Where have all the responsible adults gone?!? 7-Year-Old Caught With Grandmother’s Drugs In His Pocket At School Via NYDailyNews A Pennsylvania boy left grandma’s house with more than the usual sweets and goodies. The first-grader allegedly took his grandmother’s heroin to Caln Elementary School in Coatesville and gave packets to at least one of his classmates Friday. The 7-year-old had nine bags of heroin — all stamped with the words “Victoria’s Secret” — stuffed in his pockets, Philadelphia’s WPVI reported. He gave one to another student, whose mother found it hours later. The District Attorney’s Office said the boy’s grandma, who is 56 years old, is a known heroin user. She was arrested Sunday and faces endangering the welfare of children and drug charges. “Any exposure to heroin for a young child is likely to result in death,” District Attorney Tom Hogan said in a statement. “The defendant is lucky that she was not responsible for the death of her own grandson or somebody else’s child.” Can you imagine what parents would do to this lady if their child died from this isht?! Police said Bilinski-Munion lost track of her heroin when she was watching the boy at the family home Thursday night, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. The boy told police he pocketed the drugs when he found them on the floor. When police searched the home Saturday night, they found even more heroin bags, including an empty one in a child’s pair of pants. Lock her up. Lose the key. Straight like that. Pro-Choice Advocate Films Her Abortion For YouTube Emily Letts, a former actress and current abortion counselor from New Jersey, recently posted a video diary of her very own abortion procedure on YouTube, she claims in hopes of further educating female patients. In the video, uploaded on March 14, you can only see Letts from the waist up while she receives a surgical abortion with a local anesthetic. Check out the clip here: As Letts wrote in an article for Cosmopolitan.com , despite working daily as a sex-educator who counsels women on contraception, she hadn’t been bothering to use any birth control herself. She goes on to say: I knew immediately I was going to have an abortion. I knew I wasn’t ready to take care of a child. The guy wasn’t involved in my decision. I called my supervisor and said, “Excuse me, I am going to need to schedule one abortion, please.” It was very early in the pregnancy, only two to three weeks. Patients at the clinic always ask me if I can relate to them — have I had an abortion? Do I have kids? I was so used to saying, “I’ve never had an abortion but..” While I was pregnant and waiting for my procedure, I thought, “Wait a minute, I have to use this.” Even though Letts was early-on in her pregnancy and could have terminated with the less invasive “abortion pill,” she decided to use the experience to show other women that surgical abortion isn’t scary and you won’t necessarily feel bad after it’s completed. Our society breeds this guilt. We inhale it from all directions. Even women who come to the clinic completely solid in their decision to have an abortion say they feel guilty for not feeling guilty. Even though they know 110 percent that this is the best decision for them, they pressure themselves to feel bad about it. This issue is definitely a tough one. On one hand, her video could be helpful to de-stigmatize such a difficult choice for the hundreds of thousands of women and girls who feel they have to make it. However…her seemingly lighthearted attitude toward the whole situation could fuel even more hatred/stigma toward those who make the choice from those who oppose it. The pro-choice argument seems to be one of keeping decisions such as this one private, and between a woman and her clinician…does publicizing it truly further that cause? And, since we know she’ll be all over the internet and the talk shows after this, could it possibly have been a ploy to draw more attention to herself rather than the issue at hand? Boy Jumps From Window After Mom Refuses To Let Him Watch Spider Man Via Daily Mail reports: A five-year-old boy fell to his death from his 19th-floor bedroom window after he was refused permission to watch the latest Spider-Man movie, according to reports. Naming him only as Valentino, police in Indonesia said the boy locked himself in his room at an apartment complex in the capital Jakarta after an argument with his mother. Officers said they were investigating the possibility the tragic youngster may have mimicked his screen hero or, despite his tender age, taken his own life. However, the fall could also have been no more than a tragic accident. According to Indonesian media the boy was in the bath on Thursday when he asked his mother, a 23-year-old woman named as Eva, if he could see the latest superhero film. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 was released in Indonesia on Wednesday and has been a smash hit, scoring the country’s highest opening day box office figures of all time. But the boy’s mother said he could not go because his one-year-old brother Vincencius was ill and she wanted to visit the toddler at her mother’s house, kompas.com reported. ‘This made Valentino very upset,’ senior police commander Suyudi told the website. ‘He wanted to see the movie. ‘After his request was declined, Valentino then rushed to his room and locked it from the inside.’ The police chief continued: ‘She went down to the second floor to ask for help from a caretaker, but while talking to him she heard a commotion outside.’ The child’s body was found on the fibreglass roof of the food court in the apartment complex, according to reports. The noise heard by his mother was people rushing to try and help him after he fell. He was taken to the nearby Pluit Hospital in north Jakarta, but was pronounced dead on arrival. Children of simply do not commit suicide. It is more likely he was trying to get out to go see the film. Five year olds believe they can do whatever their heroes can. SMH!!!

Via S2S Magazine reports: “My daughter is in her religion, into her Christianity and she is a 22-year-old who hasn’t experienced life yet fully. I had to just be a parent and be an example of the human being that I’d like her to be,” Monifah recently told Wendy Williams. As “R&B Divas: ATL” viewers know, Monifah is planning to marry her longtime girlfriend soon. Though her daughter may not approve, Monifah said she’s not waiting around for that. “It’s her personal stuff,” said Monifah. “We respect one another and we love each other through. I respect her, but she’s not the ruler.” While some Monifah fans may have been shocked to learn that she’s a lesbian, she said she never really tried to hide it.
