RHOA Castmember Cut From Next Season Looks like those rumors about a housewife getting the ax from the franchise had some merit after all. The streets of Atlanta are talking, and they say that RHOA will be short one veteran when they return next season. As you may have heard last year when Phaedra got canned (and denied it for the rest of the Spring), Housewives get notice of their pickups and contract renewals all at the same time about two weeks after filming of the reunion show wraps. If you don’t get one, well… Apparently not one, but TWO members of the Season 10 cast got their walking papers this week. If you’ve been keeping up this season, it shouldn’t be too hard to guess who: Yes, according to an exclusive from B. Scott , Sheree Whitfield got her peach snatched back. Her bosom-buddy Kim Zolciak-Biermann was also not asked to return, however she was not considered a Housewife this season — just a sidekick character to spice up the storyline. Kenya was apparently THISCLOSE to getting the boot herself…but her pregnancy rumor and her hubby’s eventual willingness to film saved her azz. Eva Marcille is still in the running to become a full-time housewife, but no final decision has been made as of yet. And it seems at least one housewife feels like Sheree’s peach drop was well warranted. Porsha Williams had this to say on Twitter a few hours before the news leaked: Karma — Porsha Williams (@Porsha4real) April 6, 2018 And judging by their tense interaction at the reunion: That’s not a shock. What do you think? Will you Miss Sheree, her prison bae, and her chateau? Bravo/Getty/Twitter

“Black Panther” First Film Shown In Saudi Arabia In 35 Years “Black Panther” is out here breaking box office records right and left …and now it’s making history in Saudi Arabia. The Middle-Eastern nation has not held any public film screenings since the 80’s, as the country’s ultraconservative religious standards called for a ban on all cinema. But Saudi audiences will soon be able to take a trip to Wakanda just like the rest of the world, as Coogler’s hit film is the first movie that will be shown on a public screen in 35 years. According to Variety , ‘Black Panther’ will be the country’s inaugural movie on April 18th, premiering at a luxurious AMC location. The new movie theater in Riyadh previously served as a symphony concert hall and boasts 600 leather seats, orchestra and balcony levels, and ritzy marble bathrooms. Not a bad choice for the first film to hit their big screens in many moviegoers’ lifetimes, we’d say. Getty
Johhny Nunez/WireImage Lil Mo Speaks On Fabolous Comment Backlash Lil Mo knows you’re BIG mad that she’s chosen to “Olivia Pope” the situation surrounding Fabolous and Emily B —AND SHE COULDN’T CARE LESS. The “Superwoman” songstress recently took to Twitter to defend herself after THAT video of her defending Fab went viral. According to Mo, “something doesn’t seem right” and she needs to do more research for her “brother’s’” sake. Via Revolt TV: “I was just talking to him,” Mo said Friday (March 30) at the Revolt TV studios in New York. “He’s good. I hit him up and said ‘I love you.’ He hit me back and said ‘I love you too and I appreciate you, Mo.’ I don’t know the logistics. Honestly, even though I’m a part of the culture, I don’t get involved in [gossip]. I know a lot of stuff is hype. How did they get this information? People have turned this thing from one thing to another. What the f—k is going on?” Lil Mo’s comments to REVOLT were made on Friday, before TMZ released footage of the rapper yelling at Emily and her father outside of his New Jersey home. The comments are (of course) getting her DRAAAAAGGED—-but Mo’s standing behind her statements. According to the singer she “not for anything and not against anyone.” i said what i said. i’m not FOR anything. and i’m NOT against anyone. nothing to clean up. i won’t tear down anyone’s wall i help build or put their integrity and character in question! more prayer, less posting! — LIL' MO (@THELILMOSHOW) April 4, 2018 Furthermore, she’s “unbothered” unlike other “Noozy” (nosy) people. Courtesy Mekka Don Mekka Don Has An Important Message In Latest Song Earlier this week BOSSIP spent some time with rapper Mekka Don (who is also an Ohio State and NYU educated lawyer! ) to discuss his upcoming project ‘Fly With Me’ which includes his single “To Elijah”. The video for the song went viral when it was released on Twitter last month and we’re sharing it below: I more then ever started to realize my mortality when my son was born. That feeling scared me into memorializing the things that I’d want to teach him in case my time on this Earth ends early. Feel free to share. To: Elijah pic.twitter.com/hwfP7VBx1x — Mekka Don (@MekkaDonMusic) March 1, 2018 The video drew heavy praise from the likes of celebrities including Chuck D, Taj George (SWV), numerous athletes and more. Mekka Don told BOSSIP the song came about after he felt a stronger sense of mortality following his son’s birth. He says that, much like T’Chaka’s message to T’Challa in ‘Black Panther,’ he realized that a father who hasn’t prepared his son for his death has failed him and he wanted to be sure his son would get the proper lessons from him. Mekka Don also made two appearances on CBS 46 in Atlanta this week, speaking with Sharon Reed about the song and its important message. Had a great time on @cbs46 last night in Atlanta with @SharonReedCBS46 ! So great that they want me back on today at 4 pm! .
