Paris Hilton has apologized for the comments she made about gay men this week. A cab driver secretly recorded Hilton talking to gay friend about the website Grindr. Paris called gay men disgusting , horny and most likely infected with AIDS. Whatever the context, she didn’t sound very good, to say the least. In a letter to GLAAD , Paris Hilton issued a full apology and explanation, praising the gay community as the strongest and most inspiring group she knows.
August 15, 2012 . The day I’m blessed enough to say I met the person who has changed my life. My name is Melanie and it all started when my friend, Amy, and I went to Justin’s rehearsal studio for a chance to meet him. We arrived there at around 3:15 when we saw around 10 other Beliebers. Once one mom organized everything about an hour later, we were all in line waiting for Justin to come out and we stressed the fact that we had to stay calm or else he wasn’t going to meet all of us since there was around 25 of us now. Suddenly, at 4:45, we saw Selena drive into the parking lot, but we couldn’t freak out because Moshe had told everyone in past days to stay calm if we all wanted to meet Justin. So, we attempted to stay calm when we saw Selena and some of Justin’s backup dancers drive by. When all of a sudden, at 5:30, we see Justin on the other side of the street jwalking over to our side and we all really did stay in our lines but it’s obviously impossible not to freak out. We yelled at him to be careful and he was like “I’m not gonna die, guys.” I was honestly crying, shaking, hyperventilating, and just everything seemed so unreal. While I saw him take pictures, sign autographs, and hug all the people in front of me, I looked into the van and said hi to Dan and he waved back and I also said hi to Moshe and he smiled at me when Justin was still going down the line. Then he came to me. My heart literally stopped. I was so unbelievably flustered and I was shaking sooooo much, but I managed to hug Justin and tell him I loved him and he said I love you too. I honestly don’t know how I didn’t faint right then and there. His embrace is the most comforting thing ever. I felt so safe in his arms . Then we took our picture and he kissed me on the cheek! (I seriously don’t even know how I’m possibly typing this right now). Amy needed to take her picture, but I guess we were too slow so Justin grabbed MY phone and took a selfie with her . I told him thank you so much for everything and he smiled. After he went down the entire line, he left in the swagger van and it was all hysterics. I was literally on the floor crying and shaking. Then we saw Nick walking towards us and I tried to pull it all together and take a picture with him . I told him he was awesome, his choreography is bomb, and we were wearing matching shoes and he smiled and gave me a thumbs up. Amy and me took a picture in front of Selena’s car just because we wanted to. Everyone was freaking out and crying because we couldn’t believe this actually happened. Everything happened so fast and it just seemed so surreal. I mean I honestly cannot grasp the fact that I met the person who saved my life and gave me a reason to not give up. The person who made me believe in myself and my dreams. Justin is seriously the sweetest, most talented, beautiful, caring, flawless, perfect, gorgeous, and humble person ever. He appreciates every single one of his fans so much because we’re family . He works hard every single day for countless hours just to please us. I still cannot believe I was blessed enough to meet Justin and trust me guys, don’t ever give up! Your time will come, I promise. I convinced myself everyday that I would never meet him and look what happened. I honestly cannot thank and appreciate Justin and the crew enough for all that they do for us. This is seriously the best day of my entire existence and I will never forget any second of it. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for making my ENTIRE life. I don’t think I could ever describe or explain how much I love him. – @Bieber_Invasion Read more: August 15, 2012. The day I’m blessed enough to say I met…
Wow, I never thought that I would be writing a “My Bieber Experience.” Here we go: I’m Chelsea and I thankfully found out where Justin was rehearsing for the Believe Tour. I talked to some of my friends and they helped me find the place and made it all happen. My friend Shelby drove 4 1/2 hours to see me meet the boy that changed our lives. On Saturday August 18 , I arrived at the studio at 11am with my friend Michelle. We notice that there are already girls waiting so we get in line. The hours begin to pass, but it was getting hotter as the time passed. Around 3:30pm, Justin passed us in his swag van with Moshe driving. At that moment we were happy because we knew he was there and we were that much closer! We continued to wait and the time slowed down once it was 6pm. We continued to wait when suddenly at around 6:45 a security guy came out and told us to stay in a line. Then Moshe pulled up and stopped the swag van and slowly and casually walk out Justin Bieber . The boy that I thought I would NEVER meet. The girls ahead off us met him then suddenly I realize he is walking towards my group. Justin notices Shelby and asks how she is and they hug, then I give him a BIG hug, and OMG that boy smells SO GOOD. I hug him and then Shelby gets a kiss on the cheek from Justin and I put my arms around him hold him tight and take our picture. I let go and cannot BELIEVE that I literally just hugged Justin Bieber. I cross the driveway and cannot even compose myself. As we are standing there, my group of friends were all tearing up because I’m just standing there bawling. As we stand there, I hear my mom yell from the other side, so I run across composing myself for Justin and snap a picture for my mom. I still cannot get over the fact that Justin called my mom “Mom”. My mom told Justin that she waited for 7 hours (which was true) and he was like, “Wow, thanks Mom!” We then go back across the driveway, and Shelby runs to get her purse to give Moshe his gift so I give her my letter for Justin and she hands them to Moshe before they drove away. We say our goodbyes and Michelle and I get in the car and literally started