On the next episode of KUWTK, a discussion over the incident pops off between Kim, Kourt, and Kris while Scott and Corey listen. Corey chimed in that he would’ve spanked Penelope had she scratched him. The most interesting part about the whole scene is that Kim Kardashian and her Mom Kris Jenner seem to understand where Corey is coming from. Are cultures being lost in translation here??? Like the family’s interactions with O.J. Simpson , a former friend of the family and client of the father, the late Robert Kardashian . But clearly, we can always count on Kim ‘s BFF Jonathan Cheban to get all the never before heard stories out of Mrs. West. On the latest episode of his podcast FoodGod: OMFG , Cheban opened up about his recent run-in with Simpson, which got Kim to recall her last encounter with “The Juice” that left her pretty emotional. FoodGod shared, “The first thing he asks is about you guys, like, ‘How are the girls? How’s everybody?’ Like, have you seen him ever?” Kim replied, “I think the last time I saw him was in Miami. It was before he had gone to jail this, you know, last situation. I think me, Kourtney [Kardashian] and Khloé [Kardashian] were in Miami in a club and we ran into him in the VIP section. It was behind a stage or something, I don’t even know what club it was at. I started crying. It was emotional, I think.” But the tea spilling didn’t stop there. Minaj’s brand offers a men’s, women’s and children’s collection and she said she made it with her own curves in mind. Via Elle: She knew, she says, that “everybody’s going to be like, ‘Where’s the pink, bi**h?’ ” She also wanted to make body-conscious pieces that showcase curves. “I want to make clothes that make girls with my body look sexy,” she says. “We’re in a new time, where you don’t have to feel bad if you’re not the tiniest you’ve ever been. Women, we struggle with that so much, because we’ll go back to old pictures of ourselves, and we’ll be like, ‘I used to be so skinny!,’ and we start making ourselves feel bad. What I want [to tell] girls is not necessarily, ‘Go and gain weight and have a big booty,’ but ‘If you do have curves, be proud of it, flaunt it—love the skin you’re in.’ As clichéd as that sounds, I’ve been really trying to teach myself that. ‘This is who I am; take me or leave me, bye!’ ” The collection, she says, is “for everyone who wants to show skin. We all go to the beach, we all get sexy, we all have sex, we all bust it open!” Well busss it then baby… While you can also expect to buss your piggy bank open for some items, Minaj also says she kept her roots in mind and has affordable pieces as well: “If I’m going to do Fendi,” she says, “I want to feel like I’m back in Southside Jamaica, Queens, New York, wearing Fendi. I don’t only want to be front row rocking my Fendi; I want to be in the hood rocking my Fendi, too.” Thus the collection includes more approachable pieces like T-shirts and sneakers emblazoned with her face. Her fans, she says, “are going to be really surprised when they see that I did think of things for them. I totally know that there are a lot of people who think that they can’t afford Fendi, and those are going to be some of our new customers, because they’re going to go and get the sneaker, or the hat, or the T-shirt. Jéssica Victor Guedes was declared brain dead shortly after arriving to at a nearby hospital. According to reports , Guedes who was six months pregnant with her first child, fell ill inside a limo Saturday night as her fiancé and numerous guests waited for her at a Catholic church in São Paulo. Because of this the entourage was running late and they were unaware the victim was suffering from the pre-eclampsia which would shortly rob her of her young life and motherhood. The groom, former firefighter Flavio Gonçalvez, reportedly rushed to his bride’s side and started first aid before emergency personnel arrived — but it was too late. Doctors performed an emergency C-Section on Guedes when she arrived at the hospital, and the couple’s baby girl Sophia survived. Jessica was pronounced dead shortly after. Baby Sophia, who was born prematurely, is expected to remain at the hospital for about three months. Prayers up for the Goncalves family.

The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra featuring Wynton Marsalis opened its new season by paying tribute to South African jazz, performing “The South African Songbook, Celebrating 25 Years of Democracy.” South African artists, including pianists Thandi Ntuli, Nduduso Makhathini and saxophonist McCoy Mrubata joined the orchestra at the Frederick P. The orchestra performed interpretations of work from legends like Hugh Masekela’s “Send Me,” as well as the late pianist Winston Mankunku Ngozi’s musical tribute to Archbishop Desmond Tutu – each arranged by an orchestra member. The evening came 25 years after the country’s racial caste system, Apartied, came to an end, and many of the songs reflected a sense of hope and reconciliation as well as a musical call to action to work towards a better society. Source: Getty Images Chris Bukowski And Katie Morton Get Engaged In Paradise The season 6 finale of Bachelor In Paradise ended in 3 engagements, one of which was between Chris Bukowski and Katie Morton. Throughout the season, even though it seemed like these two were both really into one another, there was definitely some uncertainty on Chris’ part about whether or not he was serious about continuing their relationship after the show ends. And who can blame him? This season was Chris’ sixth (yes, sixth) time trying to find love in the Bachelor franchise, and he previously “retired” before coming back to this season of Bachelor in Paradise . But in the end, Bukowski realized that he was with the girl he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. Once the reunion came around, though, Katie’s engagement ring was nowhere in sight and things seemed to be rocky between the couple. Morton said she watched the show back and thought she would see how much Chris loved her throughout the episodes, but didn’t. She admitted that she feels insecure in her relationship, and after talking it out, Chris handed her her ring, she put it back on, and they kissed. This ending was pretty up in the air for fans who followed the couple all season long, but luckily for us, Chris and Katie posted to Instagram to let us know things are all good between them. Though neither of them have said whether or not marriage is anytime in the near future, their life as a couple seems to be better than ever after going through a rough patch. Happiness is found within and sharing that with each other is what lights up a room! Communication is the link to everything, which is something we sure did LACK in paradise and shortly after. It took us a few months to really get our bearings (especially with some exceptional and unexpected challenges). I know none of you will truly understand why things are the way they are but I ask that you trust me and support me as I navigate this new world of mine. Because I’m happy with me and we are finally happy with us. We have grown so much in our friendship and now in our relationship since that day. Like I said to both of our parents and I will say to you- I can’t promise you this relationship will be perfect (it won’t be/ it isn’t) and I can’t promise we will last forever. Honestly, some relationships don’t last after 20 years and some do, that’s life. But what I can promise you is that I take this seriously, won’t lose myself, I will always try my best, I will always keep it real, and we will have each other’s backs.
