Kush Chronic-les: “Soda Pot”, The New Marijuana Soft Drink Is A Big “Hit” In Dispensaries In Colorado

Who needs a Four Loko when you can get high like this without needing the dialysis that comes with all that damn sugar and caffeine. A new product is showing up at some medical marijuana dispensaries in Colorado. It’s “Soda Pot,” and it’s just like it sounds: a marijuana soft drink. The drinks are made by California entrepreneur Clay Butler. His drinks contain the psychoactive marijuana ingredient THC. Butler, of Soquel, Calif., tells the Santa Cruz Sentinel his branding savvy will make his product a hit. The company’s flagship cola drink is called Canna Cola. There is also Doc Weed, which is supposed to be like Dr. Pepper, lemon-lime Sour Diesel, grape-flavored Grape Ape and Orange Kush. A 12-ounce bottle costs $10-$15. Butler, a commercial artist, told the newspaper he doesn’t do drugs or need medical marijuana for any ailments. There is concern in Colorado about marketing “Soda Pot.” “This should appear to be a legitimate form of medication, not a soda pop that children could easily confuse for real soda pop,” says Bob Cooke of the Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement. “This is simply no different than the packaging of alcohol and tobacco,” says Miguel Lopez, a medical marijuana advocate. Proponents say people keep alcohol and tobacco out of the reach of children, and medical marijuana patients can do the same with marijuana soda. Hold up, wait a minute, let us put some kush up in it. For those of you who smoke, would you drink this as opposed to rolling up??? Source

Reverse Racism In NFL?: Peyton Hillis White RB “Every Team Made Fun Of Me For Being White!”

The white bowling ball of the NFL opens up about being heckled by opposing teams: “Every team did it,” he said. “They’ll say, ‘You white boy, you ain’t gonna run on us today. This is ridiculous. Why are you giving offensive linemen the ball?’ “All kinds of stuff like that you hear on the field, but I use that to my advantage. I kind of soaked it in, ate it up a little bit, because I enjoyed it.” Hillis said he’s been referred to by nicknames such as “The Avalanche” and “White Rhino.”He also touched on getting overlooked in Denver and his Cleveland breakout. “In Denver, they just wanted me to play strictly fullback, nothing else. I wasn’t too happy about the situation, but I was trying to be a team player. Is this considered “getting under the skin” or racist? (Pun Intended)

“I’ve Been Cheating On My Husband With His Best Friend”

Dear Gay Best Friend, Okay, I have been seeing this guy off and on for about 5 years and I’m trying to break it off but it is hard. The thing is that I’m married and have been for over 10 years and the guy that I’m messing with is, or was, my husband’s best friend. I know what you are thinking, but it is not about the sex. Believe me it’s not. I have some type of emotional attachment that I just can’t break. My husband knows because I couldn’t take the guilt and he believes that we are no longer having any contact with each other. I haven’t slept with him in almost a year, but we still send each other text messages and emails. And whenever I’m in the same room with the both of them I feel so guilty. My husband had cheated on me so it was my way of getting even, but it turned into something more. I’m happy with my husband now and things couldn’t be better. It is just that I often catch myself thinking about the other guy. How do I break it off for good and move on? What is this that I’m feeling? It can’t be love. – Confused And Trying To Move On Read Terrence Dean’s answer here .

Craigslist Pulls The Remaining Four Loko Ads From Its Site

Looks like the final nail has been put in Four Loko’s coffin. It will be hard to find Four Loko and other banned caffeinated alcoholic drinks for sale on Craigslist anymore, state Sen. Jeff Klein said. The popular online trading post pulled the few remaining ads for such beverages, according to a letter it sent to the senator dated Jan. 11, responding to his request. “I applaud craigslist for doing the right thing,” said Klein (D-Bronx/Westchester). “Their decision to remove ads for these dangerous drinks goes a long way in helping save our teens from potentially devastating consequences to their health and their lives.” There were seven ads for Four Loko pulled nationwide, including two in New York State, the website told Klein. Craigslist also searched for ads for other caffeinated alcoholic beverages, such as Moonshot, Joose and Core High Gravity, but did not find any among its millions of pages, the website said. We at Bossip have never had a sip of the drink that has all these kids going ham, but we’re down for it’s removal from stores if it’s gonna have people dying. Who the hell needs all that caffeine and alcohol anyway!?!? Have you ever had a Four Loko? Do you feel its unfair to have it removed?? Source
