Paras Griffin/Getty Images Kenya Moore Confirms Baby News Yup, the rumors are true. Kenya Moore is confirming that she’s expecting her first child. The RHOA star made the announcement during part 1 of the RHOA Reunion just three minutes into the show. “We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl later this year.,” said Kenya. “I wouldn’t play about anything like that.” She also added that she didn’t want to talk further until she was in a “safe place” which caused speculation that she’s either in her first trimester OR has a surrogate in the early stages of their pregnancy. Kenya’s since shut down the surrogacy rumors. No surrogate but maybe my next one https://t.co/7ejd2kMrWO — KENYA MOORE (@KenyaMoore) April 9, 2018 Paras Griffin/Getty Images Either way, we know the 47-year-old is expanding her family with her hubby Marc Daly. Congrats Kenya!

A Lil’ Positivity: Al Sharpton And Parkland Survivor Aalayah Eastmond Announce An Anti-Gun Violence Rally in NYC

Posted on April 8, 2018 by Benny Hollywood

Shareif Ziyadat/Getty Images Al Sharpton Teams Up With Parkland Survivor For NYC Rally There’s an anti-gun violence rally headed to Trump Tower in New York City. During this week’s National Action Network meeting, Reverend Al Sharpton announced that he, along with a number of high school students, are planning to march from Trump International Tower towards the front of POTUS’ NYC apartment building in early June—which is the kick-off of New York state’s Gun Violence Awareness Month. Sharpton announced these ambitious plans alongside Aalayah Eastmond, a 16-year-old Parkland survivor. “I actually lost my uncle to gun violence in Brooklyn,” the 16-year-old said, as reported by the  Associated Press . “So for it to happen to me, in my face, that just shows that change has to happen now.” In February, immediately following the tragic Parkland events, Eastmond appeared on  Megyn Kelly TODAY , where she detailed her experience during the massacre. She revealed that she protected herself against the shooter with the body of her deceased classmate. Sharpton spoke about Aalayah during the NAN meeting saying, “This young lady surviving in that school. Rather than her going away, saying, ‘I got away,’ she’s committed herself to fighting for gun reform and making value out of her life. If she, with all that trauma, can stand up and fight then you ought to stand up with her.” New York student organization Youth Over Guns is also going to participate in the demonstration, which is scheduled to take place on June 2.   Continue reading →

There It Go: Juelz Santana Released To His Mama On $500K Bond After Airport Gun & Drug Arrest

Posted on April 7, 2018 by Benny Hollywood

NEW YORK, NY – NOVEMBER 21: Juelz Santana performs at Spotify’s RapCaviar Live in New York at Hammerstein Ballroom on November 21, 2017 in New York City. (Photo by Ilya S. Savenok/Getty Images for Spotify) Troubled Rapper Fighting For His Freedom After Drug & Gun Bust At NJ Airport After nearly a month in federal lockup, Juelz Santana is finally a free man. A New Jersey federal court judge agreed to release Juelz on $500,000 bond after his mother put up her northern New Jersey house, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office told BOSSIP. Although he’s no longer in federal jail, Juelz – whose real name is Laron James – has to adhere to a slew of strict conditions or risk going back behind bars. The “There It Go” rapper is essentially on house arrest. He’s under “24 hour home confinement” and can only leave his mom’s place to go to the doctor or to attend court. Under no circumstances can he record music at his studio or perform at shows, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office told BOSSIP. It was not clear Friday when he would be released. As of 4 p.m. he was still in custody. Juelz has been locked up since last month after TSA agents found a loaded .38 caliber pistol and eight oxycodone pills in his carry on luggage. Last week, we exclusively revealed that the Essex County Prosecutors Office agreed to drop the state level drug and weapons possession charges in order to let the feds prosecute the case. Sayonara Peach! THIS Real Housewife Just Got Booted From Atlanta…And One Of Her Costars Is Happy AF

Posted on April 7, 2018 by Benny Hollywood

RHOA Castmember Cut From Next Season Looks like those rumors about a housewife getting the ax from the franchise had some merit after all. The streets of Atlanta are talking, and they say that RHOA will be short one veteran when they return next season. As you may have heard last year when Phaedra got canned (and denied it for the rest of the Spring), Housewives get notice of their pickups and contract renewals all at the same time about two weeks after filming of the reunion show wraps. If you don’t get one, well… Apparently not one, but TWO members of the Season 10 cast got their walking papers this week. If you’ve been keeping up this season, it shouldn’t be too hard to guess who: Yes, according to an exclusive from B. Scott , Sheree Whitfield got her peach snatched back. Her bosom-buddy Kim Zolciak-Biermann was also not asked to return, however she was not considered a Housewife this season — just a sidekick character to spice up the storyline. Kenya was apparently THISCLOSE to getting the boot herself…but her pregnancy rumor and her hubby’s eventual willingness to film saved her azz. Eva Marcille is still in the running to become a full-time housewife, but no final decision has been made as of yet. And it seems at least one housewife feels like Sheree’s peach drop was well warranted. Porsha Williams had this to say on Twitter a few hours before the news leaked: Karma — Porsha Williams (@Porsha4real) April 6, 2018 And judging by their tense interaction at the reunion: That’s not a shock. What do you think? Will you Miss Sheree, her prison bae, and her chateau? Bravo/Getty/Twitter Continue reading →
