The ‘suicide’ was organized by their grandmother who was upset that the children were returning to their Mother full-time. The kids grandfather found notes written from his wife, son, and grandkids and immediately called police. What they found once the barricaded garage door was broken down was a parents worst nightmare. According to The Daily Mail : A murder-suicide involving young three children was uncovered on Monday after Ohio firefighters used sledgehammers to force open a barricaded garage door only to find a truck with the engine running and hoses leading from the exhaust into a Honda Civic. Inside the car were the bodies of five family members. They have been identified as 54-year-old Sandy Ford, her 32-year-old son, Andy Ford, and her grandchildren, 10-year-old Paige Hayes, 6-year-old Logan Hayes and 5-year-old Madalyn Hayes. Investigators said the relatives died of carbon monoxide poisoning. Two dogs and a cat also were found dead. Grandfather Randy Ford returned home Monday to find suspicious notes in the house from his wife, son and grandkids. He called the police when he wasn’t able to enter the garage. Those letters indicate that a plot was orchestrated by the kid’s grandmother and uncle amid a disagreement over who should care for the kids, police said Tuesday. Until last week, the children had lived with Sandy Ford and her husband Randy at the house in a residential neighborhood close to the Michigan state line. Andy Ford also lived at the home. The barricaded door and the letters made it ‘very evident that it was a murder-suicide situation,’ Toledo police Sgt. Joe Heffernan said Tuesday. He wouldn’t offer details about what was in the notes. There were no signs that the children were forced into the car, he said. Police said Sandy Ford had been distressed about a change in who was to care for her grandchildren. Children’s services representatives and a family friend said the children’s mother, Mandy Hayes, had asked their grandmother to care for them about three years ago because a fourth child at the home was becoming disruptive. But Hayes recently decided they should all return home, and the children moved back into their parents’ home last week, upsetting Hayes’ mother, said the friend, Cammie Turner. ‘Mandy wasn’t taking the kids away from her entirely,’ Turner said. ‘She wanted them home. It wasn’t like she was taking them and grandma could never see them again.’ Children services workers met with both sides of the family within the past week, most recently on Saturday, said Dean Sparks, executive director of Lucas County Children Services. ‘We only know that there were a lot of allegations back and forth,’ he said, adding that the grandmother was worried about placing the children back in the home with their 9-year-old brother, who had been disruptive in the past. But the agency had no authority to decide who should keep the children, he said, and the parents had every right to bring them back into their home. While the children were living with their grandparents, Hayes and her husband saw them often and went on outings to parks and the zoo, Turner said. Turner said she never saw any indication of a strained relationship between Hayes and her mother, and they never went to court over the issue of custody. Family members declined to comment. Gary Dourdan Files For Bankruptcy Via TMZ reports : On this episode of “TMZ: Bankruptcy Scene Investigators” … former “CSI” star Gary Dourdan throws in the towel and files for Chapter 11. The troubled actor filed papers on August 30th — and according to the docs, has a little over $1.8 mil in assets … but is in the hole to his creditors to the tune of $1.73 mil. A large chunk of that debt — $1,689,704 million — is owed to various banks, including Union Bank, which apparently holds the mortgage on his home that may be in default. As for his assets — $200 cash, $3k in a bank account, $4k in furniture, $200 worth of books, $1,500 in clothes, $500 in watches … oh and a 2006 Dodge Charger worth $7,000. Here’s the kicker … Gary says his disposable income is only $321 a month … claiming his bills ($14,562 a month) eat up just about all of the $14,883 he pulls in on average. The good news … the actor says he “anticipates major acting roles” in the future … which can help pay off his debt. The end. Case solved, pay yo bills Gary.

Cornel West Calls Obama “Republican In Blackface” Cornel West has made it clear that he feels that President Obama should be more proactive in tackling issues like poverty and the prison-industrial complex. Some African Americans see the professor’s views as divisive, while others say he’s speaking truth to power. Recently in an interview with Democracy Now, West and Tavis Smiley were asked about the president’s priorities, and while Smiley said Americans must encourage the POTUS to be the best he can be, West was much more critical… Via The Root : “I think that it’s morally obscene and spiritually profane to spend $6 billion on an election, $2 billion on a presidential election, and not have any serious discussion—poverty, trade unions being pushed against the wall dealing with stagnating and declining wages when profits are still up and the 1 percent are doing very well, no talk about drones dropping bombs on innocent people. So we end up with such a narrow, truncated political discourse, as the major problems—ecological catastrophe, climate change, global warming. So it’s very sad. I mean, I’m glad there was not a right-wing takeover, but we end up with a Republican, a Rockefeller Republican in blackface, with Barack Obama , so that our struggle with regard to poverty intensifies” … The language that Cornel uses about the President of the United States is inappropriate, disrespectful and not specific with words that will give volunteerism to the needs of the people in this country, and just completely outrageous with poor communication through name-calling. The Cops never even released an Amber Alert , citing the teen “did not fit the criteria”. Her poor family had to get the heartbreaking news that their baby girl’s body was found, stuffed inside a furniture trunk, alongside the highway and everyone’s wondering if the Police should have done more. According to The Huffington Post , the family is asking the killer to come forward. The emotional plea came Thursday from Alicia Chanta Moore’s aunt, Jessica Byrd, on behalf of the 16-year-old murder victims’ entire family. “Do the right thing and turn yourself in. That’s all we ask you to do so we can get some sort of peace from this situation,” Byrd told The Huffington Post. The distraught aunt, whose deep sorrow was evident in her voice, added, “We’re not here to judge you. That’s not our job. That’s God’s job.” The body of 16-year-old Alicia Moore was discovered at about 12 p.m. Tuesday in a furniture trunk along Highway 47. The body, police said, was transported to the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office for the positive identification. According to Greenville Police Chief Dan Busken, detectives are treating the case as a homicide. Moore appears to have suffered