 a.m. and taken to AdventHealth Dade City hospital to be checked out. They were then booked into the Pasco County jail. It should be noted that Pasco, has been named the nudist capital of the world, however arrests reports indicate the women were not linked to any nudist or clothing-optional communities. According to jail records, Oasis McLeod of Kingston, N.Y. faces felony charges of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, aggravated resisting an officer with violence, fleeing and eluding and possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana. She also faces misdemeanor charges of DUI crash involving property damage, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer without violence and indecent exposure. She is reportedly being held in lieu of $57,000 bail. Cecilia Young of Lutz, Florida faces felony charges of aggravated resisting an officer with violence and misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure (two counts), possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer without violence. She is currently being held in lieu of $27,000 bail. Lastly, Jeniyah McLeod of Lutz faces felony charges of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and aggravated resisting arrest with violence. Her misdemeanor charges include possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, indecent exposure and resisting an officer without violence. She is currently being held in lieu of $18,000 bail.

On Friday, a thief was captured on video stealing a trailer from Square Root Church in Cooper City, Florida, which contained all the churches furniture and supplies. Reports say that the contents of the trailer included church signs, supplies, furniture and children’s toys that had been collected over three years. The church uses the trailer space for everything from worship to a nursery and/or activity area for the kids. Pastor Daniel Rios told Local 10 News : “They can steal the trailer but they can’t steal the Lord. We came in here and we worshipped and we did what we do because what we do is not based inside of an outfit.” This past Sunday, the congregation of about 200 spent the entire service on the sanctuary’s floor. The thief is still at large, and the pastor just hopes to get the churches things back by Easter Sunday. Fingers crossed.
