TMZ broke the story … Eva obtained a restraining order against ex-BF Kevin McCall last month after he allegedly went on a rampage in their home, kicking down doors and trying to snatch their daughter from Eva’s arms. The restraining order barred Kevin from coming within 100 yards of them, but now Eva has been given full custody of their daughter … and Kevin has been denied ANY visitation … at least until a hearing next month. Eva’s rep tells us, “It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve Into Eva’s life but as a responsible parent and adult she’s taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself.” We were really hoping that these two would hang in there for the long haul but from the sounds of things, Eva’s not taking any chances with the safety of her newborn baby girl, as she shouldn’t.

Rent-A-Gent Service Allows Women To Hire Men To Act As Dates Or Domestic Servants NY Daily News did a profile on a new service, which they describe as a new escort service that offers up hireable hunks to serve as handymen, arm candy and sexy task rabbits, or even just to make your ex jealous: Rent a Gent founder Sara Shikhman came up with the idea because she needed a hottie on her arm at an event her ex-boyfriend would be attending. Shikhman expanded the idea to include men available for every purpose (except sex; these are escorts, not prostitutes!). The gents must sign a contract that forbids sex, and customers are well informed before the transaction. Since she launched the site last winter, she has sent “gents” to 200 women in the New York area. Shikhman has since added Las Vegas, Chicago and Texas to the service. Sure, you could hire one of Shikhman’s handy men to be a handyman, but the gimmick is clear: This is more about provocation than plumbing. “We have two big markets: the bachelorette market and the dates and events market,” says Shikhman. Ladies can shop for men like they would peruse a Seamless menu. There’s a selection of 40 men, such as “Eric” the actor, who moonlights as the perfect wedding date, or “Jude” the sommelier, who’s modeled for Valentino and has a degree in international studies. Stars Sundy Carter and Brandi Maxiell beefed for most of the special until Brandi stood up and charged towards Sundy, causing people from the audience to add to the chaos too. Brandi and Malaysia’s supporters hopped on the stage ready to catch fade in their honor, including Sundy’s college aged boyfriend who ran on stage to defend his granny girlfriend. Jackie Christie talked about the fight with The Home of Hip Hop and said Sundy’s boyfriend attacked Brandi: “It was a free-for-all. People were fighting, Sundy’s boyfriend grabbed Brandi up, you know, and told her ‘you’re not going to touch her.’ She was cursing at him; it was crazy. People were fighting, camera guys got hit by accident trying to film. It was an all out brawl pretty much.” “It was just everybody, everywhere. Then all of a sudden, they made the whole audience get out and went ballistic, and was like, ‘everyone needs to leave – this is uncalled for, this is intolerable’. It had become a very hostile situation pretty quickly, but I didn’t actually see any physical violence, I just seen that it was chaos. Parents Upset Over School Publicly Posting Failing Students’ Test Scores via The Black Home School According to some of the students and parents of children who are attending schools in the Spring Independent School District, Harris County, Texas, the officials of the schools are trying to embarrass students. The students who get embarrassed are the ones who don’t obtain passing grades. The schools humiliate the students by letting everyone know of their failure, reports My Fox Houston. Reportedly the DeKaney High School, which is part of the Spring ISD, based in the Gordon M. Anderson Leadership Center, put up a full list of students who failed this year’s test in the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS). According to one of the mothers of a student at DeKaney, the school district has no right to publicly embarrass students in this fashion, because they should know what kind of emotional stress that would put on the failing students. The mother, who did not want to be named for fear of causing further embarrassment to her daughter, because she is on the failure list, continued that the school showed a marked lack of respect to place the list in such a prominent place, right near the school’s auditorium. The distraught mother continued “it actually outrages me…that even if it was a lapse in judgment on a person who found it necessary to post this that no one else came forward and identified how harmful this could be to those students.” She added that a more respectful way to let students know where to go to retake the exam, if they failed, would have been to use their student ID, instead of their full names. However, Spring ISD, do not believe that they have done anything wrong in posting the results of the TAKS test for all to see and were only following standard procedures to inform students when and where to retake the test. In a statement, Spring ISD said that they followed standard protocol when posting the results of the test and it was never their intention to cause embarrassment or shame. It continued that Spring ISD had not violated the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act by posting the results in a prominent place. However, Gabrielle Culling, a student at DeKaney, said that she believed that posting results of their failure in this manner, would make those students feel rather embarrassed to face up to their friends and make them think that they were not as smart as those who successfully passed the TAKS. Nicole says initially Albert was a loving father: ‘Albert and his son shared an affectionate, natural father/son relationship with trips and pirate-themed birthday parties,’ she reveals. ‘The Prince was proud of his son, often cuddling him warmly. ‘Despite the end of our relationship a boy needs his father and I wrote to Albert saying this was not about money. Our son needs a father with whom he can talk, who will pay regular visits – not one who appears and disappears.’ But while Albert was, albeit in private, a hands-on father, he refused to acknowledge paternity. It was only when DNA tests proved he was the father that he accepted the situation. In 2005 he announced he was the father but decreed his illegitimate son would not inherit the throne. He did, however, vow that Alexandre would be cared for financially. When Albert met and then became engaged to South African swimmer Charlene Wittstock in 2010, his interest in his son waned. Nicole felt sidelined and snubbed by society friends who feared they would offend the new Princess-to-be if they consorted with her. No matter how fawked up a parent’s relationship is, a kid deserves to know both of them! As bank robbers go, this guy was no pro. Florida Man Tries To Rob Bank With Job Application Via Sun-Sentinel reports: Felipe Cruz was doubly doomed, FBI agents said, when he tried — but failed — to rob the Chase Bank in Pompano Beach on April 10. First, agents said, Cruz chose a teller who, protected by bulletproof glass, rebuffed his robbery. Second, as if it wasn’t enough to botch the stickup, he left behind a robbery note conveniently containing his name. According to FBI agent Sarah Gioielli, Cruz, dressed in a long-sleeved shirt and ball cap, strode into the bank at 101 S. Pompano Parkway and presented a note to an unidentified female teller. “Give me the 100s 50s 20s now,” the note stated. “Do not set the alarm. Hurry!!!” The teller simply backed away from her bulletproof window. Cruz, stymied, fled the bank empty-handed. But, agents said, he left his stickup note behind. His demands had been penned on the back of an online job application form, complete with the handwritten username of CRUZFELIPE36. It also included a password, Gioielli stated in a federal criminal complaint. Broward Sheriff’s Office investigators then lifted fingerprints from the note that matched those of the 39-year-old Cruz, Gioielli said. They determined he lived in an Oakland Park apartment about 4 miles from the bank. Police are now actively searching for the hapless holdup man. The charge: attempted bank robbery. “By trying to rob a bank with a demand note written on the back of his employment search form, the robber has given us a clue,” FBI agent Michael Leverock said, in a model of understatement. “He probably should have continued looking for honest work.” Are things really bad?! We doubt he’ll be getting any jobs at ANY banks to soon…
When a rich racist wants ya… Donald Sterling’s Wife Says Black Girlfriend Is Just A Gold Digger Donald Sterling’s wife of more than 50 years describes his alleged mistress as a gold digger who seduces older, wealthy men and persuades them to shower her with gifts, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on March 7. Via LA Times reports: The Clippers team owner and a woman identified as V. Stiviano allegedly began an affair after meeting at the 2010 Super Bowl game and were still in the relationship as of the filing date, according to the lawsuit filed by Rochelle H. Sterling, who is described in the suit as “a married woman seeking to protect and recover community property in her individual capacity.” Rochelle Sterling alleges that her husband used community property to buy Stiviano a 2012 Ferrari, two Bentleys and a 2013 Range Rover, worth a total of more than $500,0000. Sterling also allegedly gave Stiviano $1.8 million to buy a duplex on West 4th Street near the Beverly Center last December, according to the suit, which claims that Sterling additionally provided her with $240,000 for upkeep and living expenses. The property was supposed to be held in the Sterlings’ name, Rochelle Sterling contends, but Stiviano has title and has refused to relinquish it. Arguing that the gifts were all allegedly made without Rochelle Sterling’s knowledge or consent, the complaint seeks their return along with compensatory damages. The suit, which includes as defendants unnamed agents and employees of Stiviano, alleges that before the complaint was filed, Donald Sterling asked her to return the property. The complaint also says that Stiviano goes by several other names, including Vanessa Maria Perez, Monica Gallegos and Maria Valdez. The teen protested the university but didn’t even meet the academic requirements! Student Protests After Getting Rejected From University Of Michigan Brooke Kimbrough, an 17-year-old high school senior, always dreamed of attending the University of Michigan . But when she received her rejection letter in the mail this spring, Kimbrough took an unusual step: she held a news conference and rally at the campus to protest the decision. Via HuffPo reports: “I fervently believe in black equality,” Kimbrough explained in a statement. “I believe that our public university system should provide a pathway for opportunity for underrepresented minority communities. I am appealing my application to the University of Michigan not only for myself, but for other black and minority students who deserve the equal opportunity to go to the best public university in the nation.” Kimbrough, a senior at University Preparatory Academy in Detroit, says she’s taking a stand on behalf of other minority applicants to the elite public university, located in Ann Arbor, Mich. Less than 5 percent of the student body is African-American; of the state’s total population, more than 14 percent are black, according to the 2012 U.S. Census. At the rally Tuesday, Kimbrough also promised to publicize more rejection letters from minority students until her public appeal for a spot in next fall’s freshman class is granted. “I have left the plantation to get my freedom but I am coming back for you too,” she said in a video posted by Fox 2 Detroit. Kimbrough says she carried a 3.6 GPA and scored a 23 out of 36 on the ACT standardized test. She applied through U-M’s early action program and was given a deferred admission decision prior to her subsequent denial. The Michigan Daily notes that her scores are below average when compared to the university’s fall 2013 class, which achieved an average GPA of a 3.85 and an average ACT score range of 29 to 33. U-M is currently ranked 28th among national universities in the U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges list. The high school senior points to her achievements outside of the classroom: she’s part of University Prep’s award-winning debate team, president of the school’s National Honor Society chapter, and took part in a youth leadership program at Alternatives for Girls, a Detroit nonprofit. Kimbrough is backed by the civil rights activist group By Any Means Necessary (BAMN). Three other Metro Detroit students also attended the news conference and protest to share their stories. “It frustrates me when I’m actually trying to do something, bring this over to the University and show them that, ‘Yes, you can still come from this kind of area with one parent at that home and not a lot of money coming in every year, but you can still be somebody,’” Kimbrough said, according to a Michigan Daily report. The university has certain requirements that she doesn’t meet. Why does she not understand that? Affirmative action is WRONG in every aspect of life. She’s smart enough to know that. Or not…