trauma wounds, though the exact cause of death has not yet been determined, Busken said. “We have a lot of work ahead of us with this investigation,” Busken said. “We have received many tips from the community, and we hope those tips continue to come in.” The police chief did not elaborate on what type of trauma Moore suffered and did indicate whether police have a suspect in mind. Moore’s body was found in Van Zandt County, about 40 miles away from Greenville where she disappeared. Moore was last seen Friday afternoon when she got off the school bus. Busken said officials at Greenville Independent School District reviewed campus surveillance camera footage that showed Moore safely exit the bus at 3:25 p.m. Friday, near her home at the corner of Bourland and Walnut streets. What happened to the teen after her drop-off — roughly one block from her home — remains a mystery. “There’s nothing that we can think of that could have happened,” Byrd said. “She’s not the type that would just take off and she would not walk up to anybody she did not know. She is very shy and quiet. Either someone threatened her to come with them or she was approached by someone she trusted. We just don’t know.” Authorities said they interviewed Moore’s friends and teachers. The school district’s technology department also attempted to trace the location of Moore’s school-issued iPad, however officials said the device had been reset and was untraceable. Byrd said Moore’s family is upset that police did not do more to locate the missing teenager. An Amber Alert was never issued and a police press release was not issued until Monday, Byrd said. “[Police] didn’t do enough,” Byrd said. “They told us the situation did not qualify for an Amber Alert because there was no evidence of abduction. Then they waited till Monday to do something.” Cedric Fisher, a friend of Moore’s family, expressed the same doubts in an interview with The Dallas Morning News. “I feel like personally [the police] really dropped the ball,” Fisher said. Lori Philyaw, public information officer for the city of Greenville, Texas, told HuffPost Wednesday that authorities did not issue an Amber Alert for Moore because the case “did not fit the criteria.” According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a law enforcement agency in Texas must meet a number of specific criteria’s to issue a state Amber Alert. That criterion includes determining whether abduction occurred and or if the child is in “immediate danger of sexual assault, death or serious bodily injury.” The Greenville Independent School District issued a notice to parents Thursday about a suspicious person who had approached a student. According to the notice, a student at Greenville Middle School reported being approached Wednesday and offered a ride by a man in a gray or silver Dodge four-door pickup truck. “The student reported that the suspect had been waiting on Texas Street in front of the Middle School as though waiting to pick up a child, only he did not pick up a child,” Superintendent Don Jeffries said. “Instead, the man drove his pickup truck toward the student in the parking lot. He lowered his window and asked if the student needed a ride and offered to take the student home. When the student refused, the man drove away west on Park.” Authorities have not yet commented on the possibility of a link between Wednesday’s report of a suspicious person and Moore’s homicide. Meanwhile, Byrd said that the last 6 days have been a living nightmare for her family. “We just don’t know why [this happened] or who could be responsible,” she said. “This is a nightmare that we wish would just go away.” Anyone with information in this case is asked to contact the Greenville Police Department at 903-457-2900. That’s some straight bull right there, and according to CBS Las Vegas , the employer (who wished to remain anonymous) admits he encouraged them to vote for Mittens in order to prevent their own fate…SMH: A Las Vegas business owner with 114 employees fired 22 workers today, apparently as a direct result of President Obama’s re-election. “David” (he asked to remain anonymous for obvious reasons) told Host Kevin Wall on 100.5 KXNT that “elections have consequences” and that “at the end of the day, I need to survive.” “I’ve done my share of educating my employees. I never tell them which way to vote. I believe in the free system we have, I believe in the right to choose who they want to be president, but I did explain as a business owner that I have always put my employees first. I always made sure that when I went without a paycheck that [I] made sure they were paid. And I explained that I always put them first and unfortunately I’m at a point where I’m being forced to have to worry about me and my family now and a business that I built from just me to 114 employees. “I explained to them a month ago that if Obama gets in office that the regulations for Obamacare are gonna hurt our business, and I’m gonna have to make provisions to make sure I have enough money to cover the payroll taxes, the additional health care I’m gonna have to do, and I explained that to them and I said you do what you feel like in your heart you need to do, but I’m just letting you know as a warning this is things I have to think of as a business owner. “Well unfortunately, and most of my employees are Hispanic — I’m not gonna go into what kind of company I have, but I have mostly Hispanic employees — well unfortunately we know what happened and I can’t wait around anymore, I have to be proactive. I had to lay off 22 people today to make sure that my business is gonna thrive and I’m gonna be around for years to come. I have to build up that nest egg now for the taxes and regulations that are coming my way. Elections do have consequences, but so do choices. A choice you make every day has consequences and you know what, I’ve always put my employees first, but unfortunately today I have to put me and my family first, and you watch what’s gonna happen. I’m just one guy with 114 employees — well was 114 employees — watch what happens in the next six months. The Dow alone lost 314 points today. There’s a tsunami coming and if you didn’t think this election had consequences, just wait.” Lots of folks had some pretty rude comments to make and most were in defense of this fool. Fabolous Says He Won’t Marry Emily B Fabolous recently dished his thoughts marriage and why he is in no rush to make a honest woman out of “Love & Hip Hop” star and baby mama Emily Bustamante Via Combat Jack Radio : “I don’t think marriage is in the future for me right now. [laughs] I just really don’t. And the thing about marriage is that, I believe in it but don’t believe in it,” Fabolous said in an interview. “I think sometimes people put on that ring and that paper, and it messes up a good thing sometimes because now it’s a different emphasis on your relationship because now you can say I’m married, I got this paper — I like to just build on relationships and make sure you’re in a happy relationship.” Sounds like Emily won’t be getting a wedding spin-off anytime soon.