bawling and every time we looked at each other or hugged, we would just cry in each others arms. As we drive home we embrace EVERYTHING that just happened and know that it could not have been any better. I loved the feeling of meeting Justin. I went back again on Wednesday August 22 and waited another 5 hours. We waited for him and as 7:00 rolled around Moshe and the security guards had us cross the driveway and get in a neat line. As we got in line, out walks the ever so casual Justin Bieber with the same hat as Saturday. I see everyone smiling ear to ear and realize my feelings are just as speechless as they were before. It was finally our turn and I hugged just tight and his toned arms were extremely cold (I’m assuming the swag van was very cold). I hugged him got in close for our picture, and smiled big because I could not BELIEVE it was all happening again. After the picture, I hugged him big again and was said “Thank you” and he was like “You’re welcome.” I was happy that I actually got to talk to him this time! Justin made all the hours worth waiting. I would any amount of time just to see his face. he makes me Believe in myself and because of him I have so may new friends that love him just as much as I do. I love you so much Justin and NO ONE can ever make me stop loving you. Thank you for stopping to say hello to us because of that you made so many lives complete. I know you made mine and I can never repay you for that. To all of you that read this I hope it shows you to never give up and just to always Believe in what your heart is set too, because if this can happen to me then it can happen to anyone! I love you Justin. -@chelsterling Original post: Wow, I never thought that I would be writing a “My Bieber…

Taylor Armstrong will release a memoir in February that details the alleged abuse she suffered at the hands of estranged late husband Russell Armstrong. Given the timing of the book, along with the numerous interviews this Real Housewife has given on the topic since Russell killed himself in August, it’s impossible not to wonder why Armstrong is speaking out now. It’s a matter of safety, Taylor claims. “Until Russell’s suicide, I didn’t feel safe to tell anyone for fear of my own safety and the safety of my daughter,” Armstrong tells ABC News. “With Russell’s passing, I now feel safe to bring my story into the light, to help all battered and abused women, and men, and aid them in their struggle. “From the bottom of my heart, I believe if my book can help others find the courage to deal with the pain and fear of their abusive relationships, I will have made a real difference in their lives.” What do you think of Armstrong releasing such a memoir? until my husband Russell’s suicide, I didn’t feel safe to tell anyone for fear of my own safety and the safety of my daughter. Jim Parsons of ‘Big Bang Theory’ wins best actor in a comedy. By Kara Warner Charlie Sheen at the 2011 Emmy Awards Photo: Kevin Winter/ Getty Images One of the fun things about watching awards shows is that you never really know what to expect to come out of the mouths of the various presenters, winners and hosts — even with network censors in place. So when the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, which hosts the Emmys, invited Charlie Sheen to present this year, they likely had their censors on guard, given Sheen’s year of unpredictable, outspoken behavior. Turns out they needn’t have worried, because when Sheen stepped out to present, he kept things totally professional and completely classy. “Good evening,” he told the audience, which received him warmly. “Before I present Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy, my old category, I want to take a moment to get something off my chest and say a few words to everyone here from ‘Two and a Half Men,’ ” he said, pausing a moment for dramatic effect before offering his former employers some genuine well-wishes. “From the bottom of my heart, I wish nothing but the best for this upcoming season,” Sheen said. “We spent eight wonderful years together, and I know you will continue to make great television. Now on to the Emmy.” Sheen then proceeded to announce Jim Parsons as the winner for his role on “Big Bang Theory,” beating out category favorite Alec Baldwin from “30 Rock,” Steve Carell (“The Office”), and newer faces Johnny Galecki (“Big Bang Theory”) and Matt LeBlanc (“Episodes”). Section 80 track featuring Wu-Tang Clan leader released online Friday. By Rob Markman Kendrick Lamar Photo: MTV News Save for a refrain on Kanye West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy or verses on any of his Wu-affiliated projects, Wu-Tang Clan’s chief producer and orchestrator RZA doesn’t make many guest appearances these days, so New West Coast representative Kendrick Lamar knows how lucky he is to have vocals from the Abbot on his latest single, “Ronald Reagan Era.” “A mutual friend said he was diggin’ the music, and he blessed me to get these [RZA a cappella vocals]. I was sittin’ on them for a while, like, ‘Damn, I got some RZA joints up in my hard drive. That’s incredible,’ ” Lamar told MTV News. “So I didn’t want to touch ’em just yet unless it was right. So I was sittin’ on them for a while, then I was like, ‘You know what? This is the perfect sound right here.’ My dude Tae Beast did the beat, and it came together, man. It was magic.” “Ronald Reagan Era” — which was released online Friday and will be featured on Lamar’s upcoming album, Section 80 — finds the Compton MC rapping over a haunting loop. He raps of trifling street tales set in the late 1980s, when Ronald Reagan was serving his second term as the 40th president of the United States. Lamar, who was born in 1987, draws a distinct parallel between his youth and Reagan’s reign, sometimes referred to as the “crack era.” Lamar rhymes: “1987, the children of Ronald Reagan, rake the leaves off your front porch with a machine blowtorch.” The RZA’s contribution is slight, but his distinct wet drawl is pronounced as he repeats “California dungeons” during the song’s chorus, reinforcing Lamar’s feeling of coming up from the bottom. Lamar told MTV News that Section 80, due out in July, has received blessings from Dr. Dre , but won’t feature production from the Good Doctor.
